背景技术
纱线是一种纺织品,用各种纺织纤维加工成一定细度的产品,用于织布、制绳、制线、针织和刺绣等,分为短纤维纱,连续长丝等。纱线的细度有多种表示方法,例如号数、公制支数、英制支数、旦尼尔等。纱线的捻度用每米或每英寸的捻回数表示。
纱线分为:1.短纤维纱,由短纤维(天然短纤维或化纤切段纤维)经纺纱加工而成,分环锭纱、自由端纺纱、自拈纱等;2.连续长丝,如天然蚕丝和化纤长丝,分加拈或不加拈、光滑长丝或变形长丝等;3.短纤维与连续长丝组合纱,例如涤棉长丝包芯纱等。线由两股或两股以上的单纱并合加拈而成。
传统的纱线沾染到有机物后,清洁起来较为不便。

更进一步的,包括以下重量份数的原料:纱线80份、光触媒15份、去离子水90份、蒙脱土4份、吐温80 7份、樟脑磺酸钠3份、三醋酸甘油酯2份。

一种光清洁无染色纱线的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)称取各组分原料,备用;(2)取四分之一的去离子水,将樟脑磺酸钠、三醋酸甘油酯投入去离子水中,加热至40-50℃,持续搅拌2-4min,得到混合液A;(3)取剩余的去离子水,将光触媒、蒙脱土、吐温80投入去离子水中,微波震荡10-20min,得到混合液B;(4)将混合液A、混合液B倒入均质机中均质,得到母液;(5)将纱线浸入母液中,密封加热至50-60℃,并在该温度下保持2-4h;(6)冷却后取出纱线,整理、烘干、包装,即得。
