本发明公开了一种自修复高压装饰板,包括芯板以及设置在芯板两个表面上的装饰纸层。本发明还提供了一种自修复高压装饰板的制备工艺,步骤如下:1)、自修复胶水的制备;2)、浸胶纸的制备;3)、装饰纸的制备;4)、配纸工序;5)、热压成型,制得装饰板。本发明的表面上涂覆有自修复胶水,且按照本发明中的配方制成的自修复胶水可以在150°左右的温度下可融化,重新热压后可以恢复如初,实现自修复功能,且修复后的板面恢复如新,可以再次利用,大大减少了装饰板的报废情况,增加了使用寿命,减少了使用者的支出。

一种自修复高压装饰板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于装饰板领域,更具体地说,涉及一种自修复高压装饰板及其制备方法。
背景技术
装饰板用在装饰行业,其有稳定性高、防震防摔、耐寒耐热且有耐火防潮及耐烟烧的特性,其密度多在1.4-1.5g/cm3之间。装饰板的应用范围极为广泛,家居生活中的厨具台面、盥洗台面、餐桌、书桌、门扇,乃至公共场所的浴厕隔间、洗手台、接待柜台、置物柜、天花板、办公桌和办公隔间等,皆可采用装饰板制作。
但是目前的装饰板还没有自修复的功能,长时间使用后,会出现大量不可修复的划痕,影响美观。
鉴于此,对于本领域技术人员来说,开发一种可修复的装饰板,成为亟待解决的一个问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供了一种自修复高压装饰板及其制备方法,设计合理,提高了装饰板的板面的硬度,而且可以实现重新板面的修复功能,使用方便可靠,并且可以反复使用,保证了板面的美观。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种自修复高压装饰板,其特征在于:包括芯板以及设置在芯板两个表面上的装饰纸层;其中,芯板是由若干层浸胶纸复合后通过热压工艺制成的芯板;装饰纸层是由表面涂刷有自修复树脂的浸胶纸制成的装饰纸;装饰纸层复合在芯板的表面后通过热压工艺,得到自修复高压装饰板。
本发明还提供了一种自修复高压装饰板的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤如下:
1)、自修复胶水的制备;
2)、浸胶纸的制备;
3)、装饰纸的制备;
4)、配纸工序;
5)、热压成型,制得装饰板。
作为一种优化的技术方案,自修复胶水的制备的步骤如下:自修复胶水的成分以及成分的质量比:耐高温酚醛树脂35-45份,环氧树脂35-45份,纳米二氧化钛15-20份,三氧化二铝10-20份,过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯1-2份,偶联剂2-3份,马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯10-16份,十二烷基磺酸钠0.2-1份;将上述质量比的成分加入到高速搅拌机中,制成自修复胶水,静置抽真空,备用。
作为一种优化的技术方案,浸胶纸的制备的步骤如下:采用涂烘一体机进行加工;将外购的胶水加入到浸胶槽中,然后装饰纸自动上纸,装饰纸经过浸胶槽中;沾有胶水的胶辊与装饰纸表面均匀接触,在装饰纸表面形成胶水层;随后表面附着胶水层的装饰纸进入烘箱内进行烘干,烘箱温度从低到高再到低,烘箱热源由管道蒸汽或天然气锅炉蒸汽提供;剪切:浸渍纸烘干后,切除多余原纸边角料,即为成品的浸渍纸。
作为一种优化的技术方案,装饰纸的制备的步骤如下;将步骤1中制备好的自修复胶水,通过涂覆机涂覆在步骤2制得的浸渍纸上,然后通过电子束固化设备进行固化,制成装饰纸。
作为一种优化的技术方案,配纸工序,是根据工艺的要求将浸胶纸和装饰纸进行搭配,复合在一起。
作为一种优化的技术方案,热压成型的步骤如下:将复合要求的层数的浸渍纸进行搭配,输送到全自动智能高温高压大型真空压机,热压热源由管道蒸汽和天然气锅炉蒸汽提供,真空压机的温度控制在120℃-160℃中,将配好的纸卷上下碾压,利用高温使覆合在纸上的胶水相互进行粘合、固化,制得复合在一起的芯板和装饰纸,得到自修复高压装饰板,打包后入库待运。
由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的表面上涂覆有自修复胶水,且按照本发明中的配方制成的自修复胶水可以在150°左右的温度下可融化,重新热压后可以恢复如初,实现自修复功能,且修复后的板面恢复如新,可以再次利用,大大减少了装饰板的报废情况,增加了使用寿命,减少了使用者的支出。
2、本发明的制备方法简单可靠,采用的都是现有的设备,只需要重新设计设备上工控机的参数,即可制得可修复的装饰板,工艺简单可靠,采购设备的成本低。
3、本发明的自修复胶水环保效果好,不会产生污染物,同时,自修复胶水中的酚醛树脂是耐高温型,但是瞬间固化,固化温度要大于150度,酚醛与环氧可以交接,可以共聚,也互相促进反应。过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯为热固化剂。
具体实施方式
实施例
一种自修复高压装饰板,包括芯板以及设置在芯板两个表面上的装饰纸层。其中,芯板是由若干层浸胶纸复合后通过热压工艺制成的芯板;装饰纸层是由表面涂刷有自修复树脂的浸胶纸制成的装饰纸。装饰纸层复合在芯板的表面后通过热压工艺,得到自修复高压装饰板。
一种自修复高压装饰板的制备工艺,步骤如下:
1)、自修复胶水的制备。自修复胶水的制备的步骤如下:自修复胶水的成分以及成分的质量比:耐高温酚醛树脂35-45份,环氧树脂35-45份,纳米二氧化钛15-20份,三氧化二铝10-20份,过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯1-2份,偶联剂2-3份,马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯10-16份,十二烷基磺酸钠0.2-1份;将上述质量比的成分加入到高速搅拌机中,制成自修复胶水,静置抽真空,备用。
偶联剂为KH-560,对应国外牌号为美国联碳公司A-187、美国道康宁公司Z-6940、日本信越公司KBM-403,其化学名称γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
2)、浸胶纸的制备。浸胶纸的制备的步骤如下:采用涂烘一体机进行加工;将外购的胶水加入到浸胶槽中,然后装饰纸自动上纸,装饰纸经过浸胶槽中;沾有胶水的胶辊与装饰纸表面均匀接触,在装饰纸表面形成胶水层;随后表面附着胶水层的装饰纸进入烘箱内进行烘干,烘箱温度从低到高再到低,烘箱热源由管道蒸汽或天然气锅炉蒸汽提供。剪切:浸渍纸烘干后,切除多余原纸边角料,即为成品的浸渍纸。
3)、装饰纸的制备。装饰纸的制备的步骤如下;将步骤1中制备好的自修复胶水,通过涂覆机涂覆在步骤2制得的浸渍纸上,然后通过电子束固化设备进行固化,制成装饰纸。
4)、配纸工序。配纸工序是根据工艺的要求将浸胶纸和装饰纸进行搭配,复合在一起。

本发明的自修复胶水环保效果好,不会产生污染物,同时,自修复胶水中的酚醛树脂是耐高温型,但是瞬间固化,固化温度要大于150度,酚醛与环氧可以交接,可以共聚,也互相促进反应。过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯为热固化剂。

1.一种自修复高压装饰板,其特征在于:包括芯板以及设置在芯板两个表面上的装饰纸层;
其中,芯板是由若干层浸胶纸复合后通过热压工艺制成的芯板;
装饰纸层是由表面涂刷有自修复树脂的浸胶纸制成的装饰纸;
装饰纸层复合在芯板的表面后通过热压工艺,得到自修复高压装饰板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自修复高压装饰板的制备工艺,其特征在于:步骤如下:
1)、自修复胶水的制备;
2)、浸胶纸的制备;
3)、装饰纸的制备;
4)、配纸工序;
5)、热压成型,制得装饰板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种自修复高压装饰板的制备工艺,其特征在于:自修复胶水的制备的步骤如下:
自修复胶水的成分以及成分的质量比:耐高温酚醛树脂35-45份,环氧树脂35-45份,纳米二氧化钛15-20份,三氧化二铝10-20份,过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯1-2份,偶联剂2-3份,马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯10-16份,十二烷基磺酸钠0.2-1份;
将上述质量比的成分加入到高速搅拌机中,制成自修复胶水,静置抽真空,备用。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种自修复高压装饰板的制备工艺,其特征在于:浸胶纸的制备的步骤如下:
采用涂烘一体机进行加工;将外购的胶水加入到浸胶槽中,然后装饰纸自动上纸,装饰纸经过浸胶槽中;沾有胶水的胶辊与装饰纸表面均匀接触,在装饰纸表面形成胶水层;随后表面附着胶水层的装饰纸进入烘箱内进行烘干,烘箱温度从低到高再到低,烘箱热源由管道蒸汽或天然气锅炉蒸汽提供;
剪切:浸渍纸烘干后,切除多余原纸边角料,即为成品的浸渍纸。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种自修复高压装饰板的制备工艺,其特征在于:装饰纸的制备的步骤如下;
将步骤1中制备好的自修复胶水,通过涂覆机涂覆在步骤2制得的浸渍纸上,然后通过电子束固化设备进行固化,制成装饰纸。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种自修复高压装饰板的制备工艺,其特征在于:配纸工序,是根据工艺的要求将浸胶纸和装饰纸进行搭配,复合在一起。
