Abstract

本发明公开了一种抑菌针织面料,该面料由抑菌尼龙纤维与羊绒纤维混纺制成,其中抑菌尼龙纤维所占重量百分百为75‑80%,本发明的抑菌溶液中含有以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体制备的钛溶胶,其不仅能够提高尼龙纤维的表面强度,而且还可以提高抑菌性能。

本发明属于服装面料领域,具体涉及一种抑菌针织面料。
背景技术
随着经济技术的发展,人民的生活水平的得到了很大的提高,们对于穿衣打扮要求也在一点点的变得严格起来,而服装以面料制作而成,面料就是用来制作服装的材料,但是传统的面料在功能方面比较单一,仅仅起到了美观舒适的效果,忽略了一些较为实用的功能,比如抑菌性能,衣服长期堆叠,容易滋生细菌,频繁清洗不仅麻烦,而且会损伤衣物,因此,如何提高针织面料的抑菌性能是提高面料品质的一个重点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抑菌针织面料。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种抑菌针织面料,该面料由抑菌尼龙纤维与羊绒纤维混纺制成,其中抑菌尼龙纤维所占重量百分百为75-80%。
所述抑菌尼龙纤维是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
己内酰胺200-300、过硫酸铵4-6、异噻唑啉酮2-4、三辛酸丁基锡0.8-1、抑菌溶液50-60、聚乙烯亚胺3-5。
所述的抑菌溶液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
钛酸四丁酯60-70、山梨坦单油酸酯1-2、6-羟基-2-萘甲酸0.1-0.5、琥珀酸6-9、乙二醇5-7、硼酸0.07-0.08。
所述的抑菌溶液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
取6-羟基-2-萘甲酸、琥珀酸混合,加入到混合料重量60-80倍的去离子水中,加入钛酸四丁酯,搅拌3-5小时,加入乙二醇、硼酸,升高温度为90-95℃,保温搅拌70-80分钟,加入山梨坦单油酸酯,搅拌至常温,即得。
所述抑菌尼龙纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取过硫酸铵,加入到其重量30-40倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)取异噻唑啉酮,加入到其重量10-17倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得醇溶液;
(3)取聚乙烯亚胺,加入到其重量58-70倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入上述抑菌溶液、醇溶液,送入到76-80℃的恒温水浴中,保温搅拌1-2小时,得预混液;
(4)取己内酰胺,加入到上述预混液中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为65-70℃,加入过硫酸铵水溶液,保温搅拌3-4小时,出料,抽滤,将滤饼水洗,常温干燥,与三辛酸丁基锡混合,搅拌均匀,倒入喷丝机中,加热至270℃-300℃,挤出,得抑菌尼龙纤维。
本发明的优点:
本发明的面料采用抑菌尼龙纤维与羊绒纤维混纺制成,抑菌尼龙纤维不仅具有很强的韧性和单丝强度,而且抑菌性好,可以有效的提高面料的品质;本发明的抑菌溶液中含有以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体制备的钛溶胶,其不仅能够提高尼龙纤维的表面强度,而且还可以提高抑菌性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种抑菌针织面料,该面料由抑菌尼龙纤维与羊绒纤维混纺制成,其中抑菌尼龙纤维所占重量百分百为75%。
所述抑菌尼龙纤维是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
己内酰胺200、过硫酸铵4、异噻唑啉酮2、三辛酸丁基锡0.8、抑菌溶液50、聚乙烯亚胺3。
所述的抑菌溶液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
钛酸四丁酯60、山梨坦单油酸酯1、6-羟基-2-萘甲酸0.1、琥珀酸6、乙二醇5、硼酸0.07。
所述的抑菌溶液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
取6-羟基-2-萘甲酸、琥珀酸混合,加入到混合料重量60倍的去离子水中,加入钛酸四丁酯,搅拌3小时,加入乙二醇、硼酸,升高温度为90℃,保温搅拌70分钟,加入山梨坦单油酸酯,搅拌至常温,即得。
所述抑菌尼龙纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取过硫酸铵,加入到其重量30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)取异噻唑啉酮,加入到其重量10倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得醇溶液;
(3)取聚乙烯亚胺,加入到其重量58倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入上述抑菌溶液、醇溶液,送入到76℃的恒温水浴中,保温搅拌1小时,得预混液;
(4)取己内酰胺,加入到上述预混液中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为65℃,加入过硫酸铵水溶液,保温搅拌3-4小时,出料,抽滤,将滤饼水洗,常温干燥,与三辛酸丁基锡混合,搅拌均匀,倒入喷丝机中,加热至270℃,挤出,得抑菌尼龙纤维。
实施例2
一种抑菌针织面料,该面料由抑菌尼龙纤维与羊绒纤维混纺制成,其中抑菌尼龙纤维所占重量百分百为80%。
所述抑菌尼龙纤维是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
己内酰胺300、过硫酸铵6、异噻唑啉酮4、三辛酸丁基锡1、抑菌溶液60、聚乙烯亚胺5。
所述的抑菌溶液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
钛酸四丁酯70、山梨坦单油酸酯2、6-羟基-2-萘甲酸0.5、琥珀酸9、乙二醇7、硼酸0.08。
所述的抑菌溶液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
取6-羟基-2-萘甲酸、琥珀酸混合,加入到混合料重量80倍的去离子水中,加入钛酸四丁酯,搅拌5小时,加入乙二醇、硼酸,升高温度为95℃,保温搅拌80分钟,加入山梨坦单油酸酯,搅拌至常温,即得。
所述抑菌尼龙纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取过硫酸铵,加入到其重量40倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)取异噻唑啉酮,加入到其重量17倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得醇溶液;
(3)取聚乙烯亚胺,加入到其重量70倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入上述抑菌溶液、醇溶液,送入到80℃的恒温水浴中,保温搅拌1-2小时,得预混液;
(4)取己内酰胺,加入到上述预混液中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为70℃,加入过硫酸铵水溶液,保温搅拌4小时,出料,抽滤,将滤饼水洗,常温干燥,与三辛酸丁基锡混合,搅拌均匀,倒入喷丝机中,加热至300℃,挤出,得抑菌尼龙纤维。
性能测试:
实施例1的抑菌针织面料:
对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率:97%;
对大肠杆菌的抑菌率:95%;
实施例2的抑菌针织面料:
对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率:95%;
对大肠杆菌的抑菌率:92%。

Claims (5)

1.一种抑菌针织面料,其特征在于,该面料由抑菌尼龙纤维与羊绒纤维混纺制成,其中抑菌尼龙纤维所占重量百分百为75-80%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌针织面料,其特征在于,所述抑菌尼龙纤维是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
己内酰胺200-300、过硫酸铵4-6、异噻唑啉酮2-4、三辛酸丁基锡0.8-1、抑菌溶液50-60、聚乙烯亚胺3-5。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抑菌针织面料,其特征在于,所述的抑菌溶液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
钛酸四丁酯60-70、山梨坦单油酸酯1-2、6-羟基-2-萘甲酸0.1-0.5、琥珀酸6-9、乙二醇5-7、硼酸0.07-0.08。
4.根据权利要求3所述的种抑菌针织面料,其特征在于,所述的抑菌溶液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
取6-羟基-2-萘甲酸、琥珀酸混合,加入到混合料重量60-80倍的去离子水中,加入钛酸四丁酯,搅拌3-5小时,加入乙二醇、硼酸,升高温度为90-95℃,保温搅拌70-80分钟,加入山梨坦单油酸酯,搅拌至常温,即得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌针织面料,其特征在于,所述抑菌尼龙纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取过硫酸铵,加入到其重量30-40倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)取异噻唑啉酮,加入到其重量10-17倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,得醇溶液;
(3)取聚乙烯亚胺,加入到其重量58-70倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,加入上述抑菌溶液、醇溶液,送入到76-80℃的恒温水浴中,保温搅拌1-2小时,得预混液;
(4)取己内酰胺,加入到上述预混液中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为65-70℃,加入过硫酸铵水溶液,保温搅拌3-4小时,出料,抽滤,将滤饼水洗,常温干燥,与三辛酸丁基锡混合,搅拌均匀,倒入喷丝机中,加热至270℃-300℃,挤出,得抑菌尼龙纤维。
