冷镦是精密塑性体成形技术中的一个重要组成部分,其是在冷态下将金属毛坯放入模具模腔内,在强大的压力和一定的速度作用下,迫使金属从模腔中挤出,从而获得具有所需形状、尺寸以及一定力学性能的挤压件。传统润滑油多使用机械油,然而机械油在环境中无法降解,长期积累会造成严重污染。而单纯使用植物油作为润滑油,成本较高。本发明公开了一种水基高润滑性环保型金属加工冷镦液及其制备方法,即以蓖麻油为基础油,加入植物油合成酯、润滑剂、极压剂、防锈剂、乳化剂、抗氧化剂、杀菌剂等,将制备成的冷镦油与水按一比五比例混合乳化,制成的冷镦液仍具有良好的润滑效果。

技术领域:
本发明属于金属工件的冷成型加工领域,具体涉及一种新型水基高润滑性环保型金属加工冷镦液及其制备方法。
背景技术:
冷镦是精密塑性体成形技术中的一个重要组成部分,其是在冷态下将金属毛坯放入模具模腔内,在强大的压力和一定的速度作用下,迫使金属从模腔中挤出,从而获得具有所需形状、尺寸以及一定力学性能的挤压件。冷镦过程中,现使用的润滑剂多为机械油,然而机械油属于不可再生资源,在环境中积累后无法降解,长期使用会对环境造成污染。
除了使用机械油作为润滑油以外,也有使用环保型冷镦油作为润滑油。专利CN107629835 A公布了一种冷镦油制备方法,该方法使用氯化石蜡作为基础油,能适用于不锈钢等对极压性能要求高的材料。然而氯化石蜡在加工工件的过程中会分解,锈蚀工件及车床,对设备损伤较大。
此外,也有使用植物油作为基础油,专利CN 105482873 A公布了一种以环氧植物油作为基础油的冷镦油制备方法。该植物油在40℃下粘度较机械油大,制成的冷镦油有较好的润滑效果,能适用于各种机加工。然而由于使用植物油作为基础油,生产成本过高,不利于推广使用。
因此,如果能开发出一种绿色环保且润滑效果良好,不锈蚀工件且能控制生产成本的润滑油,将会很好的满足市场需求。
发明内容:
本发明旨在克服现有技术的不足,提供一种润滑性好、抗锈蚀、绿色环保且生产成本低的可降解新型水基高润滑性环保型金属加工冷镦液。
本发明使用氮化硼纳米片(粒度在50nm至200nm)作为润滑剂添加品,并与硫化猪油配合使用,有效地改进了冷镦液的润滑效果。
本发明中通过调整乳化剂比例,使得制成的冷镦油能与水混合互溶,当与水以一比五的比例乳化时,所得冷镦液的润滑效果良好,并大大降低了生产成本。本发明所用技术方案如下:
一种与水混合使用的高润滑性环保型冷镦液,按重量分数计,其组分包括:基础油:35-55份,植物油合成酯:0-10份,极压剂:10-20份,防锈剂:0-5份,抗氧化剂:0-5份,润滑剂:0-5份,杀菌剂:0-1份,乳化剂:20-30份。
(1)所述基础油为蓖麻油,25℃粘度为680CPS;
(2)所述植物油合成酯为三油酸甘油酯;
(3)所述极压剂为硫化猪油或磷酸三甲酚酯或硫代磷酸铵盐中的至少一种;
(4)所述防锈剂为合成磺酸钠(含量55%)或苯并三氮唑或环烷酸锌的至少一种;
(5)所述抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)或三乙醇胺中的至少一种;
(6)所述润滑剂为氮化硼纳米片(粒度在50nm至200nm);
(7)所述杀菌剂为二聚酸或吗啉中的至少一种;
(8)所述乳化剂为司盘-80、重烷基苯磺酸、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚或吐温类乳化剂T 20中的至少一种。
具体操作步骤为:
首先按照配比将蓖麻油加入反应釜中,再按照配比加入植物油合成酯、极压剂以及润滑剂,升温至60℃,调整机械搅拌转速300r/min,然后按照配比加入抗氧化剂和杀菌剂,最后加入乳化剂,调整转速至360r/min,搅拌两小时。降温,将制成的冷镦油按照1∶5的比例兑水,得到乳白色液体。
本发明制备的冷镦液具有润滑性好,环境友好,以及能与水混用从而大大降低使用成本的优点。
具体实施方式:
以下实施例是对本发明的进一步说明,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
实施例1
称取50g蓖麻油加入到1L三口烧瓶中,加入5g三油酸甘油酯,15g硫化猪油及5g氮化硼纳米片,升温至60℃,调整机械搅拌转速300r/min。然后加入2g合成磺酸钠(含量55%),2g BHT,1g二聚酸,继续搅拌一小时。最后加入20g司盘-80,搅拌两小时。降温,加入500g水,搅拌得到乳白色液体。

称取45g蓖麻油加入到1L三口烧瓶中,加入5g三油酸甘油酯,15g硫化猪油及10g氮化硼纳米片,升温至60℃,调整机械搅拌转速300r/min。然后加入2g苯并三氮唑,2g BHT,1g吗啉,继续搅拌一小时。最后加入10g司盘-80及10g重烷基苯磺酸,搅拌两小时。降温,加入500g水,搅拌得到乳白色液体。

Claims (5)

1.本发明属于金属工件的冷成型加工领域,具体涉及一种新型冷镦液及其制备方法。该方法制备出的水基高润滑性环保型金属加工冷镦液,具有润滑效果好、绿色环保、防锈蚀且生产成本低的优点。
2.该水基高润滑性环保型金属加工冷镦液,其特征在于:
(1)所述基础油为蓖麻油,25℃粘度为680CPS;
(2)所述植物油合成酯为三油酸甘油酯;
(3)所述极压剂为硫化猪油或磷酸三甲酚酯或硫代磷酸胺盐中的至少一种;
(4)所述防锈剂为合成磺酸钠(含量55%)或苯并三氮唑或环烷酸锌的至少一种;
(5)所述抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)或三乙醇胺中的至少一种;
(6)所述润滑剂为氮化硼纳米片(粒度在50nm至200nm);
(7)所述杀菌剂为二聚酸或吗啉中的至少一种;
(8)所述乳化剂为司盘-80、重烷基苯磺酸、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚或吐温类乳化剂T 20中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的水基高润滑性环保型金属加工冷镦液,其优点在于:所用基础油为蓖麻油,属于可降解类环保型油脂,绿色环保且润滑效果较好。
4.根据权利要求2所述的水基高润滑性环保型金属加工冷镦液,其优点在于:使用氮化硼纳米片(粒度在50nm至200nm)作为润滑剂,与硫化猪油配合使用,使得产品与水乳化后的润滑效果明显提升。
5.根据权利要求2所述的水基高润滑性环保型金属加工冷镦液,其优点在于:通过调整所用乳化剂的比例,使得制成的冷镦油能与水按照1∶5的比例乳化,大大降低了生产成本。
