Abstract

本发明公开了一种镍基合金箔的可调式切边装置,涉及镍基合金箔生产技术领域,包括机架,所述机架内安装有将合金箔切割成多种尺寸的切边装置以及驱动切边装置切边的驱动机构一,本发明操作方便,通过设置切边装置、驱动机构一实现合金箔的切边,通过设置转动手柄,实现三个主动辊的转动,满足不同尺寸的切边需求,解决了现有技术需要更换箔膜所需尺寸时需要调整原先切刀位置、增加切刀,造成生产速度被严重拖慢的缺陷,同时通过在主动辊两端的切刀一上设置切刀二,实现了定长切断,且设置了废料回收盒和敦实装置,解决了由于镍基合金价格相对较高,而现有技术对切边后的材料造成了浪费的缺陷。

一种镍基合金箔的可调式切边装置
技术领域
本发明涉及镍基合金箔生产技术领域,具体涉及一种镍基合金箔的可调式切边装置。
背景技术
镍基合金材料具有很强的增值能力,随着中国经济的发展对镍基合金的需求日益旺盛,镍基合金箔广泛应用于电子电工行业。
我司采用电沉积法生产镍基合金,在一电解池内设置阴极辊,并使阴极辊匀速旋转从而在将电解液中的金属离子吸附到阴极辊上,在阴极辊上连续电沉积合金箔膜,形成合金箔膜后还需要将其从阴极辊上剥离,对其进行清洗、烘干、切边、收卷等工序,现有的切边机构大多是通过在机台上设置切刀对箔膜进行切边,由于需要满足客户对不同尺寸的需求,当需要更换箔膜所需尺寸时,需要调整原先切刀位置,且当需要多种宽度尺寸产品时,还需要增加切刀,此种机构造成生产速度被严重拖慢,降低生产效率,同时现有技术对切边后的材料也造成了浪费,由于镍基合金价格相对较高,因此对于切边后的材料也可以利用起来以便其它客户需要,提高材料利用率,节省企业成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种镍基合金箔的可调式切边装置,以解决现有技术中镍基合金箔生产切边时,由于需要满足客户对不同尺寸的需求,当需要更换箔膜所需尺寸时需要调整原先切刀位置,且当需要多种宽度尺寸产品时,还需要增加切刀,造成生产速度被严重拖慢,降低生产效率的缺陷,同时解决现有技术对切边后的材料造成浪费的缺陷。
一种镍基合金箔的可调式切边装置,包括机架,所述机架内安装有将合金箔切割成多种尺寸的切边装置以及驱动切边装置切边的驱动机构一,所述切边装置下端设有收集废料的废料回收盒。
优选的,所述切边装置包括转动连接于机架侧壁上的中心轴,所述中心轴一个末端连接转动手柄,所述转动手柄与机架侧壁间设有垫片,所述垫片固定安装于机架侧壁上,所述中心轴上卡接两个结构相同的三角架,两个三角架之间设有三个结构相同的主动辊且主动辊的两端套接于所述三角架的三个支臂的通孔内,三个主动辊外均套接切边辊环,三个切边辊环上以及两端均套接有切刀一并通过螺钉紧固,所述机架侧壁间还转动连接从动辊。
优选的,所述机架侧壁外设有基座,所述驱动机构一包括安装于基座上的电机,所述电机的输出轴穿过机架侧壁并连接联轴器,所述联轴器外套接齿轮一并于末端连接中心轴上的三角架,所述的三个主动辊靠近联轴器的一端外均套接有齿轮二,所述齿轮一和三个齿轮二外连接履带一。
优选的,所述所述机架内还设有将废料回收盒中的废料敦实的敦实装置。
优选的,所述敦实装置包括套接于联轴器外的齿轮三,所述齿轮三外套接履带二的一端,所述履带二另一端套接于齿轮四上,所述齿轮四套接于从动辊的一端,所述从动辊的另一端套接齿轮五,所述齿轮五套接履带三的一端,所述履带三另一端套接于齿轮六上,所述齿轮六套接于转轴的一端,所述转轴转动连接于两个结构相同的转筒内,所述转筒固定连接于支撑板下方,所述支撑板内放置废料回收盒,所述支撑板前端通过轴转动连接于机架侧壁间。
优选的,所述切边辊环两端的切刀一上还设有能将废料定长切断的切刀二。
本发明的优点在于:本发明操作方便,通过设置切边装置、驱动机构一实现合金箔的切边,通过设置转动手柄,实现三个主动辊的转动,满足不同尺寸的切边需求,解决了现有技术需要更换箔膜所需尺寸时需要调整原先切刀位置,且当需要多种宽度尺寸产品时,还需要增加切刀,造成生产速度被严重拖慢,降低生产效率的缺陷,同时通过在主动辊两端的切刀一上设置切刀二,实现了定长切断,且设置了废料回收盒和敦实装置,使得支撑板带着有切断后材料的废料回收盒发生颠簸,从而起到敦实废料回收盒中的材料的作用,使得一个废料回收盒能多收纳一些材料,提高回收材料的效率,解决了由于镍基合金价格相对较高,而现有技术对切边后的材料造成了浪费的缺陷。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1至图5所示,一种镍基合金箔的可调式切边装置,包括机架1,所述机架1内安装有将合金箔切割成多种尺寸的切边装置2以及驱动切边装置2切边的驱动机构一3,所述切边装置2下端设有收集废料的废料回收盒4。
在本实施例中,所述切边装置2包括转动连接于机架1侧壁上的中心轴5,所述中心轴5一个末端连接转动手柄6,所述转动手柄6与机架1侧壁间设有垫片7,所述垫片7固定安装于机架1侧壁上,所述中心轴5上卡接两个结构相同的三角架8,两个三角架8之间设有三个结构相同的主动辊9且主动辊9的两端套接于所述三角架8的三个支臂的通孔10内,三个主动辊9外均套接切边辊环11,三个切边辊环11上以及两端均套接有切刀一12并通过螺钉紧固,所述机架1侧壁间还转动连接从动辊13。所述机架1侧壁外设有基座14,所述驱动机构一3包括安装于基座14上的电机15,所述电机15的输出轴穿过机架1侧壁并连接联轴器16,所述联轴器16外套接齿轮一17并于末端连接中心轴5上的三角架8,所述的三个主动辊9靠近联轴器16的一端外均套接有齿轮二18,所述齿轮一17和三个齿轮二18外连接履带一19。
此外,所述机架1内还设有将废料回收盒4中的废料敦实的敦实装置20。所述敦实装置20包括套接于联轴器16外的齿轮三21,所述齿轮三21外套接履带二22的一端,所述履带二22另一端套接于齿轮四23上,所述齿轮四23套接于从动辊13的一端,所述从动辊13的另一端套接齿轮五24,所述齿轮五24套接履带三25的一端,所述履带三25另一端套接于齿轮六26上,所述齿轮六26套接于转轴27的一端,所述转轴27转动连接于两个结构相同的转筒28内,所述转筒28固定连接于支撑板29下方,所述支撑板29内放置废料回收盒4,所述支撑板29前端通过轴31转动连接于机架1侧壁间。所述切边辊环11两端的切刀一12上还设有能将废料定长切断的切刀二30。
工作过程及原理:使用一种镍基合金箔的可调式切边装置时,配合镍基合金箔的生产车间使用,从阴极辊上剥离,对其进行清洗、烘干后使用本发明对其进行切边,电机15电性连接车间的PLC控制器,从而使得驱动机构一3可以按照PLC控制器中设定好的程序进行动作,当需要更换需要的合金箔尺寸时,技术工人用手握住转动手柄6并转动,使得中心轴5转动带着三角架8、主动辊9转动,至所需的切边辊环11转动至从动辊13上方时,停止转动转动手柄6,并通过在转动手柄6上设置紧固螺钉连接垫片7实现转动手柄6的固定,启动电机15,此时电机15带动齿轮一17、齿轮三21转动,履带一19和履带二22运动,带动齿轮二18、齿轮四23转动,从而使得主动辊9与从动辊13转动,主动辊9与从动辊13将合金箔通过摩擦力实现送箔的功能,同时主动辊9上的切刀一12将合金箔分割成需要的宽度尺寸,主动辊9两端的切刀一12将其进行切边,同时切刀二30实现了定长切断,切断后的材料落入废料回收盒4中,且由于从动辊13转动,带动齿轮五24、履带三25和齿轮六26运动,转轴27在转筒28内转动,且轴31转动连接于机架1内壁间,从而使得支撑板29带着有切断后材料的废料回收盒4发生颠簸,从而起到敦实废料回收盒4中的材料的作用,此结构使得切边后的材料也可以利用起来以便其它客户需要,提高材料利用率,节省企业成本。
基于上述,本发明操作方便,通过设置切边装置2、驱动机构一3实现合金箔的切边,通过设置转动手柄6,实现三个主动辊9的转动,满足不同尺寸的切边需求,解决了现有技术需要更换箔膜所需尺寸时需要调整原先切刀位置,且当需要多种宽度尺寸产品时,还需要增加切刀,造成生产速度被严重拖慢,降低生产效率的缺陷,同时通过在主动辊9两端的切刀一12上设置切刀二30,实现了定长切断,且设置了废料回收盒4和敦实装置20,使得支撑板29带着有切断后材料的废料回收盒4发生颠簸,从而起到敦实废料回收盒4中的材料的作用,使得一个废料回收盒4能多收纳一些材料,提高回收材料的效率,解决了由于镍基合金价格相对较高,而现有技术对切边后的材料造成了浪费的缺陷。
由技术常识可知,本发明可以通过其它的不脱离其精神实质或必要特征的实施方案来实现。因此,上述公开的实施方案,就各方面而言,都只是举例说明,并不是仅有的。所有在本发明范围内或在等同于本发明的范围内的改变均被本发明包含。

1.一种镍基合金箔的可调式切边装置,其特征在于:包括机架(1),所述机架(1)内安装有将合金箔切割成多种尺寸的切边装置(2)以及驱动切边装置(2)切边的驱动机构一(3),所述切边装置(2)下端设有收集废料的废料回收盒(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种镍基合金箔的可调式切边装置,其特征在于:所述切边装置(2)包括转动连接于机架(1)侧壁上的中心轴(5),所述中心轴(5)一个末端连接转动手柄(6),所述转动手柄(6)与机架(1)侧壁间设有垫片(7),所述垫片(7)固定安装于机架(1)侧壁上,所述中心轴(5)上卡接两个结构相同的三角架(8),两个三角架(8)之间设有三个结构相同的主动辊(9)且主动辊(9)的两端套接于所述三角架(8)的三个支臂的通孔(10)内,三个主动辊(9)外均套接切边辊环(11),三个切边辊环(11)上以及两端均套接有切刀一(12)并通过螺钉紧固,所述机架(1)侧壁间还转动连接从动辊(13)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种镍基合金箔的可调式切边装置,其特征在于:所述机架(1)侧壁外设有基座(14),所述驱动机构一(3)包括安装于基座(14)上的电机(15),所述电机(15)的输出轴穿过机架(1)侧壁并连接联轴器(16),所述联轴器(16)外套接齿轮一(17)并于末端连接中心轴(5)上的三角架(8),所述的三个主动辊(9)靠近联轴器(16)的一端外均套接有齿轮二(18),所述齿轮一(17)和三个齿轮二(18)外连接履带一(19)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种镍基合金箔的可调式切边装置,其特征在于:所述机架(1)内还设有将废料回收盒(4)中的废料敦实的敦实装置(20)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种镍基合金箔的可调式切边装置,其特征在于:所述敦实装置(20)包括套接于联轴器(16)外的齿轮三(21),所述齿轮三(21)外套接履带二(22)的一端,所述履带二(22)另一端套接于齿轮四(23)上,所述齿轮四(23)套接于从动辊(13)的一端,所述从动辊(13)的另一端套接齿轮五(24),所述齿轮五(24)套接履带三(25)的一端,所述履带三(25)另一端套接于齿轮六(26)上,所述齿轮六(26)套接于转轴(27)的一端,所述转轴(27)转动连接于两个结构相同的转筒(28)内,所述转筒(28)固定连接于支撑板(29)下方,所述支撑板(29)内放置废料回收盒(4),所述支撑板(29)前端通过轴(31)转动连接于机架(1)侧壁间。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种镍基合金箔的可调式切边装置,其特征在于:所述切边辊环(11)两端的切刀一(12)上还设有能将废料定长切断的切刀二(30)。
