复合纤维是差别化复合纤维,是指由两种或两种以上的成纤聚合物熔体或浓溶液,利用组分、配比、粘度等的差异,分别输入同一纺丝组件,并在组件的适当部位汇合,从同一喷丝孔喷出,制成并列型、包芯型、海岛型、天星型等不同品种的纤维。复合纤维在一定程度上能优劣互补、填平缺陷。
定岛型海岛纤维又称复合型海岛纤维,有长丝和短纤维两种产品,它是将两种热力学非相容性聚合物按一定比例利用特殊喷丝板技术进行复合纺丝,制得的具有海、岛(连续相为“海”,分散相为“岛)结构的双组分纤维。
现实生活中,经常会用到一些罩子,如床罩、被罩、枕罩等,是为了便于更换、清洗等。例如,床上用的纺织品之一。按原料和加工方法分织锦床罩、绉地床罩、簇绒床罩和衬棉床罩等。织锦床罩属锦类丝织物,色彩瑰丽、图案精细,具有民族特色,是一种高级床罩。绉地床罩又称泡泡纱床罩,用机织彩条泡泡纱制成,手感柔软。簇绒床罩又称绣绒床罩,可用纯棉、腈纶、丙纶等作原料,用簇绒机将有色纱线固定在底布上,在底布的反面形成一定长度的绒缀,随后按描绘在底布上的花纹重复簇绒,再经缝边、刷绒等整理加工。为避免绒头落毛还可进行湿整理。簇绒床罩的缝边整理是先用多股线四面锁边,随后将床罩的三面用排须装饰,排须的颜色应与床罩的基础色一致。床罩的图案和形状设计根据整个房间的陈设色调运筹、把握。

1、由于通常需要与人体接触,容易滋生细菌,进而导致人体感染或传染疾病,往往需要一次性塑料制成的罩子具有抗菌抑菌特性,但是目前的一次性塑料制成的罩子往往不具备抗菌性,或抗菌效果不佳,起不到作用;
2、另外,采用添加抗菌剂的方式制备一次性塑料制成的罩子,通过添加常因抗菌剂等的添加量较大,导致一次性塑料制成的罩子(或织制其的纤维)拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、等力学性能大大下降,不耐用;耐热性能变差;使用过程中容易损坏,变形,用户体验差。
发明内容
基于上述情况,本发明的目的在于提供一种一次性抗菌塑料罩及其制作方法,可有效解决以上问题。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是:
一种一次性抗菌塑料罩,所述一次性抗菌塑料罩的制作方法包括如下步骤:
S1、称取岛组分:90~95重量份的涤纶树脂和5~10重量份的尼龙树脂,混合后,140~150℃真空烘干至含水量小于30ug/g,再送入双螺杆挤出机熔融混合;
本发明的一次性抗菌塑料罩制备原料中,岛组分选择90~95重量份的涤纶树脂和5~10重量份的尼龙树脂,保证了本发明的一次性抗菌塑料罩产品的良好力学性能,具有涤纶的耐用性等优点,同时引入少量尼龙改善了产品的密度,使其具有较轻的质感,改善弹性和耐疲劳破坏。
S2、将海组分:易水解涤纶树脂,在120~130℃真空烘干至含水量小于30ug/g,再送入单螺杆挤出机熔融;

外层原料选用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚醚型聚氨酯弹性体和聚醚改性环氧乙烯基酯为主要原料,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯用于增加与定岛型海岛纤维界面相容性,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚醚型聚氨酯弹性体和聚醚改性环氧乙烯基酯均为弹性,三者配合使外层具有良好的弹性,从而使最终制得的本发明的一次性抗菌塑料罩具有良好的弹性,同时可在异氰酸酯的存在下,快速固化,进而使抗菌添加剂(二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银、纳米填料、茶多酚和茶氨酸)锁定在外层中,使用时,缓慢释放,起到良好的抗菌作用;本发明添加了二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银、纳米填料、茶多酚和茶氨酸作为复合抗菌添加剂,使抗菌效果好,其中二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银既有抗菌的作用,又可以起到抗氧化作用,延长产品的使用寿命,纳米填料,颗粒小,分散均匀,作为一种抗菌补充和加强,茶多酚和茶氨酸的天然提取物,具有天然香味,适合与人体接触,让人感到舒适,复合抗菌添加剂使本发明能够抑制多种细菌的生长和存在,起到广谱抗菌的作用。月桂醇聚醚-7柠檬酸酯二钠是一种上述原料体系的增塑剂,增塑效果好。
S6、将步骤S5得到的抗菌单丝纤维通过无纺布生产设备制成水刺无纺布;然后将水刺无纺布采用人工方式或机械方式缝制成各种形状的抗菌塑料罩。
优选的,步骤S1中,所述双螺杆挤出机的加热区段为6段,加热温度依次为225~235℃、240~245℃、250~255℃、260~265℃、270~275℃、280~285℃。
上述双螺杆挤出机的加热条件可保证岛组分的原料混合均匀,且不会由于温度过高破坏岛组分原料的结构,能保证产品的质量。
优选的,步骤S2中,所述单螺杆挤出机的加热区段为5段,加热温度依次为220~225℃、230~235℃、245~255℃、260~265℃、270~275℃。
上述双螺杆挤出机的加热条件可保证海组分的原料不会由于温度过高破坏岛组分原料的结构,能保证产品的质量。
优选的,步骤S3中,所述海岛纤维中的岛组分体积占62~64%,余下为海组分。
发明人经过大量的实验发现:所述海岛纤维中的岛组分体积占62~64%,余下为海组分有利于保证本发明的一次性抗菌塑料罩的力学性能,且减轻质量,即在力学性能和减轻质量到达良好的平衡。
优选的,步骤S4中,将步骤S3得到的海岛纤维溶去占海组分总质量32~37%的海组分后,得到定岛型海岛纤维。
发明人经过大量的实验发现:将步骤S3得到的海岛纤维溶去占海组分总质量32~37%的海组分后,得到定岛型海岛纤维,既能保证外层浸入,保证良好的粘结力,同时又节约制备原料和制备时间等成本,即在保证产品质量和降低制备成本之间到达良好的平衡。
优选的,步骤S5中,所述异氰酸酯为为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯;所述六亚甲基二异氰酸酯为德国拜尔公司的DesmodurBL3175A。
六亚甲基二异氰酸酯常温下无活性,需要在加热或较高温度(本领域技术人员可根据试剂说明书设定温度)下才能开始固化,这样可提前配制好溶液(悬浮液)后,使用较长时间,便于工业化连续生产,德国拜尔公司的DesmodurBL3175A便于购买,性能良好,综合成本较低。
优选的,步骤S5中,所述混合溶剂为丙酮和丁酮混合溶剂;所述丙酮和丁酮混合溶剂中的丙酮和丁酮的质量之比为1:(0.6~0.7)。
发明人经过大量的实验发现:所述混合溶剂为丙酮和丁酮混合溶剂;所述丙酮和丁酮混合溶剂中的丙酮和丁酮的质量之比为1:(0.6~0.7),能更好地将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚醚型聚氨酯弹性体和聚醚改性环氧乙烯基酯溶解,从而保证二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银、纳米填料(纳米银)、茶多酚和茶氨酸等的分散,待浆料固化后,丙酮和丁酮容易挥发,几乎无残留,有利于人体健康。
优选的,步骤S5中,所述分散剂为马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯蜡。
马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯蜡可使二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银、纳米填料(纳米银)、茶多酚和茶氨酸在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、聚醚型聚氨酯弹性体和聚醚改性环氧乙烯基酯的溶液中均匀分散,从而保证产品的质量的稳定性,包括抗菌和力学性能的稳定性。
优选的,步骤S5中,所述纳米填料为纳米银。
纳米银具有良好的抑菌杀菌性能,配合二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银、茶多酚和茶氨酸,可对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌等多种细菌具有高的抑菌率,抗菌效果好,抗菌种类多。
优选的,步骤S5中,所述茶多酚和茶氨酸的质量比为1:(1.4~1.6)。

S3、所述双螺杆挤出机和单螺杆挤出机分别挤出熔融物料,并分别计量、分别经不同的纺丝箱,然后通过海岛纺丝组件进行纺丝,再经风冷、上油、牵伸、定型,得到海岛纤维;
S4、将步骤S3得到的海岛纤维溶去部分海组分后,得到定岛型海岛纤维;

从上表可以看出,本发明的一次性抗菌塑料罩相比于普通一次性无纺布具有以下优点:抗菌效果好,对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、大肠杆菌均具有很高的抑菌率,且强度较高,力学性能好。

1.一种一次性抗菌塑料罩的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、称取岛组分:90~95重量份的涤纶树脂和5~10重量份的尼龙树脂,混合后,140~150℃真空烘干至含水量小于30ug/g,再送入双螺杆挤出机熔融混合;
S2、将海组分:易水解涤纶树脂,在120~130℃真空烘干至含水量小于30ug/g,再送入单螺杆挤出机熔融;
S3、所述双螺杆挤出机和单螺杆挤出机分别挤出熔融物料,并分别计量、分别经不同的纺丝箱,然后通过海岛纺丝组件进行纺丝,再经风冷、上油、牵伸、定型,得到海岛纤维;
S4、将步骤S3得到的海岛纤维溶去部分海组分后,得到定岛型海岛纤维;
