Abstract
本发明公开一种聚氟橡胶耐化学试剂特种防腐涂料,属于特殊涂料技术领域。该涂料属于双组分体系,包括按质量百分含量计的组分:聚氟橡胶20‑40、分散剂0‑1、润湿剂0‑0.5、消泡剂0‑0.5、流平剂0‑0.5、流变助剂0‑2、高分子聚合物2‑15、陶瓷组合物2‑15、云母粉1‑5、耐磨耐酸粉末3‑10、硫酸钡1‑10、固化剂20‑40剂余量的溶剂。该涂料可以采用喷涂、刷涂、辊涂等施工工艺,漆膜致密、丰满、柔韧性好、耐磨性好、耐多种化学溶剂,可长期使用于250℃以下环境。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于特殊涂料技术领域,一种聚氟橡胶耐化学试剂特种防腐涂料的制 备方法。
技术背景
目前,我国主导脱硫方式为石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫技术。也是最成熟及 应用最多的高效脱硫工艺,但在实际应用中湿法脱硫工艺,对烟气中的SO2脱除 效率很高,但对烟气中造成腐蚀的主要成分SO3脱除效率并不高,约20%左右。 加之脱硫处理的烟气一般还含有粉尘、HF、HCl、NOx、水蒸气、H2SO3 H2SO4等 复杂的组分,这些物质酸碱交替,冷热交替,干湿交替,腐蚀与磨损并存,因此 脱硫设备承受着多种多样的物理、化学、温度和机械负荷,特别是液相成分的 SO32-、SO42-、F-、CL-对设备材料进行的强烈腐蚀。
由于湿法脱硫工艺中,输送的介质石灰石浆液,石膏浆液,滤液水、废水, 而这些浆液的特点是,氯离子含量高,固态物含量大,不仅腐蚀管道和设备基体, 还对其产生磨损及冲刷腐蚀。
目前,用于烟气管道及脱硫设备的防腐主要有无机聚合物涂料类、玻璃鳞片 涂料类、耐酸胶泥类、镍合金及钛板金属类。
由于玻璃鳞片在涂层中是重叠排列结构,因此对涂膜的抗渗透性起了很大作 用。具有良好的防腐效果,但是玻璃鳞片需要专业的施工,质量受施工影响较大, 其次是苯乙烯等难挥发有机溶剂的存在,是近年来许多脱硫塔起火的主要原因。 钛板等金属材料衬板,在一般情况下,具有较优异的防腐效果。但是如遇烟气温 度增高时钛的活性迅速增加,在高温下钛可与许多物质发生剧烈反应,从而产生 腐蚀。故用钛板做防腐蚀材料时应对工程实际烟气成份及结露情况进行分析后谨 慎应用,且造价太高,一般客户很难接受。
发明内容
针对现在市场上大多数用于脱硫,耐化学品防腐涂料存在的弊端,本专利公 开了一种聚氟橡胶耐化学试剂特种防腐涂料的制备方法。以偏氟乙烯、四氟乙烯、 六氟丙烯三元共聚物,添加抗磨耐酸碱填料、聚四氟乙烯粉(PTFE)、陶瓷粉等 组成的双组分常温固化涂料。
由于加入PTFE粉末,引入更多的F-C键,由于F-C键是一种高能的化学键, 因此,赋予涂层优异的保光保色性、耐候性、耐热、耐腐蚀、耐化学品、耐沾污、 耐氧化等优异的性能。
涂料经过优化配比,通过抗磨耐酸碱填料与陶瓷混合物的协同效应,赋予了 涂层优异的耐磨特性,并克服了因涂料固化体积收缩而产生的内应力。受脱硫系 统故障的影响,遇到烟气温度骤升骤降时拥有良好的抗疲劳特性。
1一种聚氟橡胶耐化学试剂特种防腐涂料,其特征在于,按质量百分含量计 的组分:聚氟橡胶20-40、分散剂0-1、润湿剂0-0.5、消泡剂0-0.5、流平剂 0-0.5、流变助剂0-2、高分子聚合物2-15、陶瓷组合物2-15、云母粉1-5、耐 磨耐酸粉末3-10、硫酸钡1-10、固化剂20-40剂余量的溶剂。
2根据权利要求1所述一种聚氟橡胶耐化学试剂特种防腐涂料,所述聚氟橡 胶是为偏氟乙烯、四氟乙烯、六氟丙烯三元共聚物。
3根据权利要求1所述一种聚氟橡胶耐化学试剂特种防腐涂料,所述陶瓷混 合物为碳化硅、氮化硅、氧化锆、煅烧高岭土,且混合比例为碳化硅∶氮化硅∶ 氧化锆∶煅烧高岭土=5∶2∶3∶1。
4根据权利要求1所述一种聚氟橡胶耐化学试剂特种防腐涂料,所述高分子 聚合物为聚四氟乙烯粉末与聚四氟乙烯蜡的混合物,且混合比例为聚四氟乙烯粉 末∶聚四氟乙烯蜡=8∶1。
5根据权利要求1所述一种聚氟橡胶耐化学试剂特种防腐涂料,所述耐磨耐 酸粉末为铸石粉与白刚玉的混合物,且混合比例为铸石粉∶白刚玉=2∶1。
6根据权利要求1所述一种聚氟橡胶耐化学试剂特种防腐涂料,所述固化剂 为HDI异氰酸酯与特种改性氟橡胶固化剂的混合物,且混合比例为HDI异氰酸酯∶ 特种改性氟橡胶固化剂=1∶5。HDI异氰酸酯优选拜尔N3390。
7根据权利要求1所述一种聚氟橡胶耐化学试剂特种防腐涂料,所述溶剂为PMA∶异氟尔酮∶乙酸丁酯=1∶3∶5。
8根据权利要求1所述一种聚氟橡胶耐化学试剂特种防腐涂料,所述所述分 散剂为KYK-108、消泡剂为BYK-A530、流平剂为Toge4100、润湿剂为BYK-161、 防沉剂为BYK-410。

具体实施方法
本专利提供的一种聚氟橡胶耐化学试剂特种防腐涂料,其各组分以及各组分 的含量通过合理优化匹配,具有较高的耐酸、耐碱、耐高低温、耐磨、涂层致密、 抗渗透性强等综合性能。能应用于脱硫、脱硝设备及绝大多数的化学溶剂防腐。
下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发 明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
所述一种聚氟橡胶耐化学试剂特种防腐涂料,该涂料的制备方法为:
1 一种聚氟橡胶耐化学试剂特种防腐涂料A组份的制备
(1)将聚氟橡胶加入到恒温反应釜中;
(2)将2/3混合溶剂加入到搅拌缸中,恒定温度80℃并以200-350rpm搅 拌速度搅拌均匀,形成均匀的混合物;
(3)将步骤(2)形成的混合物转移到搅拌缸中,缓慢以顺序加入分散剂、 基材润湿剂、消泡剂,并200-350rpm搅拌速度搅拌均匀,形成均匀的混合物;
(4)将高分子聚合物粉末、云母粉、陶瓷组合物等颜填料加入到(3)步形成 的混合物当中,并1000rpm搅拌速度搅拌均匀,形成均匀的混合物;
(5)将步骤(4)所得浆料通过研磨机进行研磨,研磨2小时,使得涂料平 均粒径D50≤20um。
(6)在步骤(5)研磨好的浆料中缓慢加入流平剂和剩余1/3的溶剂并以 100-150rpm搅拌速度搅拌均匀。
(7)添加流变助剂调整黏度,并以150rpm搅拌速度搅拌30min至完全均匀 后,即形成聚氟橡胶耐化学试剂特种防腐涂料A组份。
具体实施例
2 一种聚氟橡胶耐化学试剂特种防腐涂料B组份的制备
(1)将特种氟橡胶加入到恒温反应釜中;
(2)将2/3混合溶剂加入到搅拌缸中,恒定温度80℃并以200-350rpm搅 拌速度搅拌均匀,形成均匀的混合物;
(3)将步骤(2)形成的混合物转移到搅拌缸中,缓慢加入N3390异氰酸酯 固化剂并200-350rpm搅拌速度搅拌均匀形成均匀的混合物即为固化剂。

1.一种聚氟橡胶耐化学试剂特种防腐涂料,其特征在于,按质量百分含量计的组分:聚氟橡胶20-40、分散剂0-1、润湿剂0-0.5、消泡剂0-0.5、流平剂0-0.5、流变助剂0-2、高分子聚合物2-15、陶瓷组合物2-15、云母粉1-5、耐磨耐酸粉末3-10、硫酸钡1-10、固化剂20-40剂余量的溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种聚氟橡胶耐化学试剂特种防腐涂料,所述聚氟橡胶是为偏氟乙烯、四氟乙烯、六氟丙烯三元共聚物。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种聚氟橡胶耐化学试剂特种防腐涂料,所述陶瓷混合物为碳化硅、氮化硅、氧化锆、煅烧高岭土,且混合比例为碳化硅∶氮化硅∶氧化锆∶煅烧高岭土=5∶2∶3∶1。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种聚氟橡胶耐化学试剂特种防腐涂料,所述高分子聚合物为聚四氟乙烯粉末与聚四氟乙烯蜡的混合物,且混合比例为聚四氟乙烯粉末∶聚四氟乙烯蜡=8∶1。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种聚氟橡胶耐化学试剂特种防腐涂料,所述耐磨耐酸粉末为铸石粉与白刚玉的混合物,且混合比例为铸石粉∶白刚玉=2∶1。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种聚氟橡胶耐化学试剂特种防腐涂料,所述固化剂为HDI异氰酸酯与特种改性氟橡胶固化剂的混合物,且混合比例为HDI异氰酸酯∶特种改性氟橡胶固化剂=1∶5。HDI异氰酸酯优选拜尔N3390。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种聚氟橡胶耐化学试剂特种防腐涂料,所述溶剂为PMA∶异氟尔酮∶乙酸丁酯=1∶3∶5。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种聚氟橡胶耐化学试剂特种防腐涂料,所述所述分散剂为KYK-108、消泡剂为BYK-A530、流平剂为Toge4100、润湿剂为BYK-161、防沉剂为BYK-410。
