本发明涉及中药治疗领域，尤其涉及一种治疗颈椎病、肩周炎的中药制剂组合及其制备方法。
背景技术
颈椎病，又称颈椎综合征，是一种以退行性病理改变为基础的疾患，主要临床表现为颈背酸痛、颈部活动受限等，同时又可合并肩周炎。患者可能单纯患有颈椎病或肩周炎，也可能两者都有。肩周炎的疼痛为持续性钝痛，具体表现为酸痛和胀痛，一般位于肩部三角肌区，即锁骨外下方、肩峰外下方和肩胛岗外下方区域，伴随肩关节功能障碍，以夜间最为明显。颈椎病、肩周炎在中老年群体中发病率最高，并且都有明确的肩痛症状。目前，随着现代人生活方式的改变，电脑族、手机族越来越多，加上久坐不起、缺乏运动，颈椎病具有了高发性和年轻化的特点，一旦发作，疼痛难忍，影响工作及正常的社会交往。为此，提供一种外敷兼内服且副作用小的纯中药制剂组合就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提供一种治疗颈椎病、肩周炎的中药制剂组合及其制备方法，通过将羌活、赤芍、桑寄生、桂枝、当归、杜仲与薄荷脑、冰片、水杨酸甲酯、樟脑以及基质作为外用贴膏的组成部分；将白芍、炙黄芪、川芎、葛根、熟地黄、生地黄、续断、炙甘草和天麻以及蔗糖粉、糊精作为中药颗粒组成部分；再分别将组成中药颗粒的各味中药制成口服中药颗粒，将组成外用贴膏的各味中药制成外用贴膏，通过两种制剂组合，内外兼用，能养血，行筋，活络，且补肝胃，可以很好用于治疗颈椎病、肩周炎并缓解由此而引发的颈肩部疼痛等症状，解决了背景技术中出现的问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗颈椎病、肩周炎的中药制剂组合，包括有：羌活5-15克、白芍20-40克、赤芍20-40克、炙黄芪20-40克、桑寄生10-20克、川芎5-15克、葛根20-40克、熟地黄5-15克、生地黄5-15克、续断10-20克、炙甘草5-15克、桂枝5-15克、天麻10-20克、当归5-15克、杜仲10-20克；还包括有辅料：薄荷脑、冰片、水杨酸甲酯、樟脑、蔗糖粉、糊精，以及基质：橡胶、松香、羊毛脂、凡士林、立德粉；所述羌活、赤芍、桑寄生、桂枝、当归、杜仲与薄荷脑、冰片、水杨酸甲酯、樟脑以及基质为外用贴膏的组成部分；所述白芍、炙黄芪、川芎、葛根、熟地黄、生地黄、续断、炙甘草和天麻以及蔗糖粉、糊精为中药颗粒组成部分；中药颗粒和外用贴膏一起构成中药制剂组合。
本发明目的是还提供一种治疗颈椎病、肩周炎的中药制剂组合的制备方法，包括有以下步骤：
步骤一：按照处方量将羌活、白芍、赤芍、炙黄芪、桑寄生、川芎、葛根、熟地黄、生地黄、续断、炙甘草、桂枝、天麻、当归、杜仲15味中药饮片称量备齐；
步骤二：取羌活、赤芍、桑寄生、桂枝、当归、杜仲6味粉碎成粗粉，加2倍量（V/W)90%乙醇润湿，密闭放置2小时，使其充分膨胀；再加2倍量（V/W)90%的乙醇，密闭浸渍24小时；之后用15倍量（V/W)90%的乙醇进行渗漉，收集渗漉液，减压浓缩至相对密度约为0.95-1.15（80℃）的清膏；步骤三：往上述清膏中加入规定量的薄荷脑、冰片、水杨酸甲酯、樟脑，搅匀，得药膏，备用；
步骤四：将处理好的橡胶加热熔化，捏合40～45分钟；加入松香，捏合1小时；加入羊毛脂、凡士林，捏合半小时；加入立德粉，捏合20分钟，得基质；
步骤五：将步骤三制得的药膏与步骤四制得基质一起捏合，制成膏料；
步骤六：将上述膏料按规定量涂布于裱褙材料上，压上隔离层，切片，制得外用贴膏；
步骤七：取白芍、炙黄芪、川芎、葛根、熟地黄、生地黄、续断、炙甘草和天麻，加水煎煮两次，每次2小时，合并煎液，滤过，将滤液浓缩成相对密度为1.25～1.30(60℃)的浸膏；步骤八：分别取蔗糖粉、糊精，加入上述浸膏，混匀，制成颗粒，干燥，即得口服颗粒。
进一步改进在于：所述制得的口服颗粒，用开水冲服，一日3次，一次15克；所述制得的外用贴膏，每晚睡觉前，将贴膏外敷于患处，保持6～8小时。
进一步改进在于：所述制得的口服颗粒和外用贴膏孕妇及过敏体质者忌用。

本实施例提供一种治疗颈椎病、肩周炎的中药制剂组合，包括有：羌活10克、白芍30克、赤芍30克、炙黄芪30克、桑寄生15克、川芎10克、葛根30克、熟地黄10克、生地黄10克、续断15克、炙甘草10克、桂枝10克、天麻15克、当归10克、杜仲15克；还包括有辅料：薄荷脑、冰片、水杨酸甲酯、樟脑、蔗糖粉、糊精，以及基质：橡胶、松香、羊毛脂、凡士林、立德粉；所述羌活、赤芍、桑寄生、桂枝、当归、杜仲与薄荷脑、冰片、水杨酸甲酯、樟脑以及基质为外用贴膏的组成部分；所述白芍、炙黄芪、川芎、葛根、熟地黄、生地黄、续断、炙甘草和天麻以及蔗糖粉、糊精为中药颗粒的组成部分；中药颗粒和外用贴膏一起构成中药制剂组合。
实施例二

本实施例提供一种治疗颈椎病、肩周炎的中药制剂组合，包括有：羌活15克、白芍40克、赤芍40克、炙黄芪40克、桑寄生20克、川芎15克、葛根40克、熟地黄15克、生地黄15克、续断20克、炙甘草15克、桂枝15克、天麻20克、当归15克、杜仲20克；还包括有辅料：薄荷脑、冰片、水杨酸甲酯、樟脑、蔗糖粉、糊精，以及基质：橡胶、松香、羊毛脂、凡士林、立德粉；所述羌活、赤芍、桑寄生、桂枝、当归、杜仲与薄荷脑、冰片、水杨酸甲酯、樟脑以及基质为外用贴膏的组成部分；所述白芍、炙黄芪、川芎、葛根、熟地黄、生地黄、续断、炙甘草和天麻以及蔗糖粉、糊精为中药颗粒组成部分；中药颗粒和外用贴膏一起构成中药制剂组合。
实施例四
本提供一种治疗颈椎病、肩周炎的中药制剂组合的制备方法，包括有以下步骤：
步骤一：按照处方量将羌活、白芍、赤芍、炙黄芪、桑寄生、川芎、葛根、熟地黄、生地黄、续断、炙甘草、桂枝、天麻、当归、杜仲15味中药饮片称量备齐；
步骤二：取羌活、赤芍、桑寄生、桂枝、当归、杜仲6味粉碎成粗粉，加2倍量（V/W)90%乙醇润湿，密闭放置2小时，使其充分膨胀；再加2倍量（V/W)90%的乙醇，密闭浸渍24小时；之后用15倍量（V/W)90%的乙醇进行渗漉，收集渗漉液，减压浓缩至相对密度约为0.95-1.15（80℃）的清膏；步骤三：往上述清膏中加入规定量的薄荷脑、冰片、水杨酸甲酯、樟脑，搅匀，得药膏，备用；
步骤四：将处理好的橡胶加热熔化，捏合43分钟；加入松香，捏合1小时；加入羊毛脂、凡士林，捏合半小时；加入立德粉，捏合20分钟，得基质；
步骤五：将步骤三制得的药膏与步骤四制得基质一起捏合，制成膏料；
步骤六：将上述膏料按规定量涂布于裱褙材料上，压上隔离层，切片，制得外用贴膏；
步骤七：取白芍、炙黄芪、川芎、葛根、熟地黄、生地黄、续断、炙甘草和天麻，加水煎煮两次，每次2小时，合并煎液，滤过，将滤液浓缩成相对密度为1.28(60℃)的浸膏；步骤八：分别取蔗糖粉、糊精，加入上述浸膏，混匀，制成颗粒，干燥，即得口服颗粒。
所述制得的口服颗粒，用开水冲服，一日3次，一次15克；所述制得的外用贴膏，每晚睡觉前，将贴膏外敷于患处，保持7小时。所述制得的口服颗粒和外用贴膏孕妇及过敏体质者忌用。
以上实施例通过将羌活、赤芍、桑寄生、桂枝、当归、杜仲与薄荷脑、冰片、水杨酸甲酯、樟脑以及基质作为外用贴膏的组成部分；将白芍、炙黄芪、川芎、葛根、熟地黄、生地黄、续断、炙甘草和天麻以及蔗糖粉、糊精作为中药颗粒组成部分；再分别将组成中药颗粒的各味中药制成口服中药颗粒，将组成外用贴膏的各味中药制成外用贴膏，通过两种制剂组合，内外兼用，能养血，行筋，活络，且补肝胃，可以很好用于治疗颈椎病、肩周炎并缓解由此而引发的颈肩部疼痛等症状。

Claims (4)

1.一种治疗颈椎病、肩周炎的中药制剂组合，其特征在于：包括有：羌活5-15克、白芍20-40克、赤芍20-40克、炙黄芪20-40克、桑寄生10-20克、川芎5-15克、葛根20-40克、熟地黄5-15克、生地黄5-15克、续断10-20克、炙甘草5-15克、桂枝5-15克、天麻10-20克、当归5-15克、杜仲10-20克；还包括有辅料：薄荷脑、冰片、水杨酸甲酯、樟脑、蔗糖粉、糊精，以及基质：橡胶、松香、羊毛脂、凡士林、立德粉；所述羌活、赤芍、桑寄生、桂枝、当归、杜仲与薄荷脑、冰片、水杨酸甲酯、樟脑以及基质为外用贴膏的组成部分；所述白芍、炙黄芪、川芎、葛根、熟地黄、生地黄、续断、炙甘草和天麻以及蔗糖粉、糊精为中药颗粒组成部分；中药颗粒和外用贴膏一起构成中药制剂组合。
2.一种如权利要求1所述治疗颈椎病、肩周炎的中药制剂组合的制备方法，其特征在于：包括有以下步骤：
步骤一：按照处方量将羌活、白芍、赤芍、炙黄芪、桑寄生、川芎、葛根、熟地黄、生地黄、续断、炙甘草、桂枝、天麻、当归、杜仲15味中药饮片称量备齐；
步骤二：取羌活、赤芍、桑寄生、桂枝、当归、杜仲6味粉碎成粗粉，加2倍量（V/W)90%乙醇润湿，密闭放置2小时，使其充分膨胀；再加2倍量（V/W)90%的乙醇，密闭浸渍24小时；之后用15倍量（V/W)90%的乙醇进行渗漉，收集渗漉液，减压浓缩至相对密度约为0.95-1.15（80℃）的清膏；步骤三：往上述清膏中加入规定量的薄荷脑、冰片、水杨酸甲酯、樟脑，搅匀，得药膏，备用；
步骤四：将处理好的橡胶加热熔化，捏合40～45分钟；加入松香，捏合1小时；加入羊毛脂、凡士林，捏合半小时；加入立德粉，捏合20分钟，得基质；
步骤五：将步骤三制得的药膏与步骤四制得基质一起捏合，制成膏料；
步骤六：将上述膏料按规定量涂布于裱褙材料上，压上隔离层，切片，制得外用贴膏；
步骤七：取白芍、炙黄芪、川芎、葛根、熟地黄、生地黄、续断、炙甘草和天麻，加水煎煮两次，每次2小时，合并煎液，滤过，将滤液浓缩成相对密度为1.25～1.30(60℃)的浸膏；步骤八：分别取蔗糖粉、糊精，加入上述浸膏，混匀，制成颗粒，干燥，即得口服颗粒。
3.如权利要求2所述一种治疗颈椎病、肩周炎的中药制剂组合的制备方法，其特征在于：所述制得的口服颗粒，用开水冲服，一日3次，一次15克；所述制得的外用贴膏，每晚睡觉前，将贴膏外敷于患处，保持6～8小时。
4.如权利要求2所述一种治疗颈椎病、肩周炎的中药制剂组合的制备方法，其特征在于：所述制得的口服颗粒和外用贴膏孕妇及过敏体质者忌用。
