In order to ensure that eggs can accurately enter the egg cavities 58 when entering the turntable device 5, a baffle plate is arranged at the top of the cavity between two adjacent egg cavities 58, so that the egg cavities 58 are the only passages for eggs to enter the turntable device 5.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, an egg discharge passage 512 is further provided on the lower side of the rotary table device 5, and the egg discharge passage 512 communicates with the egg discharge port 53. The egg discharging channel 512 is provided with a trigger plate 59, a spring 511 and a limit switch 510. The upper end of the trigger plate 59 is hinged on the upper part of the egg arranging channel 512, and is close to the egg arranging port 53. One end of the spring 511 is fixed on the side wall of the egg arranging channel, and the other end is pressed against the lower end of the trigger plate 59, so that the trigger plate is in an inclined state, and the egg arranging channel 512 is in a structure with a large upper end and a small lower end. The limit switch 510 is installed on the side wall of the egg arranging channel 512 and is arranged on the same side with the spring.
When an egg enters the egg discharging channel 512 from the egg discharging port 53, the egg presses the trigger plate 59 in the falling process, the spring 511 is compressed, the lower end of the trigger plate 59 moves towards the limit switch 510, and the limit switch 510 is triggered. After the egg is discharged out of the egg discharge passage 512, the trigger plate 59 is restored by the restoring force of the spring 511.
Referring to fig. 11 and 1, the moving platform includes a first bracket 74, a second bracket 71, a first mounting seat 77, a second mounting seat 78, a transverse screw 75, a longitudinal screw 76, a tray placing plate 72, and a tray limiting corner 73. The first bracket 74 is mounted on the middle longitudinal beam 14, and the transverse screw 75 is mounted on the first bracket 74 and is driven to rotate by the third motor. The second bracket 71 is screwed with the transverse screw 74 through the first mounting seat 77. The longitudinal screw 76 is mounted on the second bracket 71 and is driven to rotate by a fourth motor. The tray placement plate 72 is threadedly coupled to the longitudinal screw 76 via a second mounting block 78. The tray limit corners 73 are provided around the tray placing plate 72 to limit the circumferential direction of the tray placed on the tray placing plate 72.
Through setting up horizontal lead screw 77 and vertical lead screw 78, can realize that the tray places the removal of board in X axle and Y axle direction, realize arranging the egg automatically.
The movement of the mobile platform 7 can be controlled by a single chip microcomputer, and a program is written into the single chip microcomputer in advance, and the single chip microcomputer is connected with the limit switch 510. After the eggs enter the egg arranging channel, the trigger plate 59 is extruded, the lower end of the trigger plate 59 rotates towards the direction close to the limit switch 510, the limit switch 510 is triggered, the limit switch 510 sends an electric signal to the single chip microcomputer, the single chip microcomputer controls the third motor to drive the transverse screw rod 75 to rotate, or/and the fourth motor drives the longitudinal screw rod 76 to rotate, so that the tray placed on the tray placing plate 72 moves to the position of one egg tray, and each egg tray on the tray is full of eggs.

1. An egg picking vehicle is characterized by comprising,
a vehicle body (1) having wheels (12);
the mounting rack (2) is mounted at the top of the vehicle body (1), and at least one end of the mounting rack (2) extends out of the corresponding side of the vehicle body (1);
the picking device (3) is hung at the end part of the mounting frame (2), and the picking device (3) is provided with a poking wheel (34) capable of poking eggs;
the egg sorting device comprises a turntable device (5) arranged on a vehicle body (1), wherein an egg inlet (52) and an egg discharging port (53) are formed in the turntable device (5), and the egg inlet (52) and the egg discharging port (53) are arranged in a staggered mode;
the conveying device is arranged between the picking device (3) and the turntable device (5), one end of the conveying device corresponds to the dial wheel (34), and the other end of the conveying device corresponds to the egg inlet (52);
the mobile platform (7) is arranged on the vehicle body (1), and a tray placing plate (72) capable of placing a tray is arranged on the mobile platform (7); the tray placing plate (72) is positioned below the turntable device (5) and can move relative to the egg discharging opening (53).

The egg picking trolley according to claim 1, wherein the conveying device comprises a first straightening conveying device (6), a horizontal conveying device (4) and a second straightening conveying device (8) which are connected in sequence; the feeding end of the first correcting and conveying device (6) corresponds to the shifting wheel (34), and the discharging end of the second correcting and conveying device (8) corresponds to the egg inlet (52).

The egg picking cart of claim 2, wherein the width of the bottom of the first straightening conveyor (6) and the second straightening conveyor (8) is less than the width of the top thereof, and the width of the bottom thereof is 5/6 of the transverse diameter of the egg; the first straightening and conveying device (6) and the second straightening and conveying device (8) are obliquely arranged.
4. The egg picking trolley according to claim 2, wherein the width of the horizontal conveying device (4) is smaller than the length of the egg, and a belt conveyor (41) for conveying the egg is arranged along the length direction of the horizontal conveying device (4).

The egg picking trolley as claimed in claim 1, wherein the turntable device (5) comprises a hollow round box body (51), a rotatable base (54) is arranged in the round box body (51) and located in the middle of the round box body (51), and a plurality of egg cavities capable of vertically accommodating eggs are circumferentially and fixedly arranged on the base (54).

The egg picking trolley as claimed in claim 5, wherein the base (54) is regular hexagonal in cross section, two parallel poking plates (56) are mounted on each side of the base (54), and the free ends of the poking plates (56) extend towards the side wall of the round box body (51); an egg cavity (58) which can vertically accommodate eggs is formed between every two parallel shifting plates (56).
7. The egg picking cart according to claim 1, wherein the pick-up device comprises an upper half cylinder (31), the upper half cylinder (31) being disposed adjacent to the thumbwheel (34).
8. The egg picking cart of claim 7, wherein the upper half cylinder (31) includes a half cylinder end (312); the half cylinder end (312) is of a half cylinder structure with an opening at the lower side, and the transverse size of the half cylinder end (312) is smaller than the length of an egg.
9. The egg picking cart of claim 7, wherein the upper half cylinder (31) comprises an open end (311), the open end (311) being connected to the half cylinder end (312); the open end (311) is an open structure having an arcuate guide plate.
10. The egg picking vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the picking device comprises a first motor (35) and a first rotating shaft (36), an output shaft of the first motor (35) is connected with the first rotating shaft (36) to drive the first rotating shaft (36) to rotate; the thumb wheel (34) is mounted on the first rotating shaft (36) and can rotate along with the first rotating shaft (36).
