Abstract

一种复合板材盲孔加工方法,所述复合板材包括第一基板(10)和第二基板(12),所述方法包括:在第一基板(10)上冲孔以形成通孔(11);将形成通孔(11)的第一基板(10)与第二基板(12)进行贴合以形成具有盲孔的复合板材。该方法能够实现快速的盲孔加工,同时减少了后续数控机床的加工切削量,能够实现针对大批量生产的高效率低成本要求。
