                       技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于饮料容器的封闭帽及一种采用这种封闭帽的饮料容器。
                       背景技术
本发明的封闭帽与容纳原液并向其分配添加物的饮料容器有关。添加物可以是供运动员耗用的维他命及/或电解补充物或者是解酸药或胃调整化合物，并且呈液体、粉末或可溶药片的形式。
本发明的主要目的是将添加物保持在封闭帽内，并将其与原液隔离，直到准备使用饮料，此时将添加物释放到原液中。
人们公知可提供一种容器使用的封闭帽，使两种物质混合形成单一的复合产品。这种容器经常用于牙科或内科，将两种试剂保持分离，直到准备使用它们。AU-37210/89公开了一种带有按钮的帽，当压下按钮时可释放添加物。因而通过解旋封闭帽即可分配好复合产品。US4132308公开了一种当帽旋转时混合两种物质的螺旋帽。
人们同样公知可提供使两种成分混合的饮料容器。GB2211479公开了一种用于储存混合饮料的装置，其中各成分存于由隔膜分隔的两个隔离室中，在使用前隔膜由冲杆击破。US4399158公开了一种容器，其中添加物由保持器固定，通过内压保持封闭，直到打开容器，此时添加物被释放进入饮料中。AU84745/82公开了一种双室饮料容器，其中隔膜通过带有切削工具的吸管击破。
                          发明内容
根据本发明，提供了一种具有室的封闭帽，添加物容留在室内，并在开启封闭帽的同时释放进入相关容器的液体中，封闭帽具有封闭装置，封闭装置包括可相对于封闭帽的主体部运动的推拉机构，因而帽可通过将封闭装置的第一部拉向开启位置而开启，此后容器的内含物可通过所述第一部的开口分配，并且其中封闭帽可通过将所述第一部推向封闭位置而封闭，此后不会发生相应容器的内含物的溢出。
将添加物保持在封闭帽中的装置的优点是该装置可与标准饮料瓶一起使用，因此可降低生产成本。另一优点是可通过同一动作实现混合和随后的分配。
在本发明的优选实施例中，封闭帽与清洁瓶中包含的碳酸饮料或无色的饮料产品一起使用。药片包容在封闭帽中，当释放进饮料产品中时发泡。药片通常包括颜料、香料、维他命成分、非处方药物或其混合物，通过药片的发泡并摇动瓶子将其与饮料产品的原液混合。此外，可以将香料、颜料、维他命或药物与饮料保持分离直到使用时，使通常非长期保存的香料、颜料、维他命或药物得以使用，或减少饮料产品中使用的防腐剂量。

                      具体实施方式
参照附图，在该优选实施例中，封闭帽包括螺旋帽2；封闭件21；及包容药片8的泡形包23。螺旋帽2可采用传统方式旋拧在瓶颈25上并优选由可回收的塑料制成。螺旋帽2以具有两个或更多的圆柱部的阶梯形圆柱方式构造。底圆柱部12包括螺纹15并与瓶的尺寸相应。顶圆柱部14的直径较小。螺旋帽还包括中心柱3，中心柱3位于瓶颈内并与螺旋帽一体形成。柱3通过辐条或具有切除部24的盘与顶圆柱部的底部16连接。柱3延伸到连接点16以上、以下，其圆周尺寸与穿过封闭件的开口7的内圆周相对应，并且柱3在连接点之上延伸一定距离，当封闭件21处于封闭位置时可完全封闭开口7。封闭件21可在封闭和开启位置之间滑动。
封闭件21的主要特征是：套口部11；圆柱部17；及两个或多个支杆部6。套口部11处于封闭件21的顶部并具有略微弯曲的上表面，从而当使用者的唇部与套口部接触时可使开口顶部延伸进入使用者的嘴里。开口7的尺寸构造为可控制液体单位时间流出的体积。套口部还具有凸缘10，在螺旋帽2的顶圆柱部14的外圆周向外延伸。凸缘10的底面可使使用者抓紧封闭件21，并当将封闭件21移动到开启位置时提供可施加力的表面面积。
套口部11与圆柱部17一体形成，圆柱部17的尺寸构造为当封闭件21位于封闭位置时使凸缘16支撑在螺旋帽的顶部18上，同时使圆柱部的底部置于将中心柱3连接到螺旋帽的支架上的辐条24上。封闭件21的圆柱部17固定于螺旋帽2的顶圆柱部14内，并具有隆起的脊部区域9，脊部9设计为固定于螺旋帽的顶圆柱部14内的对应凹槽22内。脊部/凹槽组合可防止帽偶然从封闭位置移向开启位置。脊部/凹槽组合构造为使帽不能自由移动但可以由诸如手动施加的力轻易移动。
两个或多个支杆6，本实例为两个正对的支杆，从圆柱部的底部穿过连接中心柱3和螺旋帽2的盘24的切除部延伸。支杆6具有斜肩19，斜肩19可在帽开启并当斜肩顶部接触螺旋帽的中圆柱部20的顶部下侧时限制帽的行程。
泡形包23包括可变形的圆顶4，圆顶4具有作为其底部的易破碎的密封件5。泡形包23与支杆6的下部连接，使得在封闭件位于封闭位置时泡形包的圆顶顶部正好处于中心柱之下。当封闭件向开启位置运动时，圆顶接触中心柱并向内变形，因而向药片8施加足够的力，使其穿破易碎密封件5并落入瓶中包含的液体中。为确保泡形包23被有效穿破，必须根据支杆6在中心柱3的底部下延伸的距离、中心柱在连接点16下延伸的距离和泡形包的尺寸考虑封闭件21从封闭位置向开启位置运行的距离。

Claims (13)

1.一种具有室的封闭帽，一添加物容留在室内，该封闭帽具有一第一部和一主体部，它们形成一推拉机构，所述第一部具有一开口，封闭帽通过将所述第一部相对于所述封闭帽拉向开启位置而开启，而所述室内的添加物从室内释放，从而在使用中这样的添加物被释放进入一具有原液的相关容器中，而后相关容器中的内含物通过所述开口分配，封闭帽通过将所述第一部相对于所述主体部推向封闭位置而封闭，此时所述开口被封闭，此后不会发生相应容器的内含物的溢出。

4.如权利要求2所述的封闭帽，其特征在于，所述第二部是通过多个支杆与封闭帽的所述主体部连接的轴向柱，主体部、支杆和轴向柱形成多个次级开口，溶液可从其穿过。
5.如权利要求1所述的封闭帽，其特征在于，所述第一部具有至少两个支杆，其从所述第一部延伸，并与所述室连接。
6.如权利要求5所述的封闭帽，其特征在于，所述至少两个支杆具有肩部，当所述第一部位于开启位置时肩部与所述主体部的内表面相接，从而防止第一部脱离所述主体部。
7.如权利要求1所述的封闭帽，其特征在于，所述室是是一脆弱件，在封闭帽开启时其破裂。
