Abstract

本发明涉及一种单向导湿微型窗针织面料的制备方法,包括:编织、染色、后处理、印花。本发明通过面料的吸湿快干功能,将水分导向织物表面;因表面印有拒水花纹,没有印到的地方吸收水分后色泽变深和拒水花纹形成颜色差异从而使图案显露出来;既能发挥吸湿快干功能使人体避免闷热、潮湿又对衣服的外观起到美化作用,具有良好的应用前景。

一种单向导湿微型窗针织面料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于针织面料领域,特别涉及一种单向导湿微型窗针织面料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着全球经济水平的不断提高,越来越多消费者对于衣着打扮有了更高层次的要求,时尚的、个性化的面料和服装款式正逐渐进入人们的视线。于是一些兼具功能性的服装面料开始被大家所青睐。随着研究的不断深入,人们越来越关注于如何使得面料贴近人体的一面能快速地向外传导汗液,以保持面料在与人体接触的一面上的干爽程度,同时使面料向外的另一面能够快速吸收且蒸发汗液,利用蒸发潜热降低面料表面温度并带给人体舒适感,即,使面料具备双面性,也就是单向导湿的性能。此外,在服装面料中,由棉、麻、丝、各种化纤或其组合而成的纯纺织物和混纺织物的使用是最为广泛的,因此对于此类针织物的研究尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种单向导湿微型窗针织面料的制备方法,该方法解决了运动时汗液的快速排出、并在织物表面显现几何图案避免衣服被汗打湿后的不雅外观的问题。
本发明的一种单向导湿微型窗针织面料的制备方法,包括:
(1)选取全棉纱线,在双面针织大圆机下按双面组织进行编织,得到针织面料;
(2)将针织面料漂白,具体为:常温下加入片碱、精炼剂,升温到70-80℃加入双氧水,再升温到98-100℃保温50-60分钟,降温到70-80℃排水,进水加入冰醋酸升温到60-70℃保温15-20分钟排水,然后进水常温水洗10-15分钟排水;
(3)针织面料进行染色、后处理,具体为:染料60-70℃温水化开过滤,常温下加入,升温至80-90℃保温20-25分钟,降温至70-80℃排水,进水加入皂洗剂,升温至70-80℃保温10-15分钟排水,进水常温水洗10-15分钟排水,进水加入柔软剂,升温至40-50℃运行10-15分钟出缸;最后进行脱水、烘干、吸湿快干定型整理;
(4)最后将拒水拒油拒污整理剂调制色浆,制版(LOGO),圆网印花,成品定型加柔软剂,面料表面形成拒水花纹,即得单向导湿微型窗针织面料。
所述步骤(1)中的针织面料的密度为32cm/100针。
所述步骤(2)中的片碱的加入量为1~2g/L;精炼剂TF-108的加入量为0.1~1g/L;双氧水的加入量为5~8g/L;冰醋酸的加入量为0.1~1g/L。
所述精炼剂TF-108为表面活性剂的复配物,用于提升纤维毛效、白度(精炼剂TF-108购自浙江传化化学制品有限公司)。
所述步骤(3)中的染料的加入量为面料质量的0.5-3%;皂洗剂TF1-30B的加入量为1~2g/L;柔软剂的加入量为5~8g/L。亲水织物整理剂MGF-022的加入量为50g/L.
所述皂洗剂TF1-30B为阴离子表面活性剂,去除纤维表面浮色,提升纤维牢度(购自宁波兴化化学);所述柔软剂为有机硅柔软剂,可改善面料手感,使面料更加滑爽、柔软(购自浙江传化化学制品有限公司)。
所述步骤(3)中的吸湿快干定型整理采用亲水织物整理剂MGF-022(购自宁波明星精细化工有限公司),加入量为50~60g/L。
所述步骤(4)中的拒水拒油拒污整理剂为HS1100整理剂。HS1100拒水整理剂对织物色泽影响少,干燥情况下不改变本来织物颜色对人体安全无刺激。耐水洗、干洗。(购自赫特国际上海有限公司)
所述步骤(4)中的圆网印花的具体工艺为:130℃干布;蒸布10min,固色,皂洗,水洗(洗冷水、煮热水);150℃干布。
有益效果
本发明通过面料的吸湿快干功能,将水分导向织物表面;因表面印有拒水花纹,没有印到的地方吸收水分后色泽变深和拒水花纹形成颜色差异从而使图案显露出来;既能发挥吸湿快干功能使人体避免闷热、潮湿又对衣服的外观起到美化作用,具有良好的应用前景。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。
实施例1
(1)选取32s精梳全棉纱线,在双面针织大圆机下按双面组织(双面组织织物有一定的厚度,以便将水分从一面导向另一面)进行编织,得到针织面料;其中,面料密度32cm/100针,纱线经过倒筒、上蜡,选用24针34吋,72路进纱,机速21转/分钟编织。
(2)将针织面料漂白,具体为:如图4所示,常温下加入片碱、表面活性剂的复配物升温到70℃加入双氧水,再升温到100℃保温50分钟,降温到70℃排水,进水加入冰醋酸升温到60℃保温15分钟排水,然后进水常温水洗10分钟排水;
其中,双氧水的加入量为5g/升,片碱的加入量为1.5克/升,精炼剂TF-108的加入量为0.5g/升,冰醋酸的加入量为0.5g/升。
(3)针织面料进行染色、后处理,具体为:如图5所示,染料用60℃温水化开过滤,常温下加入,升温到80℃保温20分钟,降温到70℃排水,进水加入皂洗剂TF1-30B,升温到70℃保温10分钟排水,进水常温水洗10分钟排水,进水加入有机硅柔软剂升温到40℃运行10分钟出缸;最后进行脱水、烘干、亲水织物整理剂MGF-022吸湿快干定型整理;
其中,染料的加入量为针织面料质量的0.5-3%,皂洗剂TF1-30B的加入量为1g/升,有机硅柔软剂的加入量为5g/升,亲水织物整理剂MGF-022的加入量为50g/L;
(4)印花:HS1100整理剂调制活性浆,制版(广源LOGO),圆网印。130℃干布;蒸布10min,固色,皂洗,水洗(洗冷水、煮热水),150℃干布,成品定型加柔软剂,面料表面形成拒水花纹,即得单向导湿微型窗针织面料。

Claims (9)

1.一种单向导湿微型窗针织面料的制备方法,包括:
(1)选取全棉纱线,在双面针织大圆机下按双面组织进行编织,得到针织面料;
(2)将针织面料漂白,具体为:常温下加入片碱、精炼剂,升温到70-80℃加入双氧水,再升温到98-100℃保温50-60分钟,降温到70-80℃排水,进水加入冰醋酸升温到60-70℃保温15-20分钟排水,然后进水常温水洗10-15分钟排水;
(3)针织面料进行染色、后处理,具体为:染料60-70℃温水化开过滤,常温下加入,升温至80-90℃保温20-25分钟,降温至70-80℃排水,进水加入皂洗剂,升温至70-80℃保温10-15分钟排水,进水常温水洗10-15分钟排水,进水加入柔软剂,升温至40-50℃运行10-15分钟出缸;最后进行脱水、烘干、吸湿快干定型整理;
(4)最后将拒水拒油拒污整理剂调制色浆,制版,圆网印花,成品定型加柔软剂,面料表面形成拒水花纹,即得单向导湿微型窗针织面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单向导湿微型窗针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的针织面料的密度为32cm/100针。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种单向导湿微型窗针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中的片碱的加入量为1-2g/L;精炼剂的加入量为0.1~1g/L;双氧水的加入量为5~8g/L;冰醋酸的加入量为0.1~1g/L。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种单向导湿微型窗针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述精炼剂为表面活性剂的复配物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种单向导湿微型窗针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中的染料的加入量为面料质量的0.5-3%;皂洗剂的加入量为1~2g/L;柔软剂的加入量为5~8g/L。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种单向导湿微型窗针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述皂洗剂为阴离子表面活性剂;所述柔软剂为有机硅柔软剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种单向导湿微型窗针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中的吸湿快干定型整理采用亲水织物整理剂MGF-022,加入量为50~60g/L。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种单向导湿微型窗针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中的拒水拒油拒污整理剂为HS1100整理剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种单向导湿微型窗针织面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中的圆网印花的具体工艺为:130℃干布;蒸布10min,固色,皂洗,水洗;150℃干布。
