Description
Claims (13)
- 多機能の医療用レーザ照射装置において、
レーザ光を発生させ、前方に出力するレーザ発振器と、
前記レーザ発振器の前方に配置され、前記レーザ発振器から発振されるレーザ光が通過する第1の通過部と、
前記第1の通過部の前方に間隔を開けて配置され、前記第1の通過部を通過したレーザ光が通過する第2の通過部と、を含み、
前記第1の通過部は、第1の拡散レンズ、第1のフォーカシングレンズ、第1の波長フィルタ部、第1の整列レンズ、第1の多重フォーカシングレンズ、及び第1の通孔部のうち少なくとも2つ以上の第1の通過ユニットを含み、前記レーザ発振器から発振されるレーザ光が前記少なくとも2つ以上の第1の通過ユニットの何れか1つに選択的に供給されるように移動可能であり、
前記第2の通過部は、第2の拡散レンズ、第2のフォーカシングレンズ、第2の波長フィルタ部、第2の整列レンズ、第2の多重フォーカシングレンズ、第2の通孔部、及びウィンドウ部のうち少なくとも2つ以上の第2の通過ユニットを含み、前記レーザ発振器から発振されるレーザ光が前記少なくとも2つ以上の第2の通過ユニットの何れか1つに選択的に供給されるように移動可能である、多機能の医療用レーザ照射装置。 - 前記第1の通過部は第1の拡散レンズを含み、
前記第2の通過部は第2の拡散レンズ、第2の整列レンズ、第2の多重フォーカシングレンズ、第2の波長フィルタ部のうち1つ以上を含む、請求項1に記載の多機能の医療用レーザ照射装置。 - 前記第2の通過部はウィンドウ部を含む、請求項2に記載の多機能の医療用レーザ照射装置。
- 前記第1の通過部は第1の拡散レンズ、第1のフォーカシングレンズ、第1の波長フィルタ部、第1の整列レンズ、第1の多重フォーカシングレンズのうち1つ以上を含み、
前記第2の通過部はウィンドウ部を含む、請求項1に記載の多機能の医療用レーザ照射装置。 - 前記第1及び第2の通過部は、予め設定された経路に沿って移動可能であり、
前記第1及び第2の通過ユニットは、前記予め設定された経路に対応して配置される、請求項1に記載の多機能の医療用レーザ照射装置。 - 前記第1の通過部に移動のための駆動力を提供する第1のモータドライブ部を含み、
前記第2の通過部に移動のための駆動力を提供する第2のモータドライブ部を含む、請求項1に記載の多機能の医療用レーザ照射装置。 - 前記第1の通過部には、少なくとも2つ以上の前記第1の通過ユニットが、前記レーザ光の出力方向に並ぶ第1の軸周りに間隔を開けて配置され、前記第2の通過部には、少なくとも2つ以上の前記第2の通過ユニットが、前記レーザ光の出力方向に並ぶ第2の軸周りに間隔を開けて配置され、
前記第1の通過部は前記第1の軸周りに回転し、前記第2の通過部は前記第2の軸周りに回転する、請求項1に記載の多機能の医療用レーザ照射装置。 - 前記第1の通過部には、少なくとも2つ以上の前記第1の通過ユニットが、直線経路上において互いに離隔して配置され、前記第2の通過部には、少なくとも2つ以上の前記第2の通過ユニットが、直線経路上において互いに離隔して配置され、
前記第1の通過部は直線経路に沿って直線移動し、前記第2の通過部は直線経路に沿って直線移動する、請求項1に記載の多機能の医療用レーザ照射装置。 - 前記第1の通過部と前記第2の通過部との間、または前記第2の通過部の前方に配置される第3の通過部をさらに含み、
前記第3の通過部は、第3の拡散レンズ、第3のフォーカシングレンズ、第3の波長フィルタ部、第3の整列レンズ、第3の多重フォーカシングレンズ、第3の通孔部、及びウィンドウ部のうち少なくとも2つ以上の第3の通過ユニットを含み、前記レーザ発振器から発振されるレーザ光が前記少なくとも2つ以上の第3の通過ユニットの何れか1つに選択的に供給されるように移動可能である、請求項1に記載の多機能の医療用レーザ照射装置。 - 前記第1の通過部及び前記第2の通過部を前後進させる前後進駆動部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の多機能の医療用レーザ照射装置。
- 記前後進駆動部は、
前記第1の通過部及び前記第2の通過部が搭載されるビーム鏡筒と、
前記ビーム鏡筒の外周縁に挿入されるスペーサ鏡筒と、
前記ビーム鏡筒を前方の被照射部に対して相対的に前後進移動させる前後進駆動ユニットと、を含む、請求項10に記載の多機能の医療用レーザ照射装置。 - 前記ビーム鏡筒において、前記第1の通過部と前記第2の通過部との間、または前記第2の通過部の前方に配置される第3の通過部をさらに含み、
前記第3の通過部は、
第3の拡散レンズ、第3のフォーカシングレンズ、第3の波長フィルタ部、第3の整列レンズ、第3の多重フォーカシングレンズ、第3の通孔部、及びウィンドウ部のうち少なくとも2つ以上の第3の通過ユニットを含み、前記レーザ発振器から発振されるレーザ光が前記少なくとも2つ以上の第3の通過ユニットの何れか1つに選択的に供給されるように移動可能である、請求項11に記載の多機能の医療用レーザ照射装置。 - 前記レーザ発振器によるレーザ光の生成を制御する安全手段をさらに含み、
前記安全手段は、
ユーザの把持を感知する把持感知センサと、
被照射部に対する接触を感知する接触感知センサと、
被照射部への加圧を感知する押され感知センサと、を含む、請求項1に記載の多機能の医療用レーザ照射装置。
