The cutting device comprises a support table, a first layer of fixing plate fixed on the support table, a first moving air cylinder fixed on the support table, a first connecting block fixed on the first moving air cylinder, a third layer of fixing plate fixed on the first connecting block, at least one second moving air cylinder fixed on the support table, a second connecting block fixed on the second moving air cylinder and at least one cutter fixed on the second connecting block, wherein the first layer of fixing plate is provided with a first clamping groove formed by inwards sinking from the outer side surface of the first layer of fixing plate, the third layer of fixing plate is provided with a second clamping groove formed by inwards sinking from the rear side of the third layer of fixing plate, the third layer of fixing plate is accommodated in the first clamping groove, a clamping groove for clamping the vegetables is arranged on the periphery of the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove, and the clamping groove is positioned above or below the first layer of fixing plate and aligned with the clamping groove; the cutting device further comprises a second layer of fixed plates positioned above the first layer of fixed plates, and the cutter is positioned between the first layer of fixed plates and the second layer of fixed plates; the cutting device further comprises a fourth layer of fixing plate fixed on the first connecting block, the second layer of fixing plate is also provided with a first clamping groove formed by inwards sinking from the outer side surface of the fourth layer of fixing plate, the fourth layer of fixing plate is also provided with a second clamping groove which is inwards sunk from the rear side of the fourth layer of fixing plate and is aligned with the first clamping groove of the second layer of fixing plate, and the fourth layer of fixing plate is accommodated in the first clamping groove of the second layer of fixing plate.

The automatic vegetable harvesting machine according to claim 1, wherein the carrying device is provided with a clamping mechanism for clamping vegetables in a container, the clamping mechanism comprises a shell, a first clamping cylinder and a second clamping cylinder which are respectively fixed at two ends of the shell, the first clamping cylinder is provided with a first output shaft extending towards the second clamping cylinder, and the second clamping cylinder is provided with a second output shaft extending towards the first clamping cylinder; the first output shaft and the second output shaft are respectively provided with a plurality of first clamping pieces and second clamping pieces which are arranged at intervals, and the first clamping pieces and the second clamping pieces are matched to clamp vegetables.

The automatic vegetable harvesting machine of claim 2, wherein the first clamping member comprises a plurality of first clamping blocks parallel to each other and first clamping hands respectively fixed to the first clamping blocks; the second clamping piece comprises a plurality of second clamping blocks which are parallel to each other and second clamping hands which are respectively fixed on the second clamping blocks; the first clamping block and the second clamping block are parallel to each other and are provided with a plurality of through holes, the through holes are respectively used for accommodating the first output shaft and the second output shaft, the first clamping block is fixed on the first output shaft, the second clamping block is fixed on the second output shaft, and the first clamping block and the second clamping block are mutually crossed and arranged.
4. The automatic vegetable harvesting machine of claim 3, wherein the gripping mechanism further comprises auxiliary shafts fixed inside the housing and parallel to the first output shaft and the second output shaft, and the through holes respectively receive the auxiliary shafts.

The automatic vegetable harvesting machine of claim 3, wherein the first clamping hand comprises a first fixing part fixed on the first clamping block, and a first clamping part positioned at the front end of the first fixing part, and the first clamping part is provided with a first groove recessed downwards from the surface of the first clamping part; the second clamping hand comprises a second fixing part and a second clamping part, the second fixing part is fixed on the second clamping block, the second clamping part is positioned at the front end of the second fixing part, and a second groove which is downwards recessed from the surface of the second clamping part is formed in the second clamping part; the first groove is opposite to the second groove, and the first groove and the second groove are jointly enclosed to form a clamping groove.

The automatic vegetable harvesting machine of claim 1, wherein the conveyor includes a pair of brackets, a roller parallel to and between the pair of brackets, a drive mechanism for powering the roller, and a plurality of parallel equidistant guide bars above the roller, the guide bars being spaced from the roller a distance greater than the height of the container.
7. The automatic vegetable harvesting machine of claim 1, further comprising a first output device positioned below the cutting device and a second output device positioned on a side of the cutting device.
