Preferably, the system further comprises a control center (not shown), wherein the control center is connected with the conveying assembly (namely the double-speed chain conveyor); the first extensible member, the second extensible member, the third extensible member, the rotating member, the monitoring member, the pressure sensing member and the display screen are all connected with the control center, and the control center is used for coordinating operation of all parts.
Preferably, the cigarette holder 6 is structured as shown in fig. 8, the cigarette holder 6 includes two sets of frames 6.1 and insertion pins 6.2, and the insertion pins 6.2 for inserting the tobacco leaves are provided on one set of frames (or the insertion pins are provided on both sets of frames). The two groups of clamping frames are provided with elastic bulges 6.5 and matching openings 6.6 which are matched with each other, when the two groups of clamping frames are clamped, the elastic bulges are clamped in the matching openings, and the clamping of the two groups of clamping frames is realized. As illustrated in fig. 6, one group of the clamping frames is provided with a matching groove 6.4, the other group of the clamping frames is provided with a corresponding matching part 6.3, and the matching groove and the matching part can be inserted and combined.
The work flow of the tobacco weaving production line is specifically as follows:
1. loading cigarettes:
1.1, correspondingly placing the tobacco leaves on the tobacco leaf placing table into a placing area on a tray by a worker on a tobacco loading station;
1.2, carrying out weight measurement on the tray at the last cigarette loading station, and moving the tray to a tray translation section after the weight reaches the standard;
2. tobacco weaving:
2.1, jacking the tray and the tobacco leaves on the tray by the tray translation section, and translating the tray and the tobacco leaves on the tray into a tobacco weaving machine for weaving and clamping;
2.2, the tobacco leaf knitting and clamping of the tobacco knitting machine is specifically as follows: the root of the tobacco leaves on the tray is positioned between the guide blocks 2 of the upper and lower groups of clamping components, and the first telescopic parts 3 of the upper and lower groups of clamping components respectively drive the two groups of clamping frames in the guide blocks to be clamped vertically, so that the tobacco leaves positioned in the middle are clamped by the two groups of clamping frames;
wherein, when the propelling movement subassembly needs to supply the clamp frame in the guide block of clamping subassembly, the process is: the second telescopic piece 5 pushes out the clamping frame 6.1 in the pushing channel 14 in the horizontal direction, meanwhile, the rotating piece 7 drives the guide block 2 to rotate, so that the sliding opening of the sliding groove 8 corresponds to the pushing channel 14 in the horizontal direction, the second telescopic piece 5 pushes the clamping frame into the sliding groove, and then the rotating piece drives the guide block to rotate and return;
2.3, after the tobacco leaves are clamped, the translation direction of the tray translation section is changed, so that the tray and the tobacco leaves clamped on the tray are conveyed to the tobacco taking section;
3. taking the cigarette:
and the workers take the tobacco leaves on the tray after the weaving and clamping are finished at the tobacco taking section, and the tray continues to circularly flow to the tobacco loading station, so that the weaving and clamping of the tobacco leaves are repeated.

the clamping mechanism comprises two groups of clamping components which are oppositely arranged on the workbench (1); the two groups of clamping components are respectively used for driving two groups of clamping frames (6.1) of the cigarette clamp (6) to clamp; the clamping assembly comprises a guide block (2) and a first telescopic piece (3); the guide block (2) is arranged on the workbench (1), and the guide block (2) is provided with a sliding groove (8) for accommodating the clamping frame (6.1); the first telescopic piece (3) is used for pushing the clamping frame (6.1) to clamp along the telescopic direction of the first telescopic piece.

A machine as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a pushing assembly for pushing the clamping frame (6.1) into the chute (8); the pushing assembly comprises a cigarette clamping bin (4) and a second telescopic piece (5); the cigarette clamping bin (4) is arranged on the workbench (1), and a pushing channel (14) is formed between the cigarette clamping bin (4) and the workbench (1); the cigarette clamping bin (4) is provided with an accommodating part; a plurality of groups of clamping frames (6.1) are vertically stacked in the accommodating part and the pushing channel (14), and the guide block (2) is rotatably arranged on the workbench (1) through a rotating piece (7) and is used for driving the sliding groove (8) to correspond to the pushing channel (14); the second telescopic piece (5) is used for pushing the clamping frame (6.1) into the sliding groove (8).
3. A machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein said push assembly further comprises monitoring means for monitoring the presence of a grip frame (6.1) of a smoke clamp within the push channel (14).
4. A machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said table (1) is provided with cylinder jaws (20); the cylinder clamping jaw is used for clamping the clamping frame (6.1).
5. A machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said guide blocks (2) are provided with resilient members (19) for compressing the clamping frame (6.1) within the chute (8).
6. A machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein when the two sets of frames are clamped, the guide blocks (2) of the two sets of clamping assemblies correspond vertically, and the telescopic direction of the first telescopic member (3) is vertical.
7. A tobacco-weaving production line, characterized by comprising a conveying assembly, a tray and a tobacco-weaving machine (18) according to claim 6; the tray is arranged on the conveying assembly and used for conveying tobacco leaves along the conveying direction of the conveying assembly; the conveying assembly comprises a cigarette loading section, a tray translation section and a cigarette taking section along the conveying direction; the cigarette loading section, the tray translation section and the cigarette taking section form a loop for the circular flow of the tray; the tobacco weaving machine corresponds to the tray translation section, and tobacco leaves are conveyed to the tobacco weaving machine through the tray translation section to be woven and clamped.

The tobacco weaving production line according to claim 7, characterized in that at least one group of partition boards is arranged on the tray, and the plurality of groups of partition boards divide the tray into a plurality of placing areas for containing tobacco leaves; the cigarette loading section comprises a plurality of cigarette loading stations which are in one-to-one correspondence with the placing areas along the length direction of the cigarette loading section.
9. The tobacco weaving production line of claim 8, further comprising tobacco placing tables arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the tobacco loading stations.

The tobacco weaving production line of claim 9 further comprising a weight measuring assembly; the weight measuring assembly comprises a third telescopic piece (16), a pressure sensing piece (17) and a warning lamp; the third telescopic piece (16) is arranged at the lower end of the cigarette loading station and is used for jacking the tray; the pressure sensing piece (17) is arranged between the third telescopic piece and the tray, and the weight of the tray is sensed by the pressure sensing piece, so that the weight measurement is realized; the warning lamp is electrically connected with the pressure sensing part.
