一种除甲醛植物蛋白胶砂浆,由以下重量份的原料制成:植物纤维2-10粉、植物胶和蛋白胶两种胶任何比例混合物0.2-20份、植物淀粉或植物面粉1-12份、硅藻土或膨润土或活性炭5-50份、水泥70-120份、石膏8-25份、石英砂80-130 份、调和剂分散型乳胶粉1-10份、负离子粉0.1-0.4份、纤维素醚5-10份、纳米银或苯甲酸钠0.2-3。
本发明所述植物淀粉或植物面粉来源非常广泛,可以是任何植物的淀粉、面粉,如玉米淀粉、玉米面粉,芋头淀粉、芋头面粉,甘薯淀粉、甘薯面粉等等。所述植物蛋白胶的主要原料是植物胶、动物胶,这两种胶广泛,植物胶可以是玉米胶、糯米胶、芋头胶、甘薯胶等,这里所述植物胶不含植物蛋白类胶,植物胶一般指的是植物淀粉胶;蛋白胶原料广泛,动物骨和皮毛都可以作为原料,大豆也是蛋白胶的原料。

2.除甲醛植物蛋白胶砂浆,其特征在于包括以下步骤:重量份的原料,依次加入植物纤维2-10粉、植物胶和蛋白胶两种胶任何比例混合物0.2-20份、植物淀粉或植物面粉1-12份、硅藻土或膨润土或活性炭5-50份、水泥70-120份、石膏8-25份、石英砂80-130份,搅拌10-30分钟至均已;再以此加入调和剂分散型乳胶粉1-10份、负离子粉0.1-0.4份、纤维素醚5-10份、纳米银或苯甲酸钠0.2-3,搅拌10-20分钟至均匀后即可成品装袋。
3.根据权利1或2,除甲醛植物蛋白胶砂浆,其特征在于砂浆使用的砂浆胶是植物胶和蛋白胶。
