背景技术

粉末涂料是以固体树脂和颜料、填料及助剂等组成的固体粉末状合成树脂涂料。热塑性粉末涂料是由热塑性树脂、颜料、填料、增塑剂和稳定剂等成分组成的。热塑性粉末涂料包括:聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酯、聚氯乙烯、氯化聚醚、聚酰胺系、纤维素系、聚酯系等,在喷涂温度下熔融,冷却时凝固成膜,加工和喷涂方法简单,具有广泛的应用。
近些年来,随着环保、安全生产投入加大,原材料价格上升,生产企业的成本压力越来越大。除此之外,热塑性粉末涂料制备工艺中,大多都有粉碎工序。某些原料如聚乙烯,韧性好,粉碎较为困难;而且粉碎过程粒度难以控制。专利201620098256.5提出了一种热塑性粉末切断粉碎装置,解决了条状物料切断粉碎工作效率不高且浪费人工的问题。专利201610068092.6提供一种热塑性粉末涂料的制备方法,通过混合、挤出成型、冷却、压实除湿、初粉碎、再冷却、精粉碎和分装的加工工艺,制备出含水量较低的热塑性粉末涂料。专利201010579679.6、201510119704.5和201520074008.2通过熔融、挤出、造粒和粉碎等工序,获得热塑性粉末涂料。发明人认为,上述技术均包括对热塑性物料的粉碎过程,而本领域技术人员熟知,对热塑性物料硬度低、韧性强,不容易实现和控制粉碎过程。现有技术中通常采用液氮冷却物料后再粉碎的方法,但是液氮造价较高,并且超低温作业安全隐患较大,为后期加工及喷涂使用带来了许多不便。
发明内容
针对上述背景,发明人认为提供一种简便易行的、粒径分布较为集中的热塑性粉末涂料的加工方法,对于提升涂料的涂膜性能具有重要的意义。为了解决上述技术问题,本公开提供了一种针对热塑性粉末的加工方法,采用合适的溶剂、水将粉末涂料原料制备成为分散体,再经过滤、干燥等获得粒度分布窄的粉末涂料。采用该方法适用于多种涂料原料,制备的粉末涂料粒度分布窄,粒度可控,成膜喷涂性能良好。
为了实现上述技术效果,本公开提供以下技术方案:
本公开第一方面,提供一种热塑性粉末涂料的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:将涂料原料依次加入有机溶剂及水中,获得分散体系,蒸馏该分散体系除去有机溶剂后回流获得涂料的水分散液,干燥得到该成品热塑性粉末涂料。
优选的,所述涂料原料包括主成膜物质、助剂。
所述主成膜物质为喷涂温度下熔融、冷却时凝固成膜的物质,如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚酯、聚氯乙烯、氯化聚醚、聚酰胺系、纤维素系、聚酯系等。
所述助剂包括但不限于热稳定剂、填充剂、耐老化剂、着色剂、乳化剂、抗氧化剂及表面活性剂中的一种或组合。
进一步优选的,所述表面活性剂包括但不限于OP-10、月桂基磺化琥珀酸单酯二钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠中的一种或组合。
进一步优选的,所述填充剂包括但不限于碳酸钙、滑石粉、白炭黑、钛白粉、粉煤灰、硅灰石粉、石、赤泥、硅藻土、玻璃微珠中的一种或组合。
优选的,所述有机溶剂包括但不限于四氢呋喃、四氯化碳、正庚烷、甲苯中的一种或组合。
优选的,所述水为包含乳化剂的水。
优选的,所述制备方法中,分散体系制备的具体步骤如下:将涂料原料加入有机溶剂中使其分散均匀,再向体系中加入水相,得到分散体系,所述水相与油相的加入体积比为2~8:1。
主成膜物质在有机相中溶解后形成均匀稳定的溶液,加入较大体积的水相后,该体系形成水包油型分散液,有机相包裹着成膜物质均匀分散在连续的水相中,有利于后期形成均匀分散的颗粒。
优选的,所述涂料的水分散液制备步骤如下:将分散体系减压蒸馏除去有机溶剂,回流一段时间得到悬浮液,即涂料的水分散液。
进一步优选的,回流过程中向反应釜中通入蒸汽,辅助将溶剂蒸出。
优选的,所述水分散液还可以经通过离心机脱水,再经干燥器干燥得到成品热塑性粉末涂料。
进一步优选的,所述干燥器包括但不限于液化床干燥器。

1.针对现有技术中热塑性粉末涂料粉碎效果不佳的现状,本公开提供了一种适合于热塑性粉末涂料的加工方法,该加工方法相比背景技术中所述专利的方法更为简便易行,原料成本经济,易于购买。该方法提供性能良好的粉末涂料的同时,还能够有效的节约企业的生产成本。
2.本公开方法通过溶解、分散等过程,可使成膜物质分散成均匀的颗粒。再通过蒸馏、干燥等过程,脱除溶剂和水分,最终形成粒度均匀可控的粉末涂料。该过程没有粉碎操作,形成的粒度均匀,分布较窄,非常有利于静电喷涂、浸涂等工艺,获得性能好较的涂层。

应该指出,以下详细说明都是例示性的,旨在对本公开提供进一步的说明。除非另有指明,本文使用的所有技术和科学术语具有与本公开所属技术领域的普通技术人员通常理解的相同含义。
需要注意的是,这里所使用的术语仅是为了描述具体实施方式,而非意图限制根据本公开的示例性实施方式。如在这里所使用的,除非上下文另外明确指出,否则单数形式也意图包括复数形式,此外,还应当理解的是,当在本说明书中使用术语“包含”和/或“包括”时,其指明存在特征、步骤、操作、器件、组件和/或它们的组合。
正如背景技术所介绍的,热塑性粉末加工过程中往往需要对原料进行粉碎处理,热塑性物料的粉碎过程不容易控制和实现,粒径分布不佳会影响粉末涂料的成膜及喷涂性能。为了解决如上的技术问题,本公开提出了一种热塑性粉末涂料的制备方法,该方法简便易行,适用于多种热塑性成膜物质的加工,制备得到的热塑性粉末粒度均匀,分布较窄,非常有利于静电喷涂、浸涂等工艺,能够获得性能好较的涂层。
为了使得本领域技术人员能够更加清楚地了解本公开的技术方案,以下将结合具体的实施例与对比例详细说明本公开的技术方案。
实施例1:
取100g聚氯乙烯、碳酸钙10g、颜料8g、抗氧剂8g、OP-10表面活性剂1g,用240g正庚烷溶解分散均匀。将上述物料缓慢加入850g水中,搅拌半小时,形成稳定的分散体系。将上述分散体系在压力10KPa、95℃下减压蒸馏,气相在40℃下冷凝后,水相回流,油相采出。蒸馏3小时后,将体系过滤,滤饼经流化床干燥器干燥后得聚氯乙烯粉末涂料,平均粒径为65微米。
实施例2:
取80g聚乙烯、碳酸钙10g、颜料8g、抗氧剂8g、月桂基磺化琥珀酸单酯二钠1g,用200g甲苯溶解分散均匀。将上述物料缓慢加入900g水中,搅拌半小时,形成稳定的分散体系。将上述分散体系减压蒸馏,气相冷凝后,水相回流,油相采用。蒸馏5小时后,将体系过滤,滤饼经流化床干燥器干燥后得聚氯乙烯粉末涂料,平均粒径为54微米。
实施例3:
取90g聚丙烯、碳酸钙8g、颜料10g、抗氧剂10g、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2g,用200g甲苯溶解分散均匀。将上述物料缓慢加入1000g水中,搅拌半小时,形成稳定的分散体系。将上述分散体系减压蒸馏,气相冷凝后,水相回流,油相采用。蒸馏5小时后,将体系过滤,滤饼经流化床干燥器干燥后得聚氯乙烯粉末涂料,平均粒径为75微米。
实施例4
发明人针对热塑性粉末粒径调整的方法进行研究,研究表明,通过调整主成膜物质与表面活性剂的用量,可以得到粒径可控的粉末颗粒。本实施例中,发明人针对实施例1中物料的用量进行了调整通过调节主成膜物质与表面活性剂的用量,得到以下实施例:
取90g聚丙烯、碳酸钙8g、颜料10g、抗氧剂10g、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5g,用200g甲苯溶解分散均匀。将上述物料缓慢加入1000g水中,搅拌半小时,形成稳定的分散体系。将上述分散体系减压蒸馏,气相冷凝后,水相回流,油相采用。蒸馏5小时后,将体系过滤,滤饼经流化床干燥器干燥后得聚氯乙烯粉末涂料,平均粒径为45微米。
发明人针对主成膜物质与表面活性剂的比例及热塑性粉末粒径进行研究,研究结果如下表1所示:

试验例1
取100g聚氯乙烯、碳酸钙10g、颜料8g、抗氧剂8g、OP-10表面活性剂1g,用240g正庚烷溶解分散均匀。将上述物料缓慢加入500g水中,搅拌半小时,使其分散均匀。其余设置方式与实施例1中相同,蒸馏后过滤,滤饼经流化床干燥器干燥后得聚氯乙烯粉末涂料,粉末粘结程度较高,呈颗粒状,无法用于热喷涂。
实施例6
采用实例1-3所得样品,在马品铁片上进行静电喷涂,310℃条件下流平11s,形成均匀的涂层。膜性能表征结果如下:

Claims (10)
1.一种热塑性粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:将涂料原料依次加入有机溶剂及水中,获得分散体系,蒸馏该分散体系除去有机溶剂获得涂料的水分散液,过滤干燥得到该成品热塑性粉末涂料。
2.如权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述涂料原料包括主成膜物质、助剂;所述主成膜物质为喷涂温度下熔融,冷却时凝固成膜的物质。
3.如权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述助剂包括但不限于热稳定剂、填充剂、耐老化剂、着色剂、乳化剂、抗氧化剂及表面活性剂中的一种或组合。
4.如权利要求3所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述填充剂包括但不限于碳酸钙、滑石粉、白炭黑、钛白粉、粉煤灰、硅灰石粉、石、赤泥、硅藻土、玻璃微珠中的一种或组合。
5.如权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂包括但不限于四氢呋喃、四氯化碳、正庚烷、甲苯中的一种或组合。
6.如权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述水还可以是包含乳化剂的水。
7.如权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法中,分散体系制备的具体步骤如下:将涂料原料加入有机溶剂中使其分散均匀,再向其中加水形成水包油型分散液。
8.如权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述涂料的水分散液制备步骤如下:将分散体系减压蒸馏除去有机溶剂,回流一段时间得到悬浮液,即涂料的水分散液。
9.如权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,回流过程中向反应釜中通入蒸汽,辅助将溶剂蒸出。
10.如权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述水分散液还可以经通过离心机脱水,再经干燥器干燥得到成品热塑性粉末涂料;优选的,所述干燥器包括但不限于液化床干燥器。
