技术领域
本发明涉及涂布机械技术领域,具体涉及一种组合式多功能试验涂布机。
背景技术
涂布机主要用于薄膜、纸张等的表面涂布工艺生产,此机是将成卷的基材涂上一层特定功能的胶、涂料或油墨等,并烘干后收卷。它采用专用的多功能涂布头,能实现多种形式的表面涂布产生,涂布机的收放卷均配置全速自动接膜机构,PLC程序张力闭环自动控制。
随着功能性薄膜涂布产品的日新月异,新产品的不断推陈出新,对薄膜、涂料的性能测试也越来越频繁,企业需要不断的满足客户打样和产品测试要求,而在生产型涂布机上进行测试不但影响生产厂家的生产计划、还常常照成材料、人力、物力的极大损耗,亟待改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种设计合理的组合式多功能试验涂布机,能满足目前市场上的产品打样需求,不需再配备几种不同的涂布方式的设备,为使用者节省了设备费用、设备空间和人力物力,更经济更实用。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用了下列技术方案:它包含涂布组、烘干装置、复合组和控制电柜;上述涂布组和复合组分别对称设置在控制电柜的左右两侧,控制电柜的下部四角均设置滚轮;烘干装置架设在涂布组、控制电柜以及复合组的顶端,且烘干装置与其上方的热风装置贯通连接;
上述涂布组由主放卷、料盆升降机构、柔刮刀机构、顺涂机构、逆涂机构、刮涂机构和涂布机壳构成;所述的主放卷旋接在涂布机壳内,主放卷右侧的涂布机壳内下方设有料盆升降机构,料盆升降机构左侧的涂布机壳内固定有柔刮刀机构,柔刮刀机构中的刮刀与顺涂机构中的涂料辊的外壁活动接触设置,该涂料辊旋设在料盆升降机构中的涂料盆中;上述顺涂机构和逆涂机构均固定在料盆升降机构上方的涂布机壳中,且该顺涂机构中的顺涂压辊设置在逆涂机构中的两个逆涂压辊之间,且顺涂压辊与涂料辊上下设于同一垂直面上;上述刮涂机构固定在涂布机壳内部右上角;
上述复合组由固化装置、复合冷却机构、收卷机构和复合机壳构成;所述的固化装置固定在复合机壳的顶壁,所述的复合冷却机构旋接固定在复合机壳内,复合冷却机构右侧的复合机壳内旋接固定有收卷机构;
上述料盆升降机构还包含涂料盆升降气缸;涂料盆的前后两端均固定在涂料盆升降气缸的输出端上,涂料盆升降气缸固定在涂布机壳内;涂料盆内前后两端均设有隔板,其中一侧的隔板上开设有溢流口;涂料盆位于前后两个隔板之间位置处开设有入料口,涂料盆位于前后两个隔板外侧位置处均开设有出料口,上述入料口和出料口均低于溢流口设置;
上述逆涂机构还包含压辊座、压辊气缸、气缸连接座和螺旋测微头;上述螺旋测微头固定在涂布机壳内壁上,螺旋测微头的输出端通过气缸连接座与压辊气缸连接,压辊气缸的输出端上连接有压辊座,逆涂压辊的前后两端旋接在压辊座的前后壁中。
进一步地,所述的涂布组和复合组的底部均固定有调整基座。
进一步地,所述的涂布组、烘干装置、复合组以及控制电柜所构成的整体的外部罩设有涂布密封闭罩。
进一步地,所述的收卷机构下方的复合机壳中旋接固定有第二放卷。
进一步地,所述的复合冷却机构、第二放卷以及主放卷的一侧均设有张紧装置。
进一步地,所述的收卷机构上方的复合机壳上旋接有限位装置,且限位装置一端的压辊活动抵设在收卷机构的卷轴端部上。
本发明的工作原理:主基材从主放卷释放,主基材从主放卷释放,与此同时,顺涂料机构中的驱动电机带动涂料辊旋转,蘸取涂料盆中的涂料,通过顺涂机构实现顺涂,或者通过逆涂机构实现逆涂,或者直接进入刮涂机构进行刮涂,然后经过烘干装置进行烘干,热风装置为烘干装置提供热源,经过烘干装置烘干后的涂料后的基材进入UV固化装置进行UV固化,固化后的基材经过复合冷却机构冷却后,通过收卷机构进行卷取。
进一步地,所述的,固化冷却后的基材与第二放卷上的基材通过涂料或者胶水复合后,再通过收卷机构进行卷取。

1.一种组合式多功能试验涂布机,其特征在于:它包含涂布组(3)、烘干装置(10)、复合组(16)和控制电柜(17);上述涂布组(3)和复合组(16)分别对称设置在控制电柜(17)的左右两侧,控制电柜(17)的下部四角均设置滚轮(17-1);烘干装置(10)架设在涂布组(3)、控制电柜(17)以及复合组(16)的顶端,且烘干装置(10)与其上方的热风装置(11)贯通连接;
上述涂布组(3)由主放卷(2)、料盆升降机构(4)、柔刮刀机构(5)、顺涂机构(6)、逆涂机构(7)、刮涂机构(9)和涂布机壳(19)构成;所述的主放卷(2)旋接在涂布机壳(19)内,主放卷(2)右侧的涂布机壳(19)内下方设有料盆升降机构(4),料盆升降机构(4)左侧的涂布机壳(19)内固定有柔刮刀机构(5),柔刮刀机构(5)中的刮刀与顺涂机构(6)中的涂料辊(6-1)的外壁活动接触设置,该涂料辊(6-1)旋设在料盆升降机构(4)中的涂料盆(4-2)中;上述顺涂机构(6)和逆涂机构(7)均固定在料盆升降机构(4)上方的涂布机壳(19)中,且该顺涂机构(6)中的顺涂压辊设置在逆涂机构(7)中的两个逆涂压辊(7-1)之间,且顺涂压辊与涂料辊(6-1)上下设于同一垂直面上;上述刮涂机构(9)固定在涂布机壳(19)内部右上角;
上述复合组(16)由固化装置(12)、复合冷却机构(13)、收卷机构(14)和复合机壳(18)构成;所述的固化装置(12)固定在复合机壳(18)的顶壁,所述的复合冷却机构(13)旋接固定在复合机壳(18)内,复合冷却机构(13)右侧的复合机壳(18)内旋接固定有收卷机构(14);
上述料盆升降机构(4)还包含涂料盆升降气缸(4-1);涂料盆(4-2)的前后两端均固定在涂料盆升降气缸(4-1)的输出端上,涂料盆升降气缸(4-1)固定在涂布机壳(19)内;涂料盆(4-2)内前后两端均设有隔板(4-6),其中一侧的隔板(4-6)上开设有溢流口(4-5);涂料盆(4-2)位于前后两个隔板(4-6)之间位置处开设有入料口(4-4),涂料盆(4-2)位于前后两个隔板(4-6)外侧位置处均开设有出料口(4-3),上述入料口(4-4)和出料口(4-3)均低于溢流口(4-5)设置;
上述逆涂机构(7)还包含压辊座(7-2)、压辊气缸(7-3)、气缸连接座(7-4)和螺旋测微头(7-5);上述螺旋测微头(7-5)固定在涂布机壳(19)内壁上,螺旋测微头(7-5)的输出端通过气缸连接座(7-4)与压辊气缸(7-3)连接,压辊气缸(7-3)的输出端上连接有压辊座(7-2),逆涂压辊(7-1)的前后两端旋接在压辊座(7-2)的前后壁中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式多功能试验涂布机,其特征在于:所述的涂布组(3)和复合组(16)的底部均固定有调整基座(1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式多功能试验涂布机,其特征在于:所述的涂布组(3)、烘干装置(10)、复合组(16)以及控制电柜(17)所构成的整体的外部罩设有涂布密封闭罩(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式多功能试验涂布机,其特征在于:所述的收卷机构(14)上方的复合机壳(18)上旋接有限位装置(21),且限位装置(21)一端的压辊活动抵设在收卷机构(14)的卷轴端部上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式多功能试验涂布机,其特征在于:所述的收卷机构(14)下方的复合机壳(18)中旋接固定有第二放卷(15)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种组合式多功能试验涂布机,其特征在于:所述的复合冷却机构(13)、第二放卷(15)以及主放卷(2)的一侧均设有张紧装置(20)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式多功能试验涂布机,其特征在于:它的工作原理:主基材从主放卷(2)释放,主基材从主放卷(2)释放,与此同时,顺涂料机构(6)中的驱动电机带动涂料辊(6-1)旋转,蘸取涂料盆(4-2)中的涂料,通过顺涂机构(6)实现顺涂,或者通过逆涂机构(7)实现逆涂,或者直接进入刮涂机构(9)进行刮涂,然后经过烘干装置(10)进行烘干,热风装置(11)为烘干装置(10)提供热源,经过烘干装置(10)烘干后的涂料后的基材进入UV固化装置(12)进行UV固化,固化后的基材经过复合冷却机构(13)冷却后,通过收卷机构(14)进行卷取。
