Abstract
本发明是一种提高渗透吸收速率的液体创可贴及其制备方法,液体创可贴,其具体组成成分及其重量份数为:无水乙醇95‑105份;表面活性剂0.1‑0.5份;硝化纤维素5‑6份;中药提取物10‑30份。制备方法为:在室温条件下,在干燥的烧瓶中加入无水乙醇,再加入表面活性剂,搅拌均匀;缓慢加入硝化纤维素,搅拌至完全溶解;最后加入中药提取物,搅拌均匀,立刻转移至干燥的容器中封存。本发明采用硝化纤维素作为成膜材料制备液体创可贴,成膜速度迅速,是较好的成膜材料。在液体创可贴配方中引入表面活性剂作为渗透剂,增加液体创可贴中有效成分的渗透吸收速度,达到快速起效的作用,也加入了中药提取物,有效愈合伤口。

技术领域
本发明涉及液体创可贴领域,尤其涉及一种提高渗透吸收速率的液体创可贴及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,液体创可贴主要的成膜材料主要有以下几种:
聚乙烯醇材料:聚乙烯醇类包括聚乙烯醇(PVA)及其与醛类化合物缩合得到的聚乙烯醇缩醛(PVB)类化合物。PVA是水溶性高分子聚合物,但需高浓度醇才能溶解,对机体刺激性较大。PVB中最常用的是聚乙烯醇缩甲醛、聚乙烯醇缩甲乙醛及聚乙烯醇缩丁醛。成膜速度较慢,同时部分产品存在透气性较差的问题。
氰基丙烯酸酯类材料:反应速度过快、耐水性差、脆度高。短链的氰基丙烯酸酯类化合物如甲酯和乙酯类,一定条件下容易分解,产生高浓度的毒性物质,而且个别长链的如氰基丙烯酸异戊酯也会产生一定的毒性。
壳聚糖材料:壳聚糖是一种天然聚合物。生物相容性好,具有生物降解性、止血活性、抗感染和使伤口愈合加速性能。但是有较弱的黏附性,容易脱落,抗菌活性不是很强。纯壳聚糖膜有较差的拉伸强度和弹性,由于其脆性,需要加入其他聚合物改善其强度与韧性。
综上所述,市面上的复合型液体创可贴在使用中均存在药效渗透缓慢,止血、愈合速度慢的情况。

本发明旨在解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种提高渗透吸收速率的液体创可贴及其制备方法。

所述中药提取物为当归提取物、田七提取物、血竭提取物、地骨皮提取物、两面针提取物中的一种。
上述的提高渗透吸收速率的液体创可贴的制备方法,具体步骤为:
(1)在室温条件下,在干燥的烧瓶中加入无水乙醇,再加入表面活性剂,搅拌均匀;
(2)缓慢加入硝化纤维素,搅拌至完全溶解;
(3)最后加入中药提取物,搅拌均匀,立刻转移至干燥的容器中封存。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用硝化纤维素作为成膜材料制备液体创可贴,成膜速度迅速,是较好的成膜材料,携带、使用方便,防水性好。在液体创可贴配方中引入表面活性剂作为渗透剂,增加液体创可贴中有效成分的渗透吸收速度,达到快速起效的作用,同时配方中避免了使用刺激性溶剂对人体带来的伤害,也加入了中药提取物,有效愈合伤口。

(3)最后加入血竭提取物,搅拌均匀,立刻转移至干燥的容器中封存。

所述表面活性剂为磷酸酯类阴离子表面活性剂。

(3)最后加入地骨皮提取物,搅拌均匀,立刻转移至干燥的容器中封存。
