发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型硅胶合成革的制备方法,其解决了传统硅胶合成革耐屈挠性、耐磨性和柔软性较差的问题。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种环保型硅胶合成革的制备方法,步骤包括
步骤一、配制第一浆料,将第一浆料涂覆在离型纸上,在70~90℃下烘3~5min形成面胶层,再对面胶层重复进行三次的热浸、热压处理,且在每次热压前在面胶层的表面均匀覆盖一层纳米二氧化硅填料;
步骤二、配制第二浆料,将第一浆料涂覆在离型纸上,在80~110℃下烘8~10min形成底胶层,再将底胶层放置于蒸箱内进行蒸汽处理;
步骤三、选取基布,依次将处理后的底胶层和面胶层经热压贴合及纸革分离转移到基布上,制得环保型硅胶合成革。
进一步改进在于,所述第一浆料的制备原料包括20~30份硅橡胶基胶,6~10份松香树脂,1~4份纳米硅微粉,2~5份纳米尼龙粉,2~4份茶油,3~5份增粘剂和2~6份偶联剂。
进一步改进在于,所述第二浆料的制备原料包括65~90份硅橡胶基胶,20~30份松香树脂,6~10份芳香烃油,12~15份石蜡油,8~12份增粘剂,8~10份茶油和6~20份偶联剂。
进一步改进在于,所述三次的热浸、热压处理的处理条件分别为:
第一次:热浸温度为70~80℃,热浸时间为6~8min;热压温度为100~110℃,热压压力为10~12MPa,热压时间为10~12min;
第二次:热浸温度为80~90℃,热浸时间为8~10min;热压温度为110~120℃,热压压力为12~14MPa,热压时间为13~15min;
第三次:热浸温度为90~100℃,热浸时间为10~12min;热压温度为120~130℃,热压压力为15~17MPa,热压时间为20~30min。

步骤一、配制第一浆料,第一浆料的制备原料包括30份硅橡胶基胶,10份松香树脂,4份纳米硅微粉,5份纳米尼龙粉,4份茶油,5份增粘剂和6份偶联剂。将第一浆料涂覆在离型纸上,在90℃下烘5min形成面胶层;接着,使用海藻酸钠水溶液,对面胶层重复进行三次的热浸、热压处理:第一次:热浸温度为80℃,热浸时间为8min;热压温度为110℃,热压压力为12MPa,热压时间为12min;第二次:热浸温度为90℃,热浸时间为10min;热压温度为120℃,热压压力为14MPa,热压时间为15min;第三次:热浸温度为100℃,热浸时间为12min;热压温度为130℃,热压压力为17MPa,热压时间为30min。
同时,搭建一个粉体流道,在粉体流道内灌入充分扬起的纳米二氧化硅填料,将面胶层匀速移动穿过粉体流道,使纳米二氧化硅填料飘落在面胶层表面,在每次热压前在面胶层的表面均匀覆盖一层纳米二氧化硅填料,控制移动的速度,覆盖程度以面胶层呈均匀的灰白色为宜。
步骤二、配制第二浆料,第二浆料的制备原料包括90份硅橡胶基胶,30份松香树脂,10份芳香烃油,15份石蜡油,12份增粘剂,10份茶油和20份偶联剂;接着,将第一浆料涂覆在离型纸上,在110℃下烘10min形成底胶层,再将底胶层放置于蒸箱内进行蒸汽处理,蒸汽处理的温度为120℃,蒸汽压力为2倍大气压,处理时间为25min。
步骤三、选用高密度针刺无纺布、涤纶布或超细纤维合成革基布,依次将处理后的底胶层和面胶层经热压贴合及纸革分离转移到基布上,制得环保型硅胶合成革,其中面胶层与底胶层的厚度比为1:4。
对比例1
一种环保型硅胶合成革的制备方法,其步骤与实施例2基本相同,唯一区别在于:制备面胶层时只进行了一次热浸、热压处理,且处理条件为:热浸温度为100℃,热浸时间为12min;热压温度为130℃,热压压力为17MPa,热压时间为30min。

一种环保型硅胶合成革的制备方法,其步骤与实施例2基本相同,唯一区别在于:制备面胶层时未进行热浸、热压处理(同样未覆盖纳米二氧化硅填料)。
对比例3
一种环保型硅胶合成革的制备方法,其步骤与实施例2基本相同,唯一区别在于:重复进行三次热浸、热压处理时,未覆盖纳米二氧化硅填料。
对比例4
一种环保型硅胶合成革的制备方法,其步骤与实施例2基本相同,唯一区别在于:制备底胶层时未进行蒸汽处理。
对比例5
一种环保型硅胶合成革的制备方法,其步骤与实施例2基本相同,唯一区别在于:配制第一浆料时,未加入纳米硅微粉和纳米尼龙粉。
对比例6
一种环保型硅胶合成革的制备方法,其步骤与实施例2基本相同,唯一区别在于:配制第二浆料时,未加入芳香烃油和石蜡油。
对比例7
一种环保型硅胶合成革的制备方法,其采用常规的硅胶合成革制备方法。
对上述各实施例以及对比例制得的硅胶合成革进行性能测试,包括环保性、耐屈挠性、耐磨性、柔软度和手感。
环保性:以是否符合国家2010年1月1日起实施的《环境标志产品技术要求皮革和合成革》为标准;
耐屈挠性:按照国标QB/T 2714-2008规定进行实验和判定,25℃条件下,将合成革折叠25万次,观察有无裂纹;
耐磨性:采用圆形砂轮与合成革接触,载重800g,转速100rpm,进行磨损测试,磨损过程中始终保证合成革表面温度在50℃以下,直至合成革表面破裂,记录所转圈数;
柔软度:根据柔软性分为五级:Ⅰ级(非常柔软),Ⅱ级(柔软),Ⅲ级(中等程度),Ⅳ级(坚硬),Ⅴ级(非常坚硬);
手感:抚摸、按捏合成革,感觉其舒适度、回弹性。
将上述实验得到的结果统计成下表:
从上表可以看出,本发明通过梯度的热浸和热压处理,以及覆盖纳米二氧化硅填料的工艺,使制得的硅胶合成革具有较强的耐屈挠性和耐磨性,通过蒸汽处理,使硅胶合成革主要的底胶层柔软性良好。同时,纳米硅微粉、纳米尼龙粉、芳香烃油和石蜡油等成分从中也起到了较好的性能促进作用。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种环保型硅胶合成革的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤包括
步骤一、配制第一浆料,将第一浆料涂覆在离型纸上,在70~90℃下烘3~5min形成面胶层,再对面胶层重复进行三次的热浸、热压交替处理,且在每次热压前在面胶层的表面均匀覆盖一层纳米二氧化硅填料;
步骤二、配制第二浆料,将第一浆料涂覆在离型纸上,在80~110℃下烘8~10min形成底胶层,再将底胶层放置于蒸箱内进行蒸汽处理;
步骤三、选取基布,依次将处理后的底胶层和面胶层经热压贴合及纸革分离转移到基布上,制得环保型硅胶合成革。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型硅胶合成革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第一浆料的制备原料包括20~30份硅橡胶基胶,6~10份松香树脂,1~4份纳米硅微粉,2~5份纳米尼龙粉,2~4份茶油,3~5份增粘剂和2~6份偶联剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型硅胶合成革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述第二浆料的制备原料包括65~90份硅橡胶基胶,20~30份松香树脂,6~10份芳香烃油,12~15份石蜡油,8~12份增粘剂,8~10份茶油和6~20份偶联剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型硅胶合成革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述三次的热浸、热压交替处理的处理条件分别为:
第一次:热浸温度为70~80℃,热浸时间为6~8min;热压温度为100~110℃,热压压力为10~12MPa,热压时间为10~12min;
第二次:热浸温度为80~90℃,热浸时间为8~10min;热压温度为110~120℃,热压压力为12~14MPa,热压时间为13~15min;
第三次:热浸温度为90~100℃,热浸时间为10~12min;热压温度为120~130℃,热压压力为15~17MPa,热压时间为20~30min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型硅胶合成革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述热浸选用的溶液为海藻酸钠水溶液。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型硅胶合成革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述纳米二氧化硅填料的覆盖方式为:搭建一个粉体流道,在粉体流道内灌入充分扬起的纳米二氧化硅填料,将面胶层匀速移动穿过粉体流道,使纳米二氧化硅填料飘落在面胶层表面。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型硅胶合成革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述蒸汽处理的温度为110℃~120℃,蒸汽压力为2倍大气压,处理时间为20-25min。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型硅胶合成革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述基布选用高密度针刺无纺布、涤纶布或超细纤维合成革基布中的一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型硅胶合成革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述面胶层与底胶层的厚度比为1:3~4。
