技术领域
本发明涉及带旋转电机的动力传递装置,所述旋转电机合并车辆的交流发电机及起动电机所具有的发电功能及发动机起动功能。
背景技术
目前,作为车辆用的发电装置,如图11所示,已知经由V形带104与在内燃机101的曲轴端102上设置的皮带轮103连接的交流发电机105。
另外,已知对交流发电机105附加驱动功能,使热态时(预热后)的内燃机起动成为可能(参照专利文献1~3的ISG。),并进一步在车辆行驶时进行驱动力的辅助的装置等。

但是,在上述的内燃机起动方法中,有时无法进行冷态时的起动。在冷态时,由于内燃机的润滑油的温度下降而润滑油的粘度上升,随着起动时的搅拌阻力增大,V形带104和皮带轮103之间的摩擦系数降低,在V形带104和皮带轮103之间发生滑动,交流发电机105的旋转驱动力无法向内燃机101传递等可作为主要因素列举。
根据这样的问题,在具备上述装置的车辆中,为了也能够应对冷态时的内燃机起动,除了交流发电机105之外,还必须具备起动电机106。另外,在图11中,107是齿圈,108是变矩器等起步装置,109是变速器。
因此,本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种在不使用V形带和皮带轮的情况下,能够可靠地将内燃机与旋转电机连接以进行冷态时的起动的带旋转电机的动力传递装置。
发明内容
为了达成上述目的,本发明按以下方式构成。
根据本发明的一方面,提供了一种带旋转电机的动力传递装置,配置于从车辆的内燃机的输出轴到变速器之间的动力传递路径,所述动力传递装置具备:
旋转电机,与所述输出轴同轴地配置;以及
变速装置,与所述动力传递装置和所述旋转电机相邻地配置,能够在所述动力传递装置的外壳或与所述外壳一同旋转的一同旋转部件与所述旋转电机的转子之间,机械地切换减速比不同的至少两个动力传递路径。
根据本发明的所述方面,通过将所述变速装置与所述动力传递装置和所述旋转电机相邻地配置,从而能够在所述动力传递装置的外壳或与其一同旋转的所述一同旋转部件与所述旋转电机的所述转子之间,将减速比不同的至少两个动力传递路径机械地进行切换,在不使用V形带和皮带轮的情况下,即使在冷态时,也能够可靠地将所述旋转电机的旋转驱动力向内燃机传递,能够在冷态时可靠地使内燃机起动。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图对本发明中的第一实施方式进行详细说明。另外,在各实施方式的说明中,通过对相同部件或部分赋予相同的附图标记,省略了重复的说明。
第一实施方式
本发明的第一实施方式所涉及的带旋转电机的动力传递装置,如图1所示,是用于将旋转电机5与离合器或变矩器等动力传递装置3组合,将ISG(Integrated StarterGenerator:集成式起动机发电机)及起动电机所具有的功能合并,从而得到成本及空间上的优点的结构。在这种结构中,为了实现多个功能而设置变速装置9,即使在冷态时,也能够可靠地将旋转电机5的旋转驱动力向内燃机,例如发动机2进行传递,能够在冷态时可靠地使发动机2起动。
另外,在本发明的实施方式中,在将旋转电机5与动力传递装置3组合配置时,以能够通过一个旋转电机5来发挥交流发电机及起动电机所具有的发电功能及发动机起动功能这两方面功能的方式进行合并,以实现成本削减及空间削减的方式构成。
这种带旋转电机的动力传递装置3,具体地,如图1所示,在从车辆1的发动机2的输出轴7到变速机4之间的动力传递路径上配置。
该动力传递装置3至少具备:旋转电机5,与所述输出轴7同轴地配置;变速装置9,与动力传递装置3和旋转电机5相邻地配置,能够在动力传递装置3的外壳或与其一同旋转(一体地旋转)的一同旋转部件8与旋转电机5的转子11之间,将减速比不同的至少两个动力传递路径机械地进行切换。
下面,对这种结构进行详细说明。
旋转电机5由在壳体等固定端13上固定的定子12和相对于定子12旋转的转子11构成。转子11的旋转轴与输出轴7同轴。
动力传递装置3的外壳8能够由摩擦式离合器的外壳(例如离合器罩)、变矩器的外壳或液力耦合器的外壳构成。作为与外壳8一同旋转(一体地旋转)的一同旋转部件8,也可以是与发动机2的输出轴连接并同步旋转的变矩器的驱动盘、与液力耦合器的内燃机侧连接的驱动盘、与摩擦式离合器的内燃机侧连接的飞轮或者与电磁离合器的内燃机侧连接的部件。
作为一例,变速装置9具备:行星齿轮机构15,与发动机2的输出轴7及旋转电机5同轴地配置;断接机构10,能够限制或开放行星齿轮机构15的太阳齿轮16和小齿轮架19之间或者太阳齿轮16和固定端13之间的相对旋转。
行星齿轮机构15具备太阳齿轮16、多个小齿轮17、齿圈18和小齿轮架19。
各小齿轮17与齿圈18和太阳齿轮16啮合。
齿圈18与多个小齿轮17啮合。齿圈18与转子11连接,与转子11一体地旋转。
小齿轮架19在以旋转自如的方式支承多个小齿轮17,且与动力传递装置3的外壳或与其一同旋转的一同旋转部件(以下,简称为动力传递装置3的一同旋转部件。)8连接并一体地旋转。
太阳齿轮16在周围与多个小齿轮17啮合,在后述的断接机构10中利用在起动模式和发电模式下太阳齿轮16的旋转反转这一点,能够自动地进行路径的切换。
另外,如图2~图4所示,断接机构10由第一爪环21、第二爪环22、轮毂环23和卡合环24构成,是能够发挥离合器功能和制动器功能的机构。
在轮毂环23的内侧有卡合环24插入并卡合,在第一爪环21和第二爪环22之间,以能够一体地向正反向旋转的方式配置,并且相对于轮毂环23,卡合环24能够在轴方向上滑动。
第一爪环21在与输出轴7同轴的断接机构10的旋转轴27的轴方向的一端(例如发动机侧)配置,并且与小齿轮架19连接,与小齿轮架19一同向正反向旋转。第一爪环21在其一侧部沿周方向等间隔地使多个第一突起21a从第一圆环部21c向卡合环24侧突出,在相邻的第一突起21a之间分别具有第一凹部21b。各第一突起21a的平面形状例如是矩形。
第二爪环22在断接机构10的旋转轴27的轴方向的另一端(例如变速器侧)配置,并在固定端13上固定。第二爪环22具有与第一爪环21面对称的结构,在其一侧部沿周方向等间隔地使多个第二突起22a从第二圆环部22c向卡合环24侧突出,在相邻的第二突起22a之间分别具有第二凹部22b。各第二突起22a的平面形状例如是矩形。
轮毂环23与太阳齿轮16连接,与太阳齿轮16一同在第一爪环21和第二爪环22之间向正反向旋转。轮毂环23沿周方向等间隔地使多个第三突起23a从第三圆环部23c向径方向中心侧突出,在相邻的第三突起23a之间分别具有第三凹部23b。各第三突起23a的平面形状例如是矩形。
卡合环24具有卡合突起24a,在轮毂环23的径方向内侧配置,与轮毂环23卡合而一体地向正反向旋转,并且能够在输出轴7的轴方向上进退移动,并且能够与第一突起21a和第二突起22a交替地卡合。具体地,卡合环24沿周方向等间隔地使多个卡合突起24a从第四圆环部24c向径方向外侧突出,在相邻的卡合突起24a之间分别具有第四凹部24b。各卡合突起24a的平面形状例如是矩形,并且在一个对角,例如左上角和右下角,通过倒角等形成有第一倾斜面24g及第二倾斜面24h。各卡合突起24a的轴方向的长度比卡合环24的轴方向的长度长,第一倾斜面24g或第二倾斜面24h中的任一个一定是从卡合环24向轴方向突出,并能够与第一突起21a或第二突起22a卡合的状态。通过卡合环24的各卡合突起24a与轮毂环23的各第二凹部23b内卡合,并且卡合环24的各第四凹部24b与轮毂环23的各第三突起23a卡合,轮毂环23和卡合环24在旋转方向上卡合,无法相对旋转而一体地向正反向旋转,另一方面,在轴方向上,卡合环24以相对于轮毂环23能够在向第一爪环21侧突出的第一突出位置I(参照图3、图5A及图6A)和向第二爪环22侧突出的第二突出位置II(参照图4、图5F及图6F)之间进退移动的方式卡合。
这种结构的断接机构10如作为断接机构10的外观图的图5A~图5F及将轮毂环23断裂除去后的状态下的图6A~图6F所示进行动作。
在卡合突起24a的第一突出位置I,如图5A及图6A所示,第一爪环21的第一突起21a的右下角部能够在第一倾斜面24g上滑动。此时,如图5A~图5B及图6A~图6B所示,通过第一爪环21的向下箭头72方向的旋转和卡合环24的向上箭头75方向的旋转,通过第一突起21a的右下角部与第一倾斜面24g接触并向下移动,使具有第一倾斜面24g的卡合突起24a向右(参照箭头74)逐渐移动。由此,从第一突出位置I向第二突出位置II的移动开始。
在经过图5B及图6B的状态后,如图5C及图6C所示,在第一突起21a的右下角部移动至第一倾斜面24g的下端缘并结束时,卡合环24从第一突出位置I到第二突出位置II的移动完成。在该第二突出位置II,各卡合突起24a的上表面进入第二爪环22的各第二凹部22b内,与各第二突起的下表面抵接,卡合环24与第二爪环22卡合,无法相对旋转。此时,由于第二爪环22以无法旋转的方式在固定端13上固定,因此卡合环24也停止旋转,轮毂环23及太阳齿轮16也停止旋转。另外,第一爪环21能够自如地向正反向旋转。
另一方面,在各卡合突起24a移动至第二突出位置II,卡合环24停止旋转后,经由太阳齿轮16及轮毂环23,卡合环24与之前反向旋转,即,在图5D及图6D中,在不是向上方向而是向下方向(参照箭头73)反向旋转时,各卡合突起24a从第二爪环22的各第二突起22a的下表面偏离,并在周方向上逐渐向第二凹部22b内移动。该反向旋转意味着,在起动模式和发电模式下发动机2和旋转电机5的驱动及被驱动关系反转,太阳齿轮16的反力方向反转。
之后,如图5E及图6E所示,通过卡合环24的向下箭头73方向的旋转,通过各突起22a的左上角部在各卡合突起24a的第二倾斜面24h上向上移动,使具有第二倾斜面24h的卡合突起24a逐渐向左(参照箭头71)移动。由此,从第二突出位置II向第一突出位置I的移动开始。
之后,在经过图5E及图6E的状态后,如图5F及图6F所示,在第二突起22a的左上角部移动至第二倾斜面24h的上端缘并结束时,卡合环24从第二突出位置II到第一突出位置I的移动完成。在该第一突出位置I,各卡合突起24a的下表面进入第一爪环21的各第一凹部21b内,与各第一突起21a的上表面抵接,卡合环24与第一爪环21卡合,无法相对旋转。因此,卡合环24与第一爪环21一体地向下(参照箭头73、72)旋转。
这里,断接机构10中的“断”及“接”的意思并不是绝对的,而是表示相对的状态。即,在卡合环24(轮毂环23也同样)和第一爪环21之间的断接与卡合环24(轮毂环23也同样)和第二爪环22之间的断接中,将两个环相对同步的状态表现为“接”,将两个环不相对同步的状态(即,具有旋转差的状态,换言之,能够相对旋转的状态)表现为“断”。卡合环24和第一爪环21之间的断接与卡合环24和第二爪环22之间的断接互相协作,使二者始终保持互相不同的断接状态。
具体地,如图5A~图5C及图6A~图6C所示,通过卡合环24向轴方向的第二爪环22侧(在图5A~图5C及图6A~图6C中是右方向)的移动(参照箭头74),当卡合环24的卡合突起24a从第一突出位置I沿旋转轴27的轴方向移动并位于第二突出位置II时,卡合环24和第二爪环22之间变为“接”,同时卡合环24和第一爪环21之间变为“断”。由此,互相“接”的卡合环24和第二爪环22停止旋转,但在互相“断”的卡合环24和第一爪环21中,第一爪环21能够相对于停止旋转的卡合环24,正向和反向。
另一方面,如图5D~图5F及图6D~图6F所示,通过卡合环24向轴方向的第一爪环21侧(在图5D~图5F及图6D~图6F中是左方向)的移动(参照箭头71),当卡合环24的卡合突起24a从第二突出位置II沿旋转轴27的轴方向移动并位于第一突出位置I时,卡合环24和第一爪环21之间变为“接”,同时卡合环24和第二爪环22之间变为“断”。由此,互相“接”的卡合环24和第一爪环21在同一方向上如箭头72、73所示向下一体地旋转,在互相“断”的卡合环24和第二爪环22中,卡合环24能够与被固定的第二爪环22无关地旋转。
图7是带旋转电机的动力传递装置的动作状态的列线图,示出了各旋转元件的旋转速度和转矩的力学关系。在图7的列线图中,在横轴X方向上,三条纵线示出了作为旋转元件,从左起行星齿轮机构15的太阳齿轮16、小齿轮架19和齿圈18的齿轮比的关系,在纵轴Y方向上,是示出相对旋转速度的二维坐标,实线和虚线分别示出了起动模式和发电模式下各自的旋转速度,即与输出轴连接的发动机2和旋转电机5各自的旋转速度。
在起动模式下,太阳齿轮16在旋转速度为零时停止,从齿圈18向小齿轮架19减速并进行旋转传递。
在发电模式下,太阳齿轮16、小齿轮架19和齿圈18一体地旋转,减速比=1。
该图7的太阳齿轮16和固定端13之间的制动器元件BR与太阳齿轮16和小齿轮架19之间的离合器元件CL通过断接机构10实现。通过基于该制动器元件BR和离合器元件CL的断接机构10,能够由一个旋转电机5满足两种极端的要求特性。
即,在该第一实施方式的结构中,如图7所示,在要求高转矩及低旋转速度的特性的发动机起动模式下,有必要通过行星齿轮机构15将旋转电机5产生的转矩及旋转速度减速并向发动机2传递,获得良好的起动特性。因此,旋转电机5的转子11的旋转经由行星齿轮机构15的齿圈18、小齿轮17和小齿轮架19向动力传递装置3的外壳或与其一同旋转的部件8传递。此时,在断接机构10中,随着小齿轮17的旋转,太阳齿轮16最初也开始旋转,与第一爪环21向图5A及图6A所示的向下方向(参照箭头72)的旋转同时,卡合环24也开始向图5A及图6A所示的向上方向(参照箭头75)的旋转。即,当卡合突起24a向右方向(参照箭头74)移动,解除与第一卡合突起21a的卡合而与第二卡合突起22a卡合时,与卡合环24一同,太阳齿轮16的旋转停止。结果,在太阳齿轮16被固定的状态下,随着小齿轮17的旋转,小齿轮架19继续旋转。通过该小齿轮架19的旋转被传递到发动机2,旋转电机5的转子11的旋转通过行星齿轮机构15减速并被传递。
这是在通过断接机构10,太阳齿轮16和小齿轮架19之间被开放,并且限制太阳齿轮16和固定端13之间的相对旋转的状态下,从齿圈18经由小齿轮17到小齿轮架19之间的动力传递路径中的第一路径。
另一方面,在发动机2的起动完成后,在进入要求低转矩及高旋转速度的特性的发电模式时,通过断接机构10限制行星齿轮机构15的构成元件间的相对旋转,发动机2产生的转矩及旋转速度以直接连接状态(减速比=1)向旋转电机5传递。因此,来自发动机2的输出轴7的旋转从动力传递装置3的外壳或与其一同旋转的部件8经由行星齿轮机构15的小齿轮架19、小齿轮17和齿圈18向旋转电机5的转子11传递。此时,在断接机构10中,随着小齿轮架19的旋转,小齿轮17和齿圈18也一体地旋转,卡合环24开始向图5D及图6D所示的向下方向(参照箭头73)的旋转,当卡合突起24a向左方向(参照箭头71)移动,解除与第二卡合突起22a的卡合而与第一卡合突起21a卡合时,卡合环24与第一爪环21一体地旋转。
这是在通过断接机构10,太阳齿轮16和小齿轮架19之间被限制,并且开放太阳齿轮16和固定端13之间的相对旋转的状态下,从小齿轮架19经由小齿轮17到齿圈18之间的动力传递路径中的第二路径。
如此,根据所述第一实施方式,通过与动力传递装置3和旋转电机5相邻地配置变速装置9,能够在动力传递装置3的外壳或与其一同旋转的一同旋转部件8与旋转电机5的转子11之间,将减速比不同的至少两个动力传递路径机械地进行切换,从而能够在不使用V形带和皮带轮的情况下,将发动机2与旋转电机5连接并可靠地进行冷态时的起动。另外,为了动力传递路径的切换,没有必要具有从外部进行操作的机构或信号,是利用了驱动及被驱动的关系在发动机起动模式和发电模式下反转这一点的系统,其他结构也能够通过简单的结构实现断接机构10。另外,与现有的结构相比较,通过将交流发电机和起动电机的功能合并为第一实施方式的结构,能够将起动电机、齿圈、V形带及皮带轮等部件废除,实现成本削减。另外,通过具备变速装置9,能够通过一个旋转电机5实现低旋转速度及高转矩和高旋转速度及低转矩这两种相反的特性,并且通过在低温条件下也不发生打滑的齿轮传递,所述合并能够被实现,通过部件的废除,该部件占用的空间不再需要,能够实现小型轻量化。另外,相对于通常行星齿轮机构15在润滑油气氛下使用的情况较多,在第一实施方式中,由于车辆工作中的大部分时间以发电模式使用,使用起动模式的时间是极短的时间,因此即使不在润滑油气氛下,也能够实现。即,在发电模式下,由于行星齿轮机构15的构成元件一体地旋转,即处于没有齿轮间的转动的状态,因此即使不在润滑油气氛下,也能够实现。根据这种特征,能够实现密封及润滑结构等的简化,在空间及成本方面优异。
变形例
另外,本发明并不限于上述实施方式,能够以其他各种方式实施。例如,作为图8所示的变形例,也能够将轮毂环23B和卡合环24B的内外方向的配置互相替换。在该例中,只是卡合突起24a和第三凹部23b的卡合关系及第三突起23a和第四凹部24b的卡合关系在径方向上内外反转,动作与第一实施方式完全相同。
第二实施方式
另外,断接机构10并不限于第一实施方式的机构,也可以以其他结构构成。
例如,作为本发明的第二实施方式,所述断接机构10也能够由摩擦式制动器31、摩擦式离合器32和它们的控制机构33构成。
控制机构33例如也可以由将发动机起动的时间信号从信号电路等输出,并能够基于该信号分别独立地驱动摩擦式制动器31和摩擦式离合器32的液压式活塞或各种致动器等构成。
摩擦式制动器31在太阳齿轮16和固定端13之间配置。踩下摩擦式制动器31使太阳齿轮16与固定端13成为一体,并使太阳齿轮16的旋转停止,另一方面,释放摩擦式制动器31,能够使太阳齿轮16相对于固定端13自如地向正反向旋转。例如,在摩擦式制动器31的情况下,通过将交替重叠的盘和从动盘向轴方向按压,从而使旋转停止,按压动作本身能够通过使用液压式活塞直接按压或经由轴承使用电动致动器按压的动作来进行。
摩擦式离合器32在太阳齿轮16和小齿轮架19之间配置。摩擦式离合器32将太阳齿轮16与小齿轮架19连接,使太阳齿轮16与小齿轮架19一体地旋转,或者解除太阳齿轮16与小齿轮架19的连接,使太阳齿轮16与小齿轮架19各自旋转。例如,在摩擦式离合器32的情况下,通过将交替重叠的盘和从动盘向轴方向按压,从而进行转矩传递,按压动作本身能够通过使用液压式活塞直接按压或经由轴承使用电动致动器按压的动作来进行。
为了对这些制动器31及离合器32的断接进行操作,控制机构33根据信号电路等基于信号对液压式活塞或电动致动器等各种致动器等进行驱动控制。
根据这种结构,也能够发挥第一实施方式的作用效果。
第三实施方式
另外,作为其他结构的断接机构,在图10A~图10C所示的本发明的第三实施方式中,也可以由犬牙式或同步式离合器41及其控制机构42构成。
控制机构42例如也可以由将发动机起动的时间信号从信号电路等输出,并能够基于该信号对犬牙式或同步式离合器41的制动器、离合器元件进行驱动的液压式活塞或各种致动器等构成。
在太阳齿轮16和固定端13之间设置犬牙或同步啮合方式(犬牙式或同步式)的制动器元件44,在太阳齿轮16和小齿轮架19之间设置犬牙或同步啮合方式(犬牙式或同步式)的离合器元件45。
另外,为了对这些制动器元件44及离合器元件45的断接进行操作,具备控制机构42。
图10A是太阳齿轮16与小齿轮架19同步(=“接”)的状态,图10B是太阳齿轮16与固定端13同步的状态。在图10A及图10B中,在横方向上滑动的部件是套筒41a。
这里,同步机构能够将被同步的部件之间的相对旋转差在某种程度上吸收并进行断接。另一方面,犬牙式离合器使被同步的部件之间的相对旋转差几乎为零后进行断接。虽然两者的细节功能及机构有所不同,但由于本质上在不使用摩擦式离合器那种动力传递方式,而是使用齿与齿啮合的传递方式这一点上是相同的,因此这里作为犬牙式离合器或同步机构统一进行说明。
另外,同步机构的实体形状的一例如图10C所示。
通过换挡拨叉等操作部件41b,在使套筒41a开始向图10A及图10C的右侧移动时,与套筒41a一体地,同步器键41c移动,其端面将同步器环41d向齿轮41e的锥形部41f按压,通过该摩擦力,齿轮41e的旋转接近套筒41a的旋转速度。另外,在使套筒41a移动时,套筒41a和同步器键41c的突起部41g的啮合脱离,套筒41a的花键41h通过同步器环41d的花键41j与齿轮41e的花键41k啮合。
即,在换挡拨叉等操作部件41b的初期阶段,套筒41a和同步器键41c的突起部41g的状态是啮合,套筒41a和同步器环41d的花键41j的状态是错位状态。此时,通过在同步器键41c的端面将同步器环41d向齿轮41的锥形(圆锥)部41f按压而产生摩擦,同步作用开始。
在换挡拨叉等操作部件41b的中期阶段,套筒41a和同步器键41c的突起部41g的状态是啮合脱离,套筒41a和同步器环41d的花键41j的状态是前端部之间接触的状态,通过被套筒41a按压,同步器环41d较强地圧接齿轮41e的锥形部41f而产生摩擦,同步作用增强。即,这种较强的圧接动作意味着断接机构的“接”,与这些动作相反的解除动作意味着“断”。
另外,41m是与小齿轮架19连接的主轴,41p是在固定端13上固定的离合器轴。
根据这种结构,也能够发挥第一实施方式的作用效果。
另外,通过适当组合所述各种实施方式或变形例中的任意实施方式或变形例,能够发挥各自具有的效果。另外,能够进行实施方式之间的组合或实施例之间的组合或实施方式和实施例的组合,同时也能够进行不同实施方式或实施例中的特征之间的组合。

产业上的可利用性
本发明的所述方面所涉及的带旋转电机的动力传递装置作为设计自由度较大,能够提高输出性能,将车辆的交流发电机及起动电机具有的发电功能及发动机起动功能合并的带旋转电机的动力传递装置等是有用的。

Claims (9)

1.一种带旋转电机的动力传递装置,配置于从车辆的内燃机的输出轴到变速器之间的动力传递路径,所述动力传递装置具备:
旋转电机,与所述输出轴同轴地配置;以及
变速装置,与所述动力传递装置和所述旋转电机相邻地配置,能够在所述动力传递装置的外壳或与所述外壳一同旋转的一同旋转部件与所述旋转电机的转子之间,机械地切换减速比不同的至少两个动力传递路径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带旋转电机的动力传递装置,其中,
所述变速装置具备:
行星齿轮机构,与所述内燃机的所述输出轴及所述旋转电机同轴地配置;以及
断接机构,与所述行星齿轮机构连接,
所述行星齿轮机构具备:
太阳齿轮;
小齿轮,与所述太阳齿轮啮合;
小齿轮架,将所述小齿轮支承为旋转自如,与所述动力传递装置的所述外壳或与所述外壳一同旋转的所述一同旋转部件连接;
齿圈,与所述旋转电机的所述转子连接并一体地旋转,并且与所述小齿轮啮合;以及
小齿轮架,与所述动力传递装置的所述外壳或与所述动力传递装置的所述外壳一同旋转的所述一同旋转部件连接并一体地旋转,并且将所述小齿轮支承为旋转自如,
所述断接机构能够限制或开放所述行星齿轮机构的所述太阳齿轮和所述小齿轮架之间或所述太阳齿轮和固定端之间的相对旋转,
所述两个动力传递路径是第一路径和第二路径,
所述第一路径是如下路径:在通过所述断接机构,所述太阳齿轮和所述小齿轮架之间被开放且限制所述太阳齿轮和固定端之间的相对旋转的状态下,从与所述转子一同旋转的所述齿圈经由所述小齿轮到与所述动力传递装置的所述外壳或与所述外壳一同旋转的所述一同旋转部件连接的所述小齿轮架之间的路径;
所述第二路径是如下路径:在通过所述断接机构,所述太阳齿轮和所述小齿轮架之间被限制且开放所述太阳齿轮和固定端之间的相对旋转的状态下,从与所述动力传递装置的所述外壳或与所述外壳一同旋转的所述一同旋转部件连接的所述小齿轮架经由所述小齿轮到与所述转子一同旋转的所述齿圈之间的路径。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带旋转电机的动力传递装置,其中,
所述断接机构具备:
第一爪环,与所述小齿轮架连接,与所述小齿轮架一同旋转,并且具有第一突起;
第二爪环,固定于所述固定端,并且具有第二突起;
轮毂环,与所述太阳齿轮连接,与所述太阳齿轮一同在所述第一爪环和第二爪环之间旋转;以及
卡合环,在所述轮毂环的径方向的内侧或外侧配置,与所述轮毂环卡合而一体地向正反向旋转,并且能够在旋转轴的轴方向上进退移动,所述卡合环具有与所述第一突起和所述第二突起中的任一方卡合且与另一方的卡合被解除的卡合突起,
通过所述第一爪环向第一方向旋转且所述卡合环向与所述第一方向相反的第二方向旋转,从而所述卡合环的所述卡合突起与所述第一爪环的所述第一突起的卡合被解除,所述第一爪环能够与所述卡合环无关地向正反向旋转,并且通过所述卡合环的所述卡合突起与所述第二爪环的所述第二突起卡合而使所述卡合环的旋转停止,从而所述动力传递路径切换为所述第一路径,
另一方面,通过所述卡合环向所述第一方向旋转,从而所述卡合环的所述卡合突起与所述第二爪环的所述第二突起的卡合被解除,所述卡合环能够向正反向旋转,并且通过所述卡合环的所述卡合突起与所述第一爪环的所述第一突起卡合,所述卡合环和所述第一爪环一体地旋转,从而所述动力传递路径切换为所述第二路径。
4.根据权利要求2所述的带旋转电机的动力传递装置,其中,
所述断接机构具备:
摩擦式制动器,在所述太阳齿轮和所述固定端之间配置;
摩擦式离合器,在所述太阳齿轮和所述小齿轮架之间配置;以及
控制机构,对所述摩擦式制动器和所述摩擦式离合器分别独立地进行动作控制。
5.根据权利要求2所述的带旋转电机的动力传递装置,其中,
所述断接机构具备:
犬牙式或同步式制动器元件,在所述太阳齿轮和所述固定端之间配置;
犬牙式或同步式离合器元件,在所述太阳齿轮和所述小齿轮架之间配置;以及
控制机构,对所述制动器元件和所述离合器元件分别独立地进行动作控制。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的带旋转电机的动力传递装置,其中,
所述动力传递装置是摩擦式离合器。
7.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的带旋转电机的动力传递装置,其中,
所述动力传递装置是变矩器。
8.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的带旋转电机的动力传递装置,其中,
所述动力传递装置是液力耦合器。
9.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的带旋转电机的动力传递装置,其中,
所述动力传递装置是电磁离合器。
