一种应用于涂布机的组合涂布装置及方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂布机的技术领域,尤其涉及一种应用于涂布机的组合涂布装置及方法。
背景技术
涂布机,主要用于薄膜、纸张等的表面涂布工艺生产,此机是将成卷的基材涂上一层特定功能的胶、涂料或油墨等,并烘干后收卷。一般采用专用的多功能涂布头,能实现多种形式的表面涂布产生,涂布机的收放卷均配置全速自动接膜机构,PLC程序张力闭环自动控制。现有涂布头种类非常多但均存在局限性,市场需要的材料、涂料工艺不停的更新、改进,单一的涂布方式适应不了现在的市场需求,现有涂布头从结构上分析缺点主要体现:1、涂布方式结构单一,做不同的产品可能因为膜材和涂料工艺的问题,导致单一的涂布方式不能满足涂布效果;2、多种机型的不同涂布方式虽然可以满足涂布要求,成本却增加很多,无论是从设备成本还是人员成本,以及场地空间都会造成极大的浪费。
因此,如何提供一种应用于涂布机,合理布置消除涂布头存在单一性,使用效率高的方案是本领域亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种应用于涂布机的组合涂布装置及方法,以解决现有技术中没有应用于涂布机,合理布置消除涂布头存在单一性,使用效率高的方案的问题。
本发明提供的一种应用于涂布机的组合涂布装置,包括:料盆、第一直线导轨副、第二直线导轨副、传动装置、转移钢辊、转移胶辊、涂布辊及刮刀;其中,
所述料盆,其盆腔内盛放涂料;
所述涂布辊,浸泡在所述料盆的涂料中,通过转速控制所述涂布堒的涂布厚度;
所述转移胶辊,固定在所述第一直线导轨副上,通过所述第一直线导轨副上移动与所述涂布辊压合或分离,通过微调装置调整转移到从所述涂布辊上转移胶层厚度;
所述转移钢辊,固定在所述第二直线导轨副上,通过所述第二直线导轨副上移动与所述转移胶辊压合或分离,通过微调装置调整转移到从所述转移胶辊上转移胶层厚度;
所述传动装置,通过伸缩型联轴器连接至所述转移钢辊、转移胶辊及涂布辊,并带动其旋转;
所述刮刀,与所述涂布堒的外表面相贴合,将所述涂布堒的外表面胶层刮均匀。
可选地,其中,该装置还包括:可调气缸过渡辊,位于膜材进入端与所述涂布辊之间,通过可调气缸调整膜材与涂布辊所需要的实际包角,进而实现涂布胶层转移。

将涂布辊浸泡在料盆中,刮刀正常工作,涂布辊表面胶层刮均匀;
通过大气缸使转移胶辊通过第一直线导轨副压合或分离,深度由微调装置调整;
通过小气缸通气工作使转移钢辊第二直线导轨副压合或分离压,深度由微调装置调整;
采用转移钢辊走膜方式,通过涂布辊胶层厚度经微调装置调整转移到转移胶辊辊面上,小气缸通气工作使转移钢辊压合在转移胶辊上,压力通过微调装置调整;
调整三条辊速差及转向来调节涂层厚度大小,停机后通过电磁阀控制气缸将三条辊相互分离。
可选地,其中,该方法还包括:
通过大气缸使所述转移胶辊通过第一直线导轨副压合或分离,压合深度及涂布厚度由微调装置调整;
采用转移胶辊走膜方式,将两辊直接压合转移在膜材上,停机后可以通过电磁阀控制气缸将两条辊相互分离。
可选地,其中,该方法还包括:
采用可调气缸过渡辊走膜方式,调整所述膜材与所述涂布辊所需要的实际包角,来实现涂布胶层转移;

本发明的应用于涂布机的组合涂布装置及方法,采用多种涂布方式涂布结构,可以通过三种涂布方式,大大满足现在膜材、涂料工艺的更新后的使用效果,可以通过不同的涂布方式去适应不同的涂料工艺和不同的膜材;同时也提高了设备使用效率和降低多设备配置的成本、多人员配置的成本,以及场地空间的节约。

本实施例的应用于涂布机的组合涂布装置,用于高速、微量、平滑均一的涂布机,高速正/逆向转移涂布,涂层厚度调整范围广,多种涂布方式,满足客户多种需求。由传动装置通过伸缩型联轴器带动转移钢辊、转移胶辊、涂布辊旋转,三个辊旋转方向正反可调,转速可调;然后通过刮刀、可调气缸过渡辊装置、可移动导辊组、微调装置、大气缸、第一直线导轨副、第一直线导轨副、小气缸等零部件多种组合方式来实现不同走膜方式和涂布方式。
在一些可选的实施例中,该应用于涂布机的组合涂布装置,还包括:调整堒,用于调整膜材与涂布辊之间的角度。
