the mass concentration of the cocamidopropyl betaine is 20-30%.
The foam cleaning gel is prepared by adopting the raw materials, and the prepared foam cleaning gel can quickly improve the moisture of skin and increase the elasticity and luster of the skin due to the fact that the gel contains the bionic petals, particularly, various different nutrient petals which are prepared by adding different flower extracts to simulate the color of a real flower are added to replace the traditional dry petals, the color is more bright, the defect that the traditional dry petals are not easy to smear is avoided, and the added flower extracts are easier to smear and absorb; the gel uses alkaline materials, is mild, has no stimulation, has no side effect, can effectively clean and whiten skin and improve the skin immunocompetence, and can quickly foam a large amount after being applied to the skin. The adopted natural amino acid is mild and non-irritant in the skin care product, is suitable for various skins, can be used for cleaning the skin more deeply in the cleansing gel, can remove aged cutin, enables skin grease to be balanced and secreted, and has triple effects of cleaning the skin, removing makeup and protecting the skin, and the cleansing gel can be used for cleaning the skin, eliminating the fatigue of the facial skin, supplementing moisture and nutrition to the skin, and enabling the skin to be clean, not tight, white and fine; the coconut oil amide MEA has excellent decontamination, emulsification, foaming, foam stabilization, dispersion and solubilization capacities, and the surfactant system is just assisted in the foaming gel to enhance the decontamination and cleaning effects of the foaming gel; the rose essence moisturizes and nourishes the skin, and is mild and nourishing due to the fact that the rose essence contains rich protein and vitamins, so that the rose essence is beneficial to improving the phenomena of skin darkness and roughness and improving the brightness of the skin; the acrylate cross-linked polymer can keep a dispersion state in a dispersion system to avoid coagulation, and the formed film can also provide water locking work for the foaming gel; the cocamidopropyl betaine belongs to an amphoteric surfactant, has good cleaning, foaming and conditioning effects, is low in irritation, mild in performance and fine and stable in foam when being added into the cleansing foam gel, and can enhance the softness of the skin.
Preferably, each part of the auxiliary foaming agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
Figure BDA0002117343070000022
the palmitic acid adopted by the auxiliary foaming agent in the raw materials can soften skin cutin, remove rough and aged surface layers and increase collagen and elastic fiber in dermis; the butane is used as a propellant of the foam cleaning gel due to low evaporation temperature, so that the effective components are smoothly sprayed out, and the butane is used as a coolant to keep the low temperature of cosmetics, but is not a gel drug effect component, is gaseous after the foam cleaning gel is sprayed out, is extremely easy to volatilize and has no damage to the skin; triethanolamine is used as emulsifier, humectant, moisturizer, thickener and pH balancing agent in the cleansing foam gel, and can be neutralized with fatty acid to form soap to enhance the cleansing ability of the gel.
Preferably, each part of the bionic petals comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
Figure BDA0002117343070000031
the conductivity of the deionized water B is less than 0.35 mu S/cm, and the pH value is 6-7; more preferably, the starch is corn starch.
The bionic petal is prepared by the following method:
a1 weighing agar according to weight parts, soaking in 30-50 deg.C warm water for 6-10min, wringing, mixing with fresh flower extract, heating to 90-110 deg.C, and dissolving to obtain mixture A;
a2, weighing starch, hydrogenated castor oil and diazolidinyl urea according to the parts by weight, and uniformly mixing and stirring to obtain a mixture B for later use;
a3, uniformly dispersing the mixture B obtained in the step A2 into the mixture A obtained in the step A1, homogenizing under the condition that the pressure is 1.5-2.0KPa, then continuously heating to 90-100 ℃ to obtain a mixture C, pouring the mixture C into a mold, pressing and cooling to obtain various bionic petals.
The starch adopted by the bionic petals in the raw materials can improve the skin feel of the product, relieve the greasy feel brought by oily cosmetics and provide various petal nutrient substances; and agar can be used as emulsifier, thickening, flavor additive and adhesive in the bionic petals; in addition, the fresh flower extract has the effects of beautifying, removing black spots on skin, enabling the skin to be tender, white and natural, preventing wrinkles, improving physique, enlarging breast and regulating menstruation; hydrogenated castor oil can further increase the solubility of agar and flower extract in deionized water B; the bi-imidazolidinyl urea is a preservative of the product, is mainly used for inhibiting the reproduction of microorganisms, and the branched low-molecular-weight ester can improve the spreadability of the bionic petals and has a smooth aftereffect feeling, so that the thick greasy feeling and the stickiness of the product caused by adding an ultraviolet absorbent and a pigment can be greatly reduced.
The bionic petals are prepared by the method, contain various nutritional ingredients and trace elements, and can quickly improve the moisture of the skin and increase the elasticity and luster of the skin. In the preparation step A1, the heating temperature is strictly controlled to be 90-110 ℃, if the temperature is too high, the flower extract is volatilized, and if the temperature is too low, the flower extract is not favorably and fully diffused into the agar; in the step a3, the homogenizing pressure is strictly controlled to be 1.5-2.0KPa, if the pressure is too high, the mixture B is partially crystallized and solidified, and if the temperature is too low, the effects of fully homogenizing the mixture a and the mixture B and discharging air bubbles cannot be achieved, so that the obtained bionic petals are poor in texture and poor in aesthetic feeling.
Preferably, the thickening agent is a mixture of coconut oil, carbomer 940 and guar gum in a weight ratio of 0.8-1.0:1.0: 1.0-1.2.
