Claims (11)

1. The automatic assembling device of the wafer notebook is characterized by comprising a frame, a paper counting machine, an inner page punching mechanism, a template for placing a cover with a wafer, a template conveying belt assembly, an inner page clamping and conveying mechanism and an inner page press-fitting mechanism, wherein a supporting plate is fixedly arranged on the frame, a first baffle is fixedly arranged on one side of the supporting plate, the paper counting machine is arranged at the inlet end of the supporting plate and is positioned at the other side of the supporting plate, the first baffle is oppositely arranged with the paper counting machine, a first inner page pushing mechanism is arranged on the frame and is used for pushing an inner page to the position of the inner page punching mechanism, the inner page punching mechanism is arranged at the outlet end of the supporting plate, a first photoelectric sensor is fixedly arranged at the position of the supporting plate corresponding to the inner page punching mechanism, a second baffle is arranged at the outlet end of the supporting plate and is perpendicular to the first baffle, and the inner page clamping and conveying mechanism is used for clamping the inner page after punching to the position of the second photoelectric sensor corresponding to the position of the inner page pressing mechanism on the frame;
the first inner page pushing mechanism comprises a first inner page pushing plate, a first inner page linear module and a first air cylinder, wherein the first inner page linear module is fixed on the frame, the first air cylinder is vertically fixed on a moving platform of the first inner page linear module, the first inner page pushing plate is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the first air cylinder, a first sliding groove extending along the conveying direction of an inner page is formed in the supporting plate, and the first inner page pushing plate upwards penetrates through the first sliding groove;
the inner page punching mechanism comprises a punching upper die, a punching lower die, a third side push plate and an upper die driving mechanism, wherein the punching lower die is fixed on the supporting plate, the upper die driving mechanism comprises a motor, a driving shaft, an upper pull rod and a lower pull rod, the motor is fixed on the frame, the driving shaft is rotationally connected with the frame, the motor drives the driving shaft to rotate through a belt pulley assembly, a connecting disc is fixedly arranged on the driving shaft, the lower end of the lower pull rod is eccentrically hinged with the connecting disc, the upper end of the lower pull rod is hinged with the lower end of the upper pull rod, the upper end of the upper pull rod upwards penetrates through the supporting plate and is fixedly connected with the punching upper die, a sixth cylinder is horizontally fixed on the supporting plate, and the third side push plate is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the sixth cylinder and is used for pushing an inner page into the punching lower die for punching;
the inner page clamping and conveying mechanism comprises a transverse linear module, a longitudinal linear module, an eighth cylinder and an inner page clamping mechanism, wherein the transverse linear module is fixed on the frame, the longitudinal linear module is fixedly connected with a moving platform of the transverse linear module, the eighth cylinder is vertically fixed on the moving platform of the longitudinal linear module, and the inner page clamping mechanism is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the eighth cylinder;
the inner page pressing mechanism comprises a wafer clamping mechanism, an inner page pressing mechanism and a template lifting mechanism, wherein the wafer clamping mechanism is used for clamping and fixing a wafer on a cover, the inner page pressing mechanism is used for pressing an inner page onto the wafer, and the template lifting mechanism is used for lifting a template off a template conveyor belt in the template conveyor belt assembly.

The automatic assembly device for a wafer notebook of claim 1, wherein: the inlet end of the supporting plate is fixedly provided with an inner page visual detection system and a second air cylinder respectively, and a piston rod of the second air cylinder is fixedly provided with a first side pushing plate for regulating a plurality of inner pages which are stacked in sequence, wherein the first side pushing plate is parallel to the first baffle.

The automatic assembly device for a wafer notebook of claim 1, wherein: the paper counting machine is characterized by further comprising an index page conveying mechanism, wherein the index page conveying mechanism is located between the paper counting machine and the inner page punching mechanism, a third photoelectric sensor and an inner page baffle are arranged at the position, corresponding to the index page conveying mechanism, of the supporting plate, a third cylinder which is vertically arranged is fixed on the machine frame, the inner page baffle is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the third cylinder, the first inner page pushing mechanism is used for pushing inner pages to the position of the index page conveying mechanism, and a second inner page pushing mechanism is arranged on the machine frame and used for pushing the inner pages stacked with the index pages to the position of the inner page punching mechanism.

An automatic assembling device for a wafer notebook as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the second inner page pushing mechanism comprises a second inner page pushing plate, a second inner page linear module and a fourth air cylinder, the second inner page linear module is fixed on the frame, the fourth air cylinder is vertically fixed on a moving platform of the second inner page linear module, the second inner page pushing plate is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the fourth air cylinder, a second sliding groove extending along the conveying direction of the inner page is formed in the supporting plate, and the second inner page pushing plate upwards penetrates through the second sliding groove.

An automatic assembling device for a wafer notebook as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the automatic feeding device is characterized in that an index page visual detection system and a fifth cylinder are fixedly arranged at the position, corresponding to the index page conveying mechanism, on the supporting plate, a second side pushing plate is fixedly arranged on a piston rod of the fifth cylinder, and the second side pushing plate is parallel to the first baffle and used for regularly and sequentially stacking inner pages and index pages.

An automatic assembling device for a wafer notebook as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the index page conveying mechanism comprises a lifting table for placing index pages and a suction nozzle assembly for conveying the index pages to the inner page, wherein the frame is fixedly provided with an index page linear module, and a moving platform on the index page linear module is fixedly connected with the suction nozzle assembly.

The automatic assembly device for a wafer notebook of claim 1, wherein: the inner page clamping mechanism comprises a mounting plate, a ninth air cylinder which is symmetrically arranged and two groups of clamping components which are symmetrically arranged, wherein the mounting plate is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the eighth air cylinder, the ninth air cylinder is horizontally fixed on the mounting plate, a bracket is fixedly arranged on the mounting plate, the clamping components comprise a fixed clamping block, a movable clamping plate and a connecting rod, the fixed clamping block is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the mounting plate, the upper end of the connecting rod is hinged with the bracket, the lower end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the movable clamping plate, a driving rod is hinged with the piston rod of the ninth air cylinder, and when the piston rod of the ninth air cylinder retreats, the movable clamping plate is driven to retract inwards to clamp an inner page under the cooperation of the fixed clamping block.
