Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
Such an auxiliary device is sometimes installed in a room with limited space such as a toilet. In such a case, the assisting device is required to prevent the person to be assisted from contacting the wall during rotation, and to improve usability such as ensuring a movable range capable of moving to the moving target.
An object of the present invention is to provide an assisting apparatus that can reduce the burden on an assisting person and an assisted person by improving the usability of the assisting apparatus installed in a room with limited space.
Means for solving the problems
The present specification discloses a first auxiliary device including: a rotary table provided on the floor of a room and rotatable about an axis parallel to the vertical direction; a slide member provided on the turntable and slidable in a horizontal direction; and a support member provided on the slide member and supporting an upper body of the person to be assisted, wherein the slide member slides the support member between a first position outside the room where the person to be assisted is raised and lowered with respect to the support member and a second position inside the room where the person to be assisted supported by the support member enters the room.
The present specification discloses a second auxiliary device including: a rotary table provided on the floor of a room and rotatable about an axis parallel to the vertical direction; a slide member provided on the turntable and slidable in a horizontal direction; a support member provided on the slide member and supporting the upper body of the person to be assisted; and an angle fixing device that fixes an angle of the rotating table, the angle fixing device including a first angle at which a sliding direction of the sliding member faces an entrance of the room and a second angle at which the sliding direction of the sliding member faces a moving target provided in the room, in a rotatable angle range of the rotating table, the angle fixing device fixing the angle of the rotating table at least one of the first angle and the second angle.
Effects of the invention
According to the first assisting apparatus, the person to be assisted supported by the support member can enter the room from the outside of the room to the inside of the room by sliding the slide member. This can shorten the distance from the rotation center (axis) of the turntable to the outermost portion, and thus can perform direction change compactly. After the direction is switched, the slide member is appropriately slid, and the person to be assisted is moved to the movement target. That is, in the above configuration, the expansion and contraction can be performed by the sliding of the sliding member at an angle required for the transfer operation. As a result, the usability of the assisting apparatus installed in a room with limited space can be improved, and the burden on the assisting person and the person to be assisted can be reduced.
According to the second auxiliary device, the rotatable range in the rotational direction of the rotary table can be secured by the sliding of the sliding member. This can shorten the distance from the rotation center (axis) of the turntable to the outermost portion, and thus can perform direction change compactly. In addition, the angle of the rotating table is set to a first angle and a second angle within the rotatable range by the angle fixing device. This makes it easy for an assistant or the like to fix the angle of the turntable at the first angle or the second angle when rotating the turntable, and improves the operability of the assisting apparatus.
After the direction is switched, the person to be assisted is moved to the movement destination by appropriately sliding the slide member.

Detailed Description
(1. embodiment mode)
(1-1. outline of auxiliary device 1)
The supporting apparatus 1 supports the upper body of the person M (see fig. 4 and the like), performs a direction change of the person M in a sitting posture, and performs a transfer operation of seating the person M again at another position. In the assistance of the movement operation in the present embodiment, the assisting device 1 performs the assistance of the operation of raising the buttocks Mt of the person M in a sitting posture from the seat surface (buttocks raising operation) and the assistance of the operation of lowering the buttocks Mt after the direction change and then seating the person (buttocks lowering operation).
Here, the hip-up operation includes an upright operation from a sitting posture to a standing posture and an operation from the sitting posture to a semi-squat posture. The hip lowering operation includes a sitting operation from a standing posture to a sitting posture and a sitting operation from a semi-squat posture to a sitting posture. By causing the assisting apparatus 1 to support the upper body of the person M in the standing posture or the semi-squatting posture, the person M can be transferred by operating the assisting apparatus 1 by one assisting person. Thus, the person M to be assisted moves between, for example, the boarding/alighting position of the assisting apparatus 1 and the moving target in the room provided in the assisting facility.
The standing posture means a posture in which the lower body of the person M to be assisted stands, and is not related to the posture of the upper body. The semi-squat posture means a posture in which the lower body of the assisted person M is between the sitting posture and the standing posture, and means a state in which the hip part Mt of the assisted person M is separated from the seat surface and the knee is bent.
(1-2. Structure of auxiliary device 1)
Hereinafter, the configuration of the assisting apparatus 1 will be described mainly with reference to fig. 1 to 3. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the assist device 1 includes: a rotating device 10, a sliding device 20, a base 30, a supporting device 40 and a control device 60. The rotating device 10 is provided on the floor surface F and rotatably supports a slide device 20 or the like provided on the upper surface. The rotating device 10 includes: a fixed part 11, a rotating table 12, a rotation limiting part 13, a first operating pedal 14 and an angle fixing device 15.
The fixing portion 11 is fixed to a predetermined position on the floor surface F. The fixing portion 11 is detachably fixed to a predetermined position on the floor surface F by being fitted to a fixing pin (not shown) provided on the floor surface F, for example. The rotary table 12 is supported by the fixed portion 11 so as to be rotatable about an axis a1 parallel to the vertical direction. Here, the freely rotatable state means a state in which the vehicle can be rotated by an external force such as an operation force of an assistant, for example, instead of applying a driving force or braking to control the rotation angle by an actuator or the like.
The rotation restricting unit 13 switches between a state of restricting the rotation of the turntable 12 and a state of allowing the rotation of the turntable 12. In the present embodiment, the rotation restricting unit 13 switches the restricted state and the permitted state of the rotation of the rotating table 12 each time the first operating pedal 14 is depressed. The rotation restricting unit 13 is configured to be capable of switching between a restricted state and an allowed state of rotation based on control performed by the control device 60. The rotation restricting portion 13 is provided in, for example, the fixing portion 11, and restricts rotation of the rotary table 12 by engaging a pin with the rotary table 12 that can rotate relative thereto or pressing a friction plate. When the restriction by the rotation restricting portion 13 is released, the turntable 12 is in a state of being freely rotatable within a rotatable angle range.
The angle fixing device 15 fixes the angle of the turntable 12 at two or more predetermined angles (in the present embodiment, the first angle N1 and the second angle N2 shown in fig. 8). Here, the angular fixation includes not only the limitation of the rotation of the turntable 12 to define the end point of the rotatable angular range of the turntable 12, but also the maintenance of the turntable 12 at a specific angle within the rotatable angular range. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the angle fixing device 15 is composed of a pair of protrusions 151 on the fixing portion 11 side and an engaging portion 152 on the rotating table 12 side.
The angle fixing device 15 restricts the rotation of the rotary table 12 by engaging the engaging portion 152 provided on the inner peripheral surface of the rotary table 12 with any one of the pair of protrusions 151 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the fixing portion 11 and located at two positions shifted by 90 degrees in the circumferential direction. At this time, the angle fixing device 15 defines a rotatable angle range Ra of the turntable 12 according to the positions of the pair of protrusions 151 (see fig. 8). Thus, the angle fixing device 15 fixes the angle of the turntable 12 at the first angle N1 and the second angle N2, and prevents the turntable 12 from rotating beyond the rotatable angle range Ra.
The slide device 20 is provided on the upper surface of the rotating device 10, and supports a base 30 or the like to be slidable with respect to the rotating device 10. The slide device 20 includes: a pair of guide rails 21, a slide member 22, a slide restricting portion 23, a second operating pedal 24, and a positioning device 25. The pair of guide rails 21 are formed to extend in parallel with each other in the horizontal direction. One end of the pair of guide rails 21 is fixed to the upper surface of the turntable 12. The other ends of the pair of guide rails 21 project radially outward from the outer edge of the turntable 12.
The slide member 22 is sandwiched between the pair of guide rails 21 and provided on the turntable 12 via the pair of guide rails 21. Thereby, the slide member 22 is configured to be slidable along the sliding direction in which the pair of guide rails 21 extend. Here, the freely slidable movement means a state in which the slide movement can be performed by an external force such as an operation force of an assistant, for example, instead of applying a driving force or performing braking to control the slide position by an actuator or the like.
The slide restricting unit 23 switches between a state of restricting the slide of the slide member 22 and a state of allowing the slide of the slide member 22. In the present embodiment, the slide restricting unit 23 switches the restricted state and the permitted state of the slide member 22 each time the second operating pedal 24 is depressed. The slide restricting unit 23 is configured to be capable of switching between a restricted state and an allowed state of the slide based on control performed by the control device 60. The slide restricting portions 23 are provided on the pair of guide rails 21, for example, and restrict sliding of the sliding members 22 by engaging pins with the slidable sliding members 22 or pressing friction plates. When the restriction by the slide restricting portion 23 is released, the slide member 22 is in a state of being able to slide freely within the movable range of the slide member.
The positioning device 25 positions the slide member 22 at two or more predetermined positions (in the present embodiment, the first position P1 and the second position P2 shown in fig. 7). Here, the positioning includes a meaning of regulating the sliding of the slide member 22 so as to define the end point of the movable range of the slide member 22, and a meaning of maintaining the slide member 22 at a specific position within the movable range. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the positioning device 25 is constituted by a pair of slide stoppers 251 on the side of the guide rail 21.
The positioning device 25 prevents the sliding member 22 from falling off the pair of guide rails 21 by engaging an end portion of the sliding member 22 with one of a pair of slide stoppers 251 provided at both front and rear ends of the inside of the guide rail 21 to restrict the sliding of the sliding member 22. At this time, the positioning device 25 defines the movable range Rs of the slide member 22 in accordance with the positions of the pair of slide stoppers (see fig. 7). Thus, the positioning device 25 positions the slide member 22 at the first position P1 and the second position P2, and prevents the slide member 22 from sliding beyond the movable range Rs.
The base 30 is provided on the slide member 22 of the slide device 20. The base 30 includes: a foot rest 31, a pair of wheels 32, an operation portion 33, a frame 34, and a lower leg rest portion 35. The foot stand 31 is fixed to the slide member 22 and is disposed substantially horizontally near the floor surface F. As shown in fig. 2, a foot-shaped ground mark 311 for guiding the position of the person M to be assisted on which the foot is placed is marked on the upper surface of the foot placement table 31.
A pair of left and right wheels 32 is provided below the foot stand 31. Thus, one end side of the base 30 is supported by the pair of wheels 32. The other end side of the base 30 is supported by the rotary table 12 via the slide member 22. In addition, the pair of wheels 32 has a steering function of switching the moving direction. Thus, the base 30 is configured to be capable of changing its direction along with rotation about the axis a1 of the rotary table 12 at an arbitrary slide position.
As shown in fig. 1, the operation unit 33 is fixed to an end portion in the left-right direction on the upper surface of the foot rest 31. In the present embodiment, the operation portion 33 is formed in an inverted V shape having a pair of inclined surfaces inclined forward and backward in the sliding direction of the slide member 22. The operation unit 33 receives an operation of rotating the rotary table 12 or an operation of sliding the slide member 22 by the foot force of the assistant.
The frame 34 is fixed to an end of the foot stage 31 on the side of the turntable 12. As shown in fig. 1, the frame 34 is formed to extend obliquely upward from a fixed position with respect to the foot rest 31, to be bent rearward, and to extend substantially horizontally. The frame 34 supports the lower leg abutment 35 and the support device 40. The lower leg rest 35 is provided slightly above the ground mark 311 of the foot rest 31. The lower leg abutment 35 is formed of a cushioning material extending in the left-right direction. The lower leg rest 35 is a portion that contacts the lower leg of the person M to be assisted. The lower leg rest 35 is configured to be adjustable in arrangement height.
The support device 40 is provided to the frame 34 of the base 30. The support device 40 includes: arm 41, drive 42, handle 43 and support member 50. One end of the arm 41 is supported to be swingable about an axis a2 horizontal to the left-right direction set at a predetermined position on the frame 34. The arm 41 is driven by a driving device 42 that connects the lower portion of the frame 34 and the intermediate portion of the arm 41. In the present embodiment, the driving device 42 extends and contracts the rod by supplying hydraulic oil to the hydraulic cylinder. The arm 41 is configured to change the swing angle by the amount of extension and contraction of the driving device 42.
When the assisting apparatus 1 assists the hip-up operation, the driving device 42 extends and the arm 41 rotates backward. On the other hand, when the assisting apparatus 1 assists the hip lowering operation, the driving apparatus 42 is contracted and the arm 41 is rotated backward. The handle 43 is fixed to the other end (the end opposite to the end connected to the frame 34) of the arm 41. The handle 43 is formed so as to extend in the front-upper direction from the end of the arm 41. The handle 43 is used as a portion to be held by both hands of the assistant M. The side portions and the front portion of the handle 43 are used as portions to be gripped by the assist user for rotating or sliding the assist device 1.
The support member 50 supports the upper body of the person M to be assisted. The support member 50 is detachably fixed to the arm 41. Thus, the support member 50 is provided to the slide member 22 via the arm 41 and the frame 34. When the arm 41 is swung with respect to the frame 34 by the driving of the driving device 42, the support member 50 is tilted in the front-rear direction with respect to the slide member 22.
The support member 50 includes a trunk support portion 51 and a pair of armpit support portions 52. The trunk support portion 51 is formed in a planar shape close to the trunk shape of the person M to be assisted, and is formed to be flexibly deformable. The supporting surface of the trunk supporting portion 51 supports the trunk by making surface contact with the front surface of the trunk in the upper body of the person M to be assisted. The body support portion 51 is attached to the arm 41. The pair of armpit supporting portions 52 support both armpits of the person M to be assisted. Specifically, the pair of armpit supports 52 are provided swingably on the left and right of the trunk support 51. The armpit support portion 52 is formed in an L shape from a rod-like member. The surface of the armpit support portion 52 is covered with a material that can be flexibly deformed.
The control device 60 is incorporated in a control unit (not shown) provided in the base 30. The control unit includes a hydraulic pump for driving the drive unit 42, a battery power supply for control, and the like, in addition to the control device 60. As shown in fig. 3, the control device 60 includes a drive control unit 61 and a controller 62. When the assisting apparatus 1 assists the hip-up operation or the hip-down operation of the person M to be assisted, the drive control section 61 drives the drive apparatus 42 to control the movement of the support member 50 based on a command from the person M to be assisted or the assisting person received by the controller 62.
Further, when the arm 41 of the supporting device 40 swings, the control device 60 restricts the rotation of the rotary table 12. Specifically, the rotation restricting unit 13 of the rotating apparatus 10 switches to a state of restricting the rotation of the rotating table 12 when the driving apparatus 42 is driven based on the control signal of the control apparatus 60. Thus, the rotary table 12 is locked to the fixed portion 11 and cannot rotate while the support member 50 rotates forward or backward.
Further, the control device 60 restricts the sliding of the slide member 22 when the arm 41 of the support device 40 swings. Specifically, the slide restricting unit 23 of the slide device 20 switches to a state of restricting the slide of the slide member 22 when the driving device 42 is driven based on the control signal of the control device 60. Thus, the slide member 22 is locked to the pair of guide rails 21 and cannot slide while the support member 50 is rotated forward or backward.
(1-3. assistance of transfer operation by the assistance device 1)
The processing for assisting the transfer operation by the assisting apparatus 1 will be described with reference to fig. 4 to 9. Here, the support device 1 is installed in a room where a moving object is installed in a support facility, for example. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the auxiliary facility includes a toilet 80 in which a toilet 85 as a movement target is installed. The toilet 80 is defined by a front wall 81 and a rear wall 82 disposed to face each other in the front-rear direction of the toilet 85, and a pair of side walls 83 disposed to face each other in the left-right direction of the toilet 85. The entrance 84 of the toilet 80 is provided in a side wall 83 located on a side of the toilet 85.
The transfer operation in the toilet 80 includes an operation of transferring the person M to be assisted from the wheelchair W to the toilet stool 85 and an operation of transferring the person M to be assisted from the toilet stool 85 to the wheelchair W. As an outline of the transfer operation, first, the assistor gets the assisted person M on the assisting apparatus 1 from the wheelchair W outside the toilet 80. Next, the assistant performs direction change after the assistant subject M supported by the assistant device 1 enters the toilet. The assistor moves the person M to be assisted to the toilet bowl 85 and then seats the person M on the toilet bowl 85.
The transfer operation as described above is composed of a hip-up operation, a direction switching operation, and a hip-down operation. In addition, the present embodiment exemplifies a standing up operation as the hip-up operation. As an initial state of the transfer operation, as shown in fig. 4, the assisted person M is in a sitting posture in which the buttocks Mt comes into contact with the seat surface of the wheelchair W. The person M to be assisted moves to the vicinity of the entrance 84 of the toilet 80 by the operation of the assisting person.
In the initial state of the transfer operation, as shown in fig. 7, the support device 1 sets the turntable 12 of the rotating device 10 at the first angle N1 so that the sliding direction of the sliding member 22 faces the entrance 84 of the toilet 80. At this time, the support surface of the body support portion 51 of the support member 50 faces the side of the toilet 80 (the left-right direction in fig. 7) in plan view. As shown in fig. 4 and 7, the slide member 22 is at a first position P1 at which the person M to be assisted who is pulled out to the outside of the toilet 80 rides on and off the support member 50.
The person M to be assisted places both feet on the foot placement table 31 with the ground mark 311 of the base 30 as a target, and holds the handle 43. The person M to be assisted leans forward in the state of riding in the wheelchair W, and brings the chest into contact with the body support 51 of the support member 50, and the two armpits are supported by the pair of armpit support portions 52. In this state, the person M or the assistant operates the controller 62 to give an instruction to assist the standing operation. Thereby, the drive control section 61 of the control device 60 drives the drive device 42 of the support device 40.
Then, the arm 41 of the supporting device 40 rotates about the axis a2, and the supporting member 50 makes a forward swing. Accordingly, as shown in fig. 5, the upper half of the person M to be assisted rises and moves forward, and the buttocks Mt comes to a standing position away from the seat surface of the wheelchair W. At this time, the knee of the person M to be assisted can be brought into contact with the lower leg rest portion 35. While the driving device 42 is being driven as described above, the rotation of the rotary table 12 is restricted by the rotation restricting portion 13, and the sliding of the sliding member 22 is restricted by the sliding restricting portion 23. This stabilizes the whole support device 1, and as a result, the support of the standing up operation of the person M to be supported can be further stabilized.
Next, when the front swing of the support member 50 is stopped, the rotation restriction by the rotation restricting portion 13 is released, and the slide restriction by the slide restricting portion 23 is released. The assistant slides the sliding member 22 by applying an operation force in the sliding direction to the operation portion 33 of the base 30 or the handle 43 of the support device 40. Thereby, the slide device 20 is contracted, and the base 30 and the support device 40 provided in the slide device 20 are moved in parallel. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the slide member 22 is pushed into the second position P2 at which the person M to be assisted supported by the support member 50 enters the toilet 80, inside the toilet 80.
Further, the assistor applies an operation force to the operation portion 33 of the base 30 or the handle 43 of the support device 40 in the circumferential direction of the rotary table 12 to rotate the rotary table 12 about the axis a 1. Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the slide device 20, the base 30, and the support device 40 provided in the rotation device 10 rotate in the counterclockwise direction integrally. At this time, the assist device 1 is in a state where the slide device 20 is retracted, and therefore the distance from the axis a1 to the outermost portion is shortened by a distance corresponding to the movable range of the slide member 22 (the distance from the first position P1 to the second position P2). Thereby, the assist device 1 can perform compact direction change.
The rotation table 12 is rotated by 90 degrees from the first angle N1, and the rotation with respect to the fixed unit 11 is restricted by the angle fixing device 15 in a state where the sliding direction of the slide member 22 is directed to the toilet 85 as the movement target. Thereby, the turntable 12 is angularly fixed at the second angle N2 by the angle fixing device 15. In this way, the assistor can turn the direction of the person M to be assisted supported by the support device 40 to a state of facing away from the toilet 85.
Then, the assistant applies an operation force in the sliding direction to the operation portion 33 of the base 30 or the handle 43 of the support device 40, thereby sliding the sliding member 22 toward the toilet bowl 85. Thereby, the slide device 20 is extended, and the base 30 and the support device 40 provided in the slide device 20 are moved in parallel. As shown in fig. 9, the slide member 22 moves from the rotated second position P2-2 to the third position P3.
The rotated second position P2-2 is the position of the slide member 22 when the rotary table 12 is angularly fixed at the second angle N2 by the angle fixing device 15 and the slide device 20 is in the retracted state. The third position P3 is a position of the slide member 22 at which the person M to be assisted, which is supported by the support member 50 and whose direction has been switched by the rotation of the rotary table 12, can be seated in the toilet 85. That is, the third position P3 is a position of the slide member 22 when the support member 50 is sufficiently close to the toilet bowl 85 to allow the person M to be assisted to sit thereon.
In this state, the person M or the assistant operates the controller 62 to give an instruction to assist the hip lowering operation. Thereby, the drive control section 61 of the control device 60 drives the drive device 42 of the support device 40. Then, the arm 41 of the supporting device 40 rotates about the axis a2, and the supporting member 50 makes a backward swing. Accordingly, the upper body of the person M to be assisted descends and moves backward, and the hip part Mt comes into contact with the seat surface of the toilet 85.
During the driving of the driving device 42 as described above, the rotation of the rotary table 12 is restricted by the rotation restricting portion 13 and the sliding of the sliding member 22 is restricted by the sliding restricting portion 23, as in the case of the assistance of the standing operation. This stabilizes the whole assisting apparatus 1, and as a result, it is possible to stabilize the assisting of the hip lowering operation of the person M to be assisted.
The operation of assisting the person M to be assisted to transfer from the toilet 85 to the wheelchair W is assisted in a reverse order to the above. Here, in the present embodiment, the rotatable angle range Ra of the turntable 12 is an angle range from the first angle N1 to the second angle N2. Thus, when the turntable 12 is rotated so that the slide member 22 of the assist device 1 is moved from the second position P2-2 after the direction change to the original second position P2, the turntable 12 is angularly fixed at the first angle N1 by the angle fixing device 15 at the end of the rotatable angular range Ra. As a result, the assistor can turn the direction of the person M supported by the support device 40 to the original first angle N1, and the person M is in a state of facing away from the wheelchair W.
The movable range Rs of the slide member 22 is set to a range in which the support member 50 is slid between a first position P1 at which the assisted person M rides in and out of the support member 50 on the outside of the toilet 80 and a second position P2 at which the assisted person M supported by the support member 50 enters the toilet 80 on the inside of the toilet 80. In addition, as long as the distance between the rotated second position P2-2 and the third position P3 in the toilet 80 is longer than the distance between the first position P1 and the second position P2, the movable range Rs of the slide member 22 may be formed in a range corresponding thereto.
(2. Effect of the structure according to the embodiment)
As described above, the assist device 1 disclosed in the present specification includes: a rotary table 12 provided on a floor surface F of a room (toilet 80) and rotatable about an axis a1 parallel to the vertical direction; a slide member 22 provided on the turntable 12 and slidable in the horizontal direction; and a support member 50 provided on the slide member 22 and supporting the upper body of the person M to be assisted. The slide member 22 slides the support member 50 between a position (first position P1) outside the room (toilet 80) where the person M to be assisted rides in and out of the support member 50 and a position (second position P2) inside the room (toilet 80) where the person M to be assisted supported by the support member 50 enters the room (toilet 80).
According to such a configuration, the person M to be assisted supported by the support member 50 can enter the room (toilet 80) from the outside of the room (toilet 80) to the inside of the room by sliding the slide member 22. This can shorten the distance from the rotation center (axis a1) of the turntable 12 to the outermost portion, and thus can perform direction switching compactly. For example, in a configuration without the slide member 22, the support member 50 needs to be operated so that the person M to be assisted approaches the rotation center. In contrast, in the above configuration, as long as the buttocks Mt of the person M to be assisted can be in a floating state (a state of being separated from the seat surface) at the ascending/descending position (the first position), the person can enter the room by sliding the slide member 22. That is, the operation of raising the assisted person M floating up the hip Mt to a higher position can be omitted.
After the compact direction change, the person M to be assisted is moved to the movement destination (toilet 85) by appropriately sliding the slide member 22. In contrast to the assistance device including, for example, a device for lifting the person M to be assisted and a rotating device, which requires an enlarged radius of rotation in order to secure a movable range, the configuration of the present embodiment can be extended and contracted by sliding the slide member 22 at an angle required for the transfer operation. As a result, the usability of the supporting apparatus 1 installed in a room (toilet 80) with limited space can be improved, and the burden on the supporting person and the person M to be supported can be reduced.
The auxiliary device 1 includes: a rotary table 12 provided on a floor surface F of a room (toilet 80) and rotatable about an axis a1 parallel to the vertical direction; a slide member 22 provided on the turntable 12 and slidable in the horizontal direction; and a support member 50 provided on the slide member 22 and supporting the upper body of the person M to be assisted. The rotatable angle range Ra of the turntable 12 includes a first angle N1 at which the sliding direction of the slide member 22 faces the entrance 84 of the room (toilet 80) and a second angle N2 at which the sliding direction of the slide member 22 faces the moving object (toilet 85) provided in the room (toilet 80). The assist device 1 includes an angle fixing device 15, and the angle fixing device 15 fixes the angle of the turntable 12 at least one of the first angle N1 and the second angle N2.
With such a configuration, the rotatable range in the rotation direction of the rotary table 12 can be secured by the sliding of the sliding member 22. This can shorten the distance from the rotation center (axis a1) of the turntable 12 to the outermost portion, and thus can perform direction switching compactly. Further, the angle fixing device 15 limits the rotatable range of the turntable 12 to a part of the entire circumference, thereby preventing the turntable 12 from being rotated by an assistant or the like by a large amount beyond the first angle N1 and the second angle N2. The turntable 12 is fixed in angle by the angle fixing device 15 at the first angle N1 and the second angle N2. Accordingly, when the support person or the like rotates the turntable 12, the angle is easily fixed to the first angle N1 and the second angle N2, and the operability of the support apparatus 1 can be improved.
After the compact direction change, the sliding member 22 slides appropriately to move the person M to the destination (toilet 85). As a result, the usability of the supporting device 1 installed in a room (toilet 80) with limited space can be improved, and the burden on the supporting person and the person M to be supported can be reduced.
In the above-described assist device 1, the movable range Rs of the slide member 22 includes the first position P1, the second position P2, and the third position P3 at which the assisted person M supported by the support member 50 and having been changed in direction by the rotation of the rotary table 12 can be seated on the movement destination (toilet 85). The assist device 1 includes a positioning device 25, and the positioning device 25 positions the slide member 22 at least at two positions among the first position P1, the second position P2, and the third position P3.
With such a configuration, the assist person or the like can easily position the slide member 22 at the first position P1 or the second position P2 when sliding the slide member, and the operability of the assist device 1 can be improved.
The assisting apparatus 1 includes a driving device 42, and the driving device 42 moves the support member 50 relative to the slide member 22 so that the buttocks Mt of the person M in the sitting position is separated from the seat surface.
With this configuration, the upper body of the person M to be assisted can be raised and lowered by operating the support member 50 with the drive device 42. In this way, the assisting operation with a high burden on the assistor can be assisted by the driving device 42, and therefore the burden on the assistor can be reduced.
In the auxiliary device 1, the turntable 12 is configured to be rotatable about the axis a 1. The assist device 1 includes a rotation restricting unit 13, and the rotation restricting unit 13 switches between a state of restricting rotation of the turntable 12 and a state of allowing rotation of the turntable 12.
With this configuration, the rotation restricting unit 13 can stop the rotary table 12 at an arbitrary angle or can release the restriction of rotation to allow free rotation. Thus, for example, the rotation of the turntable 12 can be stopped as necessary during the ascending and descending of the person M to be assisted or the sliding of the sliding member 22, and the operation of the assisting apparatus 1 can be stabilized.
The assisting apparatus 1 includes a driving device 42, and the driving device 42 moves the support member 50 relative to the slide member 22 so that the buttocks Mt of the person M in the sitting position is separated from the seat surface. The rotation restricting unit 13 is switched to a state of restricting the rotation of the turntable 12 when the driving device 42 is driven.
With this configuration, the rotation of the turntable 12 is restricted by the rotation restricting unit 13 while the driving device 42 is driving. Thus, the movement of the support member 50 for shifting to the posture in which the buttocks Mt of the person M is separated from the seat surface suppresses the direction change of the person M, and the person M can securely carry the body to the assisting apparatus 1.
In the auxiliary device 1, the slide member 22 is configured to be slidable in the sliding direction. The assist device 1 includes a slide restricting unit 23, and the slide restricting unit 23 switches between a state of restricting the slide of the slide member 22 and a state of allowing the slide of the slide member 22.
With this configuration, the slide member 22 can be stopped at an arbitrary position or can be freely slid by releasing the slide restriction by the slide restricting portion 23. This makes it possible to stop the sliding of the sliding member 22 as necessary during the ascending and descending of the person M to be assisted or the rotation of the rotary table 12, for example, and to stabilize the operation of the assisting apparatus 1.
The assisting apparatus 1 includes a driving device 42, and the driving device 42 moves the support member 50 relative to the slide member 22 so that the buttocks Mt of the person M in the sitting position is separated from the seat surface. The slide restricting portion 23 is switched to a state of restricting the slide of the slide member 22 when the driving device 42 is driven.
With this configuration, the slide of the slide member 22 is restricted by the slide restricting portion 23 while the driving device 42 is being driven. Thus, during the movement of the support member 50 for shifting to the posture in which the buttocks Mt of the person M is separated from the seat surface, the forward and backward movement of the person M by the slide member 22 can be suppressed, and the person M can securely support the body to the assisting apparatus 1.
The assisting apparatus 1 includes an operation unit 33, and the operation unit 33 receives an operation of rotating the rotating table 12 or an operation of sliding the sliding member 22 by a foot force of an assisting person who assists the person M to be assisted.
With such a configuration, the power necessary for rotating or sliding the assist device 1 according to the mass of the person M to be assisted can be applied from the operation unit 33. Thus, for example, the assistant can support the support member 50 with both hands and rotate the rotary table 12 or slide the slide member 22 by the foot force. This can improve the operability of the assisting apparatus 1, and can further reduce the burden on the assisting person and the person M to be assisted.
In the above-described auxiliary device 1, the room is a toilet 80 in which a toilet 85 as a movement target is installed.
The toilet 80 sometimes has a limited indoor space, and the entrance 84 is not designed to be large. In such transfer to the toilet 80, it is required to reliably assist the entry and exit of the person M to be assisted and the movement to the toilet 85 as the movement target in a narrow room. In contrast, according to the assisting apparatus 1 having the above-described configuration, the direction can be changed compactly while the person to be assisted M can be moved to the toilet bowl 85 reliably while the person to be assisted M is getting on and off the outside of the toilet 80. Thus, it is particularly useful to provide the toilet 80 with the auxiliary device 1 having the structure exemplified in the present embodiment.
(3. modification of embodiment)
(3-1. about the rotating device 10, sliding device 20)
In the embodiment, the room in which the auxiliary device 1 is installed is a toilet 80 including a toilet stool 85 as a movement target. The support device 1 may be installed in various rooms. In this case or in the case where the entrance 84 is provided in the rear wall 82 or the like instead of the side wall 83 in the toilet 80, the rotatable angle range Ra of the rotating table 12 may be set to various angle ranges such as 180 degrees instead of 90 degrees.
For example, the rotatable angle range Ra of the turntable 12 may be adjustable according to the use of the auxiliary device 1. Specifically, the angle fixing device 15 may be configured such that the pair of protrusions 151 are movable along the outer peripheral edge of the fixing portion 11 and fixed at arbitrary circumferential positions by screwing or the like. This provides the same effects as those of the embodiment, and can cope with changes in the application and installation location of the support device 1.
The angle fixing device 15 may be configured to fix the angle of the rotary table 12 at one position or at a predetermined angle of three or more positions according to the use of the auxiliary device 1. For example, when the rotary table 12 is angularly fixed at a predetermined angle of three or more positions, the angle fixing device 15 may be configured to angularly fix the rotary table 12 by engaging a plunger provided in the fixing portion 11 with an engagement hole provided in the rotary table 12, for example, when the rotary table 12 is formed at the predetermined angle, instead of the pair of projections 151 and the engagement portion 152.
In addition, in the rotating device 10, the rotating table 12 may be configured to be freely rotatable over the entire circumference when the moving target provided in the room of the auxiliary facility is not fixed to the floor surface F or when there are a plurality of transfer starting points or moving targets. In the embodiment, the axis a1, which is the rotation center of the turntable 12, is set at the intersection of a straight line passing through the center in the width direction of the entrance 84 and a straight line passing through the center in the width direction of the toilet bowl 85 that is the movement target. On the other hand, the axis a1 may be set as appropriate according to the doorway 84, the position of the moving target, the positional relationship between the rotary table 12 and the slide device 20, and the like.
In the embodiment, the movable range Rs of the slide member 22 of the slide device 20 is set to a range in which the support member 50 is slid between the first position P1 and the second position P2 at which the assisted person M enters and exits the toilet 80. In contrast, the movable range Rs may be set to a range in which the support member 50 can be appropriately slid so as to be carried even if it is separated from the axis a1 of the turntable 12 to some extent, in addition to the range in which the assisted person M is to enter or exit depending on the use of the assist device 1. In such a configuration, even if the position of the wheelchair W or the like approaching the assist apparatus 1 fixed to the floor surface F is not accurate, the adjustment can be performed by the sliding of the sliding member 22, and the usability of the assist apparatus 1 during the transfer operation can be improved.
The movable range Rs of the slide member 22 can be adjusted according to the use of the assist device 1, for example. Specifically, the positioning device 25 may be configured such that the pair of slide stoppers 251 are movable along the guide rail 21 and fixed at arbitrary slide direction positions by screwing or the like. This provides the same effects as those of the embodiment, and can cope with changes in the application and installation location of the support device 1.
The slide device 20 is provided on the turntable 12 such that the axis a1 of the turntable 12 is positioned on a straight line passing through the center in the width direction of the slide member 22. In contrast, the sliding direction of the sliding member 22 may be shifted from the radial direction of the turntable 12 according to the use of the auxiliary device 1 or the layout of the installed room. Further, the support member 50 may be inclined in the horizontal direction with respect to the sliding direction of the slide member 22. The pair of guide rails 21 defining the trajectory of the sliding member 22 may be formed in various shapes such as a curved shape, in addition to a straight shape as exemplified in the embodiment.
The assist device 1 may be configured to include a mechanism for defining a movement trajectory of the support device 40 so that the rotation operation of the rotary table 12 and the sliding operation of the slide member 22 are synchronized. According to such a configuration, for example, when an operation force for rotating the support member 50 is applied after the person M to be assisted gets on the assisting apparatus 1, the rotation of the rotating table 12 is started while the slide apparatus 20 is retracted. After the rotation to a certain extent, the slide device 20 is extended again, and the assisted person can move to the moving object.
In the embodiment, the rotary table 12 is configured to be rotatable, and the slide member 22 is configured to be slidable. On the other hand, at least one of the rotary table 12 and the slide member 22 may be controlled in rotation angle or slide position by applying a driving force to the rotary table by an actuator or the like, for example. In such a configuration, the rotary table 12 and the slide member 22 may be configured to be moved appropriately by coordinating the operations of the actuators together and the operation of the driving device 42 of the supporting device 40.
In the above-described configuration, the angle fixing device 15 and the positioning device 25 may be constituted by, for example, a control unit of an actuator, and fix the angle of the rotating table 12 to a predetermined angle stored in advance, and position the slide member 22 to a predetermined position stored in advance. At this time, the predetermined angle and the rotatable angle range Ra of the rotary table 12 and the predetermined position and the movable range Rs of the slide member 22 may be arbitrarily changed by changing the setting of the control unit of the actuator.
Specifically, the assist device 1 receives a change in the set values of the predetermined angle and the angle range Ra based on the assist person or the operator who sets the assist device 1, and stores the change in the control unit of the actuator. The angle fixing device 15, which is a control unit of the actuator, controls the operation of the actuator based on the set predetermined angle and the angle range Ra, thereby fixing the angle of the turntable 12. The assist device 1 similarly receives changes in the set values of the predetermined position and the movable range Rs, and stores the changes in the control unit of the actuator. The positioning device 25, which is a control unit of the actuator, controls the operation of the actuator based on the set predetermined position and the movable range Rs, thereby positioning the slide member 22. With this configuration, the predetermined angle, the angle range Ra, the predetermined position, and the movable range Rs can be easily set by changing the set value of the control unit of the actuator, and the auxiliary device 1 can be adapted to a change in the application or installation location.
In the embodiment, the control device 60 restricts the rotation of the turntable 12 and the sliding of the sliding member 22 when the driving device 42 of the supporting device 40 is driven. On the other hand, even when the driving device 42 is driven, at least one of the rotation of the rotary table 12 and the sliding of the sliding member 22 may be permitted. For example, when the sliding of the sliding member 22 is allowed during the driving of the driving device 42, it is possible to confirm that the buttocks Mt of the person M to be assisted moves away from the seat surface during the execution of the buttocks-raising operation, and to slide the sliding member 22 to move the person M to be assisted forward. Further, the slide member 22 can be slid so that the position of the hip Mt of the person M to be assisted can be adjusted with respect to the seat surface of the movement target during the execution of the hip lowering operation.
(3-2. other)
In the embodiment, the driving device 42 of the supporting device 40 is hydraulic. In contrast, the driving device 42 can adopt various forms as long as the support member 50 can be moved relative to the slide member 22 so as to separate the buttocks Mt of the person M in the sitting posture from the seat surface. For example, the driving device 42 may be an elastic device such as a gas spring, or may be a lifting device that can be lifted while maintaining the angle of the support member 50. The driving device 42 may be configured to include a swing device for swinging the support member 50 and a lifting device for lifting and lowering the support member.
The controller 62 of the control device 60 is configured to receive a command by a manual operation of the assistant or the assistant recipient M. In contrast, the controller 62 may be provided on the leg of the base 30 or the like so as to be able to receive a command by a foot operation of the assistor, for example. With such a configuration, the assisting person can give an instruction to the assisting apparatus 1 so as to assist the hip-up operation or the hip-down operation while supporting the body of the person M to be assisted or the handle 43 of the supporting apparatus 40 with both hands.
