Abstract

本发明的按键开关,在设有中央固定接点和周缘固定接点的下部基板上安装LED5,并一体地叠置上部薄片,在其下面粘接作为可动接点的轻触弹簧的顶部,使其周缘部常时地与周缘固定接点接触,并使其顶部与中央固定接点存有预定间隔地分开着,而在其上面印刷形成突起。在键头的平坦底面上印刷形成显示部,按下该键头的顶面时,该按下力通过突起和上部薄片传递到轻触弹簧的顶部,使轻触弹簧弯曲反转而与中央固定接点接触。

按键开关
技术领域:
本发明涉及通过键头的按压操作进行接点切换的按键开关。
背景技术:
按键开关作为移动电话、音响设备等的输入装置使用。大体上由进行接点切换的开关装置部和使该开关装置部动作的键头构成。
现有技术中的按键开关,是用片状部件将设有固定接点的下部基板和碗状轻触弹簧叠置成一体,构成开关装置部,将键头支承在组装有该开关装置部的外壳上而形成的。上述轻触弹簧作为可动接点发挥作用,通过该轻触弹簧与固定接点的接离,进行开/关的切换动作。在键头上印刷着显示功能内容的数字或文字等的显示部,在该键头的底面中央,一体地形成按压轻触弹簧顶部用的突起。
在上述构造的按键开关中,使用者按下键头的顶面时,该按下力通过键头底面的突起传递到轻触弹簧的顶部,于是该轻触弹簧随着按下节拍而弯曲反转,与固定接点接触,开关成为开状态。当对键头的按压力消除时,轻触弹簧由其自身的弹性而复原成碗状,于是键头被推回到初期位置,开关成为关状态。
键头的显示部,有印刷在顶面和印刷在底面这样两种形式。在光照式的按键中,是将显示部印刷在由透明材料成形的键头的底面,在夜间或黑暗处,通过使LED等的光源亮灯,使该光源的光照射到键头的底面,可以看清显示部。
但是,上述现有的按键开关中,由于按压轻触弹簧顶部的突起一体地形成在键头的底面,所以,在该键头的底面不能确保平坦的印刷面,显示部的印刷区域受到很大限制。这时,虽然也曾考虑过将显示部印刷在键头的顶面,但是,键头顶面是使用者直接接触的部分,所以多次使用后显示部容易脱落。另外,上述现有的按键开关中,由于开关装置部与键头是通过外壳等定位的,所以,因各部件的尺寸误差或组装误差等,有时键头的突起相对于轻触弹簧的顶部偏位,这样,轻触弹簧的动作恶化,不能切实进行接点的切换动作。
发明内容:
本发明中,是把可动接点一体地设在上部薄片的下面,在该上部薄片上形成把来自键头的按压力传递给可动接点的突起。这样,在一体地设有可动接点的上部薄片上形成突起时,不仅可确保键头底面的平坦印刷面,而且,即使键头与可动接点偏位时,也能切实地将来自键头的按压力传递给可动接点。
本发明的按键开关,备有:带固定接点的下部基板、与该下部基板成一体的上部薄片、一体地设在该上部薄片的下面并与上述固定接点存有预定间隔相向的可动接点、使该可动接点与上述固定接点接离的键头;其构成为:在上部薄片上的与可动接点对应的位置处形成突起,来自键头的按下力通过该突起传递给可动接点。
上述突起可以形成在上部薄片的上面或下面,在上部薄片的上面形成突起时,可以用压花加工等使上部薄片的一部分鼓出,但最好是将尿烷类树脂或环氧类树脂印刷在上部薄片上。另外,也可以把印刷在上部薄片的下面的粘接剂作为突起,这时,用碗状轻触弹簧作为可动接点,通过该突起使该轻触弹簧与上部薄片的下面粘接。
上述的上部薄片材料并无特别限定,但如果采用由光扩散材料做成的上部薄片,则来自光源的光被上部薄片扩散,可照射到键头的底面,适合于光照式的按键开关。

具体实施方式:
下面,参照附图说明实施例。图1是本发明一实施例之按键开关的剖面图。图2是图1所示按键开关中的上部薄片的平面图。实施例所示的按键开关用于移动电话等的操作板,如图1所示,大体上由下部基板1、下面粘接着轻触弹簧2的上部薄片3、驱动轻触弹簧2用的键头4构成。
在下部基板1的表面,安装着作为光源的LED5,并且,设有中央固定接点6和包围它的周缘固定接点7。图1中仅示出一对中央固定接点6和周缘固定接点7,但在实施例中,若干成对的中央固定接点6和周缘固定接点7呈矩阵状排列。
轻触弹簧2作为可动接点,由磷青铜等金属弹簧材料成形为碗状。轻触弹簧2的周缘部常时地与周缘固定接点7接触,但其顶部与中央固定接点6存有预定间隔地分开着。轻触弹簧2的顶部粘接在上部薄片3的下面,在实施例中,与中央固定接点6和周缘固定接点7的排列相对应,若干个轻触弹簧2呈矩阵状地配设在上部薄片3的下面。
上部薄片3由表面经过粗面加工的PET膜片等光扩散性材料构成,在其上面形成突起8。该突起8的形成位置与粘接在上部薄片3下面的轻触弹簧2的顶部对应,如图2所示,在实施例中,若干个突起8以矩阵状形成在上部薄片3的上面。这些突起8例如是通过将尿烷类树脂印刷在上部薄片3上面而形成的,利用印刷技术使各突出量均匀。另外,上部薄片3的周缘部和下部基板1通过粘接剂等与框体9形成一体,这些部件构成开关装置部。
键头4是用丙烯酸树脂等透明材料成形的,在其平坦的底面上,印刷形成数字、文字等的显示部(图中未示)。键头4的上部从外壳10的导孔10a突出,外壳10通过螺丝拧固或粘接剂等固定在框体9上。键头4的底面与上部薄片3的突起8相对,因此,在实施例中,若干个键头4呈矩阵状地配列在外壳10上。
上述构造的按键开关,当使用者将所需的键头4的顶面按下时,该按下力通过突起8和上部薄片3传递到下方的轻触弹簧2的顶部,因此,使该键头4下降预定行程时,对应的轻触弹簧2随着节拍感而弯曲反转,轻触弹簧2的顶部与中央固定接点6接触,开关成为开状态。这时,即使因各部件的尺寸误差或组装误差等引起各键头4与开关装置部的相对位置有一些偏位时,也能高精度地保持印刷在上部薄片3上面的突起8与粘接在上部薄片3下面的轻触弹簧2的相对位置,所以,轻触弹簧2的动作手感不会恶化。当消除了对键头4的按下力时,轻触弹簧由其自身的弹性复原成碗状,于是,上部薄片3和键头4随之被推回初期位置,开关成为关状态。另外,在夜间或黑暗处,将LED5亮灯时,从LED5射出的光由上部薄片3扩散,以大致均匀的亮度照射到键头4的底面,所以,印刷在透明键头4底面的显示部被均匀且足够的亮度照亮,透过键头4可清楚地看见显示部。
图3所示实施例中,在上部薄片3的下面印刷着粘接剂而形成突起11,轻触弹簧2的顶部粘接在该突起11上。这时,突起11具有两个作用,一是将键头4的按下力传递给轻触弹簧2,二是将轻触弹簧2粘接在上部薄片3上。
图4所示实施例中,在上部薄片3上用压花加工形成鼓出部3a,在该鼓出部3a的下面印刷形成作为可动接点12的导电油墨,并在鼓出部3a的上面顶部形成突起8。这时,鼓出部3a和可动接点12起到与上述轻触弹簧2同样的作用,随着键头4的压下,鼓出部3a弯曲而产生节拍感。
图4所示实施例中,当不需要节拍感时,也可以象通常的膜片式开关那样,将无鼓出部3a的平坦的上部薄片3通过隔片叠置在下部基板1上,在与可动接点12对应的上部薄片3的上面形成突起8。另外,也可以采用膜片作为下部基板1。
根据上述实施例,本发明具有以下效果。
本发明的按键开关,备有:带固定接点的下部基板、与该下部基板成一体的上部薄片、一体地设在该上部薄片的下面并与上述固定接点存有预定间隔相向的可动接点、使该可动接点与上述固定接点接离的键头;其构成为:在所述上部薄片上的与所述可动接点对应的位置处形成突起,来自键头的按下力通过该突起传递给所述可动接点。所以,不仅键头的底面可确保平坦的印刷面,而且,即使键头与可动接点的位置产生偏位,也能切实地将来自键头的按下力传递给可动接点。
另外,如果所述上部薄片采用光扩散材料,则来自光源的光由上部薄片扩散,可照射到键头的底面,所以,适用于光照式按键开关。

Claims (4)

1.一种按键开关,它具有:带固定接点的下部基板、与该下部基板成一体的上部薄片、与所述固定接点存有预定间隔相向的可动接点、使该可动接点与所述固定接点接离的键头;其特征在于,
所述可动接点一体地形成在所述上部薄片的下面,在所述上部薄片上的与所述可动接点对应的位置处形成突起,来自键头的按下力通过该突起传递给所述可动接点。
2.根据权利要求1所述的按键开关,其特征在于,上述突起是由印刷在上述上部薄片上面的树脂形成的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的按键开关,其特征在于,所述突起是由印刷在上述上部薄片下面的粘接剂形成的,且由碗状轻触弹簧构成的上述可动接点粘接在该突起上。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的按键开关,其特征在于,上述上部薄片由光扩散性材料制成。
