技术领域
本实用新型涉及激光采血仪散热装置,尤其是一种具有良好通风结构的激光采血仪散热装置。
背景技术
由于激光器在工作后都会产生热量,而发热对激光能量的稳定威胁最大,大型的激光器都有水循环冷却系统对其冷却。现有激光采血仪的采血仪手柄内的小型激光器因体积小无法安装水冷却系统,在连续采血后,采血仪手柄内聚集大量的热量,传统的方式是通过采血仪手柄内的散热架导热自然散热,由于激光手柄内空间狭小、空气不对流,采血仪手柄内散热缓慢,严重影响到激光能量的稳定,对采血的效果造成一定的影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服现有激光采血仪散热装置散热效率低,散热装置不通风的缺陷,而提供一种激光采血仪散热装置,该装置散热效率高。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
激光采血仪散热装置,包括激光采血仪主机以及与其连接的采血仪手柄,采血仪手柄内设有前、后支架和散热腔,散热腔内设有泵浦灯和激光晶体,泵浦灯通过导线与激光采血仪主机连接,其特征在于:在手柄内散热腔的位置设有风扇,风扇通过导线与激光采血仪主机相连,在相对风扇的上、下手柄面上分别设有通风孔。
风扇设置在靠近散热腔内设有激光晶体的一侧,对内部进行冷却,在手柄上还设有两个通风孔,靠近风扇的为出风口,另一个为进风口,使风扇工作时,有良好的循环气体通道,保持气体通畅。
在上述的主要技术方案的基础上,可以增加以下进一步完善的技术方案:
在手柄内的两通风孔处分别设有过滤网,防止灰尘杂物进入,影响激光采血仪的正常工作。
本实用新型的有益效果是提高了散热效率;散热装置具有良好的通风结构,散热效果良好;提高了激光采血仪的工作稳定性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,激光采血仪散热装置,包括激光采血仪主机10以及与其连接的采血仪手柄9,采血仪手柄内设有前支架1、后支架8、散热腔2,前、后支架与散热腔通过灯棒固定胶片和灯棒定位胶片连接构成谐振腔,谐振腔内设有泵浦灯6和激光晶体7,泵浦灯通过导线与激光采血仪主机连接,在手柄内散热腔的外侧设有风扇3,风扇设置在靠近散热腔内设有激光晶体的一侧,对内部进行冷却,风扇通过导线与激光采血仪主机相连,在相对风扇的上、下手柄面上分别设有通风孔5,靠近风扇的为出风口,另一个为进风口,使风扇工作时,有良好的循环气体通道,保持气体通畅,在手柄内的两通风孔处分别设有过滤网4,防止灰尘杂物进入,影响激光采血仪的正常工作,风扇电源线与激光采血仪主机相连,只要开机风扇就工作,机器关机后停止,始终为激光采血仪散热。

1.激光采血仪散热装置,包括激光采血仪主机(10)以及与其连接的采血仪手柄(9),采血仪手柄内设有前、后支架(1)、(8)和散热腔(2),散热腔内设有泵浦灯(6)和激光晶体(7),泵浦灯通过导线与激光采血仪主机连接,其特征在于:在手柄内散热腔的位置设有风扇(3),风扇通过导线与激光采血仪主机相连,在相对风扇的上、下手柄面上分别设有通风孔(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的激光采血仪散热装置,其特征在于:在手柄内的两通风孔处分别设有过滤网(4)。
