本发明涉及一种液力自动变速器,具体涉及一种具有压铆式轴套的液力自动变速器及轴套的压铆方法;解决了现有液力自动变速器中轴套和外壳由于热膨胀系数不同,受热膨胀后,两者之间会产生相对运动,导致油孔容易错位,进而导致液力自动变速器的液压系统故障的技术问题,本发明的一种具有压铆式轴套的液力自动变速器,包括外壳、设置在外壳内的压铆式轴套、套装在压铆式轴套内的输出轴、设置在压铆式轴套与输出轴之间的至少两个密封环;压铆式轴套包括主体和翻边;主体一端设有压入角,翻边位于主体的另一端;翻边上设有至少两个铆接口;外壳为软质金属材料,压铆式轴套为硬质耐磨金属材料;本发明还提供了一种上述轴套的压铆方法。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种液力自动变速器,具体涉及一种具有压铆式轴套的液力自动变速器及轴套的压铆方法。
背景技术
随着社会发展,人们对车辆舒适性的要求越来越高,液力自动变速器汽车越来越普及。相比手动变速器汽车,液力自动变速器汽车具有操纵简单轻便、自适应性好、劳动强度低、对车辆传动系统冲击力小的优点。
现有的液力自动变速器中的轴套和外壳大多采用不同热膨胀系数的材料制成,轴套大多采用热膨胀系数较小的钢件制成,外壳大多采用热膨胀系数较大的轻金属制成,如铝或镁合金。轴套位于外壳的内孔中,当系统工作时,机械能转化为内能,系统温度升高,由于轴套材料和外壳材料的热膨胀系数不同,外壳材料热膨胀量更大,导致轴套与外壳配合的过盈量不足而产生间隙,而发动机、万向节的波动引起中间轴发生轴跳动和轴窜动,进而引起轴套与外壳发生相对运动,导致轴套与外壳上的油孔容易错位,影响整个系统正常工作。
发明内容
为了解决现有液力自动变速器中轴套和外壳由于热膨胀系数不同,受热膨胀后,两者之间会产生相对运动,导致油孔容易错位,进而导致液力自动变速器的液压系统故障的技术问题,本发明提供了一种具有压铆式轴套的液力自动变速器及轴套的压铆方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种具有压铆式轴套的液力自动变速器,其特殊之处在于:
包括外壳、设置在外壳内的压铆式轴套、套装在压铆式轴套内的输出轴、设置在压铆式轴套与输出轴之间的至少两个密封环;
所述压铆式轴套为翻边轴套,包括主体和翻边;所述主体一端设有压入角,所述翻边位于主体的另一端;所述翻边上设有至少两个铆接口;
所述外壳上设有轴套安装孔;所述轴套安装孔与所述主体的外圆相适配;
所述外壳为软质金属材料,所述压铆式轴套为硬质耐磨金属材料;所述软质金属材料为铝、镁合金等材质较软的金属材料,所述硬质耐磨金属材料为碳素钢等材质较硬的金属材料,以便于所述外壳的部分材料可以挤入所述铆式轴套的铆接口内。
进一步地,所述压入角的角度为20°~30°。
进一步地,所述铆接口的深度大于翻边的厚度;所述铆接口的底面为内侧高外侧低的斜面。
进一步地,所述铆接口的数量为两个,两个铆接口相对于所述压铆式轴套的轴线对称设置。
进一步地,所述压铆式轴套为双金属材料,其内部为铜合金,外部为低碳钢。
进一步地,所述外壳的侧壁上设有低压油进油孔,所述外壳与所述压铆式轴套之间沿轴向设置低压油油道,所述低压油油道的入口接低压油进油孔,其两个出口分别连通两个被润滑轴承的润滑腔。

1)将已装配好密封环的输出轴安装在外壳内;
2)将压铆式轴套压入轴套安装孔内;设有压入角的一端向内,设有翻边的一端向外;
3)调整压铆式轴套的安装位置,确保压铆式轴套油孔与高压油进油孔的位置相对应,且铆接口与低压油油道错位。
4)向内侧敲打压铆式轴套,使压铆式轴套在被压入外壳的同时,外壳的部分材料被挤入压铆式轴套的铆接口内。
本发明相比现有技术的有益效果是:
1、本发明中的压铆式轴套为翻边轴套,包括主体和翻边,主体上设有压入角,翻边上设有至少两个铆接口,外壳上设有轴套安装孔,轴套安装孔与压铆式轴套的主体外圆过盈配合,压铆式轴套内孔与输出轴的外圆间隙配合,安装后,壳体的部分材料会进入铆接口内,将压铆式轴套压铆在壳体内,即使两者均受热膨胀,也不会产生相对运动,确保液力自动变速器的液压系统可以正常工作。
2、本发明压铆式轴套的压入角的角度为20°~30°,压铆式轴套可顺利压入外壳内。
3、本发明中铆接口的底面为内侧高外侧低的斜面,便于壳体的部分材料进入铆接口内。
4、本发明中外壳的侧壁上设有低压油进油孔,外壳与压铆式轴套之间沿轴向设置低压油油道,低压油油道的入口接低压油进油孔,其两个出口分别连通两个被润滑轴承的润滑腔,起到润滑轴承的作用。
5、本发明中外壳的侧壁上设有高压油进油孔,压铆式轴套的内壁设置压铆式轴套油槽,其侧壁设置压铆式轴套油孔,压铆式轴套油孔入口接液进油孔,出口连通压铆式轴套油槽,输出轴上设置连通其内腔与压铆式轴套油槽的输出轴油孔,高压油经外壳、轴套、输出轴后控制离合器内的活塞,实现离合器的开闭,同时,存储在压铆式轴套油槽内的高压油可起到润滑输出轴的作用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及具体实施例对本发明做进一步的描述。
参照图1和图2,该液力自动变速器,包括外壳1、设置在外壳1内的压铆式轴套2、套装在压铆式轴套2内的输出轴3、设置在压铆式轴套2与输出轴3之间的两个密封环4。本实施例中,外壳1为铝合金,轴套2为双金属材料,其内部为铜合金,外部为低碳钢。轴套2的制造工艺为:在低碳钢表面浇铸高强度铜合金作为压铆式轴套2的基础材料,这种制造工艺使得铜和钢结合面达到完全的冶金结合,内层铜合金表面粗糙度易保证提供良好的耐磨性能,可承受较高载荷,同时铜基具有良好的导热性,使结构具有良好的散热功能。
压铆式轴套2为翻边轴套,包括主体201和翻边202。为了便于压入压铆式轴套2,主体201一端上设有压入角203,压入角203的角度为20°~30°,本实例中压入角203的角度为25°。翻边202位于主体201的另一端,翻边201上设有两个相对于压铆式轴套2的轴线对称设置铆接口204。铆接口204的深度大于翻边202的厚度,铆接口204的底面为内侧高外侧低的斜面。
外壳1上设有轴套安装孔101;轴套安装孔101与主体201的外圆过盈配合,压铆式轴套2的内孔与输出轴的内孔间隙配合。
输出轴3进行动力传递,密封环4起密封作用,外壳1的侧壁上设有低压油进油孔104,外壳1的内壁沿轴向开设豁口,外壳1与压铆式轴套2之间形成低压油油道102。低压油油道102的入口接低压油进油孔104,其两个出口分别连通两个被润滑轴承的润滑腔,起到分流和润滑轴承的作用。(注意装配后压铆口204应避开低压油油道102,否则不能正常压铆)。
外壳1的侧壁上设有高压油进油孔103,压铆式轴套2的内壁设置压铆式轴套油槽205,其侧壁设置压铆式轴套油孔206,压铆式轴套油孔206入口接高压油进油孔103,出口连通压铆式轴套油槽205;输出轴3上设置连通其内腔与压铆式轴套油槽205的输出轴油孔301。液压油经外壳1、轴套3、输出轴3后控制离合器内的活塞,实现离合器的开闭,同时,存储在压铆式轴套油槽内的高压油可起到润滑压铆式轴套2的作用。
该液力自动变速器中压铆式轴套的压铆方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将已装配好密封环4的输出轴3安装在外壳1内;
2)将压铆式轴套2压入轴套安装孔101内;设有压入角203的一端向内,设有翻边202的一端向外;
3)调整压铆式轴套2的安装位置,确保压铆式轴套油孔206与高压油进油孔103的位置相对应,且铆接口204与低压油油道102错位。
4)向内侧敲打压铆式轴套2,使压铆式轴套2在被压入外壳1的同时,外壳1的部分材料被挤入压铆式轴套2的铆接口204内。
