Abstract
本发明属于建材技术领域,涉及复合地板,尤其涉及一种木塑发泡层复合地板:由上至下依次为表面装饰层、木质基材层、木塑发泡层、底部的木质基材层及防潮平衡层,其中所述表面装饰层附着在木质基材层上表面,木塑发泡层的厚度为4~20mm,其上表面与附有表面装饰层的木质基材层的下表面粘接在一起,其下表面粘附底部的木质基材层,所述底部的木质基材层下表面与防潮平衡层粘接在一起。本发明所公开的复合地板结构设计合理,采用环保木质基材、木塑发泡材料、高耐磨装饰材料、环保胶黏剂、环保防潮平衡、UV树脂等,具有低甲醛释放、耐用、保温、高耐磨、环保防潮等优良性能,是绿色节能环保的建筑装饰材料。

本发明属于建材技术领域,涉及复合地板,尤其涉及一种木塑发泡层复合地板。
背景技术
地板是当前家庭、商用空及办公场所地面装修中必不可少的装饰装修材料,木质复合地板给人以温暖舒适的感觉,在家庭及办公场所装修中得到较为广泛的采用,而现市场上的地板产品多为单一材料、结构上也较为简单,环保性、耐用性及保温节能等方面的综合性能欠佳。
近年来国家大力提倡节能环保和绿色建筑的新起,具有低甲醛释放、耐用及保温性能优良的环保节能木质复合地板就成为市场的宠儿。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种具有高耐磨性、保温节能、绿色环保的木塑发泡层复合地板。

一种木塑发泡层复合地板,由上至下依次为表面装饰层、木质基材层、木塑发泡层、底部的木质基材层及防潮平衡层,其中所述表面装饰层附着在木质基材层上表面,木塑发泡层的厚度为4~20mm,优选12mm,其上表面与附有表面装饰层的木质基材层的下表面粘接在一起,其下表面粘附底部的木质基材层,所述底部的木质基材层下表面与防潮平衡层粘接在一起。
本发明所述木塑发泡层,业内是将PVC粒子与木粉、竹粉、竹炭粉、碳酸钙粉中的一种或二种以上的材料,按比例添加发泡剂、成核剂、发泡助剂等,经成型设备加热熔融发泡挤出成型,所获得的带有连续均匀分布发泡微孔的复合材料,密度为0.15~0.65g/cm3。
本发明较优公开例中,所述表面装饰层附着在木质基材层的表面之上,厚度为0.1~5mm。所述表层装饰层为UV树脂层、PP装饰膜或浸渍耐磨装饰纸中的一种或任意二种,其中,UV树脂层为高耐磨UV树脂涂布而成;所述浸渍耐磨装饰纸为将装饰纸浸渍于混有耐磨料的三聚氰胺树脂或改性三聚氰胺树脂中,取出后干燥而成,所述耐磨料为180~240目的Al2O3粒子。
本发明较优公开例中,所述木质基材层的厚度为0.1~5mm,为多层胶合板或中高密度板。表面装饰层通过直接辊涂PUR胶粘或热压附着在木质基材层表面。
本发明较优公开例中,所述木质基材层的下表面通过冷贴环保耐水胶与木塑发泡层上表面粘合在一起。
本发明较优公开例中,所述防潮平衡层的厚度为0.1~5mm,为UV树脂层或浸渍胶膜纸。所述UV树脂层是将UV树脂通过辊涂并经紫外光固化在底部的木质基材层下表面,所述浸渍胶膜纸通过热压粘贴在底部的木质基材层的下表面。
本发明较优公开例中,所述底部的木质基材层上表面通过环保耐水冷贴胶冷压粘合在木塑发泡层的下表面。
有益效果
本发明所公开的木塑发泡层复合地板,表面装饰层具有高耐磨的特性,木塑发泡层有较好的保温性能,防潮平衡层具有优良的耐水、耐候性能,木质基材层为环保等级高的木质材料,环保耐水冷贴胶水为水性聚氨酯胶水。所公开的复合地板结构设计合理,具有低甲醛释放、耐用及保温性能优良的特性,是绿色节能环保的新型建筑装饰材料。有别于现有技术,本发明采用环保木质基材、木塑发泡材料、高耐磨装饰材料、环保胶黏剂、环保防潮平衡、UV树脂等制成,具有高耐磨、保温、环保防潮的优点。其生产工艺简单,适合工业化生产。

下面结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明,以使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明,但本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
实施例1
一种木塑发泡层复合地板,由上至下依次包括表面装饰层1、木质基材层2、木塑发泡层3、底部木质基材层2及防潮平衡层4,所述表面装饰层1附着在木质基材层2上表面,木塑发泡层3的上表面与附有表面装饰层的木质基材层2的下表面粘接在一起,木塑发泡层3的下表面粘附底部的木质基材层2,木塑发泡层3的厚度为12mm;所述底部木质基材层2下表面与防潮平衡层4粘接在一起。
所述表面装饰层1为厚度0.20mm的PP装饰膜,膜上还复合厚度为0.30mm的PP耐磨层。所述木质基材层2为多层胶合板,厚度3.0mm,表面装饰层通过PUR胶粘结在多层胶合板上。所述木塑发泡层3为PVC、木粉、发泡添加剂等经发泡挤出成型,厚度为9.0mm,密度0.30g/cm3。所述底部木质基材层2为多层胶合板,厚度3.0mm ,未饰面的一面通过耐水环保冷贴胶水性聚氨酯与木塑发泡板冷压粘合在一起。所述防潮平衡层为UV树脂层,UV树脂通过辊涂在底部木质基材层2多层胶合板的底面,再经紫外灯固化。
实施例2
一种木塑发泡层复合地板,由上至下依次包括表面装饰层1、木质基材层2、木塑发泡层3、底部木质基材层2及防潮平衡层4;所述表面装饰层1为厚度0.25~0.30mm的浸渍耐磨装饰纸;所述木质基材层2为环保高密度纤维板,厚度1.5mm,表面装饰层为浸渍耐磨装饰纸通过热压粘结在环保高密度纤维板上。所述木塑发泡层3为PVC、木粉、竹炭粉、发泡添加剂等经发泡挤出成型,厚度为20mm,密度0.45g/cm3。
所述底部木质基材层2为环保高密度纤维板,厚度1.5mm;所述防潮平衡层4为改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂浸渍的素色胶膜纸,胶膜纸通过热压与底部木质基材层2环保高密度纤维板粘合在一起,其未饰面的一面通过耐水环保冷贴胶-水性聚氨酯与木塑发泡层3冷压粘合在一起。
实施例3
一种木塑发泡层复合地板,由上至下依次包括表面装饰层1、木质基材层2、木塑发泡层3、底部木质基材层2及防潮平衡层4,所述表面装饰层1附着在木质基材层2上表面,木塑发泡层3的上表面与附有表面装饰层的木质基材层2的下表面粘接在一起,木塑发泡层3的下表面粘附底部的木质基材层2,木塑发泡层3的厚度为4mm;所述底部木质基材层2下表面与防潮平衡层4粘接在一起。
所述表面装饰层1为厚度1.0mm的PP装饰膜,膜上还复合厚度为1.0mm的浸渍耐磨装饰纸,耐磨料为180~240目的Al2O3粒子。所述木质基材层2为中高密度板,厚度5.0mm,表面装饰层通过PUR胶粘结在多层胶合板上。所述木塑发泡层3为PVC、木粉、发泡添加剂等经发泡挤出成型,密度0.65g/cm3。所述底部木质基材层2为多层胶合板,厚度5.0mm ,未饰面的一面通过耐水环保冷贴胶水性聚氨酯与木塑发泡板冷压粘合在一起。所述防潮平衡层为UV树脂层,UV树脂通过辊涂在底部木质基材层2多层胶合板的底面,再经紫外灯固化。

Claims (10)
1.一种木塑发泡层复合地板,由上至下依次为表面装饰层(1)、木质基材层(2)、木塑发泡层(3)、底部的木质基材层(2)及防潮平衡层(4),其特征在于:所述表面装饰层(1)附着在木质基材层(2)上表面,木塑发泡层(3)的厚度为4~20mm,其上表面与附有表面装饰层的木质基材层(2)的下表面粘接在一起,其下表面粘附底部的木质基材层(2),所述底部的木质基材层(2)下表面与防潮平衡层(4)粘接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述木塑发泡层复合地板,其特征在于:所述木塑发泡层(3)的厚度为12mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述木塑发泡层复合地板,其特征在于:所述表面装饰层(1)附着在木质基材层(2)的表面之上,厚度为0.1~5mm。
4.根据权利要求3所述木塑发泡层复合地板,其特征在于:所述表面装饰层(1)为UV树脂层、PP装饰膜或浸渍耐磨装饰纸中的一种或任意二种,其中,UV树脂层为高耐磨UV树脂涂布而成;所述浸渍耐磨装饰纸为将装饰纸浸渍于混有耐磨料的三聚氰胺树脂或改性三聚氰胺树脂中,取出后干燥而成,所述耐磨料为180~240目的Al2O3粒子。
5.根据权利要求1所述木塑发泡层复合地板,其特征在于:所述木质基材层(2)的厚度为0.1~5mm,为多层胶合板或中高密度板。
6.根据权利要求1所述木塑发泡层复合地板,其特征在于:表面装饰层(1)通过直接辊涂PUR胶粘或热压附着在木质基材层(2)表面。
7.根据权利要求1所述木塑发泡层复合地板,其特征在于:所述木质基材层(2)的下表面通过冷贴环保耐水胶与木塑发泡层(3)上表面粘合在一起。
8.根据权利要求1所述木塑发泡层复合地板,其特征在于:所述防潮平衡层(4)的厚度为0.1~5mm,为UV树脂层或浸渍胶膜纸。
9.根据权利要求8所述木塑发泡层复合地板,其特征在于:所述UV树脂层是将UV树脂通过辊涂并经紫外光固化在底部的木质基材层(2)下表面,所述浸渍胶膜纸通过热压粘贴在底部的木质基材层(2)的下表面。
10.根据权利要求1所述木塑发泡层复合地板,其特征在于:所述底部的木质基材层(2)上表面通过环保耐水冷贴胶冷压粘合在木塑发泡层(3)的下表面。
