一种车辆控制方法及车辆,其中,所述方法包括:当车辆处于人工驾驶模式时,接收智能可穿戴设备发送的用户监测数据,所述用户监测数据包括酒精浓度数据和/或生命体征数据,然后根据所述用户监测数据中的酒精浓度数据和/或生命体征数据,确定所述用户的当前状态,若所述用户的当前状态为设定状态,则控制将所述车辆从所述人工驾驶模式切换至自动驾驶模式。该方法可实现车辆的自动驾驶模式的切换,以保证用户的安全驾驶,提升车辆驾驶的安全性。
