本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种多功能再生棉纱及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着全球人口剧增,世界各国都将控制耕地的利用,棉花、麻、养蚕的桑树的种植都将受到限制,传统棉纺织原料受到多重制约。相关资料显示,2010年国内再生棉纱使用的边角料等原料量共计能达到300万吨左右。按50%的是棉型再生纱来估算,按每亩棉花产量200公斤计算,相当于约700余万亩棉田的产量。再生纱既实现了资源的循环利用,节约了有限的资源,又解决了边角料处理难题,为环境治理作出了贡献。但是由于原料经过开松后,纤维长度缩短、强力下降、耐光性差、容易霉变,这就限制了再生棉纱的利用。
棉纤维含有许多天然共生物,如棉蜡、果胶、含氮物质、灰分以及纺纱过程中的油剂或油污等,这些杂质如不去除会影响浆液在纱线中的渗透和润湿性能,造成上浆不匀。传统的棉纱处理工艺有碱氧一步一浴法和生化法。前者是在高温强碱的状态下对纱线进行处理,能耗大而且会增加纤维的溶胀,影响纱线性能。后者以酶作为前处理剂,虽然降低了前处理温度和生产能耗,但是由于酶自身的使用范围和专一性,也让这种前处理工艺的应用受到了一定的限制,因此,如何得到一种多功能再生棉纱又不会降低力学性能的处理工艺是当前所要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多功能再生棉纱及其制备方法,该再生棉纱可具有抗菌、保暖、抗静电、耐腐蚀、阻燃等多重功效,其制备方法简单,降低生产成本。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种多功能再生棉纱,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:废旧棉织品50-70份、棉纱边角料10-20份、茶纤维20-30份、竹纤维20-30份、木棉纤维15-25份、黄麻纤维5-9份、海藻炭纤维5-9份、大豆蛋白纤维1-5份、芦荟液2-8份、茶子提取物2-8份、纳米碳酸钙1-3份、纳米二氧化硅2-4份、纳米竹碳粉10-16份、羧甲基纤维素1-3份、液体石蜡10-16份、透明质酸1-2份、醋酸乙烯酯2-6份、聚乙二醇20-30份。
一种多功能再生棉纱的制备方法,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将废旧棉织品、棉纱边角料使用机器打碎至长度为2-3毫米的碎纤维;
(2)将碎纤维在碱液中搅拌处理40-60min,过滤;
(3)将碎纤维用水洗涤1-2次,过滤;
(4)将改性液加入到洗净后的碎纤维并搅拌;
(5)将改性后的将碎纤维中按配比加入茶纤维、竹纤维、木棉纤维、黄麻纤维、海藻炭纤维、大豆蛋白纤维,混合均匀后再将入配比重量份的芦荟液、茶子提取物,搅拌均匀后,经过烘干、梳棉、精梳等工艺得到多功能再生棉纱。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中,碱液按重量份计由以下成分制成:碳酸氢钠3-6份,氨水1-3份,亚硫酸钠1-2份,乙醇5-10份,水12-17份。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中,处理温度为60-90℃。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中,单次洗涤用水量碎纤维体积的为2-4倍,洗涤时间为10-30min,温度为50-70℃。
优选的,所述步骤(4)中,改性液制备方法为:将纳米竹碳粉、纳米碳酸钙和纳米二氧化硅均匀混合,并与羧甲基纤维素、液体石蜡、透明质酸、醋酸乙烯酯、聚乙二醇一起研磨处理1-2h,得到改性纳米粒子液,再将纳米粒子液与10-40倍质量的清水混合,加热至65-80℃,在1.5-2MPa压力下,以2000-3000r/min转速搅拌30-60min,再自然冷却至室温后即得。

实施例1
一种多功能再生棉纱,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:废旧棉织品50份、棉纱边角料10份、茶纤维20份、竹纤维20份、木棉纤维15份、黄麻纤维5份、海藻炭纤维5份、大豆蛋白纤维1份、芦荟液2份、茶子提取物2份、纳米碳酸钙1份、纳米二氧化硅2份、纳米竹碳粉10份、羧甲基纤维素1份、液体石蜡10份、透明质酸1份、醋酸乙烯酯2份、聚乙二醇20份。
一种多功能再生棉纱的制备方法,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将废旧棉织品、棉纱边角料使用机器打碎至长度为2-3毫米的碎纤维;
(2)将碎纤维在碱液中搅拌处理40-60min,处理温度为60-90℃,过滤;碱液按重量份计由以下成分制成:碳酸氢钠3份,氨水1份,亚硫酸钠1份,乙醇5份,水12份;
(3)将碎纤维用水洗涤1-2次,过滤;单次洗涤用水量碎纤维体积的为2-4倍,洗涤时间为10-30min,温度为50-70℃;
(4)将改性液加入到洗净后的碎纤维并搅拌;改性液制备方法为:将纳米竹碳粉、纳米碳酸钙和纳米二氧化硅均匀混合,并与羧甲基纤维素、液体石蜡、透明质酸、醋酸乙烯酯、聚乙二醇一起研磨处理1-2h,得到改性纳米粒子液,再将纳米粒子液与10-40倍质量的清水混合,加热至65-80℃,在1.5-2MPa压力下,以2000-3000r/min转速搅拌30-60min,再自然冷却至室温后即得;

一种多功能再生棉纱,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:废旧棉织品60份、棉纱边角料15份、茶纤维25份、竹纤维25份、木棉纤维20份、黄麻纤维7份、海藻炭纤维7份、大豆蛋白纤维3份、芦荟液5份、茶子提取物5份、纳米碳酸钙2份、纳米二氧化硅3份、纳米竹碳粉13份、羧甲基纤维素2份、液体石蜡13份、透明质酸1.5份、醋酸乙烯酯4份、聚乙二醇25份。
一种多功能再生棉纱的制备方法,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将废旧棉织品、棉纱边角料使用机器打碎至长度为2-3毫米的碎纤维;
(2)将碎纤维在碱液中搅拌处理40-60min,处理温度为60-90℃,过滤;碱液按重量份计由以下成分制成:碳酸氢钠5份,氨水2份,亚硫酸钠1份,乙醇7份,水15份;
(3)将碎纤维用水洗涤1-2次,过滤;单次洗涤用水量碎纤维体积的为2-4倍,洗涤时间为10-30min,温度为50-70℃;
(4)将改性液加入到洗净后的碎纤维并搅拌;改性液制备方法为:将纳米竹碳粉、纳米碳酸钙和纳米二氧化硅均匀混合,并与羧甲基纤维素、液体石蜡、透明质酸、醋酸乙烯酯、聚乙二醇一起研磨处理1-2h,得到改性纳米粒子液,再将纳米粒子液与10-40倍质量的清水混合,加热至65-80℃,在1.5-2MPa压力下,以2000-3000r/min转速搅拌30-60min,再自然冷却至室温后即得;
(5)将改性后的将碎纤维中按配比加入茶纤维、竹纤维、木棉纤维、黄麻纤维、海藻炭纤维、大豆蛋白纤维,混合均匀后再将入配比重量份的芦荟液、茶子提取物,搅拌均匀后,经过烘干、梳棉、精梳等工艺得到多功能再生棉纱。
经检测,本实施例产品的与纯棉纱对比,线密度减少11.76%,断裂强度增加8.41%。
实施例3
一种多功能再生棉纱,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:废旧棉织品70份、棉纱边角料20份、茶纤维30份、竹纤维30份、木棉纤维25份、黄麻纤维9份、海藻炭纤维9份、大豆蛋白纤维5份、芦荟液8份、茶子提取物8份、纳米碳酸钙3份、纳米二氧化硅4份、纳米竹碳粉16份、羧甲基纤维素3份、液体石蜡16份、透明质酸2份、醋酸乙烯酯6份、聚乙二醇30份。
一种多功能再生棉纱的制备方法,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将废旧棉织品、棉纱边角料使用机器打碎至长度为2-3毫米的碎纤维;
(2)将碎纤维在碱液中搅拌处理40-60min,处理温度为60-90℃,过滤;碱液按重量份计由以下成分制成:碳酸氢钠6份,氨水3份,亚硫酸钠2份,乙醇10份,水17份;
(3)将碎纤维用水洗涤1-2次,过滤;单次洗涤用水量碎纤维体积的为2-4倍,洗涤时间为10-30min,温度为50-70℃;
(4)将改性液加入到洗净后的碎纤维并搅拌;改性液制备方法为:将纳米竹碳粉、纳米碳酸钙和纳米二氧化硅均匀混合,并与羧甲基纤维素、液体石蜡、透明质酸、醋酸乙烯酯、聚乙二醇一起研磨处理1-2h,得到改性纳米粒子液,再将纳米粒子液与10-40倍质量的清水混合,加热至65-80℃,在1.5-2MPa压力下,以2000-3000r/min转速搅拌30-60min,再自然冷却至室温后即得;

Claims (6)
1.一种多功能再生棉纱,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制备制成:废旧棉织品50-70份、棉纱边角料10-20份、茶纤维20-30份、竹纤维20-30份、木棉纤维15-25份、黄麻纤维5-9份、海藻炭纤维5-9份、大豆蛋白纤维1-5份、芦荟液2-8份、茶子提取物2-8份、纳米碳酸钙1-3份、纳米二氧化硅2-4份、纳米竹碳粉10-16份、羧甲基纤维素1-3份、液体石蜡10-16份、透明质酸1-2份、醋酸乙烯酯2-6份、聚乙二醇20-30份。
2.一种多功能再生棉纱的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将废旧棉织品、棉纱边角料使用机器打碎至长度为2-3毫米的碎纤维;
(2)将碎纤维在碱液中搅拌处理40-60min,过滤;
(3)将碎纤维用水洗涤1-2次,过滤;
(4)将改性液加入到洗净后的碎纤维并搅拌;
(5)将改性后的将碎纤维中按配比加入茶纤维、竹纤维、木棉纤维、黄麻纤维、海藻炭纤维、大豆蛋白纤维,混合均匀后再将入配比重量份的芦荟液、茶子提取物,搅拌均匀后,经过烘干、梳棉、精梳等工艺得到多功能再生棉纱。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能再生棉纱的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,碱液按重量份计由以下成分制成:碳酸氢钠3-6份,氨水1-3份,亚硫酸钠1-2份,乙醇5-10份,水12-17份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能再生棉纱的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,处理温度为60-90℃。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能再生棉纱的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,单次洗涤用水量碎纤维体积的为2-4倍,洗涤时间为10-30min,温度为50-70℃。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能再生棉纱的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中,改性液制备方法为:将纳米竹碳粉、纳米碳酸钙和纳米二氧化硅均匀混合,并与羧甲基纤维素、液体石蜡、透明质酸、醋酸乙烯酯、聚乙二醇一起研磨处理1-2h,得到改性纳米粒子液,再将纳米粒子液与10-40倍质量的清水混合,加热至65-80℃,在1.5-2MPa压力下,以2000-3000r/min转速搅拌30-60min,再自然冷却至室温后即得。
