技术领域
本发明涉及双色混料器,属于混料器技术领域。
背景技术
混合机可以将多种物料配合成均匀的混合物,如在制药行业,把不同成分的原料均匀混合在一起组成复方 :还可以增加物料接触表面积,以促进化学反应 ;还能够加速物理变化,例如粒状溶质加入溶剂,通过混合机械的作用可加速溶解混匀。现有技术的混料器都是单口混料器,一般都是直接将多种物料同时从进料口进入到机筒内,这样就少了单种物料的前期自我混炼过程。物料解决上述困难,需要开发一款具有前期单种物料的自我混炼过程双色混料器。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供双色混料器。
本发明要解决的问题是现有技术的混料器都是单口混料器,一般都是直接将多种物料同时从进料口进入到机筒内的问题。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
双色混料器,包括第一电机、进料口、第一法兰轴承、搅拌螺杆、管道机筒、第二电机、阀门、机筒、第二法兰轴承、转轴、搅拌横杆、第二斜螺杆、第一斜螺杆、连接轴、第三法兰轴承,所述机筒顶部左右两侧各安装管道机筒,管道机筒上通过机座安装第一电机,第一电机通过联轴器与搅拌螺杆相连,搅拌螺杆上端安装在第一法兰轴承上,第一法兰轴承安装在管道机筒内顶部,管道机筒下端安装阀门,管道机筒的下料口连通机筒,机筒顶部通过机座安装第二电机,第二电机通过联轴器与转轴相连,转轴下端安装搅拌横杆,搅拌横杆左侧安装第一斜螺杆,第一斜螺杆下端安装在连接轴上,连接轴下端安装在第三法兰轴承内,第三法兰轴承安装在机筒内,搅拌横杆右侧安装第二斜螺杆。
所述第一斜螺杆和搅拌横杆之间安装角度为60°。
所述第二斜螺杆和搅拌横杆之间安装角度为60°。
所述机筒下安装下料管,下料管上安装下料阀。
本发明的优点是:两种不同的物料分别从进料口进入到管道机筒中,第一电机使搅拌螺杆旋转,使物料单独在各自的管道机筒中进行充分的搅拌,然后从管道机筒的下料口进入到机筒中,进行混料;第二电机使转轴旋转,使搅拌横杆旋转,使第一斜螺杆和第二斜螺杆旋转对机筒中的两种物料进行混料。

本发明使用方法:两种不同的物料分别从进料口2进入到管道机筒5中,第一电机1使搅拌螺杆4旋转,使物料单独在各自的管道机筒5中进行充分的搅拌,然后从管道机筒5的下料口进入到机筒8中,进行混料;第二电机6使转轴10旋转,使搅拌横杆11旋转,使第一斜螺杆13和第二斜螺杆12旋转对机筒8中的两种物料进行混料。
