技术领域
本发明涉及双色混料器，属于混料器技术领域。
背景技术
混合机可以将多种物料配合成均匀的混合物，如在制药行业，把不同成分的原料均匀混合在一起组成复方 ：还可以增加物料接触表面积，以促进化学反应 ；还能够加速物理变化，例如粒状溶质加入溶剂，通过混合机械的作用可加速溶解混匀。现有技术的混料器都是单口混料器，一般都是直接将多种物料同时从进料口进入到机筒内，这样就少了单种物料的前期自我混炼过程。物料解决上述困难，需要开发一款具有前期单种物料的自我混炼过程双色混料器。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供双色混料器。
本发明要解决的问题是现有技术的混料器都是单口混料器，一般都是直接将多种物料同时从进料口进入到机筒内的问题。
为实现本发明的目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：
双色混料器，包括第一电机、进料口、第一法兰轴承、搅拌螺杆、管道机筒、第二电机、阀门、机筒、第二法兰轴承、转轴、搅拌横杆、第二斜螺杆、第一斜螺杆、连接轴、第三法兰轴承，所述机筒顶部左右两侧各安装管道机筒，管道机筒上通过机座安装第一电机，第一电机通过联轴器与搅拌螺杆相连，搅拌螺杆上端安装在第一法兰轴承上，第一法兰轴承安装在管道机筒内顶部，管道机筒下端安装阀门，管道机筒的下料口连通机筒，机筒顶部通过机座安装第二电机，第二电机通过联轴器与转轴相连，转轴下端安装搅拌横杆，搅拌横杆左侧安装第一斜螺杆，第一斜螺杆下端安装在连接轴上，连接轴下端安装在第三法兰轴承内，第三法兰轴承安装在机筒内，搅拌横杆右侧安装第二斜螺杆。
所述第一斜螺杆和搅拌横杆之间安装角度为60°。
所述第二斜螺杆和搅拌横杆之间安装角度为60°。
所述机筒下安装下料管，下料管上安装下料阀。
本发明的优点是：两种不同的物料分别从进料口进入到管道机筒中，第一电机使搅拌螺杆旋转，使物料单独在各自的管道机筒中进行充分的搅拌，然后从管道机筒的下料口进入到机筒中，进行混料；第二电机使转轴旋转，使搅拌横杆旋转，使第一斜螺杆和第二斜螺杆旋转对机筒中的两种物料进行混料。

本发明双色混料器，包括第一电机1、进料口2、第一法兰轴承3、搅拌螺杆4、管道机筒5、第二电机6、阀门7、机筒8、第二法兰轴承9、转轴10、搅拌横杆11、第二斜螺杆12、第一斜螺杆13、连接轴14、第三法兰轴承15，所述机筒8顶部左右两侧各安装管道机筒5，管道机筒5上通过机座安装第一电机1，第一电机1通过联轴器与搅拌螺杆4相连，搅拌螺杆4上端安装在第一法兰轴承3上，第一法兰轴承3安装在管道机筒5内顶部，管道机筒5下端安装阀门7，管道机筒5的下料口连通机筒8，机筒8顶部通过机座安装第二电机6，第二电机6通过联轴器与转轴10相连，转轴10下端安装搅拌横杆11，搅拌横杆11左侧安装第一斜螺杆13，第一斜螺杆13下端安装在连接轴14上，连接轴14下端安装在第三法兰轴承15内，第三法兰轴承15安装在机筒8内，搅拌横杆11右侧安装第二斜螺杆12。
所述第一斜螺杆13和搅拌横杆11之间安装角度为60°。
所述第二斜螺杆12和搅拌横杆11之间安装角度为60°。
所述机筒8下安装下料管16，下料管16上安装下料阀。
本发明使用方法：两种不同的物料分别从进料口2进入到管道机筒5中，第一电机1使搅拌螺杆4旋转，使物料单独在各自的管道机筒5中进行充分的搅拌，然后从管道机筒5的下料口进入到机筒8中，进行混料；第二电机6使转轴10旋转，使搅拌横杆11旋转，使第一斜螺杆13和第二斜螺杆12旋转对机筒8中的两种物料进行混料。

1.双色混料器，包括第一电机（1）、进料口（2）、第一法兰轴承（3）、搅拌螺杆（4）、管道机筒（5）、第二电机（6）、阀门（7）、机筒（8）、第二法兰轴承（9）、转轴（10）、搅拌横杆（11）、第二斜螺杆（12）、第一斜螺杆（13）、连接轴（14）、第三法兰轴承（15），其特征是：所述机筒（8）顶部左右两侧各安装管道机筒（5），管道机筒（5）上通过机座安装第一电机（1），第一电机（1）通过联轴器与搅拌螺杆（4）相连，搅拌螺杆（4）上端安装在第一法兰轴承（3）上，第一法兰轴承（3）安装在管道机筒（5）内顶部，管道机筒（5）下端安装阀门（7），管道机筒（5）的下料口连通机筒（8），机筒（8）顶部通过机座安装第二电机（6），第二电机（6）通过联轴器与转轴（10）相连，转轴（10）下端安装搅拌横杆（11），搅拌横杆（11）左侧安装第一斜螺杆（13），第一斜螺杆（13）下端安装在连接轴（14）上，连接轴（14）下端安装在第三法兰轴承（15）内，第三法兰轴承（15）安装在机筒（8）内，搅拌横杆（11）右侧安装第二斜螺杆（12）。
