一种涤纶面料的高温高压染色工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料领域,特别是一种涤纶面料的高温高压染色工艺。
背景技术
中国俗称“的确良”涤纶的用途很广,大量用于制造衣着面料和工业制品。涤纶具有极优良的定形性能。涤纶纱线或织物经过定形后生成的平挺、蓬松形态或褶裥等,在使用中经多次洗涤,仍能经久不变。涤纶是三大合成纤维中工艺最简单的一种,价格也相对便宜。再加上它有结实耐用、弹性好、不易变形、耐腐蚀、绝缘、挺括、易洗快干等特点,为人们所喜爱。
涤纶纤维亲水性极差,涤纶分子中约含有46%酯基,酯基在200℃以上时能发生水解、热裂解,遇强碱则皂解,使聚合度降低,100℃以下普通用量的洗涤剂洗衣粉对涤纶无任何影响。
涤纶分子链上因无特定的染色基团,而且极性较小,所以染色较为困难,易染性较差,染料分子不易进入纤维。由于分散染料的水溶性很差,并且涤纶结晶度高,结构紧密,吸湿性差,用常温的染色方法上染率和染料的吸附率很低,因此,这就需要一种高温高压的染色方法对涤纶进行染色加工,使涤纶吸色均匀、得色深,染色后的涤纶手感、光泽及可纺性好。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种涤纶面料的高温高压染色工艺,经过该工艺处理后的涤纶面料吸色均匀、得色深,染色后的涤纶手感、光泽及可纺性好。
技术方案:为了实现以上目的,本发明所述的一种涤纶面料的高温高压染色工艺的具体步骤如下:
(a)清洗
将涤纶面料装入高温高压染色机内,用50℃~60℃的清水处理10min~15min,溢去污杂;
(b)备染
化解染料和扩散剂,配成溶液注入染缸;
(c)染色
将染缸内的温度升温至50℃~60℃,加入醋酸调节PH值达5~6,盖好染缸;
(d)续染
加蒸汽升温到120℃~130℃,缸内压力为2.74×105pa,续染45min~60min;
(e)冷却取料
关闭蒸汽,注入冷水降温至70℃~80℃,打开排气阀,放空蒸汽,排掉残液,取出涤纶即可。
作为本发明的进一步优选,步骤b中的染料为分散染料,由于分散染料的水溶性很差,并且涤纶结晶度高,结构紧密,吸湿性差,用常温的染色方法上染率和染料的吸附率很低,因此,这就需要一种高温高压的染色方法对涤纶进行染色加工,使涤纶吸色均匀、得色深,染色后的涤纶手感、光泽及可纺性好。
作为本发明的进一步优选,步骤c中的醋酸为98%的醋酸溶液。
作为本发明的进一步优选,步骤b中的扩散剂为0.5g/L。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种涤纶面料的高温高压染色工艺,经过该工艺处理后的涤纶面料吸色均匀、得色深,染色后的涤纶手感、光泽及可纺性好。

下面结合实施例,进一步阐明本发明。
本发明提供一种涤纶面料的高温高压染色工艺的具体步骤为:清洗-备染-染色-续染-冷却取料。
实施例1
一种涤纶面料的高温高压染色工艺的具体步骤如下:
(a)清洗
将涤纶面料装入高温高压染色机内,用50℃的清水处理10min,溢去污杂;
(b)备染
化解分散染料和扩散剂,配成溶液注入染缸,扩散剂分量为0.5g/L;
(c)染色
将染缸内的温度升温至50℃,加入98%的醋酸溶液调节PH值达5,盖好染缸;
(d)续染
加蒸汽升温到120℃,缸内压力为2.74×105pa,续染45min;
(e)冷却取料
关闭蒸汽,注入冷水降温至70℃,打开排气阀,放空蒸汽,排掉残液,取出涤纶即可。
实施例2
一种涤纶面料的高温高压染色工艺的具体步骤如下:
(a)清洗
将涤纶面料装入高温高压染色机内,用52℃的清水处理11min,溢去污杂;
(b)备染
化解分散染料和扩散剂,配成溶液注入染缸,扩散剂分量为0.5g/L;
(c)染色
将染缸内的温度升温至52℃,加入98%的醋酸溶液调节PH值达5.2,盖好染缸;
(d)续染
加蒸汽升温到122℃,缸内压力为2.74×105pa,续染48min;
(e)冷却取料
关闭蒸汽,注入冷水降温至72℃,打开排气阀,放空蒸汽,排掉残液,取出涤纶即可。
实施例3
一种涤纶面料的高温高压染色工艺的具体步骤如下:
(a)清洗
将涤纶面料装入高温高压染色机内,用55℃的清水处理13min,溢去污杂;
(b)备染
化解分散染料和扩散剂,配成溶液注入染缸,扩散剂分量为0.5g/L;
(c)染色
将染缸内的温度升温至58℃,加入98%的醋酸溶液调节PH值达5.8,盖好染缸;
(d)续染
加蒸汽升温到128℃,缸内压力为2.74×105pa,续染50min;
(e)冷却取料
关闭蒸汽,注入冷水降温至79℃,打开排气阀,放空蒸汽,排掉残液,取出涤纶即可。
实施例4
一种涤纶面料的高温高压染色工艺的具体步骤如下:
(a)清洗
将涤纶面料装入高温高压染色机内,用60℃的清水处理15min,溢去污杂;
(b)备染
化解分散染料和扩散剂,配成溶液注入染缸,扩散剂分量为0.5g/L;
(c)染色
将染缸内的温度升温至60℃,加入98%的醋酸溶液调节PH值达6,盖好染缸;
(d)续染
加蒸汽升温到130℃,缸内压力为2.74×105pa,续染60min;
(e)冷却取料
关闭蒸汽,注入冷水降温至80℃,打开排气阀,放空蒸汽,排掉残液,取出涤纶即可。

(a)清洗
将涤纶面料装入高温高压染色机内,用50℃~60℃的清水处理10min~15min,溢去污杂;
(b)备染
化解染料和扩散剂,配成溶液注入染缸;
(c)染色
将染缸内的温度升温至50℃~60℃,加入醋酸调节PH值达5~6,盖好染缸;
(d)续染
加蒸汽升温到120℃~130℃,缸内压力为2.74×105pa,续染45min~60min;
(e)冷却取料
关闭蒸汽,注入冷水降温至70℃~80℃,打开排气阀,放空蒸汽,排掉残液,取出涤纶即可。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶面料的高温高压染色工艺,其特征在于:步骤c中的醋酸为98%的醋酸溶液。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种涤纶面料的高温高压染色工艺,其特征在于:步骤b中的扩散剂为0.5g/L。
