实施例1
按照以下配方称取原料:胶原蛋白肽1000份,含Ⅱ型胶原蛋白软骨粉0.5份,N-乙酰葡萄糖胺50份,混合,得到活性物料;将活性物料加入柠檬果粉、三氯蔗糖、阿拉伯胶,制成固体饮料剂型。
实施例2
按照以下配方称取原料:胶原蛋白肽100份,含Ⅱ型胶原蛋白软骨粉5份,N-乙酰葡萄糖胺5份,混合,得到活性物料;将活性物料加入水、蓝莓浓缩汁、柠檬酸、甜菊糖苷,制成液体饮料剂型。
实施例3
按照以下配方称取原料:胶原蛋白肽1000份,含Ⅱ型胶原蛋白软骨粉0.5份,N-乙酰葡萄糖胺50份,绿贻贝粉50份,维生素C 50份,混合,得到活性物料;将活性物料加入异麦芽酮糖醇、山梨糖醇、糊精、硬脂酸镁,制成压片糖果剂型。
实施例4
按照以下配方称取原料:胶原蛋白肽100份,含Ⅱ型胶原蛋白软骨粉5份,N-乙酰葡萄糖胺5份,绿贻贝粉500份,维生素C 5份,混合,得到活性物料;将活性物料加入水、果冻粉、赤藓糖醇、罗汉果苷、柠檬酸,制成凝胶果冻剂型。
试验例
一、功效试服实验:
1、实验方案:采用国际公认的VAS评分、WOMAC骨关节炎指数作为临床观察指标,进行评分,每2周1次,治疗4周,对所测数据进行统计学分析,观察各组患者治疗前后各项指标的变化及治疗前后疗效及组间疗效差别。
2、实验人员:选取膝骨关节炎患者60人。
3、实验周期:4周。
4、实验样品:实验组:按照上述优化配方:实施例1,制成改善关节健康的固体饮料饮品,每日1袋,冲服。对照组:市售氨糖硫酸软骨素产品:2g/次,每日2次。
5、实验结果:
治疗结果实验组、对照组治疗前后VAS、WOMAC指数评分,结果详见表1,表2。实验组第4周与第0周结果有显著差异(P<0.05);对照组第4周与第0周结果有显著差异(P<0.05)。实验组和对照组第4周结果无显著性(P>0.05)。结果表明:实验组与对照组都有明显的治疗效果。

疗效判定标准参考《中药新药治疗骨性关节炎的临床研究指导原则》。结果详见表3。结果表明:实验组的总体效果优于对照组,总有效率为86.7%。

Claims (5)
1.一种改善关节健康的组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制备:胶原蛋白肽100-1000份,含Ⅱ型胶原蛋白软骨粉0.5-5份,N-乙酰葡萄糖胺5-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述改善关节健康的组合物,其特征在于,所述原料还包括绿贻贝粉50-500份,维生素C5-50份。
3.一种权利要求1或2改善关节健康的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按照配方将原料混合,得到活性物料;
(2)将活性物料与辅料混合制成常规保健食品剂型。
4.根据权利要求3所述改善关节健康的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述辅料包括调味剂、稀释剂、助悬剂、助流剂、抗结剂、崩解剂、粘合剂。
5.根据权利要求3所述改善关节健康的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述剂型包括固体饮料、饮料、压片糖果、凝胶糖果、果冻、软糖、粉剂、颗粒剂、口服液、硬胶囊、软胶囊。
