本发明公开了一种玻璃下膜自动切割装置,其特征在于:包括机架及设置于机架上的龙门架和支撑板,所述机架上设有前送料机构及后送料机构,龙门架位于前送料机构及后送料机构间,所述龙门架上装有若干切割机构,所述支撑板位于切割机构下方,且支撑板上设有避让孔,所述切割机构包括与龙门架固定的安装板,该安装板上设有驱动单元及受驱动单元推动的切割刀和压紧薄膜的弹性压紧机构。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃处理设备,特别是一种玻璃下膜自动切割装置。
背景技术
玻璃基板是平板显示产业的关键基础材料之一,电子信息显示产品(如手机、PDA、GPS、平板电脑等)都离不开玻璃基板,而且随着社会的发展,对玻璃基板的品质要求也越来越高,尤其是表面缺陷上的要求也更严格,因而我们生产出来的玻璃基板上不允许有灰尘、油污等脏物,因而为了避免玻璃基板粘上灰尘、油污等,我们需要在玻璃基板上贴上保护膜,保护膜通常是一长条,上面依次贴有多块玻璃,因而我们需要将保护膜切断,从而使每块玻璃带着保护膜分开,因而本申请人设计了一款玻璃下膜自动切割装置实现上述工序。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种玻璃下膜自动切割装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种玻璃下膜自动切割装置,其特征在于:包括机架及设置于机架上的龙门架和支撑板,所述机架上设有前送料机构及后送料机构,龙门架位于前送料机构及后送料机构间,所述龙门架上装有若干切割机构,所述支撑板位于切割机构下方,且支撑板上设有避让孔,所述切割机构包括与龙门架固定的安装板,该安装板上设有驱动单元及受驱动单元推动的切割刀和压紧薄膜的弹性压紧机构。
所述龙门架与安装板间设有调节机构,该调节机构包括设置于龙门架的顶板底面的调节槽,所述安装板的一端位于调节槽中,且安装板另一端设有与安装板垂直的连接板,所述连接板上设有调节孔,手柄穿过调节孔与龙门架的顶板螺纹连接。
所述安装板底面装有导轨、与导轨配合的滑块、相对设有支撑块,所述导轨位于支撑块间,滑块上连接有滑板,所述驱动单元安装于滑板上,且滑板与支撑块间设有能够挤压滑板的弹性元件,且另一支撑块上设有调节螺孔及调节螺杆,调节螺杆上有锁固螺母,调节螺杆的一端与滑板挤压。
所述弹性压紧机构包括与驱动单元连接的刀座及相对设置的压块,所述切割刀固定于刀座上且位于两压块间,所述刀座上设有滑孔,滑孔内设有能够滑动的导柱,导柱的一端设有防止导柱脱出滑孔的限制帽,所述压块与对应的导柱连接,所述导柱上套有复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧的一端与压块接触;且复位弹簧的另一端与刀座接触。
所述机架上设有探测架,该探测架上设有探测玻璃的探测器。
所述前送料机构包括前驱动电机、轴辊一及轴辊二,所述前驱动电机上设有前主动带轮,所述轴辊一上设有前从动带轮,所述前主动带轮与前从动带轮上设有前同步带,所述轴辊一及轴辊二上设有输送轮,输送轮上设有输送槽,两相应的输送轮上设有圆皮带。
所述轴辊一上设有前压辊,前压辊上设有前压紧轮,所述前压辊与轴辊一通过齿轮组连接。
所述轴辊二上设有后压辊,后压辊上设有后压紧轮。
所述后送料机构包括后驱动电机、轴辊三及轴辊四,所述后驱动电机上设有后主动带轮,所述轴辊三上设有后从动带轮,所述后主动带轮与后从动带轮上设有后同步带,且所述轴辊三及轴辊四上设有输送带。
本发明的有益效果是:玻璃通过前送料机构送入龙门架下的支撑板上,通过弹性压紧机构将薄膜压紧,然后通过切割机构的切割刀将薄膜切断,然后通过后送料机构将切断的玻璃送入下一工序,上述过程全程自动完成,无需人工,因而不仅节省了大量人力,从而提高了生产效率、而且降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图5,本发明公开了一种玻璃下膜自动切割装置,包括机架1及设置于机架1上的龙门架2和支撑板3,所述机架1上设有前送料机构及后送料机构,龙门架2位于前送料机构及后送料机构间,所述龙门架2上装有若干切割机构,所述支撑板3位于切割机构下方,且支撑板3上设有让切割刀5通过的避让孔4,所述切割机构包括与龙门架2固定的安装板6,该安装板6上设有驱动单元7及受驱动单元7推动的切割刀5和压紧薄膜的弹性压紧机构,本申请中驱动单元7为气缸,所述机架1上设有探测架8,该探测架8上设有探测玻璃的探测器9,通过探测器9我们能够感知玻璃的位置,从而知道玻璃间的薄膜有没有到预定的裁切位置,探测器9为外购元件,因而具体不详述。
如图所示,所述龙门架2与安装板6间设有调节机构,该调节机构包括设置于龙门架2的顶板底面的调节槽10,所述安装板6的一端位于调节槽10中,且安装板6另一端设有与安装板6垂直的连接板11,所述连接板11上设有调节孔12,手柄13穿过调节孔12与龙门架2的顶板螺纹连接,通过该结构不仅可以调节切割机构的横向位置,而且便于拆装,只需拆下手柄13,然后将整个切割机构从调节槽10中取出,便于维修及更换切割刀。
如图所示,所述安装板6底面装有导轨14、与导轨14配合的滑块15、相对设有支撑块16,所述导轨14位于支撑块16间,滑块15上连接有滑板17,所述驱动单元7安装于滑板17上,且滑板17与支撑块16间设有能够挤压滑板17的弹性元件18,弹性元件18为弹簧,且另一支撑块16上设有调节螺孔及调节螺杆,调节螺杆上有锁固螺母19,调节螺杆的一端与滑板17挤压,通过上述机构,我们只需松开或是拧紧锁固螺母19,我们就能调节滑板17的纵向位置,从而调节切割刀的纵向位置,而且结构简单可靠。
如图所示,所述弹性压紧机构包括与驱动单元7连接的刀座20及相对设置的压块21,所述切割刀5固定于刀座20上且位于两压块21间,所述刀座20上设有滑孔,滑孔内设有能够滑动的导柱22,导柱22的一端设有防止导柱22脱出滑孔的限制帽,所述压块21与对应的导柱22连接,所述导柱22上套有复位弹簧23,所述复位弹簧23的一端与压块21接触;且复位弹簧23的另一端与刀座20接触,当驱动单元7带动刀座20下移的时候,压块21先接触薄膜,从而将薄膜压紧,然后刀座20挤压复位弹簧23继续下移带动切割刀5将薄膜切断,然后驱动单元7带动刀座20上升,压块21通过复位弹簧23的弹力复位,上述结构结构紧凑,而且驱动单元7共用,节省成本。
如图所示,所述前送料机构包括前驱动电机、轴辊一24及轴辊二25,所述前驱动电机上设有前主动带轮26,所述轴辊一24上设有前从动带轮27,所述前主动带轮26与前从动带轮27上设有前同步带,所述轴辊一24及轴辊二25上设有输送轮28,输送轮28上设有输送槽,两相应的输送轮28上设有圆皮带29,通过上述结构我们能够将玻璃平稳输送。所述轴辊一24上设有前压辊30,前压辊30上设有前压紧轮31,所述前压辊30与轴辊一24通过齿轮组连接;所述轴辊二25上设有后压辊32,后压辊32上设有后压紧轮33,这样能够在玻璃进到前送料机构的时候能够压紧玻璃,从而保证玻璃不会跑偏或是打滑。
所述后送料机构包括后驱动电机34、轴辊三及轴辊四,所述后驱动电机34上设有后主动带轮35,所述轴辊三上设有后从动带轮36,所述后主动带轮35与后从动带轮36上设有后同步带37,且所述轴辊三及轴辊四上设有输送带38,通过上述结构我们能够将玻璃平稳输送到后续的工序为工人收集。
轴辊一24及轴辊二25、轴辊三及轴辊四、前压辊30、后压辊32均是通过轴承安装于机架上。

1.一种玻璃下膜自动切割装置,其特征在于:包括机架及设置于机架上的龙门架和支撑板,所述机架上设有前送料机构及后送料机构,龙门架位于前送料机构及后送料机构间,所述龙门架上装有若干切割机构,所述支撑板位于切割机构下方,且支撑板上设有避让孔,所述切割机构包括与龙门架固定的安装板,该安装板上设有驱动单元及受驱动单元推动的切割刀和压紧薄膜的弹性压紧机构,所述龙门架与安装板间设有调节机构,该调节机构包括设置于龙门架的顶板底面的调节槽,所述安装板的一端位于调节槽中,且安装板另一端设有与安装板垂直的连接板,所述连接板上设有调节孔,手柄穿过调节孔与龙门架的顶板螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃下膜自动切割装置,其特征在于:所述安装板底面装有导轨、与导轨配合的滑块、相对设置的支撑块,所述导轨位于支撑块间,滑块上连接有滑板,所述驱动单元安装于滑板上,且滑板与其中一所述支撑块间设有能够挤压滑板的弹性元件,且另一所述支撑块上设有调节螺孔及调节螺杆,调节螺杆上有锁固螺母,调节螺杆的一端与滑板挤压。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃下膜自动切割装置,其特征在于:所述弹性压紧机构包括与驱动单元连接的刀座及相对设置的压块,所述切割刀固定于刀座上且位于两压块间,所述刀座上设有滑孔,滑孔内设有能够滑动的导柱,导柱的一端设有防止导柱脱出滑孔的限制帽,所述压块与对应的导柱连接,所述导柱上套有复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧的一端与压块接触;且复位弹簧的另一端与刀座接触。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃下膜自动切割装置,其特征在于:所述机架上设有探测架,该探测架上设有探测玻璃的探测器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃下膜自动切割装置,其特征在于:所述前送料机构包括前驱动电机、轴辊一及轴辊二,所述前驱动电机上设有前主动带轮,所述轴辊一上设有前从动带轮,所述前主动带轮与前从动带轮上设有前同步带,所述轴辊一及轴辊二上设有输送轮,输送轮上设有输送槽,两相应的输送轮上设有圆皮带。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种玻璃下膜自动切割装置,其特征在于:所述轴辊一上方设有前压辊,前压辊上设有前压紧轮,所述前压辊与轴辊一通过齿轮组连接。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种玻璃下膜自动切割装置,其特征在于:所述轴辊二上方设有后压辊,后压辊上设有后压紧轮。
