背景技术
面料作为服装三要素之一,是用于制作服装的材料,其不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接关系到服装色彩、造型的表现效果。随着人们生活水平的逐渐提高,人们对面料提出了越来越多的功能性方面的要求,特别是适用于羽绒服装的面料,对面料的防钻绒性、柔软性、防水性等功能都有较高的要求。
羽绒服钻绒现象一直是羽绒面料生产企业关注的技术热点和难点,也直接关系到用户的穿着体验。防羽绒面料是线密度值较小的薄型织物,并且需要能防止羽绒向外钻出,因此又被称为防羽布。
现有公告号为CN103668647B的中国发明专利,公开了一种柔塞丝防羽面料,面料采用80纱支经纱和纬纱编织形成双层面料,经纱为50%质量分数的长绒棉,长绒棉柔软度高,可以使面料更加顺滑,减小了面料摩擦声音;纬纱为50%质量分数的超细涤纶纤维,柔塞丝面料的正面为长绒棉,反面为超细涤纶纤维。
现有技术方案中虽然采用80纱支密度编织来提高面料密度,从而减小钻绒跑毛的现象,但单纯通过提高面料组织细度的方法难以赋予面料持久、高效的防羽性能,因此还需要进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种天丝涤纶交织防羽面料及其制备方法,制成的面料具有透气柔软,防水拒油性好,防钻绒性能持久的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种天丝涤纶交织防羽面料,包括以下重量份的组分:15-30份天丝、10-15份长绒棉、20-35份涤纶;所述天丝为60S的天丝纱支,所述长绒棉为80S-100S的长绒棉纱支,所述涤纶为0.89tex的超细涤纶纱支。
通过采用上述技术方案,天丝是以针叶树为主的木浆、水和溶剂氧化胺混合,加热至完全溶解,在溶解过程中不会产生任何衍生物和化学作用,经除杂而直接纺丝,其分子结构是简单的碳水化合物,对人体完全无害,纤维可反复使用,是一种环保绿色纤维;天丝具有媲美真丝的柔软触感,具有比棉更好的吸湿性,轻薄易洗易干,有良好的抑菌性,能有效减少细菌滋生,其制成的面料具有良好的水洗尺寸稳定性,水洗缩水率小,色泽亮丽,是一种天然的丝光面料。
长绒棉属于天然材质,健康环保,具有高舒适度和高柔软度的优点,长绒棉比一般全棉品质更高、其纤维柔长、透气性好、富有丝光、强力较高,可以比较容易的纺织高支纱线;涤纶弹性好、强度高,耐磨耐腐蚀性好,能够有效提高面料的强度。
采用60S的天丝纱支,80S-100S的长绒棉纱支,以及0.89tex的超细涤纶纱支可以有效提高面料密度,增加面料经线纬线的线密度,从而起到减小面料钻绒现象的作用。
本发明进一步设置为,所述天丝涤交织防羽面料的组织结构为提花组织工艺织造而成。
通过采用上述技术方案,提花组织工艺对纱线精细度有很高的要求,组织织物密度高,可以有效减小钻绒现象产生。
本发明进一步设置为,所述天丝涤交织防羽面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、整经织造:将天丝纱线、长绒棉纱线在分条整经机上整经得到经纱,整经速度为160-180m/min,倒轴速度为115-140m/min;
S2、面料织造:将S1步骤得到的经纱与超细涤纶纬纱进行织造;
S3、拒水增塑整理:将S2步骤得到的面料放置于拒水增塑混合整理液水浴中,浴液中拒水增塑混合整理剂的浓度为60-90g/L,浴比为1:(8-10),浸渍25-35min;
S4、轧光干燥:将S3步骤得到的面料通过轧光干燥机进行摩擦轧光,压力为8-12MPa,摩擦辊的温度为120-125℃,轧光后面料干燥至10%-15%水分含量;
S5、柔软后整理:将S4步骤的面料在定型机上进行浸压柔软整理,整理液中的柔软剂浓度为90-120g/L,浴比为1:(6-8),浸压时间为15-20min,整理液温度为65-75℃,浸压后对面料进行烘干定型,温度为135-145℃,时间为25-40s。
通过采用上述技术方案,将整经制造后的面料进行拒水增塑整理,通过将面料浸渍于拒水剂与增塑剂混合形成的整理液中,增塑整理剂通过渗透、吸附并最终与面料内部纤维结合,从而使面料纤维的柔软度及塑性更好,也有助于拒水整理剂更好的浸润并与纤维结合,提高面料的防水性能;轧光干燥可以提高整理剂与面料中纤维的结合牢度,增加面料防水性能的持久性;柔软后整理可以通过柔软整理剂,进一步提升面料的柔软性及手感,增加面料的穿着舒适度。
本发明进一步设置为,所述步骤S3中拒水增塑混合整理剂包括质量比为(3:1)-(4:1)的拒水剂与增塑剂。
通过采用上述技术方案,增塑剂通过渗透、吸附并最终与面料内部纤维结合,提高了面料纤维的柔软度及塑性,而拒水剂一般为烷烃长链化合物或有机硅聚合物,纤维的柔软度及塑性增加后,拒水剂的长链分子通过扩散可以更好的吸附于纤维上,从而达到提高面料防水拒油性能的效果。

S1、整经织造:将天丝纱线、长绒棉纱线在分条整经机上整经得到经纱,整经速度为160m/min,倒轴速度为115m/min;
S2、面料织造:将S1步骤得到的经纱与超细涤纶纬纱进行织造;
S3、拒水增塑整理:将S2步骤得到的面料放置于拒水增塑混合整理液水浴中,拒水增塑整理剂包括质量比为3:1的C6型环保拒水剂与失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯增塑剂,浴液中拒水增塑混合整理剂的浓度为60g/L,浴比为1:8,浸渍25min;
S4、轧光干燥:将S3步骤得到的面料通过轧光干燥机进行摩擦轧光,压力为8MPa,摩擦辊的温度为120℃,轧光后面料干燥至10%水分含量;

S5、柔软后整理:将S4步骤的面料在定型机上进行浸压柔软整理,整理液中的柔软剂是质量比为2.5:1的有机硅柔软剂、季铵盐类阳离子柔软剂混合而成,柔软剂浓度为95/L,浴比为1:6.5,浸压时间为16min,整理液温度为67℃,浸压后对面料进行烘干定型,温度为137℃,时间为27s。
实施例3:一种天丝涤交织防羽面料,包含以下重量份的组分:
19份天丝、12份长绒棉、25份涤纶;
其中:
天丝为60S的天丝纱支,长绒棉为80S-100S的长绒棉纱支,涤纶为0.89tex的超细涤纶纱支,天丝涤交织防羽面料的组织结构为提花组织。
天丝涤交织防羽面料的制备步骤如下:
S1、整经织造:将天丝纱线、长绒棉纱线在分条整经机上整经得到经纱,整经速度为170m/min,倒轴速度为125m/min;
S2、面料织造:将S1步骤得到的经纱与超细涤纶纬纱进行织造;
S3、拒水增塑整理:将S2步骤得到的面料放置于拒水增塑混合整理液水浴中,拒水增塑整理剂包括质量比为3.5:1的C6型环保拒水剂与失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯增塑剂,浴液中拒水增塑混合整理剂的浓度为70g/L,浴比为1:9,浸渍30min;
S4、轧光干燥:将S3步骤得到的面料通过轧光干燥机进行摩擦轧光,压力为10MPa,摩擦辊的温度为122℃,轧光后面料干燥至12%水分含量;
S5、柔软后整理:将S4步骤的面料在定型机上进行浸压柔软整理,整理液中的柔软剂是质量比为3:1的有机硅柔软剂、季铵盐类阳离子柔软剂混合而成,柔软剂浓度为100/L,浴比为1:7,浸压时间为17min,整理液温度为69℃,浸压后对面料进行烘干定型,温度为140℃,时间为30s。
实施例4:一种天丝涤交织防羽面料,包含以下重量份的组分:
21份天丝、13份长绒棉、27份涤纶;
其中:
天丝为60S的天丝纱支,长绒棉为80S-100S的长绒棉纱支,涤纶为0.89tex的超细涤纶纱支,天丝涤交织防羽面料的组织结构为提花组织。
天丝涤交织防羽面料的制备步骤如下:
S1、整经织造:将天丝纱线、长绒棉纱线在分条整经机上整经得到经纱,整经速度为175m/min,倒轴速度为130m/min;
S2、面料织造:将S1步骤得到的经纱与超细涤纶纬纱进行织造;
S3、拒水增塑整理:将S2步骤得到的面料放置于拒水增塑混合整理液水浴中,拒水增塑整理剂包括质量比为3.5:1的C6型环保拒水剂与失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯增塑剂,浴液中拒水增塑混合整理剂的浓度为75g/L,浴比为1:9.5,浸渍32min;
S4、轧光干燥:将S3步骤得到的面料通过轧光干燥机进行摩擦轧光,压力为11MPa,摩擦辊的温度为123℃,轧光后面料干燥至13%水分含量;
S5、柔软后整理:将S4步骤的面料在定型机上进行浸压柔软整理,整理液中的柔软剂是质量比为3.5:1的有机硅柔软剂、季铵盐类阳离子柔软剂混合而成,柔软剂浓度为110/L,浴比为1:7.5,浸压时间为18min,整理液温度为71℃,浸压后对面料进行烘干定型,温度为142℃,时间为35s。
实施例5:一种天丝涤交织防羽面料,包含以下重量份的组分:
23份天丝、14份长绒棉、30份涤纶;
其中:
天丝为60S的天丝纱支,长绒棉为80S-100S的长绒棉纱支,涤纶为0.89tex的超细涤纶纱支,天丝涤交织防羽面料的组织结构为提花组织。
天丝涤交织防羽面料的制备步骤如下:
S1、整经织造:将天丝纱线、长绒棉纱线在分条整经机上整经得到经纱,整经速度为180m/min,倒轴速度为135m/min;
S2、面料织造:将S1步骤得到的经纱与超细涤纶纬纱进行织造;
S3、拒水增塑整理:将S2步骤得到的面料放置于拒水增塑混合整理液水浴中,拒水增塑整理剂包括质量比为4:1的C6型环保拒水剂与失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯增塑剂,浴液中拒水增塑混合整理剂的浓度为80g/L,浴比为1:10,浸渍35min;
S4、轧光干燥:将S3步骤得到的面料通过轧光干燥机进行摩擦轧光,压力为11MPa,摩擦辊的温度为124℃,轧光后面料干燥至14%水分含量;
S5、柔软后整理:将S4步骤的面料在定型机上进行浸压柔软整理,整理液中的柔软剂是质量比为4:1的有机硅柔软剂、季铵盐类阳离子柔软剂混合而成,柔软剂浓度为115/L,浴比为1:8,浸压时间为19min,整理液温度为73℃,浸压后对面料进行烘干定型,温度为145℃,时间为37s。
实施例6:一种天丝涤交织防羽面料,包含以下重量份的组分:
25份天丝、15份长绒棉、35份涤纶;
其中:
天丝为60S的天丝纱支,长绒棉为80S-100S的长绒棉纱支,涤纶为0.89tex的超细涤纶纱支,天丝涤交织防羽面料的组织结构为提花组织。

S5、柔软后整理:将S4步骤的面料在定型机上进行浸压柔软整理,整理液中的柔软剂是质量比为4:1的有机硅柔软剂、季铵盐类阳离子柔软剂混合而成,柔软剂浓度为120/L,浴比为1:8,浸压时间为20min,整理液温度为75℃,浸压后对面料进行烘干定型,温度为145℃,时间为40s。
对比例
以授权公告号为CN103668647B的中国发明专利申请文件中的具体实施例作为对照,一种柔塞丝防羽面料,面料采用80纱支经纱和纬纱编织形成双层面料,经纱为50%质量分数的长绒棉,长绒棉柔软度高,可以使面料更加顺滑,减小了面料摩擦声音;纬纱为50%质量分数的超细涤纶纤维,柔塞丝面料的正面为长绒棉,反面为超细涤纶纤维。
性能检测
按照实施例1-5、对比例1的方法各制备5块规格一致的试样面料,并按照表1检测试样面料的各项性能,由同一实施例、对比例制得的试样面料的测试结果取平均值,测试结果如表1所示:

由表1可以看出,本发明实施例1-5试样面料的手感及柔软度与对比例中试样面料手感及柔软度相当,说明在纱线选择及织造面料体感上二者比较接近,但实施例1-5试样面料的克重较对比例略低,说明本发明的面料质量更轻,穿着轻盈性更好;对比例中试验面料由于采用双层纺织,所以面料在拉伸强度及撕裂强度方面效果更好;在防羽钻绒方面,实施例1-5基本不钻绒,防羽效果很好,对比例试样面料出现少量钻绒,防羽效果方面还有差距。

Claims (8)

1.一种天丝涤交织防羽面料,其特征在于:包含以下重量份的组分:15-30份天丝、10-15份长绒棉、20-35份涤纶;
所述天丝为60S的天丝纱支,所述长绒棉为80S-100S的长绒棉纱支,所述涤纶为0.89tex的超细涤纶纱支。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种天丝涤交织防羽面料,其特征在于:所述天丝涤交织防羽面料的组织结构为提花组织工艺织造而成。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的天丝涤交织防羽面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、整经织造:将天丝纱线、长绒棉纱线在分条整经机上整经得到经纱,整经速度为160-180m/min,倒轴速度为115-140m/min;
S2、面料织造:将S1步骤得到的经纱与超细涤纶纬纱进行织造;
S3、拒水增塑整理:将S2步骤得到的面料放置于拒水增塑混合整理液水浴中,浴液中拒水增塑混合整理剂的浓度为60-90g/L,浴比为1:(8-10),浸渍25-35min;
S4、轧光干燥:将S3步骤得到的面料通过轧光干燥机进行摩擦轧光,压力为8-12MPa,摩擦辊的温度为120-125℃,轧光后面料干燥至10%-15%水分含量;
S5、柔软后整理:将S4步骤的面料在定型机上进行浸压柔软整理,整理液中的柔软剂浓度为90-120g/L,浴比为1:(6-8),浸压时间为15-20min,整理液温度为65-75℃,浸压后对面料进行烘干定型,温度为135-145℃,时间为25-40s。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种天丝涤交织防羽面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中拒水增塑混合整理剂包括质量比为(3:1)-(4:1)的拒水剂与增塑剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种天丝涤交织防羽面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述拒水剂为 C6型环保拒水剂。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种天丝涤交织防羽面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种天丝涤交织防羽面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S5中柔软剂包括改性有机硅柔软剂、季铵盐类阳离子柔软剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种天丝涤交织防羽面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述机硅柔软剂、季铵盐类阳离子柔软剂的质量比为(2-4):1。
