步骤1.将芦荟萃取物2.3份、玉石粉3.5份、六环石粉2.3份、海藻土1.3份、薰衣草2份、迷迭香0.5份、纤维素0.2份、沉香木0.15份、麦饭石0.14份、重钙粉3.4份、淀粉醚4.1份、胶粉3份、贝壳粉0.35份、檀香粉末0.18份、红豆杉叶0.25份、三七粉0.23份、南黄玛瑙粉末3.2份、墨玉粉末2.1份、磁石粉末1.24份粉碎至粒度在200目以下,获得理疗材料成分粉;
步骤2.将理疗材料成分粉放入行星式球磨机内球磨4小时;所述行星式球磨机球磨时子氮气的气氛下进行球磨,磨球材质为不锈钢,球料比例为8:1,转速为200r*min-1;

步骤2.将理疗材料成分粉放入行星式球磨机内球磨4小时;所述行星式球磨机球磨时子氮气的气氛下进行球磨,磨球材质为不锈钢,球料比例为8:1,转速为200r*min-1;

1.一种活性高分子理疗材料,其特征在于:包括:芦荟萃取物、玉石粉、六环石粉、海藻土、薰衣草、迷迭香、纤维素、沉香木、麦饭石、重钙粉、淀粉醚、胶粉、贝壳粉、檀香粉末、红豆杉叶、三七粉、南黄玛瑙粉末、墨玉粉末、磁石粉末,其质量配比为:芦荟萃取物1-5份、玉石粉1-5份、六环石粉1-5份、海藻土1-5份、薰衣草1-5份、迷迭香0.1-1份、纤维素0.1-1份、沉香木0.1-1份、麦饭石0.1-1份、重钙粉1-5份、淀粉醚1-5份、胶粉1-5份、贝壳粉0.1-1份、檀香粉末0.1-1份、红豆杉叶0.1-1份、三七粉0.1-1份、南黄玛瑙粉末1-5份、墨玉粉末1-5份、磁石粉末1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种活性高分子理疗材料,其特征在于:所述理疗材料其质量配比为:芦荟萃取物1份、玉石粉1份、六环石粉1份、海藻土1份、薰衣草1份、迷迭香0.1份、纤维素0.1份、沉香木0.1份、麦饭石0.1份、重钙粉1份、淀粉醚1份、胶粉1份、贝壳粉0.1份、檀香粉末0.1份、红豆杉叶0.1份、三七粉0.1份、南黄玛瑙粉末1份、墨玉粉末1份、磁石粉末1份。

步骤1.将理疗材料成分粉碎至粒度在200目以下,获得理疗材料成分粉;
步骤2.将理疗材料成分粉放入行星式球磨机内球磨4小时;所述行星式球磨机球磨时子氮气的气氛下进行球磨,磨球材质为不锈钢,球料比例为8:1,转速为200r*min-1;
步骤3.利用压力试验机进行压片,压力为500MPa,保压3分钟;之后在真空条件下利用真空炉进行烧结,烧结结束后,随炉冷却至室温得到活性高分子理疗材料;真空炉烧结参数为真空度为10-2~10-1Pa,升温速度为5~15℃/min,烧结温度为100~1000℃,压力为20~35MPa,保温时间5~10min。
