技术领域
本发明涉及一种7-(3,5-二氨基-2,4,6-三硝基苯基)双呋咱并氧化呋咱并氮杂环庚三烯化合物,属于含能材料领域。
背景技术
高能量密度材料在炸药、推进剂和火工品中有着广泛的应用。以呋咱环作为母体骨架设计的高能量密度材料,多数具有能量密度高、标准生成焓高、机械感度较低等优点。相较于呋咱环,氧化呋咱结构单元具有更高的生成焓以及氧平衡。双呋咱并氧化呋咱并氮杂环庚三烯是一种新型的含能材料,具有密度高、感度低的优点,但由于其分子结构中的亚氨基具有酸性,制约了其进一步的应用。将多硝基、氨基取代的芳基和双呋咱并氧化呋咱并氮杂环庚三烯母体环相结合,既可以解决化合物存在的酸性问题,提高其热稳定性,同时还可以进一步提高能量水平。例如《7H-三呋咱并[3,4-b:3',4'-f:3”,4”-d]氮杂环庚三烯及新型含能衍生物合成及性能的理论计算》火炸药学报,2019,42(2):114-119公开了一种7-(2,4,6-三硝基-3,5-二氨基苯基)-三呋咱并[3,4-b:3',4'-f:3”,4”-d]氮杂环庚三烯,其结构式如下:

该化合物的爆速为8084m/s,爆压30.59GPa,热分解温度296.3℃,存在爆速较低,爆压较低,热分解温度较低的不足。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种爆速较高,爆压较高,热分解温度较高的7-(3,5-二氨基-2,4,6-三硝基苯基)双呋咱并氧化呋咱并氮杂环庚三烯化合物。
本发明提供的7-(3,5-二氨基-2,4,6-三硝基苯基)双呋咱并氧化呋咱并氮杂环庚三烯化合物,其结构式如下:

本发明7-(3,5-二氨基-2,4,6-三硝基苯基)双呋咱并氧化呋咱并氮杂环庚三烯化合物的合成方法,是以7H-双呋咱并[3,4-b:3’,4’-f]氧化呋咱并[3",4"-d]氮杂环庚三烯为原料,用三乙胺作碱,在常温下与1-氯-3,5-二氨基-2,4,6-三硝基苯反应得到目标化合物。
本发明7-(3,5-二氨基-2,4,6-三硝基苯基)双呋咱并氧化呋咱并氮杂环庚三烯化合物的合成路线如下:

本发明7-(3,5-二氨基-2,4,6-三硝基苯基)双呋咱并氧化呋咱并氮杂环庚三烯化合物的合成方法,包括以下步骤:
在温度25℃~40℃搅拌下,将7H-双呋咱并[3,4-b:3’,4’-f]氧化呋咱并[3",4"-d]氮杂环庚三烯溶于无水乙腈中,向其中滴加NEt3并搅拌10min,搅拌下分批加入1-氯-3,5-二氨基-2,4,6-三硝基苯,继续搅拌反应12h,反应完毕后蒸干溶剂,所得粗产物经水和甲醇淋洗,得到7-(3,5-二氨基-2,4,6-三硝基苯基)双呋咱并氧化呋咱并氮杂环庚三烯;其中,7H-双呋咱并[3,4-b:3’,4’-f]氧化呋咱并[3",4"-d]氮杂环庚三烯与1-氯-3,5-二氨基-2,4,6-三硝基苯的摩尔比为1:1~2。
本发明的优点:
1)本发明7-(3,5-二氨基-2,4,6-三硝基苯基)双呋咱并氧化呋咱并氮杂环庚三烯化合物的爆速较高,爆速为8495m/s,对比文献中化合物的爆速为8084m/s。
2)本发明7-(3,5-二氨基-2,4,6-三硝基苯基)双呋咱并氧化呋咱并氮杂环庚三烯化合物的爆压较高,爆压为31.80GPa,对比文献中化合物的爆压为30.59GPa。
3)本发明7-(3,5-二氨基-2,4,6-三硝基苯基)双呋咱并氧化呋咱并氮杂环庚三烯化合物的热分解温度较高,热分解峰温为302.5℃,且在分解之前不熔化;对比文献中化合物的热分解峰温为296.3℃,且在261.6℃时即发生熔化。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1
在温度30℃下,将7H-双呋咱并[3,4-b:3’,4’-f]氧化呋咱并[3",4"-d]氮杂环庚三烯(0.47g,2mmol)溶于无水乙腈(6mL)中,向其中滴加NEt3(0.41g,4mmol)并搅拌10min。搅拌下分批加入1-氯-3,5-二氨基-2,4,6-三硝基苯(0.555g,2mmol),继续搅拌反应12h。反应完毕后蒸干溶剂,所得粗产物经水和甲醇淋洗,得到黄色粉末状7-(3,5-二氨基-2,4,6-三硝基苯基)双呋咱并氧化呋咱并氮杂环庚三烯0.65g,收率68.3%,纯度98.2%。
结构鉴定:
红外光谱:IR(KBr,cm-1)ν:3424,3304,1652,1601,1571,1530,1359,1277,996,974,873,797;
核磁光谱:
1H NMR(acetone-d6,500MHz,ppm),δ:8.61(s,4H,NH2);
13C NMR(acetone-d6,125MHz,ppm),δ:152.34,151.77,145.22,143.28,136.33,134.22,132.42,123.42,121.55,104.57;
元素分析:结构式C12H4N12O10
理论值:C 30.26,H 0.85,N 35.29
实测值:C 30.58,H 1.03,N 35.22;
上述结构鉴定数据证实本步骤得到的物质确实是7-(3,5-二氨基-2,4,6-三硝基苯基)双呋咱并氧化呋咱并氮杂环庚三烯。
