本发明公开了一种高精度成型模具组件,下模顶部设有定位模槽,所述定位模槽中部设有定位盲孔;上模中部设有与定位盲孔配合的定位通孔,所述定位通孔下端内壁设有环形密封圈,上模底部设有围绕所述定位通孔环形延伸的密封环;注塑模芯中部设有从顶部向下延伸的注塑流道,注塑模芯下端穿过所述定位通孔伸入所述定位盲孔内,所述注塑流道侧壁设有注塑孔且通过所述注塑孔与所述模腔连通。通过上述优化设计的高精度成型模具组件,通过上下模对中部金属板骨架进行定位,注塑模芯在中部进行定位,同时,通过注塑模芯对金属板中部开口进行注塑,通过注塑模芯的升降,实现注塑模芯的流道的通断,保证注塑精度。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶注塑技术领域,尤其涉及一种高精度成型模具组件。
背景技术
法兰盖板是很多器件中常用的金属部件。在法兰盖板加工过程中,需要在盖板中部开口处设置密封结构,以便于法兰盖板与其他结构之间的密封安装。安装带孔金属板上形成形成台阶或凹槽。因此,为了保证密封效果,密封结构与法兰盖板内缘之间的密封配合也至为重要。为了保证二者密封性能,通常将密封橡胶直接硫化在金属盖板上,这种加工方式,容易造成脱模过程中,对盖板和橡胶之间造成二次损坏,影响二者的结合可靠性。
发明内容
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出一种高精度成型模具组件。
本发明提出的一种高精度成型模具组件,包括:上模、下模、注塑模芯;
下模顶部设有定位模槽,所述定位模槽中部设有定位盲孔;
上模位于下模上方且与所述定位模槽共同形成模腔,上模中部设有与定位盲孔配合的定位通孔,所述定位通孔下端内壁设有环形密封圈,上模底部设有围绕所述定位通孔环形延伸的密封环;
注塑模芯中部设有从顶部向下延伸的注塑流道,注塑模芯下端穿过所述定位通孔伸入所述定位盲孔内,所述注塑流道侧壁设有注塑孔且通过所述注塑孔与所述模腔连通。
优选地,所述注塑流道侧壁设有沿圆周分布的多个注塑孔。
优选地,环形密封圈硫化在所述定位通孔内壁。
优选地,上模底部设有围绕定位通孔延伸的环形凸起,密封环硫化在所述环形凸起上。
优选地,注塑模芯下端设有定位凸起,所述定位凸起伸入所述定位通孔内且与所述定位通孔螺纹配合。
优选地,所述注塑流道底部设有导流凸起。

参照图1,本发明提出的一种高精度成型模具组件,包括:上模1、下模2、注塑模芯3;
下模2顶部设有定位模槽,所述定位模槽中部设有定位盲孔;
上模1位于下模2上方且与所述定位模槽共同形成模腔,上模1中部设有与定位盲孔配合的定位通孔,所述定位通孔下端内壁设有环形密封圈41,上模1底部设有围绕所述定位通孔环形延伸的密封环42;
注塑模芯3中部设有从顶部向下延伸的注塑流道,注塑模芯3下端穿过所述定位通孔伸入所述定位盲孔内,所述注塑流道侧壁设有注塑孔且通过所述注塑孔与所述模腔连通。
本实施例的高精度成型模具组件的具体工作过程中,金属片放置在定位模槽内,上模下移,压紧金属片上表面,注塑模芯穿过定位通孔插入定位盲孔内,通过注塑模芯将上下模合模压紧,从而上下模、金属片开口内缘、铸模模芯外壁共同形成注塑模腔,通过注塑模芯内的注塑流道对模腔内注塑;注塑结束,注塑模芯上移,注塑孔通过环形密封圈密封关闭,注塑完成。
在本实施例中,所提出的高精度成型模具组件,下模顶部设有定位模槽,所述定位模槽中部设有定位盲孔;上模中部设有与定位盲孔配合的定位通孔,所述定位通孔下端内壁设有环形密封圈,上模底部设有围绕所述定位通孔环形延伸的密封环;注塑模芯中部设有从顶部向下延伸的注塑流道,注塑模芯下端穿过所述定位通孔伸入所述定位盲孔内,所述注塑流道侧壁设有注塑孔且通过所述注塑孔与所述模腔连通。通过上述优化设计的高精度成型模具组件,通过上下模对中部金属板骨架进行定位,注塑模芯在中部进行定位,同时,通过注塑模芯对金属板中部开口进行注塑,通过注塑模芯的升降,实现注塑模芯的流道的通断,保证注塑精度。
在具体实施方式中,所述注塑流道侧壁设有沿圆周分布的多个注塑孔,保证各个方向上注塑均匀。
在环形密封圈的具体设置方式中,环形密封圈41硫化在所述定位通孔内壁,保证密封圈与模具的结合强度。
在密封环的具体设置方式中,上模1底部设有围绕定位通孔延伸的环形凸起,密封环42硫化在所述环形凸起上,上下模合模时环形凸起通过密封环压紧金属片顶部,防止注塑流体流入上模与金属片之间。
在注塑模芯的具体实施方式中,注塑模芯3下端设有定位凸起,所述定位凸起伸入所述定位通孔内且与所述定位通孔螺纹配合,注塑模芯通过螺纹安装在定位通孔内,将金属片步进式压紧。
为了便于注塑流道内注塑流体导流,所述注塑流道底部设有导流凸起5,注塑流体沿导流凸起向周围多个注塑孔布料。

1.一种高精度成型模具组件,其特征在于,包括:上模(1)、下模(2)、注塑模芯(3);
下模(2)顶部设有定位模槽,所述定位模槽中部设有定位盲孔;
上模(1)位于下模(2)上方且与所述定位模槽共同形成模腔,上模(1)中部设有与定位盲孔配合的定位通孔,所述定位通孔下端内壁设有环形密封圈(41),上模(1)底部设有围绕所述定位通孔环形延伸的密封环(42);
注塑模芯(3)中部设有从顶部向下延伸的注塑流道,注塑模芯(3)下端穿过所述定位通孔伸入所述定位盲孔内,所述注塑流道侧壁设有注塑孔且通过所述注塑孔与所述模腔连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高精度成型模具组件,其特征在于,所述注塑流道侧壁设有沿圆周分布的多个注塑孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高精度成型模具组件,其特征在于,环形密封圈(41)硫化在所述定位通孔内壁。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高精度成型模具组件,其特征在于,上模(1)底部设有围绕定位通孔延伸的环形凸起,密封环(42)硫化在所述环形凸起上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高精度成型模具组件,其特征在于,注塑模芯(3)下端设有定位凸起,所述定位凸起伸入所述定位通孔内且与所述定位通孔螺纹配合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高精度成型模具组件,其特征在于,所述注塑流道底部设有导流凸起(5)。
