技术领域
本发明涉及清洁用品领域,特别涉及多功能百洁片及其制备工艺。
背景技术
清洁用品目前市面上较多为液体,包括洗衣液、洗洁精等,也有粉末 状如洗衣粉等,目前也出现了一些片剂洗衣片,用于清洁衣物,但针对其 他物品如厨房油污等的片状清洁用品存在着空白。
特别是目前清洁用品都是单独的清洁剂,使用时需要放入清洁剂,然 后使用额外的抹布等进行,但在一些室外场合,不太方便找到清洁用具; 同时日常生活中长时间使用的抹布会残留细菌,容易将细菌遗留至清洗后 的厨房用品上;
普通洗涤剂大部分是液体用塑料瓶装或者粉剂袋装,瓶装不但使得运 输成本高,并且生产企业塑料瓶的重复使用率低,塑料瓶不易降解,给环 境造成了大面积的污染,并且给企业带来了高昂的运输成本,也加重了消 费者不必要的消费成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种方便快捷的多功能百洁片及其高效的制备工 艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案,多功能百洁片,包括两 层无纺布层,两层无纺布层中间设有去油片,去油片包括如下重量份的组 分,以质量百分比计:
聚乙烯醇7%~35%、十二烷基硫酸钠5%~35%、蒸馏水5%~11%、癸基 葡糖苷1%~8%、甘油椰油酸酯0.5%~5%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱0.5%~5%、 椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物0.5%~5%、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺0.5%~5%、甘油 0.5%~5%、柠檬酸钠0.1%~4%、皂素0.1%~4%、乙氧基化-C12-18-醇 0.5%~3%、二甲基-3-羟基丙基-甲基乙氧化0.05%~3%、碳酸钠0.05%~3%、 乙二醇苯醚0.05%~1%、香精0~0.5%。
在一些实施方式中,两层无纺布层与去油片通过超声波焊接压制而成。
在一些实施方式中,多功能百洁片制备工艺,包括如下生产步骤:
制片,对原材料进行制片,获得去油片片剂;
复合压制,在去油片片剂两面复合无纺布层;
超声波焊接,通过超声波点焊完成无纺布层与去油片的复合。
在一些实施方式中,制片包括如下生产步骤:
混料:将原料进行混合,形成液态原液;
干燥:将液态原液上料至热辊上,通过热辊加热液态原液并蒸发水分, 得到固态片剂;
铲料:将干燥得到的固态片剂通过铲料装置从热辊上铲下;
附酶:对铲下的固态片剂喷洒活性酶。
在一些实施方式中,附酶步骤后进行如下步骤:
压印:通过压印装置对附酶后的固态片剂进行压印;
切片:通过切片装置对完成压印后的固态片剂进行切片。

本发明的有益效果为:本发明多功能百洁片及其制备工艺,通过将片 剂去油片用两层无纺布双面复合压制,并超声波焊接,制得可方便携带的 多功能白洁片,有效去除油污,无需其他清洁工具,只需用水即可;同时 一次性设计,确保了干净卫生,无残留细菌,也免去了清洗抹布等清洁工 具的麻烦;片剂去油片的制备高效、简单,制成的片剂环保且方便运输。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
多功能百洁片,包括两层无纺布层,两层无纺布层中间设有去油片, 去油片包括如下重量份的组分,以质量百分比计:
聚乙烯醇7%~35%、十二烷基硫酸钠5%~35%、蒸馏水5%~11%、癸基 葡糖苷1%~8%、甘油椰油酸酯0.5%~5%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱0.5%~5%、 椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物0.5%~5%、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺0.5%~5%、甘油 0.5%~5%、柠檬酸钠0.1%~4%、皂素0.1%~4%、乙氧基化-C12-18-醇 0.5%~3%、二甲基-3-羟基丙基-甲基乙氧化0.05%~3%、碳酸钠0.05%~3%、 乙二醇苯醚0.05%~1%、香精0~0.5%。
两层无纺布层与去油片通过超声波焊接压制而成。
如图2所示,多功能百洁片制备工艺,包括包括如下生产步骤:
制片,对原材料进行制片,获得去油片片剂;
复合压制,在去油片片剂两面复合无纺布层;
超声波焊接,通过超声波点焊完成无纺布层与去油片的复合;
点断,通过点断机对超声波焊接后的百洁片进行点断线加工。
制片包括如下生产步骤:
混料:将原料进行混合,形成液态原液;
干燥:将液态原液上料至热辊上,通过热辊加热液态原液并蒸发水分, 得到固态片剂;
铲料:将干燥得到的固态片剂通过铲料装置从热辊上铲下;
附酶:对铲下的固态片剂喷洒活性酶。
压印:通过压印装置对附酶后的固态片剂进行压印;
切片:通过切片装置对完成压印后的固态片剂进行切片。
干燥步骤中,在液态原液上料前,热辊需进行预热。
本申请多功能百洁片无论从企业的商品流转还是消费者的使用成本来 说,都大大降低了,并且采用易降解的无纺布与超浓缩的去油片的复合技 术,使得产品的有效保存与限量使用都得到了有效控制。本产品使用为一 次性产品,完全杜绝了重复使用滋生细菌的生长环境。
以上所述的仅是本发明的一些实施方式。对于本领域的普通技术人员 来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进, 这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.多功能百洁片,其特征在于,包括两层无纺布层,两层所述无纺布层中间设有去油片,所述去油片包括如下重量份的组分,以质量百分比计:
聚乙烯醇7%~35%、十二烷基硫酸钠5%~35%、蒸馏水5%~11%、癸基葡糖苷1%~8%、甘油椰油酸酯0.5%~5%、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱0.5%~5%、椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物0.5%~5%、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺0.5%~5%、甘油0.5%~5%、柠檬酸钠0.1%~4%、皂素0.1%~4%、乙氧基化-C12-18-醇0.5%~3%、二甲基-3-羟基丙基-甲基乙氧化0.05%~3%、碳酸钠0.05%~3%、乙二醇苯醚0.05%~1%、香精0~0.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能百洁片,其特征在于,两层所述无纺布层与去油片通过超声波焊接压制而成。
3.多功能百洁片制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下生产步骤:
制片,对原材料进行制片,获得去油片片剂;
复合压制,在去油片片剂两面复合无纺布层;
超声波焊接,通过超声波点焊完成无纺布层与去油片的复合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的多功能百洁片制备工艺,其特征在于,所述制片包括如下生产步骤:
混料:将原料进行混合,形成液态原液;
干燥:将液态原液上料至热辊上,通过热辊加热液态原液并蒸发水分,得到固态片剂;
铲料:将干燥得到的固态片剂通过铲料装置从热辊上铲下;
附酶:对铲下的固态片剂喷洒活性酶。
5.根据权利要求4所述的多功能百洁片制备工艺,其特征在于,所述附酶步骤后进行如下步骤:
压印:通过压印装置对附酶后的固态片剂进行压印;
切片:通过切片装置对完成压印后的固态片剂进行切片。
6.根据权利要求4所述的多功能百洁片制备工艺,其特征在于,所述干燥步骤中,在液态原液上料前,热辊需进行预热。
7.根据权利要求3所述的多功能百洁片制备工艺,其特征在于,所述还包括点断步骤,通过点断机对超声波焊接后的百洁片进行点断线加工。
