背景技术
皮肤衰老包括内源性老化与外源性老化,与皮肤尤其是真皮结构功能变化有关,最终导致皮肤脆弱性增加、细纹和皱纹。内源性老化皮肤通常以皮肤萎缩为特征,胶原蛋白、弹性蛋白和透明质酸密度均降低。外源性老化或光老化皮肤的特征是胶原纤维的降解和改变,以及在整个真皮内无序排列弹性蛋白的积累,这一过程称为弹性硬化。因此,补充或保护皮肤胶原蛋白和弹性蛋白,是延缓皮肤衰老的基础策略。

玫瑰茄,为锦葵科植物玫瑰茄的根、种子。性味,酸,凉。归肾经。功效敛肺止咳,降血压,解酒。主治主肺虚咳嗽,高血压,醉酒。玫瑰茄,玫瑰茄Hibiscus sabdariffa,具增白、保湿护肤作用,近年发现玫瑰茄具有突出的皮肤排毒抗污染效应。已经证明皮肤氧化胶原/弹性蛋白质积累,随着年龄的增长而增多。这些皮肤氧化蛋白质,可以被细胞质中的蛋白酶体和线粒体中的Lon蛋白酶清除。玫瑰茄提取物,可以激活这两个系统以消除在这两个皮肤区域的氧化蛋白质,抵抗32种污染物(27种重金属和5种碳氢化合物)污染损害(皮肤形态完整性)和脂质过氧化反应(丙二醛/MDA),缓解皮肤早衰。
红酒粉,为红葡萄酒提取物,采用红葡萄酿造,为全葡萄发酵产物。富含5种植物多酚,包括Flavonoids/Anthocyanidins花色素、Anthoxanthins花黄素/Flavonols黄酮醇、Flavanols/(Flavan-3-ols)黄烷醇、Trihydroxy-stilbene三羟基二苯乙烯或白藜芦醇Resveratrol、鞣质Tannins等。其中,白藜芦醇具有强大的护肤美容效应,可促进抗衰老基因,上调细胞外基质蛋白-促进胶原蛋白合成,抑制基质金属蛋白酶基因-防止胶原蛋白与弹性蛋白酶解,增强抗氧化酶基因-抗氧化,上调金属硫蛋白基因-解毒抗炎,抑制炎症因子基因表达等。
针叶樱桃粉,为阿西罗拉樱桃(Acerola cherry),原产于热带美洲西印度群岛加勒比海地区。针叶樱桃富含多种维生素、矿物质与生物类黄酮。其中,维生素C鲜果含量可高达2.5%,居各种果蔬之首。针叶樱桃粉采用国际先进的低温提取和喷雾干燥技术精制而成,维生素C含量经富集可超过20%。完整地保存了针叶樱桃特有的色香味和营养成分,具有口感佳、流动性好、抗吸湿性强等优点。
草莓粉,为草莓干燥粉末,可代替草莓香精,提供草莓特定口味。
赤藓糖醇:低热量:赤藓糖醇是能量最低的功能糖,赤藓糖醇的分子量小,吸收少,从而避免了高渗现象造成腹泻发生,避免了肠道细菌发酵产生胀气现象,赤藓糖醇不被人体口腔细菌利用,因而不会产生酸性物质对牙齿造成伤害,从而引生牙齿发生龋变,对口腔细菌生长产生抑制效果,从而起到保护牙齿的作用。
本发明的另一个目的是提供所述美容养颜饮料的制备方法,通过以下烘干、粉碎与混合三步工艺实现:
烘干步骤:称取胶原二肽、赤藓糖醇、玫瑰茄、红酒粉、针叶樱桃粉、草莓粉、低分子量弹性蛋白肽与三氯蔗糖,温度70℃连续4小时烘干,水份<5%,烘干物料厚度<2cm。
其中,胶原二肽、低分子量弹性蛋白肽为主功能成分,用于补充皮肤胶原蛋白与弹性蛋白;针叶樱桃粉提供天然维生素C,促进胶原二肽、低分子量弹性蛋白肽吸收;玫瑰茄、红酒粉与草莓粉,为辅助功能成分,用于抗氧化与抗污染,帮助皮肤排毒,防止皮肤新生成的胶原蛋白与弹性蛋白氧化,同时作为酸味剂与天然香精;赤藓糖醇与三氯蔗糖,为甜味剂。
粉碎步骤:温度≤26℃,湿度≤45%条件下,粉碎物料,过筛目数为40-80目。
混合步骤:温度≤26℃,湿度≤45%条件下,进行梯度稀释1:5:10:20:50:100,根据实际物料情况做调整,混合时间>30分钟每次。
本发明的再一个目的是提供所述美容养颜饮料,在制备健康食品中的应用。
所述美容养颜饮料服用方便,酸甜可口,经人体试食测试,可通过补充皮肤胶原蛋白与弹性蛋白,减轻皮肤氧化应激,迅速提高中青年女性皮肤含水量,减轻皮脂过度分泌,增加皮肤弹性,恢复光滑、紧致,降低肤龄。
与现有的胶原蛋白产品相比,本发明的美容养颜饮料,清补结合,寓补于清,具有下述两方面突出特点:
1、补:高活性超低分子量胶原蛋白肽与低分子量弹性蛋白肽组合:胶原二肽脯氨酸-羟脯氨酸(Proline-Hydroxyproline)、脯氨酸-甘氨酸(Proline-Glycine),为不同来源不同分子量胶原蛋白经人体消化吸收后,发挥护肤效应的终极活性二肽,易于吸收,补充皮肤蛋白,高效起效,作用确切;
2、清:针叶樱桃粉提供高含量天然维生素C,一方面协同胶原二肽与低分子量弹性蛋白肽吸收;另一方面结合玫瑰茄、红酒粉、草莓粉,补充机体植物多酚等天然抗氧化剂与抗污染剂,可清除皮肤内外源毒素,包括自由基、脂质过氧化产物、糖基化产物,以及PM2.5、重金属等环境毒素,防止皮肤新生成胶原蛋白与弹性蛋白氧化,并调节口味,符合中国消费者饮食习惯。

具体实施方式
为了更清楚地说明本发明,下面结合优选实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。本领域技术人员应当理解,下面所具体描述的内容是说明性的而非限制性的,不应以此限制本发明的保护范围。根据本发明的实质对本发明进行的简单的配方原料增减与工艺改进,都属于本发明要求保护的范围。
具体结合下述实施例和试验例进行进一步的说明。其中,6项实施例的对应配方如下表1所示。

实施例1一种美容养颜饮料及其制备
1、称取各组分原料:
配方1:胶原蛋白69.89份、赤藓糖醇5份、玫瑰茄5份、红酒粉0.1份、针叶樱桃粉10份、草莓粉5份、弹力蛋白肽5份、三氯蔗糖0.01份。所有原料均经质量检验合格,后同。
2、将上述组分原料按如下工艺,制备美容养颜饮料:
1)烘干:温度70℃下,烘干时间4小时,水份1%,烘干物料厚度1.5cm。
2)粉碎:温度18℃、湿度30%条件下粉碎,过筛目数为80目。
3)混合:温度18℃、湿度30%条件下混合,混合时间60分钟。
实施例2一种美容养颜饮料及其制备
1、称取各组分原料:
配方2:胶原蛋白50.9份、赤藓糖醇25份、玫瑰茄0.5份、红酒粉0.8份、针叶樱桃粉2份、草莓粉20份、弹力蛋白肽0.5份、三氯蔗糖0.3份。
2、将上述组分原料按如下工艺,制备美容养颜饮料:
1)烘干:温度70℃下,烘干时间4小时,水份1.5%,烘干物料厚度1.2cm。
2)粉碎:温度19℃、湿度35%条件下粉碎,过筛目数为70目。
3)混合:温度19℃、湿度35%条件下混合,混合时间35分钟。
实施例3一种美容养颜饮料及其制备
1、称取各组分原料:
配方3:胶原蛋白60份、赤藓糖醇17.1份、玫瑰茄1份、红酒粉0.5份、针叶樱桃粉6份、草莓粉14.5份、弹力蛋白肽0.8份、三氯蔗糖0.1份。
2、将上述组分原料按如下工艺,制备具有养颜饮料:
1)烘干:温度70℃,烘干时间4小时,水份2%,烘干物料厚度1.0cm。
2)粉碎:温度20℃、湿度45%条件下粉碎,过筛目数为65目。
3)混合:温度20℃、湿度45%条件下混合,混合时间40分钟。
实施例4一种美容养颜饮料及其制备
1、称取各组分原料:
配方4:胶原蛋白35份、赤藓糖醇22份、玫瑰茄4份、红酒粉1份、针叶樱桃粉8份、草莓粉25份、弹力蛋白肽4.5份、三氯蔗糖0.5份。
2、将上述组分原料按如下工艺,制备美容养颜饮料:
1)烘干:温度70℃,烘干时间4小时,水份2.5%,烘干物料厚度0.8cm。
2)粉碎:温度21℃、湿度40%条件下粉碎,过筛目数为55目。
3)混合:温度21℃、湿度40%条件下混合,混合时间45分钟。
实施例5一种美容养颜饮料及其制备
1、称取各组分原料:
配方5:胶原蛋白80份、赤藓糖醇8份、玫瑰茄1.5份、红酒粉0.3份、针叶樱桃粉3份、草莓粉6份、弹力蛋白肽0.8份、三氯蔗糖0.4份。
2、将上述组分原料按如下工艺,制备美容养颜饮料:
1)烘干:温度70℃,烘干时间4小时,水份3%,烘干物料厚度0.6cm。
2)粉碎:温度23℃、湿度37%条件下粉碎,过筛目数为50目。
3)混合:温度23℃、湿度37%条件下混合,混合时间50分钟。
实施例6一种美容养颜饮料及其制备
1、称取各组分原料:
配方6:胶原蛋白70份、赤藓糖醇11份、玫瑰茄2.5份、红酒粉0.2份、针叶樱桃粉5份、草莓粉9份、弹力蛋白肽2份、三氯蔗糖0.3份。
2、将上述组分原料按如下工艺,制备美容养颜饮料:
1)烘干:温度70℃,烘干时间4小时,水份4%,烘干物料厚度0.5cm。
2)粉碎:温度25℃、湿度38%条件下粉碎,过筛目数为40目。
3)混合:温度25℃、湿度38%条件下混合,混合时间35分钟。
试验例1美容养颜饮料人体试食试验
1、试验目的:观察实施例3美容养颜饮料对人体皮肤的影响。
2、试验方法
2-1受试人群:健康成年女性,6名,年龄20-55岁,肤质类型不限。
2-2试验周期:本次服用周期为四周,共计28天。
2-3用法用量:打开1袋胶原弹力蛋白固体饮料,倒入杯中,加入温水适量(200ML左右,可依个人口感加减水量),搅拌均匀后即可饮用;也可加入牛奶、果汁或养生粥中服用,但与酸度较高时食物搭配时,搅拌后需尽快饮用,以防影响效果;每日两次,每次1袋,服用时间参照下表:早餐前(7:00-8:30)与睡前半小时(8:30-9:30)。
2-4皮肤检测:首次服用前使用皮肤检测仪器测试水份值、油份值、弹力值、肤龄值,测试前不可洗脸,室温的环境下选择无汗、无化妆品的部位进行测试,测试时请保证仪器探头干燥,如沾有护肤品请擦干后再测试,测试时将仪器探头完全按压下去,并请保持后续检测位置一致性,检测仪器详细使用方法请参见仪器说明书或附图1,并填写试用记录表;检测记录完成后拍摄正面脸部照片记录、照片清晰、不化妆、不得使用美颜、滤镜等。每天检测皮肤状况,测试时间、检测位置与服用前一致,测试水份值、油份值、弹力值、肤龄值,检测仪器详细使用方法请参见仪器使用说明书并填写试用记录表。
第一周结束后请拍照记录,拍摄正面脸部、照片清晰、不化妆、不得使用美颜、滤镜等;第二、三、四周参照第一周食用指导及测试方法。
2-5注意事项:不可与茶、咖啡、碳水饮料同时服用,建议间隔半小时以上;婴幼儿不宜食用,对产品原料过敏者慎用。
3、试验结果
共有6名消费者参加试用,其中1名中途因故退出。由图2可见,5名消费者连续4周口服实施例3美容养颜饮料,可平均增加皮肤水分7.22单位,减少皮肤油分或皮脂分泌6.4单位,增加皮肤弹性2.44单位,降低肤龄2岁,具有保湿、控油与抗老化等美容效应。并且,这些美容效应,具有一定的时间依赖性,即效应强度随时间增加而增强。
其中2名典型消费者包括1名24岁中性肤质年轻消费者与1名52岁油性肤质年长消费者的数据,服用美容养颜饮料后护肤效果均明显,如表2与表3分别所示。

Claims (8)
1.一种美容养颜饮料,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分比各组分:28.5-88.69份胶原二肽、5-25份赤藓糖醇、0.1-5份玫瑰茄、0.1-1份红酒粉、1-10份针叶樱桃粉、5-25份草莓粉、0.1-5份弹性蛋白与0.01-0.5份三氯蔗糖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的美容养颜饮料,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分比各组分:44.9-76.65份胶原二肽、10-20份赤藓糖醇、0.5-3份玫瑰茄、0.3-0.8份红酒粉、2-8份针叶樱桃粉、10-20份草莓粉、0.5-3份弹性蛋白与0.05-0.3份三氯蔗糖。
3.根据权利要求1所述的美容养颜饮料,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分比各组分:56.2-65.7份胶原二肽、15-18份赤藓糖醇、1-2份玫瑰茄、0.4-0.6份红酒粉、5-7份针叶樱桃粉、12-15份草莓粉、0.8-1份弹性蛋白与0.1-0.2份三氯蔗糖。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的美容养颜饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,通过烘干、粉碎与混合三步工艺实现。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,在烘干步骤中,烘干温度70℃,时间4小时,水份<5%,烘干物料厚度<2㎝。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,在粉碎步骤中物料粉碎温度≤26℃,湿度≤45%条件下,过筛目数为40-80目。
7.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,在混合步骤中温度≤26℃,湿度≤45%条件下,进行梯度稀释1:5:10:20:50:100,根据实际物料情况做调整,混合时间>30分钟每次。
8.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的美容养颜饮料作为健康食品的应用。
