本发明公开了一种三维交织复合底网及造纸毛毯,所述底网包括至少两层基网,并上下叠放设置,相邻两层基网之间纬线的夹角为2‑15°;造纸毛毯包括三维交织复合底网以及位于底网上下层的多个纤维层;本发明三维交织复合底网中更基网的经纬线在缝合后无重叠,相邻基网之间的经纬线有一定的夹角,在使用的过程中不存在彼此压陷的情况,大大提高的耐高线压能力,长期使用不影响透水性。本发明造纸毛毯有着更高的耐高线压能力,提速更快,汽耗更低;适用于中高速纸机的大棍径盲孔压榨、靴式压榨等压榨形式,用于抄造各种文化纸、瓦楞原纸、高档挂面包装纸、卡纸等纸种。

Description

一种三维交织复合底网及造纸毛毯
技术领域
本发明属于造纸毛毯技术领域,具体涉及一种三维交织复合底网及造纸毛毯。
背景技术
造纸毛毯是用于造纸机压榨部的特种纺织品,主要是脱水,支撑纸页,修饰纸页等作用,其中脱水是关键功能,并且具有随着使用时间延续而会发生变化等特点。现有的造纸毛毯底网有单层基网或多层基网,由多层基网复合而成的底网中,相邻基网之间的经线和纬线垂直,上层基网的纬线或经线位于下层基网两个相邻的纬线或经线之间,在造纸毛毯用于中高速造纸机压榨的过程中,经纬线在重叠之后会出现被彼此压陷的可能,从而堵塞了空隙,大大影响了造纸毛毯透水性能,进而缩短造纸毛毯的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种三维交织复合底网及造纸毛毯。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种三维交织复合底网,包括至少两层基网,所述基网上下叠放设置,可以通过针刺机缝合,相邻两层基网之间纬线的夹角为2-15° 。
优选的,为了达到更好的防止压陷的效果,所述相邻两层基网之间纬线的夹角为5-15°。
优选的,为了使底网的效果更好,所述基网为三层,并通过针刺机缝合。
优选的,所述基网由上到下依次为环织基网、第一斜织基网、第二斜织基网。本领域可以知晓在生产中,环织基网或者斜织基网的经线和纬线都是垂直的。
一种造纸毛毯,包括上述三维交织复合底网,所述三维交织复合底网的上面设有第一双组分纤维层,第一双组分纤维层上面设有第一粗旦纤维层,第一粗旦纤维层上面设有第一细旦纤维层;三维交织复合底网的下面设有第二双组分纤维层,第二双组分纤维层的下面设有第二粗旦纤维层。
按串丝纤度纤维划分:所述粗旦纤维(>7.0dtex);细旦纤维(2.4~1.0dtex)。
所述双组分纤维是指由两种化学或物理性质不同,但化学组成属于同一种属的聚合物构成的复合纤维。要求两组分界面有一定的粘着作用,在纤维加工和使用过程中,两组分不发生剥离现象。本发明中双组分纤维主要对组织起到支撑粘合作用,本领域技术人员可以通过现有技术选择合适的双组分纤维。
本发明三维交织复合底网中相邻基网的经纬线在缝合后无重叠,相邻基网之间的经纬线有一定的夹角,所述夹角的选择是本领域技术人员经过创造性劳动做出的,当夹角小于2°时,可能存在经纬线压陷的情况,并且现有的机械设备不能满足过小夹角的制作工艺要求;当夹角大于15°时,现有设备和工艺能实现底网的复合,本领域技术人员结合现有设备和工艺,创造性的做过了无压陷复合底网,在使用的过程中不存在彼此压陷的情况,大大提高的耐高线压能力,长期使用不影响透水性。本发明造纸毛毯有着更高的耐高线压能力,提速更快,汽耗更低;适用于中高速纸机的大棍径盲孔压榨、靴式压榨等压榨形式,用于抄造各种文化纸、瓦楞原纸、高档挂面包装纸、卡纸等纸种。

实施例1
如图1所示的一种三维交织复合底网,包括三层基网,并通过针刺机缝合,由上到下依次为环织基网1、第一斜织基网2、第二斜织基网3,所述相邻的环织基网1的纬线和第一斜织基网2的纬线夹角α为12°,第一斜织基网2的纬线与第二斜织基网3的纬线夹角β为10°,相邻的两个基网之间的夹角保证了在使用中不两个基网之间的纬线不垂直,有效防止压陷。
如图2所示的一种造纸毛毯,包括图1中由三层基网缝合而成的三维交织复合底网,三维交织复合底网的上面设有第一双组分纤维层4,第一双组分纤维层4上面设有第一粗旦维层5,第一粗旦纤维层5上面设有第一细旦纤维层6;三维交织复合底网的下面设有第二双组分纤维层7,第二双组分纤维层7的下面设有第二粗旦纤维层8。上述造纸毛毯有着更高的耐高线压能力,提速更快,汽耗更低;适用于中高速纸机的大棍径盲孔压榨、靴式压榨等压榨形式,用于抄造各种文化纸、瓦楞原纸、高档挂面包装纸、卡纸等纸种。

本实施例中三维交织复合底网以及造纸毛毯的结构与实施例1中的相同,其中夹角α为5°,夹角β为15°。

1.一种三维交织复合底网,其特征在于,包括至少两层基网,所述基网上下叠放设置,相邻两层基网之间纬线的夹角为2-15°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种三维交织复合底网,其特征在于,所述相邻两层基网之间纬线的夹角为5-15°。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种三维交织复合底网,其特征在于,所述基网为三层,并通过针刺机缝合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种三维交织复合底网,其特征在于,所述基网由上到下依次为环织基网、第一斜织基网、第二斜织基网。
5.一种造纸毛毯,其特征在于,包括权利要求1、 2或4所述的三维交织复合底网,所述三维交织复合底网的上面设有第一双组分纤维层,第一双组分纤维层上面设有第一粗旦纤维层,第一粗旦纤维层上面设有第一细旦纤维层;三维交织复合底网的下面设有第二双组分纤维层,第二双组分纤维层的下面设有第二粗旦纤维层。
