Abstract

本发明公开了一种PET薄壁瓶体注塑工艺,包含以下步骤:(1)将原料放入烘干箱里,烘干后取出加置注塑机中;(2)将原料放置到注塑机料筒中采用电热丝加热管(圈)对注塑机内的塑料进行加热;(3)注塑模具热流道部分电热加热,作为产品成形后冷却;(4)分三个阶段将料筒加热过的塑料注射到所述定模具和动模具中;(5):定模具和动模具中充满热熔的原料后,保持压力等待热熔原料冷却固化;(6)待原料成形固化后取件;本注塑工艺直接通过注塑机既可完成瓶体注塑冷却成形,并且瓶壁厚度薄并均匀,减少吹瓶环节,缩短了生产周期和生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及注塑工艺领域,尤其是涉及一种PET薄壁瓶体注塑工艺。
背景技术
塑料瓶作为日常生活中必不可少的生活用品,现有生产流程为先采用注塑机注塑成瓶胚,再通过吹瓶机进行吹瓶成形,该种方式存在生产周期长,生产效率低的问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种PET薄壁瓶体注塑工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种PET薄壁瓶体注塑工艺,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
1)PET原料及预热处理:将原料放入烘干箱里,把烘干温度调至130℃-200℃,烘干时间3h-6h,把原料中的水份烘干,烘干后取出加置注塑机中;
2)原料加热:将原料放置到注塑机料筒中采用电热丝加热管(圈)对注塑机内的塑料进行加热;
3)注塑模具热流道部分电热加热:将注塑模具中的定模具的主流道加热到250℃-350℃,分流道以电压控温,电压调至到80V-160V,模具中的公腔牙以冷却水冷却,冷却温度调至20℃-7℃,作为产品成形后冷却;
4)注塑:分三个阶段将所述步骤2)中料筒加热过的塑料注射到所述定模具和动模具中;
5)充模冷却:所述定模具和动模具中充满热熔的原料后,保持压力等待热熔原料冷却固化;
6)取件:待原料成形固化后取件。
作为一个优选项,所述步骤2)中所述电热丝加热管(圈)的感应加热圈频率范围为800Hz-500Hz。
作为一个优选项,所述步骤4)中第一阶段注射压力为90bar-150bar,速度为70g/s-99g/s,第二阶段注射压力为35-80bar,速度为20-65,第三阶段注射压力为15-50bar,速度为10-40。
作为一个优选项,所述步骤4)中保持的压力为40bar-70bar,保持压力的时间为1S-6S。
作为一个优选项,所述步骤5)中冷却时间为3S-10S。
作为一个优选项,所述步骤3)中的模具加热以电箱来控制电热丝加热管,控制方式有电流、电压、控温控制加热。电箱中的款式有按键电箱和触摸屏电箱来控制加热。
作为一个优选项,整个注塑工艺当中采用普通高速机或定制高速机来设定不同的参数来注射成形产品,定制高速机采用160T-600T型号机台。
本发明的有益效果是:
本注塑工艺直接通过注塑机既可完成瓶体注塑冷却成形,并且瓶壁厚度薄并均匀,减少吹瓶环节,缩短了生产周期和生产成本。
具体实施方式
一种PET薄壁瓶体注塑工艺,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
1)PET原料及预热处理:将原料放入烘干箱里,把烘干温度调至130℃-200℃,烘干时间3h-6h,把原料中的水份烘干,烘干后取出加置注塑机中;
2)原料加热:将原料放置到注塑机料筒中采用电热丝加热管(圈)对注塑机内的塑料进行加热电热丝加热管(圈)的感应加热圈频率范围为800Hz-500Hz;
3)注塑模具热流道部分电热加热:将注塑模具中的定模具的主流道加热到250℃-350℃,分流道以电压控温,电压调至到80V-160V,模具中的公腔牙以冷却水冷却,冷却温度调至20℃-7℃,作为产品成形后冷却;

上述整个注塑工艺当中采用普通高速机或定制高速机来设定不同的参数来注射成形产品,定制高速机采用160T-600T型号机台。
根据上述原理,本发明还可以对上述实施方式进行适当的变更和修改;因此,本发明并不局限于上面揭示和描述的具体实施方式,对本发明的一些修改和变更也应当落入本发明的权利要求的保护范围内。

1.一种PET薄壁瓶体注塑工艺,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
1)PET原料及预热处理:将原料放入烘干箱里,把烘干温度调至130℃-200℃,烘干时间3h-6h,把原料中的水份烘干,烘干后取出加置注塑机中;
2)原料加热:将原料放置到注塑机料筒中采用电热丝加热管(圈)对注塑机内的塑料进行加热;
3)注塑模具热流道部分电热加热:将注塑模具中的定模具的主流道加热到250℃-350℃,分流道以电压控温,电压调至到80V-160V,模具中的公腔牙以冷却水冷却,冷却温度调至20℃-7℃,作为产品成形后冷却;
4)注塑:分三个阶段将所述步骤2)中料筒加热过的塑料注射到所述定模具和动模具中;
5)充模冷却:所述定模具和动模具中充满热熔的原料后,保持压力等待热熔原料冷却固化;
6)取件:待原料成形固化后取件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PET薄壁瓶体注塑工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中所述电热丝加热管(圈)的感应加热圈频率范围为800Hz-500Hz。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PET薄壁瓶体注塑工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤4)中第一阶段注射压力为90bar-150bar,速度为70g/s-99g/s,第二阶段注射压力为35-80bar,速度为20-65,第三阶段注射压力为15-50bar,速度为10-40。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种PET薄壁瓶体注塑工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤5)中冷却时间为3S-10S。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种PET薄壁瓶体注塑工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中的模具加热以电箱来控制电热丝加热管,控制方式有电流、电压、控温控制加热,电箱中的款式有按键电箱和触摸屏电箱来控制加热。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种PET薄壁瓶体注塑工艺,其特征在于,整个注塑工艺当中采用普通高速机或定制高速机来设定不同的参数来注射成形产品,定制高速机采用160T-600T型号机台。
