一种滑移装载机轮边支承,包括支承轴、支承座、密封圈、第一轴承、封盖、第二轴承和衬套;所述支承轴相对于所述支承座作圆周运动,所述支承轴一端与轮胎轮辋通过螺栓相连接,另一端与链轮相连接。所述支承轴设有黄油道,所述黄油道包括轴向黄油道和径向黄油道;所述支承轴止动所述第一轴承台阶处设有退刀槽。所述封盖包括第一封盖和第二封盖,所述轮边支承从轮胎轮辋往链轮方向依次是支承轴、密封圈、第一轴承、第一封盖、第二封盖、第二轴承、衬套。该轮边支承结构简单,制造方便,既能满足轮边支承的润滑需要,又能有效提高维护性,从而提高轮边支承的可靠性和使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种传动装置,特别是滑移装载机轮边支承,属于工程机械技术领域。
背景技术
滑移装载机亦称滑移式装载机、多功能工程车、多功能工程机,是一种利用两侧车轮线速度差而实现车辆转向的轮式专用底盘设备。滑移装载机轮边支承装置将行走马达的输出转矩传递至轮胎侧,实现行走和转向功能。因此轮边支承的性能及维修性对滑移装载机的性能有着重要影响。
轮边支承内轴承的润滑对轮边支承的性能至关重要,为保证轮边支承内轴承的润滑,要么将轮边支承设计成封闭式,如申请号为CN201520697782.9的“滑移装载机轮边传动装置”专利,此轮边支承的润滑效果很好,但对密封性能要求较高,且润滑维护不方便。要么将轮边支承设计成开放式,即通过链箱中飞溅的油液润滑轮边支承装置中的轴承,但由于外侧轴承距链箱较远,实际使用过程中飞溅的油液量不能完全满足外侧轴承的润滑需求,进而引起外侧轴承的过早失效。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明旨在解决上述问题,提供润滑效果好、维护方便的滑移装载机轮边支承。
技术方案:一种滑移装载机轮边支承,包括支承轴、支承座、密封圈、第一轴承、封盖、第二轴承和衬套;所述支承轴相对于所述支承座作圆周运动,所述支承轴一端与轮胎轮辋相连接,另一端与链轮相连接;所述轮边支承从轮胎轮辋往链轮方向依次是支承轴、密封圈、第一轴承、封盖、第二轴承、衬套;所述支承轴设有黄油道,所述黄油道包括轴向黄油道和径向黄油道,所述轴向黄油道和径向黄油道相垂直、贯穿,所述径向黄油道的出口设于所述第一轴承和封盖之间。从轮胎轮辋侧便可打黄油,维护轮边支承的润滑,方便有效,黄油从所述轴向黄油道进径向黄油道,润滑所述第一轴承,所述第二轴承则因链箱中飞溅的油液而得到润滑。
优选项,为提高支承轴的可靠性,所述轴向黄油道和径向黄油道的夹角为钝角,两者相贯穿,所述径向黄油道的出口设于所述第一轴承和封盖之间。
优选项,为保证两侧轴承的有效润滑,避免黄油的早期失效,所述封盖包括第一封盖和第二封盖,所述轮边支承从轮胎轮辋往链轮方向依次是支承轴、密封圈、第一轴承、第一封盖、第二封盖、第二轴承、衬套。
优选项,为进一步提高支承轴的可靠性,所述支承轴止动所述第一轴承台阶处设有退刀槽。
有益效果:本发明结构简单,制造方便,既能满足轮边支承的润滑需要,又能有效提高维护性,从而提高轮边支承的可靠性和使用寿命。

具体实施方式
滑移装载机的轮边支承包含两个用于承载的轴承,整体结构类似于简易的支梁结构,轴承采用背对背安装形式。下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种滑移装载机轮边支承,包括支承轴1、支承座2、密封圈3、第一轴承4、封盖5、第二轴承6和衬套7;所述支承轴1相对于所述支承座2作圆周运动,所述支承轴1一端与轮胎轮辋8通过螺栓相连接,另一端与链轮9相连接。所述支承轴1通过压盖、螺栓锁紧链轮9,轴向游隙则通过调整垫进行调节。所述支承轴1设有黄油道11,所述黄油道11包括轴向黄油道111和径向黄油道112,所述轴向黄油道111和径向黄油道112相垂直、贯穿,所述径向黄油道112的出口设于所述第一轴承4和封盖5之间。所述支承轴1止动所述第一轴承台阶处设有退刀槽12,退刀槽12的设计既确保了工艺的可靠性,又能防止应力集中,造成断轴。所述封盖5包括第一封盖51和第二封盖52,所述轮边支承从轮胎轮辋8往链轮9方向依次是支承轴1、密封圈3、第一轴承4、第一封盖51、第二封盖52、第二轴承6、衬套7。所述衬套7能有效保证链轮9与支承轴1花键连接的有效性。所述第一封盖51与密封圈3组成的封闭润滑腔能有效保证第一轴承4的润滑需要,且能防止黄油进入链箱,造成链箱油的早期失效。所述第二封盖52与第二轴承6组成的润滑腔能有效保证第二轴承6的润滑需要,且能防止链箱油飞溅至第一轴承4的润滑黄油,造成润滑黄油的早期失效。为了进一步提高支承轴1的可靠性,防止支承轴1在径向黄油道112处断裂,所述轴向黄油道111和径向黄油道112的夹角为钝角,两者相贯穿,所述径向黄油道112的出口设于所述第一轴承4和封盖5之间。
上面虽然结合实施例对本发明作了详细的说明,但是所述技术领域的技术人员能够理解,在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下,还可以对上述实施例进行变更或改变,如将润滑腔设计成圆锥、内沉式等,仍落在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种滑移装载机轮边支承,包括支承轴(1)、支承座(2)、密封圈(3)、第一轴承(4)、封盖(5)、第二轴承(6)和衬套(7);所述支承轴(1)相对于所述支承座(2)作圆周运动,所述支承轴(1)一端与轮胎轮辋(8)相连接,另一端与链轮(9)相连接;
所述轮边支承从轮胎轮辋(8)往链轮(9)方向依次是支承轴(1)、密封圈(3)、第一轴承(4)、封盖(5)、第二轴承(6)、衬套(7);其特征在于:所述支承轴(1)设有黄油道(11),所述黄油道(11)包括轴向黄油道(111)和径向黄油道(112),所述轴向黄油道(111)和径向黄油道(112)相垂直、贯穿,所述径向黄油道(112)的出口设于所述第一轴承(4)和封盖(5)之间;所述轴向黄油道(111)和径向黄油道(112)的夹角为钝角,两者相贯穿,所述径向黄油道(112)的出口设于所述第一轴承(4)和封盖(5)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滑移装载机轮边支承,其特征在于:所述封盖(5)包括第一封盖(51)和第二封盖(52),所述轮边支承从轮胎轮辋(8)往链轮(9)方向依次是支承轴(1)、密封圈(3)、第一轴承(4)、第一封盖(51)、第二封盖(52)、第二轴承(6)、衬套(7)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的滑移装载机轮边支承,其特征在于:所述支承轴(1)止动所述第一轴承台阶处设有退刀槽(12)。
