具体实施方式
参考前述附图,用4指示以下公开内容涉及但不丧失一般性的作为整体的照明和/或信号装置,诸如汽车灯。
如上所述,术语“照明和/或信号装置”可以无差别地表示后部汽车灯和前部汽车灯,后者也被称为前灯或前照灯,包括至少一个外部车灯,其起到照明和/或发出信号的功能,如例如位置灯(其可以是方向指示灯的前部、后部、侧部位置灯)、停车灯、后雾灯、远光前照灯、近光灯前照灯等。
此外,术语“照明和/或信号装置”还表示地图灯、适于仪表板或其一部分的灯、显示器等。
因此,如下面更好地描述的那样,在其发出信号的功能中,装置可以包括发送光信号、标识以及任何种类的文本和灯光消息的可能性。
照明和/或信号装置4包括通常由聚合材料制成的容器主体或壳体8,其通常允许将照明和/或信号装置4紧固到相关车辆。
出于本发明的目的,容器主体或壳体8可以具有任何形状和尺寸,并且还可以定位:例如,容器主体8可以不直接与相关车辆的车身或其他外部紧固件相关联。
如图所示,容器主体8也可以在内部与车辆相关联,例如在仪表台上、在仪表板上、在置物架上等。
容器主体8限定容纳座12,容纳座12容纳所述照明和/或信号装置的多个部件,以及特别是LED光源16。
容器主体8例如至少部分地与封闭透镜体20相关联,以便封闭容纳至少一个LED光源16的所述容纳座12。
出于本发明的目的,透镜体20可以在照明和/或信号装置4的外部,以便限定直接经受大气的照明和/或信号装置的至少一个外壁。
透镜体20封闭容纳座12并且适于由LED光源16产生的光束穿过,该光束被传导到容纳座12的外部。
为此目的,透镜体20由至少部分透明(transparent)或半透明(semi-transparent)或透光(translucent)的材料制成,它也能够包括一个或多个不透明的部分,以便在任何情况下都允许由光源产生的光束至少部分地穿过。
根据可能的实施例,透镜体20的材料是诸如PMMA,PC等的树脂。
用于方便地限定照明和/或信号装置4的发光部分的掩模(mask)24也可以应用于透镜体20,如稍后将更好地描述的那样。
照明和/或信号装置4包括分别被供以动力和激活的至少两个LED光源16',16”,每个LED光源面向光导28',28”。
具体地,LED光源16',16”各自面向相应的光导28',28”的相应光输入壁32',32”,产生的光束通过该光输入壁32',32”被引导到光导28',28”并由后者传导。
因此,显而易见的是LED光源16置于相应光导28的边缘处。
具体地,所述光导28',28”在每个光导16',16”的前壁44处发射通过至少两个相应且分开的发光部分36,40的所述LED光源16',16”的光。
光导28',28”和相应的LED光源16',16”优选地配置为满足穿过光导自身的光束的全内反射条件。
在相关的情况下,光导28',28”和相应LED光源16',16”之间的耦联配置成使得在这样的光导28',28”内部传播的光束满足在关于主传播方向X-X的光导28',28”的相对面之间的全内反射条件,并且同时它根据垂直于这种主传播方向X的方向Y朝向上述光导的边缘漫射(图24)。
因此,光导28',28”的光输入壁32',32”(其直接面对相应的LED光源16',16”)进而配置为在全内反射条件下在光导28',28”内传导光。
光导28',28”的光输入壁32',32”可包括透镜60,例如正弦的、圆柱形的或棱形的截面的凹槽或凸起,用于沿垂直于主传播方向X-X的所述方向Y-y打开光束。
优选地,所述透镜60具有的间距(pitch)在50μm和2mm之间。
光导28',28”又配备有漫射器元件48,其布置在与前壁44相对的后壁52上,以提取在这种光导28',28”中传播的光束。
换言之,如图23至图24所示,由每个光源16产生的光束通过光输入壁32穿透光导并在光导28中反射,直到它与漫射器元件48相遇,漫射器元件48将光束反射到光导外部。
即,光束被置于后壁52上的漫射器元件48漫射,并且因此朝向前壁44发送,光束从前壁44离开。
然而,部分光束也由漫射器元件48沿相反方向、即在与前壁44相对的一侧上漫射。
因此,每个光导28',28”配备有至少一个反射器元件56,其与每个光导28',28”相关联,以便直接面对相应的漫射器元件48以重新引入离开光导28的光并将其朝向前壁44反射。
因此,反射器元件56布置在漫射器元件48的后部。
因此,显而易见的是,发光部分36,40实际上是由光导28形成的发光表面,光导28由置于其一侧上的光输入壁32供以动力。
根据可能的实施例,漫射器元件48是微透镜,诸如像点状微凹陷,其将光朝向前壁44漫射。
优选地,漫射器元件48根据非均匀方案布置,其具有的密度随着从相应光源16相距的距离沿着光导28',28”的延伸方向的增加而增加。这种非均匀方案的一个实例例如如图4中所示。
根据可能的实施例,反射器元件56是白色薄膜,其反射来自光导28',28”的后壁52的光。
反射器元件56还可包括反射镜。
有利地,所述光导28',28”在其至少一个相应的内壁64处彼此并置且彼此相邻。
此外,光导28',28”由屏障元件68机械地和光学地隔开,屏障元件68在所述至少一个内壁64处防止光在光导28',28'之间通过。
可以各种方式制造/获得屏障元件68。例如,反射器元件56也可以用作在内壁60处的在并置和相邻的光导28',28”之间的屏障元件68(图6至图16)。
实际上,反射器元件56事实上反射光,从而防止由光束穿过并因此防止光在相邻光导28',28”之间的直接交换。
屏障元件68还可包括对光不透明的薄膜。
也可以制造隔离器隔膜(separator septum)72,其对光不透明,其起到屏障元件68的作用(图1至图3)。
例如,屏障元件68可以与反射器元件56共同模制,如在实现隔离器隔膜72的情况下(图3a)。
屏障元件68和/或反射器元件56可以与容器主体8共同模制在一起,其整体容纳LED光源16、光导28',28”、反射器元件56和屏障元件68。
容器主体8又优选地设置有配备有光反射器元件56的内部侧表面76。
例如,内部侧表面76借助于沿内部侧表面76共同模制的白色薄膜是反射性的。
LED光源16',16”沿着由光导28',28”的统一化形成的周边布置,
并且由沿着所述周边的一个电子板或几个电子板80供以动力/容纳。电子板80可以是刚性或柔性类型的,以更好地适应所述周边。
光导28可具有在容器主体8内的各种形状和构造。
根据可能的实施例(图1至图5),光导28',28”具有沿垂直于后壁52和前壁44的垂直方向Z的基本相等的厚度,并且在基本垂直于前壁44和后壁52的内壁64处并置。
换言之,光导28',28”沿着与相应光输入壁32相切的横向方向T彼此并置。
在这样的配置中,光导基本上是共面的并且整体上的,照明和/或信号装置4具有显著减小的厚度。
光导28',28”的形状和尺寸可以改变;光导的数量可以大于2,并且光导28',28”可以布置成形成具有任何形状和延伸的发光部分36,40,例如如图5中所示。
因此,可以开启不同的发光部分,也可以增加数量(远超过两个单元),以便产生可能的光学效果,或者以便还创建具有所述照明部分的文本、标识、消息,所述照明部分具有与照明的传统功能相关的其他功能。
因此,照明装置4变为信号装置。为此目的,光导28可以成形和布置为具有根据不同的几何方案布置的发光部分:由此,可以组成包括数字和字母表字母的字母数字代码(例如,如图21中所示)。
根据可能的实施例(图6至图20),在基本平行于前壁44和后壁52的内壁64处,沿垂直于前壁44和后壁52的垂直方向Z-Z,光导28',28”并置并且至少部分地重叠。
光导28',28”的发光部分36,40基本上相邻而没有中断,并且内壁64包括置于第一光导28'的后壁52上的用于第一发光部分36的整体延伸的反射器元件56。
根据一个实施例(图6至图9),第二光导28”包括置于第一光导28'的第一发光部分36下方的光输入壁32”,和在内壁64的突出部84处邻近第一发光部分36的第二发光部分40。
所述突出部84可具有不同的几何形状;例如,突出部84具有尺寸定制的斜坡形状,以便防止在光导28中传播的光束向后反射,即以便防止光束朝向LED光源16反射。
两个光导28',28”的漫射器元件48根据相同的非均匀方案布置,其具有的密度随着从相应LED光源16',16”相距的距离沿着光导28',28”的增加而增加,其中第二光导28”的方案从第二光导28”的不与第一光导28'重叠的发光部分开始施加。
根据一个实施例(图6至图7),LED光源16',16”沿着横向方向T交替地布置在光导28',28”的光输入壁32',32”上,与彼此重叠,该横向方向T与光输入壁32',32”相切。
屏障元件68置于第一光导28的后壁与第二光导28”的前壁44之间,第一光导28的后壁配备有漫射器元件48和反射器元件56,屏障元件68防止穿过第二光导28”的第一段的光穿过第一光导28并且被引导向相应的第一发光部分36。屏障元件68也在所述突出部84处延伸。
优选地,所述屏障元件68以薄膜的形式制成,具有对来自第二光导28”的光的屏障功能以及对来自第一光导28'的后壁52的光的反射功能。
显而易见的是,第二光导28”在其后壁52这一侧上还配备有漫射器元件48和置于所述漫射器元件48后面的反射器元件56,以便反射和提取在前壁44处通过发光部分40的光。
根据另一可能的实施例(图10至图14),两个光导28',28”的光输入壁32',32”彼此并置且共面。每个光导28',28”的LED光源16',16”沿横向方向T延伸,其幅度小于每个光导28',28”的最大横向幅度,横向方向T相切于光输入壁32。
第一和第二光导28',28”在所述内壁64处在光输入壁32这一侧上具有相应的倒置突出部84',84”。
例如,所述突出部84',84”具有倾斜构造或倾斜表面构造,具有相对于彼此相反的倾斜度。
所述突出部84成形为便于光束在所述光导28',28”内部反射。
为此目的,光导28',28”可包括引导反射器88,以便于在每个光导28',28”内部进行全内反射(图14b)。
屏障元件68置于第一光导28'的后壁52与第二光导28”的前壁44之间,第一光导28'的后壁配备有漫射器元件48和反射器元件56,屏障元件68防止穿过第二光导28”的第一段的光穿过第一光导28并且被引导向相应的第一发光部分36。屏障元件68也在所述倒置的突出部84',84”处延伸。
优选地,所述屏障元件68以薄膜的形式制成,其具有对来自第二光导28”的光的屏障功能和对来自第一光导28的后壁20的光的反射功能。
显而易见的是,第二光导28”在其后壁52这一侧上也配备有漫射器元件48和置于所述漫射器元件48后面的反射器元件56,以便反射和提取在前壁44处通过发光部分40的光。
根据另一可能的实施例(图15至图18),光源16',16”彼此共面布置;两个光导28',28”的光输入壁32并置、交替并至少部分地穿透彼此。
在每个光输入壁32',32”处设置有发散光学元件92,以便尽可能地在光源16',16”附近相互混合,在属于同一光导28',28”的相邻光源16',16”之间发出光锥。
实际上,相对于未提供这种发散光学元件92的情况,为相同光导供以动力的光源16',16”的光锥将更靠近LED光源16',16”相交。
根据可能的实施例,所述发散光学元件88包括通过激光切割或注射成型制成的孔。
根据一个变型的所有上述照明和/或信号装置4可以包括在发光部分36,40处的在前壁44这一侧上的乳白色或压花元件96。
所述乳白色或压花元件96可以薄膜的形式施加到发光部分36,40上。
所述乳白色或压花元件96也可以直接施加在透镜体20上。
这种乳白色或压纹元件96的技术效果是进一步均化由照明和/或信号装置的发光部分发射的光束,以便获得完全等同于可以用OLED技术获得的照明均匀性的照明均匀性。
上述涉及至少两个并置的光导28',28”。显而易见的是,光导28和各个发光部分36,40的数量是无限制的。因此,可以制造模块,其包括例如两个光导28',28”,其具有至少两个相应的发光部分36,40,并且将它们并置布置,以便形成复杂的发光结构,所述发光结构可以形成特定的光信号、符号、标识、任何种类的文本和消息,例如,从图5,图19,图20,图21中显而易见的那样。
显而易见的是,由于相应LED光源的单独控制,用于开启各种发光部分的合适顺序将允许根据用户的需要获得特定的图形效果、文本以及还有各种类型的动画。
如从所描述的内容可以注意到的那样,本发明允许克服现有技术中提出的缺点。
具体地,根据本发明的汽车照明和/或信号装置允许获得设置有具有任何亮度等级的部分的任何预定光图案,能够免除灯的所有光度规格,但也能够发光、发出任何类型的图形信号,以便除了光信号和照明器械之外,还成为用于传达信息的器械。
此外,根据本发明的照明和/或信号装置允许通过根据光导的发光部分的预定顺序的受控激活来获得任何动画。
此外,各种发光部分具有一定水平的均匀性,其与可以利用OLED技术获得的均匀性完全相当,同时相对于后一技术明显降低了复杂性和成本。
此外,本发明的装置在深纵上具有高度减小的量,因此它们使得它们自身适于在车辆内部和外部施加;此外,其减小的厚度有利于在各种位置下定位,因为它们不需要修改它们所置于其中的结构,并且它们不需要特别深的壳体。
本发明的照明和/或信号装置可以是平面的和弯曲的,并且因此它们适于定位在任何点中,因为它们可以容易地集成在车身和/或仪表台的曲线中而没有任何困难。
实际上,对可以获得的发光部分的几何形状或图案或形状没有限制。
发光图案的特征还在于它们具有在装置外部漫射的光束的显著均一性和均匀性。
因此,由于本发明,可以获得灯光图案,即任何发光表面,即具有任何几何形状,同时保持图案本身的增加的能量效率和照明均匀性。
该解决方案易于制造,具有有限的成本、重量和体积。
为了满足可能的和特定的需求,本领域内的技术人员可以对上述照明和/或信号装置进行若干改变和变型,而且所有这些都包含在本发明的范围内,本发明的范围由所附权利要求限定。
Claims (31)
1.一种照明和/或信号装置(4),特别是用于汽车领域的照明和/或信号装置(4),其包括:
-至少两个LED光源(16',16”),分别被供以动力和激活,每个LED光源面对相应光导(28',28”)的相应光输入壁(32',32”);
-其中所述光导(28',28”)适于在前壁(44)处发出通过至少两个单独的发光部分(36,40)的所述LED光源(16',16”)的光,光导(28',28”)配备有布置在与前壁(44)相对的后壁(52)上的漫射器元件(48);
-至少一个反射器元件(56),所述至少一个反射器元件(56)与每个光导(28',28”)相关联,直接面对相应的漫射器元件(48),以便将光朝向前壁(44)反射;
-其中所述光导(28',28”)在至少一个相应的内壁(64)处并置并彼此相邻;
-其中所述光导(28',28”)由屏障元件(68)机械地和光学地隔开,屏障元件(68)防止光在所述至少一个内壁(64)处在光导(28',28”)之间通过。
2.根据权利要求1所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于所述漫射器元件(48)是将光朝向前壁(44)漫射的微透镜。
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于所述漫射器元件(48)根据非均匀的方案布置,所述方案具有的密度随着距相应的LED光源(16',16')的距离沿光导(28',28”)的延伸的增加而增加。
4.根据权利要求1,2或3所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于反射器元件(56)是白色薄膜,其反射来自光导(28',28”)的后壁(52)的光。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于所述反射器元件(56)是反射镜。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于所述反射器元件(56)还在内壁(64)处在所述并置和相邻的光导(28',28”)之间用作屏障元件(68)。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于所述屏障元件(68)包括对光不透明的薄膜。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于所述屏障元件(68)是对光不透明的隔离器隔膜(72)。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于所述屏障元件(68)与所述反射器元件(56)共同模制。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于所述光导(28',28”)和相应的LED光源(16',16”)配置为具有通过光导(28',28”)的光束的全内反射条件。
11.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于光导(28',28”)的直接面对相应LED光源(16',16”)的光输入壁(32',32”)配置为在全内反射条件下传导光导(28',28”)内的光。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于光导(28',28”)的光输入壁(32',32”)包括正弦的、圆柱形的或棱形的截面的透镜。
13.根据权利要求12所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于所述透镜具有的间距在50μm和2mm之间。
14.根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于所述光导(28',28”)、反射器(56)和屏障元件(68)包含在容器主体(8)内,容器主体(8)配备有内部侧表面(76),内部侧表面(76)配备有光的反射器元件(56)。
15.根据权利要求14所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于所述LED光源(16',16”)沿着由光导(28',28”)的统一化形成的周边布置,并且由沿着所述周边的一个电子板(80)或几个电子板(80)供以动力。

18.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于所述光导(28',28”)沿垂直于后壁(52)和前壁(44)的垂直方向(Z)具有基本相等的厚度,并且在基本垂直于前壁(44)和后壁(52)的内壁(64)处并置。
19.根据权利要求1至18中任一项所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于沿垂直于前壁(44)和后壁(52)的垂直方向(Z-Z),在基本平行于前壁(44)和后壁(52)的内壁(64)处,所述光导(28',28”)并置并且至少部分地重叠。

25.根据权利要求19至23中任一项所述的照明和/或信号装置(4),其特征在于所述LED光源(16',16”)彼此共面布置,两个光导(28',28”)的光输入壁(32',32”)彼此并置且共面,其中每个光导(28',28”)的光源(16',16”)沿与光输入壁(32)相切的横向方向(T-T)延伸,其延伸幅度小于每个光导(28',28”)的最大横向幅度。
