Abstract

本发明提供一种激光采血仪。根据本发明的一实施例的激光采血仪包括:主体;激光谐振器,其位于主体的内部,用于产生激光并向前方输出;光束镜筒,其布置在激光谐振器的前方,在所述光束镜筒的内部固定有一个以上透镜部;窗口镜筒,其布置在光束镜筒的前方并接合至所述主体;帽部,其接合至窗口镜筒的前方并接触被照射部;风扇单元,其与所述帽部相连通,用于引导空气流动;以及连通管,其一端连接至所述风扇单元且另一端连接至所述帽部。

Description

激光采血仪
技术领域
本发明涉及激光采血仪。
背景技术
最近,随着各种尖端技术的发展,各种医疗器械也相应地发展,与以往不同的是,在医疗领域中也将尖端的激光装置应用于各种疾病的治疗。
作为医疗用使用的激光的用途之一为向皮肤照射激光来穿孔皮肤,通过穿孔皮肤从穿孔的皮肤进行采血,或者向穿孔的小孔投放药剂,或者去除皮肤的点或斑等。
另外,在与此相关的韩国授权专利第10-1251890号(发明名称:具有双重安全装置的便携式激光采血仪及其中使用的一次性帽)中披露有如下结构,包括:照射口盖,用于遮挡通过激光模块向外部暴露的激光模块的照射方向;第一安全开关部,利用基于照射口盖的开闭的上下移动来进行接通/断开;第二安全开关部,在激光模块和皮肤紧贴接触部之间具有弹性构件,利用皮肤紧贴接触部的推动(Push)及拉动(Pull)来进行接通/断开;以及按钮开关,在第一安全开关部和第二安全开关部处于接通(ON)状态下照射激光。
发明内容
技术问题
本发明为了解决前述的现有技术的问题而提出,本发明的目的在于提供一种激光采血仪,通过风扇单元吸入在采血时产生的烟气及杂质,或者能够减少疼痛和热感。
但是,本实施例所要实现的技术问题并不限定于以上所述的技术问题,而是还可以存在有其它技术问题。
技术方案
作为用于实现如上所述技术问题的技术方案,根据本发明的一实施例的激光采血仪包括:主体;激光谐振器,其位于所述主体的内部,用于产生激光并向前方输出;光束镜筒,其布置在所述激光谐振器的前方,在所述光束镜筒的内部固定有一个以上透镜部;窗口镜筒,其布置在所述光束镜筒的前方并接合至所述主体;帽部,其接合至所述窗口镜筒的前方并接触被照射部;风扇单元,其与所述帽部相连通,用于引导空气流动;以及连通管,其一端连接至所述风扇单元且另一端连接至所述帽部。
有益效果
根据前述的本发明的技术方案,能够利用风扇单元吸入患者的手术部位上产生的烟气及杂质,能够抑制患者的手术部位的热损伤并减少患者的疼痛,通过对激光谐振器进行冷却,即使长时间连续使用也不存在问题。
并且,通过包括仅在帽部插入到窗口镜筒时才使激光向外部照射的联锁部,能够预先防止事故。

以下参照附图对本发明的实施例进行详细的说明,以使本发明所属的技术领域的普通技术人员能够容易地实施本发明。但是,本发明可以利用多种不同的形态实施,而并不限定于在此说明的实施例。此外,为了明确地说明本发明,附图中省去了与本发明的说明无关的部分,在整个说明书的范围内,对于类似的部分赋予了类似的附图标记。

本发明涉及激光采血仪10,其为能够利用激光对皮肤进行穿孔以进行采血的装置。
图1是根据本发明的一实施例的激光采血仪10的立体图,图2是根据本发明的一实施例的激光采血仪10的示意图,图3是图1的A的放大图,图4是用于说明根据本发明的一实施例的激光采血仪10的风扇单元600的图,图5是用于说明根据本发明的一实施例的激光采血仪10的联锁部420的图。
首先,参照图1至图3对根据本发明的一实施例的激光采血仪10进行说明。
激光采血仪10可以包括:主体100、激光谐振器200、光束镜筒300、窗口镜筒400、帽部500以及风扇单元600。
主体100在其内部设置有用于向被照射部照射激光的结构,其可以以用户能够把持的方式形成。
激光谐振器200位于主体100的内部,其产生光能并向前方输出。作为例示,激光谐振器200可以接收电能并放大光,以产生诸如选自气体激光、液体激光、固体激光以及半导体激光针的一个激光的光能并向外部释放。
光束镜筒300布置在激光谐振器200的前方,在其内部可以固定有一个以上的透镜部310。作为例示,透镜部310可以是聚焦透镜,但是本发明并不限定于此。
窗口镜筒400布置在光束镜筒300的前方,并且接合至主体100。作为例示,如图5的(a)所示,窗口镜筒400位于光束镜筒300的前方,在前后方向上穿孔,在内周缘的后方形成有螺纹,从而能够螺纹接合至主体100。并且,在窗口镜筒400的内部可以设置窗口部410,以防止诸如灰尘的杂质进入主体100的内部。此时,窗口部410优选地为透明材料,以使通过光束镜筒300的激光能够向窗口镜筒400的前方照射。
并且,参照图5的(a),在窗口镜筒400上可以形成有连通管440,供向后述的帽部500供应的冷却介质通过或者吸入在帽部500产生的烟气或杂质。换言之,连通管440的一端与风扇单元600相连接,连通管440的另一端连接至帽部500的第一连通孔530,从而能够使风扇单元600的冷却介质向帽部500供应,或者使在帽部500产生的烟气或杂质通过第一连通孔530吸入。对此的详细说明将进行后述。
帽部500接合至窗口镜筒400的前方,帽部500可以接触被照射部。
作为例示,帽部500可以能够更换的方式接合至窗口镜筒400的前方。并且,帽部500接触被照射部,并能够使对被照射部进行穿孔的过程中产生的气味、烟气或噪音最小化。作为例示,上述的被照射部可以是患者的皮肤。并且,通过根据每个用户更换使用帽部500,能够预防一同使用激光采血仪10的患者间被感染的情形。
风扇单元600向激光谐振器200及帽部500供应冷却介质。此时,冷却介质可以利用外部的空气。并且,激光采血仪10可以包括连通管440,所述连通管440的一端连接至风扇单元600,另一端连接至帽部500。
作为例示,在作为冷却介质使用外部的空气的情况下,风扇单元600包括冷却风扇,可以通过驱动冷却风扇将外部的空气直接供应给激光谐振器200,并通过连通管440供应给帽部500。
详细而言,参照图1,主体100可以包括:进气口110,用于将外部的空气供应给风扇单元600;以及出气口120,用于将通过进气口110流入的空气向外部排出。并且,风扇单元600可以将通过进气口110供应的空气供应给激光谐振器200,并将对激光谐振器200进行了冷却的空气通过出气口120向外部排出。并且,通过进气口110供应的空气可以通过连通管440供应给帽部500。并且,供应至帽部500的空气可以对用户的皮肤进行冷却。对此的说明将进行后述。
激光采血仪10可以还包括静脉探测器(vein finder)800,所述静脉探测器800位于主体100的前方部,其用于向皮肤照射光来露出血管的位置。静脉探测器800是通过向患者的皮肤照射近红外线来清楚地露出患者的血管的装置。换言之,激光采血仪10可以利用静脉探测器800使用户容易找到患者的血管,从而能够向正确的位置照射激光。
激光采血仪10可以还包括用于使光束镜筒300沿着前后方向移动的前进后退机构(未图示)。换言之,前进后退机构通过使光束镜筒300前进后退,调节患者的皮肤和聚焦透镜间的距离,从而能够调节向患者的皮肤照射的激光光斑的大小。作为例示,随着用户通过控制部210调节激光光斑的大小,可以通过驱动电机来调节光束镜筒300的位置,但是本发明并不限定于此,也可以通过手动方式使光束镜筒300的位置沿着前后方向移动。
参照图3及图4对根据本发明的一实施例的帽部500进行详细的说明。
帽部500可以包括:帽主体510、贯通孔520、第一连通孔530以及第二连通孔540。
帽主体510包括:开口部511;以及支撑面512,其沿着开口部511周边在接触点被支撑。作为例示,如图3所示,帽主体510可以形成为圆盘形,在帽主体510的中央部形成开口部511。并且,帽主体510可以还包括一个以上把手部550,其形成为从帽主体510的支撑面512延伸。用户可以通过把手部550容易地将帽部500装卸于激光采血仪10。但是本发明并不限定于此,激光采血仪10也可以设置有额外的脱模器(ejector),并利用脱模器来装卸帽部500。
开口部511的面积根据设计者的选择而决定,但是,优选地以能够确保激光的行进路径的水平确保适当的面积,从而防止从激光采血仪10输出的激光被帽部500的贯通孔520干涉。并且,优选地设计为小于帽部500主要接触的手指尖端的平均面积,从而能够向接触部位提供适当的压力。同样地,使支撑面512确保适当的面积,从而能够使帽部500紧贴帽部500接触的点。
并且,帽部500可以包括接合部560,所述接合部560接合至帽主体510,用于将帽主体510接合至激光采血仪10的窗口镜筒400。作为例示,接合部560位于帽主体510的后面的周缘部并向后方突出形成,并且可以包括形成于接合部560的内表面的突起部561。并且,突起部561以卡位方式接合至在窗口镜筒400的周缘部上形成的接合槽430,从而能够防止帽部500在非意图的情况下分离。
贯通孔520形成为从帽主体510的开口部511的后面延伸,在贯通孔520的内部具有预定空间。
参照图3及图4,第一连通孔530可以形成为使连通管440和贯通孔520的内部相连通,第二连通孔540形成为使贯通孔520的内部和外部相连通。
详细而言,参照图4的(a),在通过风扇单元600冷却被照射部的情况下,通过连通管440供应的冷却介质可以通过帽部500的第一连通孔530供应给贯通孔520的内部。并且,向贯通孔520的内部供应的冷却介质在对位于帽主体100的开口部511的被照射部进行冷却后,可以通过第二连通孔540向外部排出。并且,在作为冷却介质使用外部的空气的情况下,具有结构简单、能够防止因冷却介质泄漏导致装置破损的情形。
并且,参照图4的(b),在通过风扇单元600吸入到采血时产生的烟气及杂质的情况下,风扇单元600形成吸入力,可以通过与风扇单元600相连通的连通管440及第一连通孔530来去除烟气及杂质。作为例示,通过第二连通孔540流入的外部的空气可以经由被照射部并与位于被照射部的烟气及杂质一同通过第一连通孔530流入到连通管440,并且可以利用通过第二连通孔540流入的空气来冷却被照射部。
参照图3,激光采血仪10还包括位于窗口镜筒400的前方的接触感测传感器700,在帽主体510上可以形成有供接触感测传感器700贯通的传感器孔513。并且,在感测到接触感测传感器700接触被照射部的情况下,激光采血仪10进行激光照射,从而能够预先防止事故。作为例示,接触感测传感器700可以是用于感测人体中流动的微小电流的电流传感器、用于感测接触的被照射部的温度的温度传感器中的一个传感器。
参照图5对根据本发明的一实施例的联锁部420进行详细说明。
窗口镜筒400可以包括用于阻挡或打开激光通过的路径的联锁部420。并且,联锁部420可以随着帽部500插入到窗口镜筒400而打开激光路径。
详细而言,联锁部420可以包括:第一阻挡部421,包括第一板421a及第一弯曲部421b,所述第一板421a的一端接合至窗口镜筒400的前端,并以沿窗口镜筒400的中心部方向具有预定角度的方式延伸形成,所述第一弯曲部421b由第一板421a的另一端沿激光路径方向弯曲而形成;以及第二阻挡部422,包括第二板422a及第二弯曲部422b,所述第二板422a的一端接合至窗口镜筒400的前端,并以沿窗口镜筒400的中心部方向具有预定角度的方式延伸形成,所述第二弯曲部422b由第二板422a的另一端沿第一弯曲部421b所处的方向弯曲而形成。作为例示,第一板421a及第二板422a可以按与贯通孔520的外周面相同的曲率弯曲而形成。
换言之,参照图5的(a),联锁部420位于窗口镜筒400的内部,在激光通过的激光路径上设置有第一弯曲部421b和第二弯曲部422b,从而在不使用时能够防止激光向外部照射。
并且,联锁部420可以随着帽部500插入到窗口镜筒400而打开激光路径。详细而言,随着帽部500的贯通孔520插入到窗口镜筒400,帽部500的贯通孔520的端部接触第一板421a及第二板422a,从而使第一板421a及第二板422a能够朝窗口镜筒400的外侧方向移动。此时,第一弯曲部421b和第二弯曲部422b朝窗口镜筒400的外侧方向移动,使得第一弯曲部421b和第二弯曲部422b彼此隔开,由此,在第一弯曲部421b和第二弯曲部422b之间可以打开供激光照射的路径。由此,在不使用帽部500时,激光采血仪10防止向外部照射激光,从而能够预先防止事故。

Claims (12)

1.一种激光采血仪,包括:
主体;
激光谐振器,其位于所述主体的内部,用于产生激光并向前方输出;
光束镜筒,其布置在所述激光谐振器的前方,在所述光束镜筒的内部固定有一个以上透镜部;
窗口镜筒,其布置在所述光束镜筒的前方并接合至所述主体;
帽部,其接合至所述窗口镜筒的前方并接触被照射部;
风扇单元,其与所述帽部相连通,用于引导空气流动;以及
连通管,其一端连接至所述风扇单元且另一端连接至所述帽部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的激光采血仪,其中,
所述风扇单元通过所述连通管吸入所述帽部中产生的烟气或杂质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的激光采血仪,其中,
所述风扇单元通过所述连通管向所述帽部供应冷却介质。
4.根据权利要求1所述的激光采血仪,其中,
所述帽部包括:
帽主体,其包括开口部及沿着开口部周边在接触点被支撑的支撑面;
贯通孔,其形成为从所述帽主体的开口部的后面延伸,插入到所述窗口镜筒,并在所述贯通孔的内部具有预定空间;
第一连通孔,其与所述连通管及所述贯通孔的内部相连通;以及
第二连通孔,其形成为使所述贯通孔的内部和外部彼此连通。
5.根据权利要求4所述的激光采血仪,还包括位于所述窗口镜筒的前方的接触感测传感器,
其中,在所述帽主体上形成有供所述接触感测传感器贯通的传感器孔。
6.根据权利要求4所述的激光采血仪,其中,
所述帽部还包括接合部,所述接合部接合至所述帽主体,以将所述帽主体接合至所述窗口镜筒。
7.根据权利要求4所述的激光采血仪,其中,
所述帽部还包括把手部,所述把手部形成为从所述帽主体的支撑面延伸。
8.根据权利要求1所述的激光采血仪,其中,
所述主体包括:
进气口,其用于将外部的空气供应给所述风扇单元;以及
出气口,其用于将通过所述进气口流入的空气向外部排出。
9.根据权利要求1所述的激光采血仪,其中,
所述窗口镜筒包括用于阻挡或打开所述激光通过的路径的联锁部,
所述联锁部随着所述帽部插入到所述窗口镜筒而打开所述激光路径。
10.根据权利要求9所述的激光采血仪,其中,
所述联锁部包括:
第一阻挡部,其包括第一板及第一弯曲部,所述第一板的一端接合至所述窗口镜筒的前端,并以沿所述窗口镜筒的中心部方向具有预定角度的方式延伸形成,所述第一弯曲部由所述第一板的另一端沿所述激光路径方向弯曲而形成;以及
第二阻挡部,其包括第二板及第二弯曲部,所述第二板的一端接合至所述窗口镜筒的前端,并以沿所述窗口镜筒的中心部方向具有预定角度的方式延伸形成,所述第二弯曲部由所述第二板的另一端沿所述第一弯曲部所处的方向弯曲而形成,
其中,所述第一阻挡部和所述第二阻挡部随着所述帽部插入到所述窗口镜筒而以彼此隔开的方式移动,使得在所述第一阻挡部和所述第二阻挡部之间打开供所述激光照射的路径。
11.根据权利要求1所述的激光采血仪,还包括静脉探测器,所述静脉探测器位于所述主体的前方部,用于向被照射部照射光来露出血管的位置。
12.根据权利要求1所述的激光采血仪,还包括用于使所述光束镜筒沿着前后方向移动的前进后退机构。
