本发明属于地面铺装材料技术领域,涉及木质地板,尤其涉及一种隔音降噪保温木制地板。
背景技术
木质地板由于具有美丽的外观、舒适的脚感、优异的质感等特性,被广泛作为室内装饰材料。然而若直接将普通的木质地板铺装在水泥混凝土楼板表面,人在其上方走动时易产生噪音,会影响到下一楼层人的生活,难以起到隔音降噪的作用。当人们在高强度的工作压力条件下,对安静、舒适工作及生活环境的质量要求较高,特别是对办公楼、酒店等公共场所的隔音效果要求更高。
为了达到保温效果,现有技术中有对安装地板的铺装地面进行处理,例如CN105064656A,将混凝土进行铺设,保证混凝土厚度为30~40mm,同时在混凝土未凝结时进行修整和压制,保证基层无凹凸不均之处;在修整过后未完全凝结时铺设发泡绝缘层,使用乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物发泡板进行绝缘,待凝结8~12h后形成发泡绝缘层;在发泡绝缘层上铺设超细混凝土层,铺设完成后进行修整压实,凝结时间为6~10h;待下层超细混凝土层凝结完成后进行铺设水管,保证水管铺设经水压测试合格后48小时内再以上述超细轻质混凝土浇注其上保养8~12h形成填充层;以重量份数计,选取火山石:水泥:细沙:聚羧酸盐减水剂为1:2:6:0.5‰重量配比制成粉料,将上述固体经高压碾压装置进行碾压粉碎后进行筛选,得到不均匀度系数为1.6~2.0的颗粒固体,通过将上述粉料与水进行1:1重量配比,将其按照模具,制成六边形相邻的蜂窝状结构,模具六边形边长为30~40mm,高度为20~30mm,保证蜂窝结构厚度为10~20mm,依次排开,边缘无法完成形成六边形时即用火山石水泥进行填满后进行凝结,凝结时间为6~10h;待凝结完成后铺设地板,保证地板无起翘皱缩即可。CN206205384U公开了一种地板保温构造结构,包括有水泥地坪层,所述水泥地坪层上侧为找平层,找平层上侧设有铺垫层,铺垫层上侧为复合地板或免漆实木地板层,所述找平层的上侧面上设有多条平行排列的凹槽。

发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的不足,本发明的目的是为了解决木质地板隔音保温效果不佳的问题,公开一种具备良好隔音降噪保温效果的木质地板。
技术方案:
一种隔音降噪保温木制地板,自上而下由耐磨装饰层、隔音层和吸音保温层胶合而成,其中,所述耐磨装饰层为浸渍纸、UV固化油漆饰面的单板、聚丙烯PP膜、电子束固化聚丙烯EB膜或聚氯乙烯PVC膜等;所述隔音层为高密度纤维板(HDF)或多层胶合板,厚度6~18mm;所述保温吸音层为高分子聚合物发泡材料,厚度2~6mm。
本发明较优公开例中,当耐磨装饰层为浸渍纸,即喷涂三氧化二铝的浸渍木纹装饰纸,具有同步纹、手抓纹、浮雕纹等表面效果,与隔音层在高压、高温、短周期下热压而成。

本发明较优公开例中,所述保温吸音层为高分子聚合物发泡材料,包括但不限于聚氨酯、聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯以及乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物等,厚度2~6mm,优选3~5mm。
本发明较优公开例中,所述隔音层与保温吸音层通过反应型热熔胶(PUR)在常温、常压下直接粘贴而成,热熔胶直接喷涂在隔音层背层,施胶量20~60g/m2
高分子聚合物发泡材料含有多孔结构,具备优异的吸音功能,导热系数低于0.05W/(m·k),有良好的保温功能。
本发明采用隔音层和吸音层相结合的方式,使成品地板撞击隔音降低至65dB以下,保温效果良好。
有益效果
本发明所公开的隔音降噪保温木制地板,结构简单,采用浸渍纸、UV固化单板或PP膜(聚丙烯)、EB膜(电子束固化聚丙烯)、PVC膜(聚氯乙烯)等作为耐磨装饰层,HDF或多层胶合板作为隔音层,聚氨酯、聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯以及乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物等高分子聚合物发泡材料作为吸音保温层。同时该隔音降噪保温地板具有保温、耐磨、隔音降噪、脚感舒适、质感优异的优点,撞击隔音低于65dB。

一种隔音降噪保温木制地板,自上而下由耐磨装饰层1、隔音层2和吸音保温层3胶合而成,其中,所述耐磨装饰层1为浸渍纸具有同步纹、手抓纹或浮雕纹的表面效果,与隔音层2在高压、高温、短周期下热压而成,厚度为0.6~2.0mm;所述隔音层2为高密度纤维板,密度700~950kg/m3,厚度9~15mm;所述保温吸音层3为高分子聚合物发泡材料包括但不限于聚氨酯、聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯以及乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,厚度2~6mm;所述隔音层2与保温吸音层3通过反应型热熔胶PUR在常温、常压下直接粘贴而成,热熔胶直接喷涂在隔音层2背层,施胶量20~60g/m2
实施例2
一种隔音降噪保温木制地板,自上而下由耐磨装饰层1、隔音层2和吸音保温层3胶合而成,其中,所述耐磨装饰层1为UV固化油漆饰面的单板表面经拉丝或仿古的处理工序,厚度为0.6~2.0mm,所述单板为橡木,与隔音层2以胶黏剂通过低压、常温、长周期预压结合低压、高温、短周期热压而成,施胶量100~200g/m2;所述隔音层2为高密度纤维板,密度700~950kg/m3,厚度9~15mm;所述保温吸音层3为高分子聚合物发泡材料包括但不限于聚氨酯、聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯以及乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,厚度2~6mm;所述隔音层2与保温吸音层3通过反应型热熔胶PUR在常温、常压下直接粘贴而成,热熔胶直接喷涂在隔音层2背层,施胶量20~60g/m2

一种隔音降噪保温木制地板,自上而下由耐磨装饰层1、隔音层2和吸音保温层3胶合而成,其中,所述耐磨装饰层1为聚丙烯PP膜、电子束固化聚丙烯EB膜或聚氯乙烯PVC膜,表面具有横纹、同步纹或浮雕的设计,有立体凸凹装饰的表面效果,厚度0.1~0.5mm,其与隔音层2通过反应型热熔胶PUR在常温、低压条件下粘合而成,施胶量30~60g/m2;所述隔音层2为多层胶合板,树种为桉木,厚度10~15mm;所述保温吸音层3为高分子聚合物发泡材料包括但不限于聚氨酯、聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯以及乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,厚度2~6mm;所述隔音层2与保温吸音层3通过反应型热熔胶PUR在常温、常压下直接粘贴而成,热熔胶直接喷涂在隔音层2背层,施胶量20~60g/m2

Claims (10)

1.一种隔音降噪保温木制地板,自上而下由耐磨装饰层(1)、隔音层(2)和吸音保温层(3)胶合而成,其特征在于:所述耐磨装饰层(1)为浸渍纸、UV固化油漆饰面的单板、聚丙烯PP膜、电子束固化聚丙烯EB膜或聚氯乙烯PVC膜;所述隔音层(2)为高密度纤维板或多层胶合板,厚度6~18mm;所述保温吸音层(3)为高分子聚合物发泡材料,厚度2~6mm。
2.根据权利要求1 隔音降噪保温木制地板,其特征在于:所述耐磨装饰层(1)为浸渍纸,即喷涂三氧化二铝的浸渍木纹装饰纸,具有同步纹、手抓纹或浮雕纹的表面效果,与隔音层(2)在高压、高温、短周期下热压而成。
3.根据权利要求1 隔音降噪保温木制地板,其特征在于:所述耐磨装饰层(1)为UV漆饰面的单板,表面经拉丝或仿古处理工序,厚度为0.6~2.0mm,所述单板为珍贵木皮,如黑胡桃、橡木、山核桃;UV漆饰面的单板与隔音层(2)以胶黏剂通过低压、常温、长周期预压结合低压、高温、短周期热压而成,施胶量100~200g/m2
4.根据权利要求3 隔音降噪保温木制地板,其特征在于:所述胶黏剂为脲醛胶、三聚氰胺改性脲醛胶、无甲醛添加胶黏剂。
5.根据权利要求4隔音降噪保温木制地板,其特征在于:所述无甲醛添加胶黏剂为丙烯酸类胶黏剂、EPI类胶黏剂、木质素基胶或大豆胶。
6.根据权利要求1 隔音降噪保温木制地板,其特征在于:所述耐磨装饰层(1)为PP膜、EB膜或PVC膜,表面具有横纹、同步纹或浮雕的设计,有立体凸凹装饰的表面效果,厚度0.1~0.5mm,其与隔音层(2)通过反应型热熔胶PUR在常温、低压条件下粘合而成,施胶量30~60g/m2
7.根据权利要求1 隔音降噪保温木制地板,其特征在于:所述隔音层(2)为高密度纤维板,厚度6~18mm,密度700~950kg/m3,优选厚度9~15mm,密度820~900kg/m3
8.根据权利要求1 隔音降噪保温木制地板,其特征在于:所述隔音层(2)为多层胶合板,所用树种为桉木、杨木或榉木,厚度10~15mm,优选树种为桉木,厚度11.5~14.5mm。
9.根据权利要求1 隔音降噪保温木制地板,其特征在于:所述保温吸音层(3)为高分子聚合物发泡材料,包括但不限于聚氨酯、聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯以及乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物等,厚度2~6mm,优选3~5mm。
10.根据权利要求1 隔音降噪保温木制地板,其特征在于:所述隔音层(2)与保温吸音层(3)通过反应型热熔胶在常温、常压下直接粘贴而成,热熔胶直接喷涂在隔音层(2)背层,施胶量20~60g/m2
