本发明涉及一种富含黄酮的降糖川木瓜含片的制备方法。该降血糖片剂由川木瓜、百香果、玫瑰花茶、清钱柳、荷叶、桃、柠檬、苹果、草莓、木糖醇、β‑环状糊精、预胶化淀粉研制而成,配方各组分的含量如下:15‑20%川木瓜,10%百香果,3‑6%玫瑰花茶,3‑6%清钱柳,3‑6%荷叶,5‑10%桃,5‑10%柠檬,5‑10%苹果,5‑10%草莓,15%β‑环糊精,用木糖醇补齐至100%。本发明产品创新之处在于提取多种原料黄酮成分添加入含片,精选多种天然产物并优化配比,活性成分协同作用,共同促进胰岛素分泌,同时具有抗氧化、降血糖和降血脂功能。以川木瓜黄酮及清钱柳为主料,以富含多酚类化合物水果为辅料,具有降糖功能强,口感好,毒副作用小,作用靶点多等特点。

1.一种富含黄酮的降糖川木瓜含片的制备方法,其特征在于此含片以川木瓜黄酮为主要原料,百香果、玫瑰花茶、清钱柳、荷叶、桃、柠檬、苹果、草莓、木糖醇、β-环状糊精、预胶化淀粉组合配方研制而成。
2.按照权利要求1所述一种富含黄酮的降糖川木瓜含片的制备方法,其特征在于各组分的百分比如下:15-20%川木瓜, 10%百香果,3-6%玫瑰花茶,3-6% 清钱柳,3-6%荷叶, 5-10%桃,5-10%柠檬,5-10%苹果,5-10%草莓,15%β-环糊精,用木糖醇补齐至100%。
3.一种富含黄酮的降糖川木瓜含片的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)购买优质新鲜川木瓜、桃、柠檬、苹果、草莓、百香果,除去果核、梗等,清洗干净后冷冻干燥48h,粉碎处理;购买β-环状糊精、预胶化淀粉、木糖醇,分别粉碎;购买干燥玫瑰花茶、清钱柳、荷叶,分别粉碎处理(2)超声提取川木瓜、玫瑰花茶、清钱柳、荷叶其中黄酮,条件为料液比1:15,60% 乙醇在50℃下,超声60min,超声功率400w,旋转蒸发至体积1/5时冷冻干燥得到提取物(3)各种原料分别过40目筛,称取如下原料:15-20%川木瓜, 10%百香果,3-6%玫瑰花茶,3-6% 清钱柳,3-6%荷叶, 5-10%桃,5-10%柠檬,5-10%苹果,5-10%草莓,15%β-环糊精,用木糖醇补齐至100%(4)充分混合均匀得原料,将原料置于专用模具压制成片即得到成品。
4.按权利要求3所述的一种富含黄酮的降糖川木瓜含片的制备方法,其产品特征在于成品片剂规格为直径1~2cm,厚0.2~0.4cm,重2~4g。
