Abstract

本发明的目的是提供一种全能清洁巾及其制作方法,它包括中间芯体层、上表面层和下表面层,中间芯体层是经过聚山梨酯80、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、二丙酮醇、十二烷基磺酸钠和聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯处理的花生壳纤维的非织造布。上表面层和下表面层的材料是天然纤维或粘胶纤维。该全能清洁巾具有擦拭效果好,不用洗洁精,对油渍、污渍去除力好,容易清洗,可以反复多次使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及家用擦拭清洁用品和厨房擦拭清洁用品,特别是一种全能清洁巾及制作方法。
背景技术
现在市场上的家用擦拭清洁用品和厨房擦拭清洁用品,主要有化学纤维或棉竹纤维的经编织物的擦拭清洁布和非织造布分切成的一次性清洁巾,这两种擦拭清洁用品在使用时不但效果不好,并且都需要使用大量的洗洁精用来辅助擦拭,洗洁精的利用率很低,用水量很大,造成了洗洁精和水资源的浪费,还污染了大量的水。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种全能清洁巾,该全能清洁巾具有擦拭效果好,不用洗洁精,对油渍、污渍去除力好,容易清洗,可以反复多次使用。
为了达到上述目的本发明采用的技术方案是:设置中间芯体层、上表面层和下表面层,所述中间芯体层是添加了聚山梨酯80、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、二丙酮醇、十二烷基磺酸钠和聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯的花生壳纤维的非织造布。
所述聚山梨酯80、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、二丙酮醇、十二烷基磺酸钠和聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯的配比,按照重量份计:聚山梨酯80为15-19.5,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵为7.5-9.2,二丙酮醇为37.5-41.2,十二烷基磺酸钠为26.5%-33.1%,聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为5.1-6.2。
所述上表面层和下表面层的材料为天然纤维或粘胶纤维。
所述全能清洁巾的制作方法,先将如下重量份比例的成分混合制成8.5%-9.5%的水溶液,然后加热升温到48℃-56℃:聚山梨酯80为15-19.5,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵为7.5-9.2,二丙酮醇为37.5-41.2,十二烷基磺酸钠为26.5-33.1,聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为5.1-6.2;
再将中间芯体层的花生壳纤维非织造布浸渍25分钟-35分钟,取出后对其进行轧液,轧液率75%-80%,然后在105℃-120℃下进行烘干,烘干到含水率为9%-12%;
然后再将如下重量份比例的成分混合制成65%-70%的水溶液作为浆料:聚山梨酯80为15-19.5,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵为7.5-9.2,二丙酮醇为37.5-41.2,十二烷基磺酸钠为26.5-33.1,聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为5.1-6.2;
在常温下对含水率为9%-12%中间芯体层的花生壳纤维非织造布进行常规方法上浆,上浆量为11-13克/平方米,上浆后加温到56℃-65℃,保持3-4小时后烘干,烘干条件90℃-110℃,得到中间芯体层;将天然纤维材料或粘胶纤维材料均交叉平铺于中间芯体层的上下两面,构成上表面层和下表面层,经过无纺水刺或无纺针刺将上表面层、中间芯体层和下表面层柔性缠结组合在一起,形成一种全能清洁巾的原料布,再经过分切和包装得到一种全能清洁巾。
本发明与现有技术相比具有的优点是:擦拭效果好,不用洗洁精,对油渍、污渍去除力好,容易清洗,可以反复多次使用,效果如新,水洗30次后使用效果不会显著下降。

具体实施方式
见图1,本发明一种全能清洁巾包括上表面层1、中间芯体层2和下表面层3。
中间芯体层2是花生壳纤维的非织造布,制作方法是将花生壳水洗并烘干,然后按现有的生物质纤维制作工艺经过弱酸水解,得到花生壳纤维,再按现有的非织造布制作工艺制作花生壳纤维非织造布;中间芯体层2的花生壳纤维非织造布添加了聚山梨酯80、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、二丙酮醇、十二烷基磺酸钠和聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯。
聚山梨酯80、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、二丙酮醇、十二烷基磺酸钠和聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯的添加配比是:按照重量份计,聚山梨酯80为15-19.5,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵为7.5-9.2,二丙酮醇为37.5-41.2,十二烷基磺酸钠为26.5-33.1,聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为5.1-6.2。
添加处理方式:先将聚山梨酯80、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、二丙酮醇、十二烷基磺酸钠和聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯按照上述重量份混合制成8.5%-9.5%的水溶液,然后加热升温到48℃-56℃,再将中间芯体层2的花生壳纤维非织造布浸渍25分钟-35分钟,取出后对其进行轧液(轧液率75%-80%),然后在105℃-120℃下进行烘干,烘干到含水率为9%-12%;然后再用聚山梨酯80、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、二丙酮醇、十二烷基磺酸钠和聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯按照上述重量份混合制成65%-70%的水溶液作为浆料,在常温下对含水率为9%-12%中间芯体层2的花生壳纤维非织造布进行常规方法上浆,上浆量为11-13克/平方米,上浆后加温到56℃-65℃,保持3-4小时后烘干,烘干条件90℃-110℃,得到中间芯体层2。
将天然纤维材料或粘胶纤维材料均交叉平铺于中间芯体层2的上下两面,构成上表面层1和下表面层3,经过无纺水刺或无纺针刺将上表面层1、中间芯体层2和下表面层3柔性缠结组合在一起,形成一种全能清洁巾的原料布,再经过分切和包装得到一种全能清洁巾。

Claims (3)

1.一种全能清洁巾,包括设置中间芯体层、上表面层和下表面层,所述中间芯体层是添加了聚山梨酯80、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、二丙酮醇、十二烷基磺酸钠和聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯的花生壳纤维的非织造布,其特征在于:该全能清洁巾由以下方法制成:
先将如下重量份比例的成分混合制成8.5%-9.5%的水溶液,然后加热升温到48℃-56℃:聚山梨酯80为15-19.5,十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵为7.5-9.2,二丙酮醇为37.5-41.2,十二烷基磺酸钠为26.5-33.1,聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为5.1-6.2;
再将中间芯体层的花生壳纤维非织造布浸渍25分钟-35分钟,取出后对其进行轧液,轧液率75%-80%,然后在105℃-120℃下进行烘干,烘干到含水率为9%-12%;
