Abstract

本发明公开了一种无溶剂单组份聚氨酯镜面树脂,其所用原料按重量份计包括:聚醚多元醇100份、4,4`‑二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯55.0‑95.0份、扩链剂12.0‑18.0份、封闭剂8‑12份、流平剂0.4‑0.6份、抗氧化剂0.1‑0.2份。本发明树脂材料所用原料易得,合成方法简洁高效,成本低且易于操作,容易实行工业化生产,且其经涂覆、烘干后,涂层表面致密,不易与水汽反应产生细微气泡,从而可制得表面透亮的镜面革,可用于替代高污染的溶剂型聚氨酯树脂。

技术领域
本发明属于材料制备领域,具体涉及一种无溶剂单组份聚氨酯镜面树脂。
背景技术
逐步以无溶剂树脂替代溶剂类树脂可以避免溶剂的挥发而造成资源浪费,减少对环境的污染,使下游鞋用合成革及其制品更加环保;合成革生产企业无工艺废水,不需要污水处理设施;无工业废渣,解决了溶剂类树脂生产工艺中的固渣和危险废渣处理问题;综合能耗低,不需要三废处理,减少了回收过程中水电气以及人力资源的消耗;没有有机溶剂的使用对工人的身心健康也大有裨益。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无溶剂单组份聚氨酯镜面树脂,其可制得表面透亮的镜面革,可替代高污染的溶剂型聚氨酯树脂的使用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种无溶剂单组份聚氨酯镜面树脂,其所用原料按重量份计包括:聚醚多元醇100份、4,4`-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯55.0-95.0份、扩链剂12.0-18.0份、封闭剂8-12份、流平剂0.4-0.6份、抗氧化剂0.1-0.2份。
其中,所述聚醚多元醇为2官能度醇的聚醚多元醇。所述扩链剂为乙二醇、1.4丁二醇、二乙二醇中的一种或几种。所述封闭剂为甲基化氨基树脂。所述流平剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷流平剂。
所述抗氧化剂为受阻胺类抗氧化剂。所述无溶剂单组份聚氨酯镜面树脂的制备方法为:将聚醚多元醇、原料量96~99%的扩链剂脱水后,与4,4`-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯在70-80℃条件下搅拌2-3小时,然后加入封闭剂、流平剂、抗氧化剂以及剩余扩链剂,搅拌均匀即得。
所述无溶剂单组份聚氨酯镜面树脂的使用方法为:在制备镜面革的过程中,将所述无溶剂单组份聚氨酯镜面树脂均匀涂覆在离型纸上,120℃烘干后,点涂热溶胶,将布贴合后,再于150℃烘箱中放置1.5~2.0分钟进行开环反应。
本发明的显著优点在于:
(1)本发明通过先后两次加入扩链剂,使所得树脂材料经涂覆、烘干后,其涂层表面致密,不易与水汽反应产生细微气泡,从而可制得表面透亮的镜面革。
(2)本发明所用原料易得,合成方法简洁高效,成本低且易于操作,容易实行工业化生产。
(3)本发明所得无溶剂单组份聚氨酯镜面树脂可用于替代高污染的溶剂型聚氨酯树脂。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明所述的内容更加便于理解,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明所述的技术方案做进一步的说明,但是本发明不仅限于此。
实施例1
一种无溶剂单组份聚氨酯镜面树脂,其所用原料按重量份计包括:DP-1000 100份、4,4`-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯92份、乙二醇18.0份、CDC-330 12份、YF-1068 0.5份、T-534 0.1份。
实施例2
一种无溶剂单组份聚氨酯镜面树脂,其所用原料按重量份计包括:DP-4000 40份、DP-2000 60份、4,4`-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯58份、乙二醇13.5份、CDC-330 10份、YF-1068 0.5份、T-534 0.1份。
实施例3
一种无溶剂单组份聚氨酯镜面树脂,其所用原料按重量份计包括:DP-1000 100份、4,4`-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯68份、乙二醇12份、CDC-330 10份、YF-1068 0.5份、T-534 0.1份。
按实施例1-3配方分别制备所述无溶剂单组份聚氨酯镜面树脂,其制备方法为:将聚醚多元醇、原料量96~99%的扩链剂脱水后,与4,4`-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯在80℃条件下搅拌2小时,然后加入封闭剂、流平剂、抗氧化剂以及剩余扩链剂,搅拌均匀即得。
以一次性加入扩链剂进行对比,即按实施例1-3配方将聚醚多元醇、扩链剂脱水后,与4,4`-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯在80℃条件下搅拌2小时,然后加入封闭剂、流平剂以及抗氧化剂,搅拌均匀得相应对比样。
用全自动光泽度仪器进行检测,结果见表1。

1.一种无溶剂单组份聚氨酯镜面树脂,其特征在于:所用原料按重量份计包括:聚醚多元醇100份、4,4`-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯55.0~95.0份、扩链剂12.0~18.0份、封闭剂8.0~12.0份、流平剂0.4~0.6份、抗氧化剂0.1~0.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述无溶剂单组份聚氨酯镜面树脂,其特征在于:所述聚醚多元醇为2官能度的聚醚多元醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述无溶剂单组份聚氨酯镜面树脂,其特征在于:所述扩链剂为乙二醇、1.4丁二醇、二乙二醇中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述无溶剂单组份聚氨酯镜面树脂,其特征在于:所述封闭剂为甲基化氨基树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述无溶剂单组份聚氨酯镜面树脂,其特征在于:所述流平剂为聚醚改性聚硅氧烷流平剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述无溶剂单组份聚氨酯镜面树脂,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂为受阻胺类抗氧化剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述无溶剂单组份聚氨酯镜面树脂,其特征在于:其制备方法为:将聚醚多元醇、原料量96~99%的扩链剂脱水后,与4,4`-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯在70-80℃条件下搅拌2-3小时,然后加入封闭剂、流平剂、抗氧化剂以及剩余扩链剂,搅拌均匀即得。
